Aim. To study the effect of new synthesized pyrimidine derivatives on the growth of Mycobacterium lufu (M. lufu) and Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) when cultivated on Shkolnikova's medium.Materials and methods. The objects of research were new synthesized derivatives of 6 samples of derivatives of pyrimidine - 5-(arylmethylidene)-2,4,6-pyrimidine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trions under laboratory codes TAG1, TAG2, TAG3, TAG4, TAG5, TAG6 and 7 samples of 5-(getarylmethylidene)-2,4,6-pyrimidine-2,4,6(1H, 3H, 5H)-trions under the laboratory codes TAG7, TAG8, TAG9, TAG10, TAG11, TAG12, TAG13. M. lufu and M. tuberculosisH37Rv strains were used as test cultures. The antimycobacterial activity of the studied compounds was studied by the method of serial dilutions.Research results. All studied compounds were found to exhibit antimycobacterial activity. The greatest inhibitory effect against M. lufu was noted for TAG1, TAG4, TAG7, TAG12, and TAG13, which was comparable to that of the reference drug dapsone. By the nature of the inhibitory effect on the growth of M. tuberculosis, the compounds under the laboratory codes TAG 1, TAG 4, TAG 7 and TAG13 were comparable to isoniazid, and the effect of the TAG3 compound was even slightly superior to the reference drug.Conclusion. Among the studied new synthesized pyrimidine derivatives, compounds under the laboratory codes TAG1, TAG4, TAG 7 and TAG13 have the most pronounced antimicrobial activity both against M. lufu and M. tuberculosis, which allows us to consider them as the most promising substances for further research on the search for antimycobacterial, including antileprosy drugs.

This paper presents a review of the current status and development trends of the non-fungible tokens’ technology (NFT), which are digital rights to unique objects recorded in the blockchain. The object of the study is the non-interchangeable token technology. The subject of the study is the fields of practical application of NFT. The method is an analytical review of scientific publications. The current state and socio-cultural sources of the NFT market related to works of art and media objects are analysed. The technological and legal problems preventing the wide spread of NFT in the business environment are identified. The prospects for the use of non-fungible tokens in the field of protection and commercialization of patent law objects are considered.

The intensive development of aquaculture in the Southern Federal District has made it possible to achieve high rates in manufacturing the aquaculture products about 80 thousand tons for 2019 year, the main commercial fish being carp and herbivorous fish. Introducing the new species (vimba) into aquaculture will enable to bring the high quality product to the market. In the south of Russia vimba is one of the most promising objects for introduction into aquaculture. Don vimba (Vimba vimba (Linnaeus, 1758)) is a valuable fish species, a regional delicacy on the Don. Decreasing the fish catches in the recent years (its catches amounted to 10.9 tons in the Azov Sea in 2015, but only 5.0 tons in 2019) requires to carry out the research on effective directions in conducting the spawning company and on the fish adaptation to the recirculating aquaculture systems. There was conducted an experiment on spawning the adapted to the recirculating aquaculture system vimba producers by two methods: on the substrate (in vivo) and in the Weiss apparatus (in vitro), the effectiveness of the methods used was proved. During the experiment, it was found out that the best indices of eggs incubation were obtained in the Weiss apparatus. The death of eggs on the substrate made about 80 %. The cause of death was the uneven distribution of the roe on the substrate. Growing vimba embryos and larvae with special equipment (in baths with running water) made it possible to obtain the viable larvae. It has been shown that in the special baths with running water, after the embryo has entered the larval stage, it is possible to transfer the larvae to active external feeding. The total development of the embryos and larvae to the fry stage took 55 days.

Acute graft-versus-host-disease (aGVHD) develops in 10-80% of allo-HSCT patients. More than half of all aGVHD cases are refractory to first-line therapy with steroids. We hypothesized that bowel wall thickness at the time of aGVHD diagnosis could be an early sign of steroid-refractory aGVHD with gut involvement.Our prospective study included 85 patients with hematological malignancies who had undergone allo-HSCT. We used an inexpensive, widespread and simple method of transabdominal ultrasonography to examine bowel wall thickness in patients suspected to have gut aGVHD.Descending colon wall thickness was significantly greater in patients with gut aGVHD later found to be steroid-refractory than in patients with steroid-sensitive gut aGVHD, with AUC-0.73 (95% CI 0.58-0.87, p = 0.013). We showed that bowel wall thickness could predict the steroid-refractoriness of aGVHD.Transabdominal ultrasonography could be used as a marker of steroid-refractory aGVHD with gut involvement after allo-HSCT.

The paper addresses the post-capitalist state of art and its main actors. An important role in the article is assigned to a return to the anthropological issues of post-anthropocentric art. In today's post-capitalist society, the role of art is being fundamentally transformed. There is now a different understanding of the very essence of what is commonly regarded as art, the work of the artist, and seen as an act of art. The aim of this article is to reactualise the impact of national research in the context of current trends in the aesthetic theory and to substantiate the perspective of this impact. In a situation where art is already thought of beyond the production of "creations" and beyond the professional work of the artist as a person who has specific craft skills. This article intends to clarify the relationship between perception and labor in the context of the artist's work and to substantiate the relationship between non-productive art and perceptive labor. In contemporary art theory, following the affective turn, the work of aesthetics is seen as being external to the original anthropologisation and psychologisation of aesthetic processes. It is important to demonstrate the specific impact of the representatives of the "productivist art" in overcoming the fetishisation of art. An important point of the article is that art is seen as a resource for overcoming alienated labor and the decapitalization of sensuality. The researchers return to the connection between art and labor on a new level. We show that, within the capitalist matrix, art only partially overcomes labor's alienation, while creative labor itself becomes alienated. The authors suggest that the next step is to turn attention to the Soviet tradition of the sociology of art, in particular, the productivist art and the Soviet organizational ideas of the 1920s. In the works of Boris Arvatov and Alexei Gastev, we see ways of making sense of the decapitalization of sensuality through the conscious construction and framing of the social, where the artist becomes the engineer of life, where labor becomes life, and the individual remains human.

A series of Ba-MII complexes with allylmalonic acid anions [BaMII(Amal)2(H2O)3]n (MII = Mn, Co, Cu, and Zn) were synthesized. The magnetic measurements revealed slow magnetic relaxation in non-zero field (HDC = 1500 Oe) for CoII ions.

Significant anthropogenic influence, the emergence of a large number of pollutants of various origins create an adverse effect on the vital activities of organisms inhabiting water bodies. Often, the consequence of such impacts is a violation of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the microbiota - the autochthonous specific water body and the one that forms the microbiocenosis of the organism of aquatic animals, which leads to the development of diseases. Recently, the number of studies indicating the positive effect of the use of probiotics as preventive, therapeu-tic agents and biological factors affecting water quality has been increasing. Probiotic microorganisms not only perform a protective function against pathogens through the production of short-chain fatty acids, bacteriocins, lyso-zyme, hydrogen peroxide, but also synthesize numerous enzymes and metabolites to provide digestive, regulatory, trophic, immunomodulatory and immunostimulatory functions. The range of studied probiotics is represented not only by microorganisms traditional for aquaculture (for example, Bacillus), but also by representatives of the genus Lacto-bacillus, the presence of which is recorded in individual biotopes of fish. We have studied the effect of Lactobacillus сasei probiotic microorganisms introduced into the feed on some individual hematological indicators of Carassius gibelio Bloch and analyzed changes in general behavioral indicators under the influence of modified feed. The effect of probiotics was studied after 15-day acclimatization of fish in aquariums. It has been proven that the introduction of probiotics as part of the feed substrate for 28 days has a positive effect on rapid adaptation to external stress factors, stabilization and weight gain of fish, physiological state of external mucous membranes, behavior and general condition of fish, which may indirectly indicate the role of probiotics in mobilization of body systems in the event of a change in living conditions. An increase in the number of leukocytes, an increase in the level of phagocytic activity of neutrophils, in particular the phagocytic index, was noted, which con-firms the direct effect of probiotics in increasing the body's reactivity.

The Chadobets alkaline-carbonatite complex (Siberian craton) is a natural laboratory for all varieties of ultramafic lamprophyres, including damtjernites formed by fluid-explosion mechanisms, which contain a large number of pelletal lapilli. Data obtained from comprehensive mineralogical, structural and chemical studies of these pelletal lapilli show strong similarity with the main magmatic mineral assemblage of damtjernites, suggesting a juvenile composition for them. The composition of phlogopite, carbonate and fluorapatite in pelletal lapilli is mostly constrained toward primitive compositions (beginning) of mineral crystallization trends in ultramafic lamprophyres. According to the petrographic and mineralogical features found in pelletal lapilli from damtjernites, these can be divided into three types based on the conditions and depth they were formed at. Estimated late magmatic temperatures of pelletal lapilli mica and fluorapatite formation vary from 815–990°C. The distinct composition and genesis of juvenile pelletal lapilli allows us to propose them as a new type of melt inclusions in ultramafic lamprophyres.

Цель исследования заключалась в развития пространственного мышления юных скалолазов. В исследование принимали юные скалолазы 7-10 лет, которые были включены в контрольную и экспериментальную группу. В контрольной группе использовалась авторская методика развития пространственного мышления юных скалолазов. Результаты исследования доказывают повышение уровня развития пространственного мышления у юных скалолазов в экспериментальной группе. Исследование доказывает необходимость внедрения новых методик и средств по развитию пространственного мышления юных скалолазов и изучению взаимосвязи развития пространственного мышления и других физических качеств. The article substantiates the need for the development of spatial thinking of young athletes-climbers aged 7-10 years. The purpose of the study was to develop the spatial thinking of young climbers. The study involved young climbers 7-10 years old, who were included in the control and experimental groups. In the control group, the author’s methodology for the development of spatial thinking of young climbers was used. The results of the study prove an increase in the level of spatial thinking development among young climbers in the experimental group. The study proves the need for the introduction of new techniques and tools for the development of spatial thinking of young climbers and the study of the relationship between the development of spatial thinking and other physical qualities.

The Chadobets alkaline ultramafic carbonatite complex is located on the Siberian craton within the southern boundary of the Permian-Triassic plume activity. The dating of xenogenic zircons from the weathering crust of carbonatites of the Chuktukon complex yielded four clusters with ages of 1870–1820, 495–385, 290–210 and 215–162 Ma. The first two clusters correspond to the dates of activity of Paleoproterozoic granitoid magmatism and Paleozoic alkaline-mafic tectono-magmatic activity, widely occurred in the Siberian craton and its southern framing. The age of crystallization of alkaline rocks of the Chadobets complex falls within the interval of 255–240 Ma. Ar-Ar dating of damtjernite and carbonatite minerals of the Chuktukon complex falls within the intervals of 250.5±3.7 and 247.1±5.7 Ma, respectively. The crystallization ages of the mela-aillikites and damtjernites of the Terina complex, according to the Ar-Ar dating, correspond to the intervals of 257.4±3.9, 241.1±3.7, and 240±3.6 Ma. The age interval of 215–162 Ma based on zircons from the carbonatite weathering crust of the Chuktukon complex reflects the geochronology of superimposed processes and indicates the different stages of alteration of igneous rocks of the Chadobets complex. The data obtained on the age of crystallization of alkaline rocks of the Chadobets complex are consistent with the age interval of Siberian plume activity within a large igneous province (LIP).

The morphostructures and paleoseismicity of the southern slope of the Kungei Ala-Too Range (Northern Tien Shan) have been studied. It has been found that the main seismogenic structures in the Late Pleistocene and Holocene were adyr (foothill) faults, that is, thrusts, strike-slips, and normal dips. With a general thrusting of block folds of the basement southwards (toward the Issyk-Kul Basin), there are also northward-moving underthrusts. The past seismic activity along the adyr faults is expressed by single seismogenic scarps, as well as by stair-like series of alluvial-proluvial and fluvioglacial surfaces, upthrown in the hanging walls of faults. In addition to the easily identifiable vertical component of slips along the faults, we have also identified significant horizontal slips, which often greatly exceed the vertical ones. In addition, a unique structure, that is, a neotectonic ramp graben bounded from the south and north by oppositely directed thrusts, was studied on the slope of the Kungei Range. The mentioned faults were also studied by trenching. It was found that in the middle–second half of the Holocene three strong morphogenetic seismic events occurred on the South Tegerek adyr fault and three strong earthquakes occurred on the North Tegerek adyr fault. The ages of four strong earthquakes were determined by the radiocarbon method. The maximum ages of the first three events are 3970–3755 BC, 220–405 AD, and 1380–1450 AD, while the minimum age of the last event is 1720–1815 AD. The magnitudes of historical and paleoearthquakes that occurred on the studied adyr faults range from M = 6.6–6.9 ± 0.5 (South Tegerek fault) to M = 6.8–7.4 ± 0.5 (Kultor adyr fault). Seismic events of similar magnitudes lead to deformations of the earth’s surface and in building constructions, which can be estimated on a macroseismic scale at I ≥ IX. Our data obtained in this study can be used for a comparative analysis of similar post-platform orogens in Russia (e.g., Altay and Sayan mountains), as well as in compiling the new general seismic zoning map for the Kyrgyz Republic.
