目的探讨后路经皮内窥镜下颈椎间盘切除术（pPECD）治疗单节段颈椎间盘突出症（CIVDH）致双神经根卡压的可行性、安全性和疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2016年6月行pPECD的单节段CIVDH致双神经根卡压患者5例，统计手术时间、术后并发症，记录术前及术后1、7d及1、3、6、12个月视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分。结果4例患者在探查及取出髓核组织时出现神经刺激，表现出与术前相同的疼痛程度甚至更严重，当髓核取出后症状消失。术中取出髓核量为0.9~1.5g，平均(1.14±0.23)g。1例患者因术中硬膜外血管破裂出血，导致镜下视野一度出现红染，经局部使用氨甲环酸后出血停止，手术顺利完成。手术时间39～52min，平均（44.8±5.5）min。患者术后各时间点VAS评分均低于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术前，病变节段椎间隙高度为5.88~8.25mm，平均（6.78±0.92）mm。术后，病变节段间隙高度为5.32~7.64mm，平均（6.24±0.89）mm；椎间隙高度减少0.38~0.61mm，平均（0.54±0.09）mm；下降率为6.0%~9.5%，平均（8.0±1.4%）。术后12个月未见颈椎失稳。术后随访1年，未见症状复发，无颈椎失稳等并发症发生。结论单节段CIVDH可同时压迫出口根和“行走根”，造成双节段神经根损害表现，在临床诊断和治疗时需要引起重视，pPECD可对该类患者进行有效治疗 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Water matter activity monitoring is of great significance for river and lake shoreline supervision and maintenance of river and lake health. Four radarsat-2 remote sensing images of Xiaobeiganliu reach of the Yellow River were chosen to form phase 2 interference image pairs. Coherence coefficient difference maps were generated through data preprocessing of the interference images. Based on the coherence characteristics of the ground object in InSAR images, the suspected "hot spot" pattern of water matter activity in the river and lake shoreline were obtained by the threshold method. The monitoring results were verified by the high-resolution visible remote sensing image of the same period. The results show that the methods based on the change of coherence coefficient is feasible and effective to find water matter activity of river and lake shoreline such as house construction, stacking and occupation. New liberal arts and social science focus on the practical cultivation of social science professionals practical, innovative and comprehensive abilities, while the cultivation of innovative talents puts forward new requirements for experimental teaching. With the advent of the Internet era, law education, as a typical major of social sciences, is facing on significant challenges and opportunities in experimental teaching. In the face of more and more importance in experiment teaching of law education, the traditional teaching mode seems backward and powerless, making it inevitable to combine " the Internet plus" with the technology of artificial intelligence to design the innovative teaching mode. It can directly meet the shortcomings of law practice courses in colleges, such as legal documents writing, case studies, moot courts and law clinics, and make the function modules of experiment platform driven by information technology correspond to the traditional law experiment courses. A modified theoretical model is developed to analyze the limiting conical motion characteristics of rotary fin-stablized projectiles. The amplitude plane equation of projectiles in the state of quasi-circular motion is expanded as Taylor series, by which the value change of the square-root term in the amplitude plane equation is fully considered. The existence and stability of the nonzero singular points for the amplitude plane equation are analyzed comprehensively according to the different parameter values. The analytic criteria are presented, which present the necessary conditions for the formation of stable conical motion under the action of nonlinear static moment and nonlinear Magnus moment. Furthermore, two condition expressions denoted as J1 >0 and J2 > 0, which just relate to the initial parameters of the angle-of-attack equation, are claimed as the comprehensive criterions in this paper and are used for the primary analysis of conical motion stability. Finally, a rotary fin-stablized projectile with known aerodynamic and structural parameters is taken as an example to verify the theoretical critera. The results indicate that the stability criteria for the limiting Conical Motion of rotary fin-stablized projectiles proposed in this paper are more comprehensive and explicit than those of the current theory. Objectives: This study investigated alcohol use problems in first-time offenders of driving under the influence (DUI) in Taipei City and the risk factors for a high frequency of DUI. Methods: We conducted an anonymous survey for first-time DUI offenders who attended the mandatory educational program held by Taiwan Taipei District Prosecutors Office. Participants completed the following self-rated questionnaires: the Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test for screening alcohol use disorder (AUD); the C-CAGE questionnaire for screening alcohol dependence (AD); and the Brief Symptom Rating Scale for screening psychological symptoms, alcohol drinking, and DUI variables. We defined a high frequency of DUI as occurrence of 2 or more DUI behaviors per month. Results: Among 597 participants, 52.3% and 34.4% had AUD and AD, respectively. Offenders with AUD or AD had higher risks of binge-drinking behavior, consuming a high alcohol concentration, and psychological and sleep problems. AUD, AD, and drinking at the workplace were potential risk factors for a high frequency of DUI. Notably, compared with offenders without AUD and AD, offenders with AUD and AD respectively had 5 and 2 times higher likelihoods of having a high frequency of DUI. Conclusions: AUD or its more severe form, AD, is relatively common in first-time DUI offenders. In particular, having AUD or AD is associated with an increased risk of a high frequency of DUI. Routine screening for alcohol use problems and ensuing intervention programs or referral to treatment are warranted for all DUI offenders to reduce the recidivism rate and alcohol-related harm.
