Parliamentary control over the executive authority is non-judicial. It is based on the Articles of the constitution. The political regime of any country determines the extent and the nature of parliamentary control. The supervisory authority in the parliamentary regime expands. It is based on mutual control by the legislative and executive authorities. The government is responsible before the parliament, which may lead to the withdrawal of confidence. In return, the government has the right of resolving the parliament. Parliamentary control is the evaluation of the executive branch with the purpose of detecting its actions to address violations that affect the basic rules drawing by the law from its administrative activity to determine the response in order to be questioned by the parliament. The present study tackles the role of parliamentary control over the decisions of the Special Committee of the Political Prisoners Foundation and implementing its rules by relevant government agencies.

E-learning has become a popular learning method used in many local and international universities and in many educational institutions. The initial achievements of e-learning platforms and the online learning environment demonstrated outstanding advantages in distance education. However, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation of the educational process, and in particular an effective assessment of the learning environment via online-based e-learning platforms. Where this study aimed to identify the evaluation of the effectiveness of e-learning from the point of view of the teaching staff in the Technical Institute of Babel and the Technical Institute Al-Mussaib. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire containing (32) questions, after verifying the tools of reliability and validity. The results of the study revealed that the evaluation of the effectiveness of e-learning was average and above average in some paragraphs of the questionnaire. The percentage (84,070) of faculty members use computers and smart phones to publish academic content through the use of the home internet, at a rate of (95,575) in the form of creating educational content in several forms, including video, audio and text at the same time.

Penser la question palestinienne à partir de réseaux, penser le concept de réseaux à travers la question palestinienne : cet ouvrage entend répondre à deux préoccupations majeures. Il interroge un concept de plus en plus usité dans les sciences sociales ces dernières années ; il questionne aussi des dynamiques palestiniennes qui ne sont pas forcément manifestes. Les différents chapitres de cet ouvrage montrent ainsi comment des Palestiniens ont défié des contraintes territoriales par le net, fonctionnent en réseau dans l'ombre de l'institution proto-étatique de l’Autorité nationale palestinienne, reproduisent ou luttent contre les hiérarchies de statuts à Ramallah, créent de la citoyenneté dans les contraintes de la diaspora au prisme du statut de réfugié, étendent la Palestine, à travers l’art, du local au global, mais aussi comment des « internationaux » tissent de nouvelles sociabilités et modes d’agir dans les Territoires palestiniens occupés ou perpétuent les usages et les significations d’une lutte palestinienne qui est aussi un symbole transcontinental. Ce sont autant d’usages des réseaux qui font émerger, plus que des discours, des pratiques du quotidien dans certains cas, des modes d’agir militants dans d’autres, créatifs et flexibles, prenant place dans des mondes palestiniens quadrillés par des réseaux de contraintes particulièrement « inflexibles ».

One can say without hesitation that Globalization enters into every aspect of our life and leaves no stone unturned. As current globalization seems to demand comprehensive transformation of a society, its impact on language and culture can be detected easily in every facet of life. Thus a people’s culture includes their beliefs, rules of behavior, language, rituals, art, technology, styles of dress, ways of producing and cooking food, religion, and political and economic systems. All these aspects of culture have been effected by the emergence of globalization. On the other hand languages have also been effected by the global change of the world. Therefore, people tend to use Language and other forms of symbolic communication to create, explain, and record new ideas and information to cope with the new development of the world. Language, which possesses all the features of culture, belongs to institutional culture. Like all other aspects of culture, language is not inherited but acquired and shared by a whole society; like all other aspects of institutional culture, language is conventional and governed by rules which are acknowledged and observed by all members of society. Language mirrors other parts of culture, supports them, spreads them and helps to develop others. This special feature of language distinguishes it from all other facets of culture and makes it crucially important for the transfer of culture. But language is also changeable by the time in order to cover all new means of communication among nations. Language change is a global phenomenon owing to the changing nature of the circumstances and contexts in which a language may be used It is no exaggeration to say that language is the life-blood of culture and that culture is the track along which language forms and develops.

The current study dealt with the preparation of fish products (tablets) from the sea fish that was purchased from the local markets in Basrah province, which was preserved by refrigeration after conducting the formation process for fish products and divided into three groups. With sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol only. As for the third group, it was wrapped in chitosan wraps with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol and supported with aqueous and alcoholic plant extracts prepared from plant leaves (Sidr leaves, mint leaves, grape leaves and olive leaves) and from different peels (potato peels and pomegranate peels) and were placed in the refrigerator for 14 days, when extended (1, 5, 10, 14) days of cryopreservation, and the following was reached: 1- The packaging process plays a major role in maintaining the quality and freshness of the prepared fish products, as the group is covered with a membrane made of chitosan with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol and the group coated with chitosan with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol and supported by water and alcohol plant extracts were better than the unwrapped in terms of preserving the chemical composition For processed and refrigerated fish products for 14 days. 2- The excelled of coats manufactured from chitosan with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol and fortified with aqueous and alcoholic plant extracts in maintaining the chemical and physical indicators of processed and cold-preserved fish products compared to uncoated products coated with chitosan with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol. 3- The superiority of coats manufactured from chitosan with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol and fortified with aqueous and alcoholic plant extracts in preserving the sensory properties of processed and cold-preserved fish products compared to uncoated products coated with chitosan with sorbitol and polyvinyl alcohol. 4- It was found that the aqueous and alcoholic extract of pomegranate is better than the rest of the water and alcoholic extracts of plant residues (peels, leaves) in preserving the chemical composition and sensory characteristics of the prepared fish products. 5- Aqueous and alcoholic extracts of plant residues (peels, leaves) contain many phenolic and flavonoid compounds, which are important antioxidants in maintaining human health and safety.

A sports-related concussion (SRC) is most commonly sustained in contact sports, and is defined as a mild traumatic brain injury. An exercise-induced elevation of core body temperature is associated with increased brain temperature that may accelerate secondary injury processes following SRC, and exacerbate the brain injury. In a recent pilot study, acute head-neck cooling of 29 concussed ice hockey players resulted in shorter time to return-to-play. Here, we extended the clinical trial to include players of 19 male elite Swedish ice hockey teams over five seasons (2016-2021). In the intervention teams, acute head-neck cooling was implemented using a head cap for ≥45 min in addition to the standard SRC management used in controls. The primary endpoint was time from SRC until return-to-play (RTP). Sixty-one SRCs were included in the intervention group and 71 SRCs in the control group. The number of previous SRCs was 2 (median and interquartile range [IQR]: 1.0-2.0) and 1 (IQR 1.0-2.0) in the intervention and control groups, respectively

In this paper a quantum dot light emitting diode (QDLED) system is modeled as a three dimensionless differential system. We identified three vital parameters Γ the rate of the output coupling rate of photons in the optical mode to the nonradiative decay rate of the number of carriers in the wetting layer (WL), Γ 1 the rate of the Einstein coefficient to the nonradiative decay rate of the number of carriers in the WL and δ o such that I/We is the divide the injection current on Einstein coefficient multiplying elementary charge. Using these parameters a novel way to stability of the dynamics based on the number of interior equilibrium solutions admitted by the system has been obtained. We investigate the considered model is reach in dynamics and identified various bifurcations that are experienced by the considered system from the parameter space. These are saddle-node bifurcation, trans-critical bifurcation, and pitchfork bifurcation. In this study we offer mathematical proof for the incidence of these bifurcations that take place in the considered dynamical system as the parameters move between the regions presented in the parameter space and accordingly, this method was enhanced with numerical results.

Brain tumors are the growth of abnormal cells or a mass in a brain. Numerous kinds of brain tumors were discovered, which need accurate and early detection techniques. Currently, most diagnosis and detection methods rely on the decision of neuro-specialists and radiologists to evaluate brain images, which may be time-consuming and cause human errors. This paper proposes a robust U-Net deep learning Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model that can classify if the subject has a tumor or not based on Brain Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with acceptable accuracy for medical-grade application. The study built and trained the 3D U-Net CNN including encoding/decoding relationship architecture to perform the brain tumor segmentation because it requires fewer training images and provides more precise segmentation. The algorithm consists of three parts; the first part, the downsampling part, the bottleneck part, and the optimum part. The resultant semantic maps are inserted into the decoder fraction to obtain the full-resolution probability maps. The developed U-Net architecture has been applied on the MRI scan brain tumor segmentation dataset in MICCAI BraTS 2017. The results using Matlab-based toolbox indicate that the proposed architecture has been successfully evaluated and experienced for MRI datasets of brain tumor segmentation including 336 images as training data and 125 images for validation. This work demonstrated comparative performance and successful feasibility of implementing U-Net CNN architecture in an automated framework of brain tumor segmentations in Fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) MR Slices. The developed U-Net CNN model succeeded in performing the brain tumor segmentation task to classify the input brain images into a tumor or not based on the MRI dataset., Опухоли головного мозга – это рост аномальных клеток или образования в головном мозге. Алгоритм состоит из трех частей: первая часть, часть понижающей дискретизации, часть узкого места и оптимальная часть. Полученные семантические отображения вставляются во фракцию декодера для получения вероятностных диаграмм полного разрешения. Разработанная архитектура U-Net была применена к набору данных сегментации опухолей головного мозга при МРТ-сканировании в MICCAI BraTS 2017. Результаты с использованием набора инструментов на основе Matlab показывают, что предложенная архитектура была успешно оценена и испытана для наборов данных МРТ сегментации опухолей головного мозга, включая 336 изображений в качестве обучающих данных и 125 изображений для проверки. Данная работа продемонстрировала сравнительную производительность и успешную осуществимость реализации архитектуры СНС U-Net в автоматизированной системе сегментации опухолей головного мозга в МРТ-срезах с восстановлением инверсии с ослаблением жидкости (FLAIR). Разработанная модель СНС U-Net успешно выполнила задачу сегментации опухоли головного мозга для классификации входных изображений мозга как опухоль или нет на основе набора данных МРТ., Пухлини головного мозку – це зростання аномальних клітин або утворення в головному мозку. Було виявлено безліч видів пухлин мозку, які потребують точних та ранніх методів виявлення. Алгоритм складається з трьох частин: перша частина, частина понижувальної дискретизації, частина вузького місця і оптимальна частина. Отримані семантичні відображення вставляються у фракцію декодера для отримання імовірнісних діаграм повної роздільної здатності. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer related deaths in the world with an estimated number of 1.8 million new cases and about 881,000 deaths worldwide in 2018. The epidemiology of CRC varies significantly between different regions in the world as well as between different age, gender and racial groups. Multiple factors are involved in this variation, including risk factor exposure, demographic variations in addition to genetic susceptibility and genetic mutations and their effect on the prognosis and treatment response. In this mini-review, we discuss the recent epidemiological trend including the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer worldwide and the factors affecting these trends.
