Předmětem této práce je Stavebně technologický projekt stavby Nové byty – Bystřice na Pasekách. Stavba bude realizována na stavební parcele v zastavěném území. Snahou při realizaci této stavby je nenarušení klidného venkovského rázu okolí, právě naopak stavba s okolím má splynout. Jedná se o dva bytové domy o půdorysných rozměrech 18 x 36 m, o třech nadzemních podlažích, bez podsklepení, s pultovými střechami. Pro splynutí stavby s okolím byl navržený dřevěný obvodový plášť, stavba tak má zdánlivě působit jako by byla provedena ze dřeva., The subject of the thesis is the Constructive-Technological Project of building New Flats – Bystrice on Paseky. The building will be realized at the building plot of land within a developed area. The attempt is to leave the calm rural character of the surroundings undisturbed. The bulding is supposed to merge with the surroundings. Concerned are two apartment buildings with grand plans of 18 x 36 meters, disposing of three above-ground floors, no cellar, and a panel roof. In order to make the building merge with the surroundings, a wooden external cladding has been projected. Thus, the building is supposed to give the impression as if it was constructed of wood.

The theoretical part is focused on familiarizing with some concepts of project management, cost control, time management and risk management. At the end of the theoretical part, there are described types of construction of a family house. Practical part involves applying these principles on the example of the particular construction work contract. It also describes and analyzes organization of construction contract and together with risk management meets the appointed target. The desired output of theses is processing of necessary documents for the management of specific construction contract by house raising.

This work is also addressing general relations between multiple routes to the site and it deals with an occupational safety and health. The construction is based on bored piles of a wide diameter. Chosen constructions and technological equipment are based on shallow foundations. The main chapters of this thesis are technological regulations for groundwork, wide diameter bored pile and shallow monolithic foundations. Following chapters are about quality assurance and control, design of appropriate building machines and small machinery, time schedule and budget. It also deals with work safety and health protection and organisation of construction including draft of site equipment.

Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na prípravu realizácie čističky dopadových vôd v Ořechově, so zameraním na etapu hrubej spodnej stavby. Práca zahŕňa technickú správu celého objektu, technickú správu zariadenia staveniska, riešenie dopravných vzťahov, technologické predpisy pre danú etapu stavby a navrhnuté výkresy nadväzujúce na riešené etapy. Ďalej sa práca venuje návrhu vhodnej strojnej zostavy, položkovému rozpočtu a časovému harmonogramu etapy hrubej spodnej stavby. Pro tuto fázi jsou rovněž vypracovány detaily týkající se konstrukce bílé vany a gabionové obvodové stěny, bilance zdrojů konkrétně pracovníků., The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the planning of the implementation of the rough substructure of the SW-TRADE multifunctional building. The work focuses on the technological regulation for the entire rough substructure, for which an inspection and test plan, a time schedule, and an itemized budget will be created.
