Objective To analyze the incidence and related risk factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the respiratory intensive care unit (RICU). Methods We recruited 204 patients from RICU of our hospital between January 2015 and December 2015. The basic clinical data of the patients were also collected. Bedside venous ultrasonography of double lower limbs was taken 24-48 hours after admission. The patients were divided into DVT group and non-DVT group. The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed and compared using Chi-square test or t test, Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze risk factors, and ROC curve analysis was used to identify the disease. Results Among the 204 patients, 39 were identified with DVT, with the overall incidence rate of 19.1%. D-dimer in DVT group was significantly higher than that in non-DVT group (P<0.001). The two groups did not significantly differ in age, sex, smoking history, underlying diseases, or other laboratory test results. The area under the ROC curve of D-dimer was 0.787, and the cut off value was 1.985mg/L (sensitivity of 0.641, specificity of 0.817). 目的 观察不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀口服治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效,并探讨其可能机制。方法 冠心病心力衰竭患者120例,随机分为A组、B组及对照组各40例。对照组予抗心力衰竭常规治疗;A、B组在常规治疗基础上分别给予10、20 mg瑞舒伐他汀口服。三组治疗8周后评价疗效。检测治疗前后左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、血浆超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-pro BNP）,计算6分钟步行试验距离,观察药物不良反应。结果对照组、A组、B组总有效率分别为85.0%、90.0%、95.0%,A、B组总有效率与对照组相比,P均〈0.05。三组治疗后LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF、6分钟步行试验距离均改善,血浆hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平降低;A、B组治疗后LVESD、LVEDD及血浆hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平低于对照组,LVEF、6分钟步行试验距离大于对照组（P均〈0.05）;B组LVESD、LVEDD及血浆hs-CRP、NTpro BNP低于A组,LVEF、6分钟步行试验距离大于A组（P均〈0.05）。A、B组出现ALT轻度升高,未影响治疗;对照组未出现不良反应。结论瑞舒伐他汀口服治疗冠心病心力衰竭效果较好,其中20 mg剂量疗效优于10 mg。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

为提高虾青素的生物利用度，增加其稳定性，采用均质乳化-探头超声法制备虾青素纳米脂质载体（AST-NLC）。以粒径和包封率为指标，通过单因素试验和中心复合设计法优化AST-NLC的制备工艺，并对制备的AST-NLC进行X射线衍射（XRD）和傅里叶红外光谱（FT-IR）结构表征，以及4、25、50 ℃下的热稳定性测试。结果表明:制备AST-NLC的最佳工艺条件为甘油三硬脂酸酯与中链甘油三酯质量比1∶ 11（总质量0.99 g）、乳化剂用量（吐温-80+大豆卵磷脂，质量比1∶ 1）3.8%（以水相质量为基准）、油水比1∶ 34（体积比）、均质速度5 000 r/min、超声时间2 min、虾青素添加量2.0 mg，在此条件下制备的AST- NLC粒径为（79.30±1.21）nm，多分散系数（PDI）为0.01±0.01，包封率为（81.36±1.84）%，Zeta电位为（-18.13±2.83）mV；结构表征结果表明，AST-NLC中的虾青素是以分子的状态包裹在脂质体中；热稳定性结果显示，4 ℃更有利于AST-NLC的保存。综上，成功制备了粒径小、分散均匀且包封率较高的AST-NLC。In order to improve the bioavailability and increase the stability of astaxanthin, astaxanthin nanolipid carrier (AST-NLC) was prepared by the homogeneous emulsification-probe ultrasonic method. The preparation process of AST-NLC was optimized by single factor experiment and central composite design method with particle size and encapsulation rate as indexes, and the AST-NLC prepared was structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and tested for thermal stability at 4, 25 ℃ and 50 ℃. The results showed that the optimal process conditions for preparing AST-NLC were mass ratio of glycerol tristearate to medium chain triglyceride 1∶ 11 (total mass 0.99 g), emulsifier dosage (Tween-80+soybean lecithin, mass ratio 1∶ 1)3.8%(based on water phase mass), oil-water volume ratio 1∶ 34, homogeneous speed 5 000 r/min, ultrasonic time 2 min, astaxanthin dosage 2.0 mg. Under the optimal conditions, the AST-NLC was prepared with a particle size of (79.30±1.21) nm, a polymer dispersity index(PDI) of 0.01±0.01, an encapsulation rate of (81.36±1.84)%, and Zeta potential（-18.13±2.83）mV. The structural analysis revealed that astaxanthin in AST-NLC was encapsulated in liposomes in the state of molecules. The thermal stability results showed 4 ℃ was more favorable for the preservation of AST-NLC. In conclusion, AST-NLC with small particle size, homogenous dispersion and high encapsulation rate was successfully prepared.

An oxygen-kerosene gas generator which can adjust the jet and particle concentration is adopted for studying the ablation properties of silicon rubber composite under the particle erosion. Ablation tests under the conditions of ablation angles of 15-45 degrees and particle mass concentrations of 0-3.69% were carried out. The influence of particle erosion on ablation rate was analyzed. The ablation properties of silicone rubber composite is discussed by analyzing the macroscopic and microcosmic structures of the specimens. The results show that the particle concentration has an obvious influence on the ablation rate of the silicone rubber composite. The mass ablation rate increases sharply with the increase in particle concentration. The line ablation rate increases and the mass ablative rate decreases with the increase in erosion angle. The structures with char layer, pyrolytic layer and matrix layer are formed after test. The pyrolytic temperature of silicone rubber composite is about 516-710 ℃, the main products are cyclohexane and a small amount of CO2 and H2O. Particle erosion breaks the integrity of surface char layer structure, resulting in the surface migration of samples and promoting the thermal decomposition of inner material. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
