This study explores consumers’ sentiment and its influencing factors in the context of theme parks by analyzing online reviews. A hybrid approach is employed, including sentiment analysis, logistic regression analysis, and co-occurrence network analysis. The findings provide new insights on the sentiment expression of consumers in different regions, that is, Australian consumers express significantly more positive sentiment than US consumers. In addition, the results reveal the crucial experiential factors causing positive and negative sentiment. This study not only contributes to the understanding of consumers’ review behavior and eWoM but also provides a reference for the application of data driven approach in intelligent marketing and management.

espanolFundamentar, desde la ciencia, la instalacion de un Canopy en el Paisaje Natural Protegido Hanabanilla, Cuba, para diversificar la oferta turistica de naturaleza, constituye el objetivo del presente articulo resultante de una investigacion aplicada. Se parte del diagnostico de la zona, utilizando la metodologia elaborada a partir de las consideraciones de Baez (2013); se identifican debilidades, fortalezas, amenazas y oportunidades que sustentan el diseno del Canopy en la zona como producto turistico sostenible y se proponen acciones a realizar a corto, mediano y largo plazo para su implementacion. La observacion, la revision bibliografica, la consulta de experiencias similares, el trabajo de campo y la discusion en grupos focales, permitio fundamentar, como resultado principal, la factibilidad y rentabilidad de la instalacion del Canopy en Hanabanilla, lo que en conclusion consolidaria la definicion de la zona como Parque Tematico de Naturaleza, teniendo en cuenta el resto de las actividades de turismo de naturaleza que alli se realizan y entre las que se destacan el senderismo, las caminatas, la pesca deportiva, la observacion de aves y el kayaks, en un paisaje de significativa belleza que tiene como atributo de posicionamiento, contar con el unico lago intramontano en Cuba. EnglishTo establish, from science, the installation of a Canopy in the Hanabanilla Natural Protected Landscape, Cuba, to diversify the nature tourism offer, constitutes the objective of this article resulting from an applied research. It starts with the diagnosis of the area, using the methodology developed from the considerations of Baez (2013); Weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities are identified that support the design of the Canopy in the area as a sustainable tourism product and actions are proposed to be carried out in the short, medium and long term for its implementation. The observation, the bibliographic review, the consultation of similar experiences, the field work and the discussion in focus groups, allowed to base, as the main result, the feasibility and profitability of the installation of the Canopy in Hanabanilla, which in conclusion would consolidate the definition of the area as a Nature Theme Park, taking into account the rest of the nature tourism activities that take place there and among which trekking, hiking, sport fishing, bird watching and kayaking stand out, in a landscape of significant beauty whose positioning attribute is to have the only intramontane lake in Cuba.

[ES] Actualmente, los parques de atracciones cuentan con muy buenas críticas y gran aceptación dentro de la sociedad. Son sitios en los que las familias y grupos de amigos pueden evadirse de sus vidas cotidianas para sumergirse en el mundo mágico creado. Además, la construcción de estos aporta a la sociedad la creación de puestos de trabajo y una afluencia turística hacia ellos. Por estos motivos, el objetivo principal es evaluar el modelo de negocio Terra Mítica y las causas por la que no tuvo éxito en la costa valenciana, analizando los antecedentes, motivos y decisiones que llevaron al parque temático a un continuo fracaso, y cuales son las actuales estrategias que se están llevando a cabo. Por otra parte, medir el impacto que generó la creación del parque en la ciudad de Benidorm. La metodología aplicada se basa en un estudio de bibliografía sobre el tipo de modelo de negocio y noticias relacionadas con el parque temático, junto a entrevistas al Club de Aficionados a los Parques Temáticos Españoles (CAPTE), al punto de información turística de Benidorm, a ciudadanos de Benidorm, así como al propio parque mediante su página web. Por último, el resultado final del trabajo pretende ser una recopilación de las decisiones que tienen éxito y, también, las que se deben evitar en un modelo de negocio de un parque de atracciones., [EN] Eventually theme parks have very good reviews and a great acceptance within society.
