Community resilience is the adaptive capacity of a community to respond to and recover from adversities. Through communities, psychiatric patients can recover and improve their emotional, social and thinking skills needed in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to describe the results of a meta-study of community resilience as a method for recovery process in psychiatric patients. The method in this study used several approaches of meta-study and was guided by Thorne (2006). Meta-analysis was used to compare the studies, based on 125 data sources: Science Direct, Google Scholar, Proquest Health and Medical Complete, Proquest Nursing and Allied Health Source, Proquest Psychology Journals and Proquest Science Journals from 2007 to 2017. Subsequently three common themes emerged: ‘vulnerability in the community’, ‘protecting each other’ and ‘high spirituality within community’. The first of these comprised several subthemes including feeling sad, isolated and going through hardship in life. The second theme included social resilience, economic reliance and resilience of all dimensions. The latter theme included self-protection, self-reliance and spirituality growth. Resilient communities could support a recovery process among psychiatric patients. It is recommended that health professionals in a community could promote the development of community resilience to increase wellbeing.

The recognition seekers, family nurses, providers, educators, and promoters have a family role that is one of the efforts to improve the adaptability of ODGJ family members. The purpose of this research was to analyze a model of potentially strengthening the family roles to improve the ability of adapted ODGJ family members. The design of this study was observational with a cross sectional approach. Exogenous variables are family potential strengthening, whereas the endogen variables are family role and client adaptability. The population was 55 families with 49 family samples using a cluster sampling method. The analysis used AMOS software. The family potential strengthening affected the family role, the family role affected the client's adaptability, and family potential strengthening did not affect the client's adaptability. This suggests that family potential strengthening will increase the family role, and the family role will increase client adaptability. The potential strengthening and family role model improves the ability of adapted ODGJ family members. Potential strengthening benefits the family by enhancing its role to improve adaptation of ODGJ family members.

Type 2 DM patients need a good transition process to achieve well being state. The transition from a healthy to a diseased condition is needed for the successful self care management of type 2 DM patients. The purpose of this research was to explore the description of PWB in patients of type 2 Diabetes mellitus in six aspects of PWB and PWB facilitate and inhibitor factors in type 2 DM patients. Methods: This research used qualitative design research with case studies approach. The subject of research was seven participants who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was done by structured interview and observation. Data analysis was done by thematic analysis. Result and Analysis: This study generated 14 themes. The result showed that the process of type 2 DM patients subjected to the process of transition from a healthy condition into ill condition. The transition process started with cyclic lose response which influence type 2 DM patient to self control and make a right decision-making to self care. Self-control would make type 2 DM patients able to adapt and engage with new experiences that become a new habit for type 2 DM patients and will facilitate type 2 DM patients in adapting to the internal and external environment and make type 2 DM patients have a positive hope in their life. Discuss and conclusion: finding in this study would hopefully be beneficial for professional health staff to make assessment about PWB in type 2 DM patients, nurse hopefully can assist patients in transition with the condition of type 2 DM. Need further research about the relation between self acceptance and self control, activation process till engagement to new habit in type 2 DM patients, perceived support to PWB in type 2 DM patient DM.Keywords: psychological well being, type 2 Diabetes mellitus, qualitative

To compare suxamethonium with atracurium using the priming principle, for rapid sequence orotracheal intubation assessing onset time, time to successful laryngoscopy and intubation and quality of intubating conditions.A prospective double-blind, randomised study was performed in 90 ASA physical status I and II patients aged between 18 and 64 years undergoing elective surgery requiring endotracheal intubation between October 2002 and June 2003 in a university teaching hospital . All patients were premedicated with 5-10mg oral diazepam and randomly assigned to one of two groups to receive either suxamethonium as a bolus dose (group A) or atracurium (priming with 0.05 mg/kg followed by 0.55 mg/kg after induction of anaesthesia) (group B). In both groups, the trachea was intubated when there was maximal muscle relaxation, determined clinically by jaw muscle relaxation. Muscle paralysis using a PNS, quality of intubating conditions, and occurrence of muscle weakness due to the priming dose of atracurium, time to laryngoscopy and onset time were all noted.Onset time was 87.1 +/- 25.60s and 135.8 +/- 46.23s in groups A and B respectively (P0.05). Group A had a laryngoscopy time of 73.6 +/- 25.22s compared to 107.7 +/- 41.32s in group B (P0.05). Intubating conditions were significantly better in group A compared to group B (P0.05). The frequency of muscle weakness from the priming dose of atracurium was 6.6%.Atracurium, using the priming principle, is an option in our environment for modified rapid sequence induction when suxamethonium is contraindicated.

Background: Mental health is a major that often gets bad perception. Bad perceptions of mental health often occur in special populations (students). It is necessary to measure student perceptions to describe their perceptions regarding mental health Objective : To describe student perceptions (aspects of cognition, aspects of affection and aspects of conation) about mental health. Method: This study uses quantitative method with descriptive approach. The sample of this study are 100 college students of Public health major in UIN Alauddin, Makassar, Result: In general, cognitive aspect of respondents is positive, as well as psychomotoric and affection aspect. Conclusion : Students’ perceptions related to mental health after measurement tend to be good for all three aspects (cognition, affection and conation) without one statement having the largest negative percentage.
