The article begins by presenting the pandemic context and the implications for the EU labour market, and then analyses the evolution of labour supply and demand, through the prism of three macroeconomic indicators: the employment rate, the unemployment rate and the index of hours actually worked, based on data provided by Eurostat and Statista. The emphasis is on describing the measures taken at Member State level to combat the social effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as on the EU's efforts to step up the implementation of the objectives of the European Pillar of Social Rights, namely: (1) Workforce and employment; (2) Skills and innovation; (3) Welfare State and social protection, at the Porto Social Summit, on7 May 2021. The conclusions and recommendations of the research focus on capitalizing on the challenges of the pandemic crisis and transforming them into new opportunities for development, innovation and new job creation, such as digitalization and the implementation of a sustainable economy based on green energy.

This study examines the impact of environmental quality and gender equality on human welfare in Indonesia from 2015-2020, using a panel database of 33 provinces. The results of the model selection testing with the Chow test and the Hausman test recommend regression analysis using the Fix Effect Model (FEM). This study resulted in the finding that there is a unidirectional and significant relationship between gender equality and human well-being. That means that gender inequality has the opposite effect. The second finding is that statistically, there is a positive relationship between environmental quality and human welfare in the case of provinces in Indonesia. The estimation results show that economic growth has a positive and significant relationship with human well-being in Indonesia. This study indicates that human well-being in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic shows differences. The novelty of this study is to analyze the effect of gender equality and environmental quality indicators in influencing human welfare. In addition, this research also accommodates the Covid-19 pandemic period in an empirical model.

The article focuses on the development trends of EU labor markets based on the Mechanism for a just transition. The author focuses on the analysis of: (1) the consequences of the energy transition on labor markets; (2) the opportunities versus challenges of labour supply and demand from a just transition perspective; (3) the types of non-correlation between supply and demand skills in the process of just transition; (4) the skills needed to increase employment through the just transition; (4) the EU Pact of Skills. The article conclusions are that the opportunities from the perspective of just transition are closely related to establishing concordances between the demand and supply of necessary skills, and the launch of the Pact for Skills will help companies across the energy value chain to prepare the necessary workforce, as well as to increase the productivity and the added value and focus on future development priorities.

Online shopping has intensified in the last decade. The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed circulation limitations and more restrictive behaviors on consumers due to fears of contracting the virus, boosting online grocery shopping. This study aims to assess the relationship between the online food purchasing experience during the pandemic and the intention to purchase food online after the pandemic. The sample of this quantitative study is composed of 358 Portuguese consumers who carried out grocery shopping online during the pandemic and was collected through an online questionnaire. First, a cross-sectional description of the variables was applied to this sample and then an analytical cross-sectional survey was carried out using the partial least squares method. Due to health concerns, food and beverage consumption behaviors changed positively during the pandemic compared to before. Healthier consumer behavior towards food and beverages during the pandemic, compared to before the pandemic, may influence a greater propensity for online grocery shopping. Sociodemographic characteristics (age, education, income) were also determinants of the propensity to shop online during the pandemic. Specifically, the results of this study demonstrate a positive influence of young male consumers, with higher levels of education and income, regarding the online supermarket shopping experience. The results also demonstrate that a good online shopping experience during the pandemic can positively influence online shopping intentions after the pandemic. This study makes it possible to identify determinants of the online food shopping experience, serving as guidance and preparation for strategic marketing for retail grocery companies that wish to position themselves online. It also helps marketers and policymakers understand the potential influence of sociodemographic characteristics such as age, income, and education on building a relationship with consumers. Finally, the relationship between personal characteristics and the online grocery shopping experience requires further substantiation and this study contributes to this gap in the literature.

The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting people's lives. One of the sectors hampered by the pandemic is education. During the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) Emergency, the teaching and learning process must be replaced by online methods. The role of mothers is very important in ensuring that children's learning targets are achieved during distance learning. This can cause stress conditions for the mother. This study aimed to determine the perceptions and various problems that occurred in mothers with children aged 7-15 years old who attended online schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a descriptive study by distributing questionnaires via google form with 67 respondents. Based on the results, the majority of respondents were 35-45 years old (49.3%). Over 85.6% of respondents accompanied their children in online learning activities during the pandemic. The majority of respondents experienced an increase in emotions (70.1%) and felt stressful when accompanying online school children during the pandemic (62.7%). As many as 40% of respondents felt a moderate level of stress. There were 27 mothers (40%) who had difficulty assisting their children in online schooling and 24 mothers (36%) felt that their professional job was abandoned while their children were having online school.

Background of the study: The digital library is one of the places where it is used to find information related to the services provided by the library during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, many users feel that they complain about the performance of the digital library, which is difficult for users to learn, and feel that they have not paid attention to what users want. Purpose: This research was conducted to see the development of digital library publications with the analysis of user experience (UX) and to see the impact of user experience (UX) on digital libraries before and during the pandemic. Method: This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting literature related to the topics discussed and then making selections to produce an overview of research on User Experience in digital libraries from 2011 to 2021. Findings: The results of this study note that users' experience in digital libraries is quite good in terms of user appearance and convenience, and ease of access. However, some users are not yet comfortable with the new form of digital library. Users want comprehensive improvements to make it easier for users to find information and take advantage of online services on digital library webs. Conclusion: It is expected that user experience or user experience in digital libraries at an agency or organization is important for reliable development. End users want high quality services So that when in the current Covid-19 pandemic situation we are better prepared and continue to improve the quality of digital libraries

This research was conducted to present recommendations on the implementation of e-learning courses Entrepreneurship during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation refers to model Kirkpatrick's with Level 1: Satisfaction, Level 2: Learning, Level 3: Behavior, and Level 4: Impact. The research used a quantitative method with data analysis using percentage techniques. The sample was 307 students who had attended Entrepreneurship courses using e-learning. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google form. The results show that the evaluation level 1: student satisfaction in learning, on average of 67% and 33% of the other feeling dissatisfied and less able to accept entrepreneurship learning optimally. Level 2 evaluation: learning outcomes, data cognitive, affective, and psychomotor have an average improvement. Evaluation level 3: there was an average improvement of only 18 points on entrepreneurial behavior. Evaluation level 4: 53% of students respond that e-learning is suitable for sustainable use, 59% give the opinion that e-learning is effective in increasing the ability to be an entrepreneurial, and 52% undertake entrepreneurial activities after participating in e-learning. The recommendation of this study's results is to continue learning by using e-learning by paying attention to process factors and combining it with learning, which refers more to implementing entrepreneurial projects to improve psychomotor competence and entrepreneurial behavior in the future.

Daar el-Qolam Islamic Boarding School is one of the relatively large Islamic boarding schools with more than a thousand students, and located in the red zone or at high risk of spreading Covid-19. This paper examines how the Daar el-Qolam responds to various government policies related to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as adaptation strategies undertaken in the face of the pandemic. The research was conducted in June 2020 using a qualitative approach. The results show that Daar el-Qolam conforms in responding to various government policies related to the pandemic. When the government issued a new policy, Daar el-Qolam tried to follow the policy even though he had to change the existing policy or system. One of them is by repatriating students and stopping all activities at the boarding school. Thus, Daar el-Qolam's conformity can be seen from its efforts to always be in harmony and in accordance with group norms, which in this case is government policy. Meanwhile, the adaptations made by Daar el-Qolam are autoplastic and alloplastic. Autoplastic is carried out when Daar el-Qolam changes various internal policies to adapt to pandemic conditions, such as sending students home prematurely, conducting online learning, and providing facilities that comply with health protocols. Meanwhile, alloplastic is carried out when Daar el-Qolam changes the environment to suit the desired conditions, such as re-activating Islamic boarding school activities but with various changes in the learning process, santri lifestyle, and social and religious behaviour.

COVID-19 pandemic conditions led to a number of risks for financial security on both macro and on macro levels. Since quarantine continues, the influence of risks on the financial security of Ukraine and business entities is significantly increased. The government has implemented a set of measures to prevent the dissemination of COVID-19 diseases on the territory of Ukraine. However, the dynamic movement of the epidemic situation, the negative consequences of the action of measures and the deployment of the global economic crisis require an operational response to the threats of financial security. In modern conditions, the introduction of legal and regulatory changes, state financial support and organizational and economic mechanisms are essential financial security tools. Special attention is required to determine the impact of crisis phenomena on the financial security of business entities of Ukraine. Risk accounting should be based on practical recommendations for reducing financial security threats, ensuring financial sustainability, meet financial needs and the protection of financial interests of both Ukraine and business entities. The article examines both the definition of the concept and the financial security system of business entities and the influence of state regulation on the processes of opposition to the dissemination of the Pandemic COVID-19, overcoming the consequences and prevention of bankruptcy and liquidation of business entities. For the period 2021-2024 The influence of the risks of the Pandemic of COVID-19 on the financial security of the Ukrainian economy and business entities are rated. This may be the main tool for ensuring financial security under the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest trends in the introduction of modern digital technologies, taking into account the risks of financial security on macro and on macro levels.

Sexual violence is prone to occur in early childhood. The forms of violence experienced by early childhood are forms of violence with the highest number of cases and most of the perpetrators are the closest people around the child. During the early period of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a spike in cases of sexual violence against children. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, March 16 - April 19, 2020, it was known that there had been an increase in cases of sexual violence against children from 60 cases before the pandemic to 97 cases at the beginning of the pandemic. The results of the initial questionnaire obtained from 67 respondents before the webiar, showed that 20% of parents did not understand sex education well. This webinar on early childhood sex education aims to make parents able to give the right explanation to their children from an early age. So that children have a correct understanding of sex and are able to protect themselves from sexual violence. The webinar, which contains explanations and discussions about sex for an early age, was attended by 61 participants, who are parents of PAUDIT Mutiara Hati Klaten. In addition to explanations in the form of oral presentations of material about sex education, material using videos and pictures was also presented to 61 participants. Based on these results, sex education for early childhood needs to be disseminated again so that all elements of society also better understand which will lead to a decrease in sexual violence against children. Sex education in children is expected not to stop at the PAUD level, but can be continued at the next level of education.

Vitamin D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 [25(OH)D3]) has an important role in the immune system. This study aimedto assess the relationship between 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 and disease activity in Indonesian children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) during pandemic Covid-19. A 12-week randomized control trial was undertaken at Saiful Anwar Hospital between Juneand September 2021. JIA patients are divided into two groups. The control group (CG),without supplementation, and the treatment group (TG) got a high dose of oral cholecalciferol 2000 IU/day. Serum levels of 25(OH)D3 were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Comparison between serum 25(OH)D3 levels and JIA subtypes, peripheral blood C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocytesedimentation rate (ESR), and Juvenile Arthritis Disease Activity Score (JADAS-27 Score) were analyzed using SPSS.There was a significant increase in serum 25(OH)D3 levels in treatment group (mean: 27.38 ± 6.39 ng/ml vs 42.26 ± 10.95 ng/ml; P=0.000). The JADAS-27 score significantly decrease in treatment group (14.60 ± 4.04 vs 6.24 ± 1.96; p= 0.000). Serum 25(OH)D3 showed a significant correlation with the JADAS-27 score. The levels of 25(OH)D3 are significantly decreased in children with JIA. Decreased 25(OH)D3 levels may be associated with the etiopathogenesis of JIA. Vitamin D levels have correlations with disease activity. Adjunctive treatment of cholecalciferol improves the disease activity in JIA patients.

The study aims to explore the magnitude of anxiety and depressive symptoms in tuberculosis (TB) patients in community health centers (CHCs) settings during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods: The study design was quantitative and cross-sectional. Subjects were TB patients who were recruited from TB services by doctors in CHCs. TB patients (n=74) were screened for anxiety and depressive symptoms over 4 months. Screening results are uploaded on a cloud-based digital platform and analyzed. Non-TB patients, as a comparison, were recruited and screened from the same cloud-based digital platform (n=245) during the same period. Analysis was carried out using Rasch modeling for data transformation. Data was analyzed then for frequency distribution for both groups and the logistic binaries to measure the burden of the mixed anxiety and depressive symptoms among the TB patient age’s sub-group.Results: In both groups, there were 48.9% of mild, moderate, and severe categories of anxiety and 63.9% of depressive symptoms. In the TB-patients group, anxiety occurred at 48.7%, of which 23% were in the moderate and severe categories, compared to 13.4% for non-TB patients. Depressive symptoms were present in 71.6% of the TB patient group, of which 28.4% were in the moderate and severe categories, compared to 15.5% of non-TB patients. TB patients aged less than 20 years experienced moderate–severe anxiety with depressive symptoms simultaneously (mixed) as much as 16.3% or 4.6 times more than those aged over 20 years (p< 0.05).Conclusion: Moderate and severe anxiety and depressive symptoms were shown higher in the TB patients’ group. Adolescents with TB are more susceptible to mental and emotional disorders.Keywords: tuberculosis, pandemic COVID-19, mental health screening, patient-centered, primary health care

Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic has become a trigger mechanism for the deployment of a global economic crisis that has engulfed all countries of the world. The aim of the study is to analyze the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic as a global threat to the world’s largest economies. Theoretical analysis. Within the framework of the basic AD-AS model, variants L, V, N, W were modeled and possible scenarios for overcoming the crisis were considered. Empirical analysis. Anti-crisis measures and the main indicators of the economic security of China, the United States, Germany and Russia are analyzed. Based on international statistics, forecasts have been made to overcome the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus. Conclusion. It is concluded that ensuring national economic security depends on the scenario conditions for economic recovery, on the eff ectiveness of macroeconomic policy and risk management at the global level.

Background. This article explains how the Bangka Belitung University Library optimizes open access scientific information sources in supporting the learning process at Bangka Belitung University during the Covid-19 pandemic. As is known, during the pandemic, it is impossible to access services face-to-face at the library. Methods. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself. This research was conducted at Library of Bangka Belitung University, the data in this study were collected with observation techniques and documentation related to the optimization of open access scientific information sources in support of the learning process at Bangka Belitung University. Results and discussion. Optimizing the use of open access scientific information sources can be done by, firstly making selected information services from open access scientific information sources, secondly providing search assistance services and downloading electronic books and journals, thirdly through socialization through webinars, social media and user education. Conclusions. The many and varied sources of open access scientific information can be optimized for use in supporting the learning process at Bangka Belitung University, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic

Chemotherapy as an option for breast cancer treatment. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on health services, one of which is chemotherapy services. The delay in chemotherapy services due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases indirectly has an impact on the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of this study used a quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in the Chemotherapy Room Sanjiwani RSUP Sanglah with a sample size of 50 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the majority of breast cancer patients have quality of life in the moderate category as many as 47 respondents (96%) with an average quality of life score of 649.45 in the moderate category. Moderate quality of life in cancer patients is due to chemotherapy which improves the patient’s healing process so that there is an increase in quality of life. It is hoped that health workers will receive IEC and motivation for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy during the COVID-19 pandemic as an effort to improve the patient's quality of life

The focus of the study is the global pandemic COVID-19 and its negative impact that includes high mortality and pressure on the national and world economies. The author analyzes effective functioning of information and communication channels in the social sphere, related to reports of public health, prevention of outbreaks of epidemics and pandemics. There are evident problems with the delivery of information to various social groups about therapy, vaccination, which is also complicated by the fact that not all countries are sufficiently developed in a digital format, as well as domestic policies, norms, customs, personal biases, religion, news avoidance, quarantine fatigue, etc. All these factors increase the risks of destabilization of the socio-political system, increase the number of socio-political protests, and worsen the reputation of government and management bodies at different levels of political systems of states. The article analyses the theoretical aspects of the category social policy as one of the main directions of public policy and management. The author analyzed international experience and practices of state regulation of social policy during the global pandemic. The main attention was paid to social and economic support during the COVID-19 pandemic in contemporary Russia and the peculiarities of sectoral measures.

The coronaviruses (Covid-19) pandemic has spread rapidly worldwide, including the education sector. The policy toward the study from home during the Covid-19 outbreak caused a new problem in the teaching and learning system. The objectives of the research were to find out and describe the problem faced by the teachers in conducting online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative method approach. The research subjects are three English teachers. The data was gathered through observation and interviews from three English teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Some of the problems emerged during online learning, nine problems. The arisen of teaching problems were: internet access, disability in accessing technology, difficulty in explaining the materials, flexibility in controlling and managing students' activities, indiscipline, time-consuming, lack students' motivation, students absent in online class, and the last parents support system. The findings showed that there are two solutions to overcome the problems by teachers, namely, applying online chat of WhatsApp and keeping the interaction with the students' parents to support the student activities and explain the lesson plans while online learning teaching and learning process.

Student organizations can act as one of strengthening the nation's character in the future. The student organizations under the NU Banom, IPNU, and IPPNU are expected to deal with the nation's problems, especially during this pandemic. This study investigates IPNU-IPPNU student organizations' contribution to education during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. The object of the study was carried out on the role of IPNU and IPPNU PAC Tlogowungu Pati Regency in education during the covid-19 pandemic with informants, namely the leader of IPNU-IPPNU, administrators of PAC Tlogowungu, and also parents and students. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques with analytical data use descriptive analysis with Miles and Huberman Model approach, including data reduction, data display, and verification techniques. The results showed that the biggest challenge of IPNU-IPPNU was the weakness of students' morals due to the loss of a teacher as a role model during distance learning. Educational support programs during the pandemic include webinars, student terraces, student corners, Konco Sinau, programs through social media, and forming a special department in the world of education, namely JSP (School Network and Islamic Boarding School). The supporting factors of the IPNU-IPPNU PAC Tlogowungu program, the enthusiasm of cadres and the support of local stakeholders, while the obstacles are limited funds and also supporting facilities for work program activities, permits, and also conditions that are conditionally uncertain following the development of the Covid-19 case which resulted in several programs at IPNU -IPPNU cannot run optimally.

Insomnia is one of the major sleep disorders that faced by people which lead to mental health issues. Inability to get enough amount of sleep that can causing difficulty to function during the daytime. This study is in purpose to determine the understanding of insomnia and awareness in public. Researchers using a qualitative approach to addresses the issue of insomnia and 5 respondents randomly picked to participate in a semi-structured interview to share their information about this issue. The data were based on the researcher’s observations throughout the field study and the data recorded from the interviews were then transcribed and analyzed using NVivo software to subsequently form themes and suitable sub-themes. Through all the interviews, data was analyzed and discusses four (4) themes that emerged from the information which are include 1.Symptoms of Insomnia, 2. Effects of Insomnia, 3.Factors of Insomnia and 4. Ways to handle Insomnia. This study provide additional information about the mental health problem known as insomnia. It includes the symptoms of insomnia, effects of insomnia, factors of insomnia and also provide the ways to handle insomnia. In conclusion, insomnia can leads to a lot of serious mental health problem such as depression, anxiety, easily frustrated and so on and this in turn would really be a serious problem as it could leads to people committing suicide if they are not cured in time especially during pandemic Covid-19

COVID-19 pandemic impacted economic activity, including a decrease in the number of online motorcycle taxi passengers due to large-scale social restrictions. This study aimed to analyze the effect of determinant factors: work source of stress, self-efficacy, coping strategies, and symptoms of stress on the family welfare among online motorcycle taxi drivers. This study also analyzed the differences of all research variables according to years of service (less or more than two years). A cross-sectional design involving 120 online drivers in Bogor who were selected by convenience sampling was applied in this study. All research instruments used in data collection have good reliability. Data was collected by filling out a structured questionnaire shared with a google form, considering the pandemic conditions. Data was analyzed inferentially using SPSS and Smart PLS. Different test results showed that drivers who worked less than two years had lower earnings before and during the pandemic but performed higher coping strategies than those who worked more than two years. Self-efficacy positively affects online motorcycle taxi drivers' family welfare during the pandemic, objectively and subjectively. While work source of stress negatively affects subjective family welfare only.

The negotiation of Muslim worship during the pandemic Covid-19 is very important to reflect on as a lesson learned after the pandemic Covid-19. This study, in addition to provide a conceptual understanding of the pattern of negotiating Muslim worship during the pandemic Covid-19, reflected this negotiation contextually. This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through an interview with Muslims who actively carried out worship activities in the congregation during the pandemic Covid-19 at the Kotagede Mataram Gede Mosque. The analysis was carried out through the process of reducing, describing, and inductively interpreting data to obtain a classification and conclusion regarding the pattern of negotiating Muslim worship during the pandemic Covid-19. This study found that the pattern of negotiating Muslim worship during the pandemic Covid-19 was not least carried out through three contexts, namely, a negotiation in a structural context, a negotiation in a cultural context, and a negotiation in a spiritual context. These three contexts were an effort of Muslim resilience in accommodating their worship activities during the pandemic Covid-19.

This scientific article is related to the condition of startup financing and banking in Indonesia. It is linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected economic conditions in Indonesia, especially MSMEs. This research was conducted solely to determine whether, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the condition of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), which continued to decrease, was still supported by banking institutions and startup financing in Indonesia. This can be analyzed using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This research provides empirical evidence based on secondary data from trusted institutions in Indonesia. This research looks at two parties, namely internal companies and external parties, namely the Government of Indonesia, which is linked through POJK No. 77 / POJK.01 / 2016. Based on the SWOT analysis, namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, it can be concluded that cooperation between Fintech Startups and banking institutions has an effect like a knife with a sharp tip and a strong base, where both parties can harm each other. However, this impact can also be mutually beneficial for both parties, if supported by government policies that are in the middle between MSME Startup Fintech and banking institutions and unstable conditions due to the Covid-1 pandemic.

The Covid-19 pandemic hit the world including Indonesia, in a period of approximately 2 years, pandemic had negative impact. One of the businesses that was greatly affected was the tourism sector in Indonesian provinces, some were still able to survive, but some were not, due to sluggish demand for the tourism sector, the implementation of the PPKM (Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions) policy, prohibiting crowds, and even being prohibited from leaving the house if it's not an emergency, of course all of that has impact on the wheels of the economy temporarily, but the cost of living must still run. This study analyzes secondary data from news, books, scientific journals and data published by government. The point of the finding is that pandemic has had major impact on tourism sector. Because during the pandemic, many activities were online, thus reducing the number of tourist visits and that had impact on incoming income. Because changes in the way of transactions can reduce customer interest, inflation reduces people's purchasing power, and number of unemployed increases because many businesses are not operational, this causes economy to decline. This investigative proposal aims to present elements of reflection on the Social Assistance Policy and the work of social workers, in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic contributed to a very large increase in the proportion of time spent working remotely to total working time. To date, this form has been used primarily by enterprises with branches dispersed across one or multiple countries. This form of performing duties by employees brought a number of benefits in the form of acceleration of decision-making processes, and reduction of time and costs. In the past, teleworking time was regulated according to needs and supported by a significantly reduced number of face-to-face employee meetings. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work has become the main or only form of contact with colleagues and superiors in many situations related to the ban on movement, regardless of the place of business. At that time, employers were concerned that it would not result in a decrease in employee engagement and job satisfaction. The article was intended to identify and assess the relationship and cause-and-effect relationship between commitment and job satisfaction in the context of remote work. The results of the study helped to expand knowledge about relationships. It has been confirmed that there is a positive relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction; In addition, employees distinguish between commitment to work and organization, and the impact of types of commitment on job satisfaction varies. This article discusses the contemporary discourse of justifying the abandonment of the protection of rights by a higher necessity, which is presented as resulting both from the indications of science and from the structural features of modern society. Such ideas are proclaimed, among others, on the occasion of the phenomena referred to as the COVID-19 pandemic and the greenhouse eff ect and climate crisis, and are in turn addressed by institutional and political actions. The aim of the article is to analyze this discourse and its eff ects on the way of understanding politics and law, and in particular the totalitarian tendencies it generates. The author adopts a hermeneutical perspective as a methodological starting point and refers to a certain understanding of politics and law as based on practical reason, which is established in the Western philosophical tradition. This then serves to outline an ideal type of discourse of structural necessity as a rejection of this type of rationality. In doing so, the author refers to the interpretation of commonly known ideological tendencies and institutional facts. The presentation of the less obvious feature of this discourse, i.e. the identifi cation of natural and political necessity, is supported by the author with references to contemporary philosophical and political concepts dealing with the relationship between the social and natural spheres. The conclusion is that this discourse eliminates the idea of the subject, politics understood as the sphere of manifestation of subjectivity, law as an art based on practical rationality, and fi nally the separation of science and power. The COVID-19 outbreak has altered how visitors live, including in the tourism sector. The current study investigates tourist behavior in virtual tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic using the framework of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and behavior intention. The study included 217 people who utilized virtual tourism for tourists' during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). According to the findings, the TPB framework, such as attitude toward virtual tourism, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control, have a favorable and substantial influence on satisfaction. Satisfaction with virtual tourism significantly influences attitude change and willingness to visit the actual tourist destination. The study's implications relate to marketers and stakeholders to provide virtual tourism as a promotion tool of a destination in Indonesia for tourists during the pandemic or crises. This study aims to identify the level of mental health and the level of motivation among undergraduate students of UNISSA during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This quantitative study uses a descriptive survey method through a questionnaire. A systematic random sampling method was used to obtain 584 undergraduate students from UNISSA students as a study sample. The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) is used to measure students’ mental health levels while the Learning Motivation Strategies Questionnaire (MSLQ) is used to measure students’ motivation levels. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the study found that undergraduate students have a moderate level of mental health and a high level of motivation while following online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is expected to contribute to students, lecturers and Higher Education Institutions in understanding the importance of maintaining good mental health during the pandemic. The findings of this study also found that UNISSA’s role as an Islamic university in providing support to students was clearly proven, especially in difficult circumstances during COVID-19. The aim of the study to adapt the Coping Self-efficacy Scale in Russian population in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic to study positive personal resources to overcome peritraumatic COVID-19 distress. The methods used allow to assess the connection coping self-eficacy with both the traumatic experience and the experience of post-traumatic growth and to use the results to prevent mental health in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In studies of the socio-psychological consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, models focused on the negative aspects of stressors, internal problems are used to a greater extent, expanding the context and including in the field of studying positive personal resources and ways of coping with anxiety. Factors contributing to the preservation of psychological well-being involves the development of tools for diagnosing and changing attitudes to threats and the disease itself and methods of self-regulation. The Coping Self-efficacy Scale is an original tool for measuring perceived self-efficacy in overcoming challenges, threats, and life disasters. 397 (students and patients of clinic; 18,2% male, 81,8% female; age: 20-30 years) participated, Impact of Event Scale (Horowitz) and Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory (Tadeshi & Calhoun) - both adapted by M. Magomed-Eminov and method of content analysis were used. Detected significant correlation between coping self-efficacy and post-traumatic growth (rS = 0,261, p < 0,01) and significant negative correlation between coping self-efficacy and intensity of the impact of stressful events (IES) (rS = - 0,140, p < 0,05). Russian version of Coping Self-efficacy scale. confirmed high reliability-consistency and high psychometric effectiveness of the Self-efficacy Coping Scale. The connections indicate the existence of positive ways of coping to distress. The authors propose the meaningactivity approach and personality work with negative life experience (Magomed-Eminov) to interpret the results obtained and suggest that further research on the positive consequences will expand the repertoire of tools predicted the ability of a modern person to cope with adversity and use experience for deeper involvement of human resources. Background: Osteoarthritis is one of the most common causes of pain and musculoskeletal disability and mainly affects the middle-aged and the elderly. The condition is chronic and disabling, it diminishes the patients' quality of life. Purpose. The study had the purpose of pointing out a possible connection between physical activity and the reduction of pain accompanied by the increased functional capacity in patients with chronic degenerative diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and method: The study was conducted on an outpatient basis for a period of 6 months on a number of 40 patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis. The evaluation of the patients was made at the beginning of the treatment and at its end (after 4 weeks), as well as at the control after 12 weeks. Results: The study included a number of 40 patients over 45 years old, divided into 2 study groups: in group L1-knee osteoarthritis and in group L2 -hip osteoarthritis. The therapeutic physical exercise reduced pain and stiffness, and it also improved the functional capacity. Conclusions: Therapeutic physical exercise has an important role in the reduction of pain and disability, as well as in the increase in the quality of life, if it is done properly. Since December 2019, the world has experienced a pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2, a virus which spread throughout the world. Anti-COVID19 measures were applied to limit the spread of the infection, affecting normal clinical practice. In 2020, studies on the possible impact of the pandemic considering the screening programs for early diagnosis of cancer were conducted, resulting in a prediction of delayed diagnosis of cancer. We performed a retrospective monocentric study on patients who present with the onset of lymphadenomegalies evaluated at our Hematological Department from February 2019 to October 2021 and undergoing excisional lymph-node biopsy. Three periods were considered: pre-pandemic, first pandemic period and second pandemic period (Group A, B and C). We included 258 patients who underwent a surgical biopsy and received a histological diagnosis. Hematological evaluation of outpatients sent by the general practitioner and surgical biopsies did not decrease among the three groups, despite limitations placed during this pandemic as well as new diagnoses of hematological malignancies. However, the diagnosis of metastatic cancer significantly increased from 2019 (7.8%) to 2021 (22.1%) (p = 0.042). In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government has established policies based on scientific and rational considerations. The ministry of religion introduced policies that are scientific and rational so that they have an impact on changing Islamic worship procedures. These policies are fully supported by the Indonesian Muslim Scholar Council and various mainstream Islamic organizations, such as Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama. This can be attributed to their moderate and accommodative attitude toward government policies. However, some Muslim scholars seem irrational, rejecting the existence of and dangers associated with COVID-19. Irrational attitudes are often expressed openly and become viral on social media. Meanwhile, the government and mainstream Islamic organizations are conducting intensive socialization and education that are rational and proactive in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. The transition of higher education students in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic is part of the current educational dynamic. This article analyzes the socioeconomic and pedagogical conditions of the students in two stages: at the beginning of the health emergency and after one year. A quantitative approach methodology, descriptive scope, non-experimental-longitudinal trend design is used. The data collection was carried out through the application of a closed questionnaire and the sample was made up of 426 students in the year 2020 and 480 students in the year 2021. The sampling was non-probabilistic, by chain samples in three institutions in Paraguay: American University, National Institute of Higher Education Dr. Raúl Peña and National Conservatory of Music. With the results, it was shown that the students, when moving from one year to another of the pandemic, mostly adapted to the socioeconomic and pedagogical conditions; improvements were seen in access to technological equipment, access to internet service and academic skills, as well as in the management of digital resources and the platform; however, the quality of the connection and the constant power outages became notoriety as difficulties. Organizing sport competitions, tournaments, matches and trainings at this period of time, was considered as a great challenge, especially for the clubs which compete on international level. Additional challenge for sport organizations was compliance with epidemic measures dictated by WHO (World Health Organization). Focus analysis was related to organizing sport contents and responds to business and sports activities to pandemic of COVID-19 of international top-level sport football clubs, league of "five" and clubs of Ultimate Fight Championship. Analysis included of football clubs: F.C. Barcelona, F.C. Manchester United, AC Milan, F.C. Bayern München and F.C. Borussia Dortmund in relation to UFC teams: Straight Blast Gym Ireland, American Kick-box Academy (AKA), Xtreme Couture Mixed Martial Arts, American Top Team (ATT) of football and ultimate fight championship, during pandemic. Clubs, selected by method of random subject, based on sport results achieved on national levels of competition and four criteria were used, from domain of review papers, by PRISM methodology 1: all sources of data (magazines, published papers etc) in English; 2. This article examines the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the e-commerce market in Ukraine and in the world, its spread due to the consequences of the pandemic. The positive impact of the coronavirus pandemic on e-commerce in Ukraine and the world is analyzed, e-commerce indicators for 2020, 2021 and 2022 are analyzed, aspects of the post-coronavirus period are revealed, and forecasts are given for the future of e-commerce in Ukraine and the world. The e-commerce market has grown in the US by 25%, Europe – by almost 30% for last two years. Among the leading countries in terms of the degree of development of the e-commerce market, analysts single out the UK and the USA with a share of e-commerce in the total retail volume of 10% or more. It is known that the COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the economic markets and everyday life of many people and companies around the world. While it is hard to find any unaffected aspect of our lives, the virus has had a noticeable impact on the world of e-commerce. According to the EVO group of companies, the total amount of physical goods and services purchased by Ukrainians on the Internet in 2020 reached UAH 107 billion. This is 41% more than last year. The number of online payments has also increased by at least 50%. The main trends in recent years in the Ukrainian e-commerce market have been the transition from an online store to a marketplace, direct delivery and the creation of additional services, in particular, own logistics operators and payment systems. COVID-19 was a pandemic that decimated the tourism industry in the 21st century, making it one of the world's largest markets. Using text mining techniques, this study tries to show how travellers reacted to pandemic tendencies. A total of 23,515 cases from TripAdvisor forums in the United States, Europe, and Asia will be analysed between December 30, 2019, and March 15, 2020. The travel and tourism industry is a significant contributor to the economy of the entire planet. According to the WITC's Economic Impact 2019 report, the travel and tourism sector's contribution to India's GDP grew by 4.9% in 2018, making it the third biggest in the world behind China and the Philippines. In the tourism sector, entrepreneurship is usually acknowledged as a best practice since it fosters an environment that is free-thinking and open to new challenges. Within this sector, women hold a position of utmost significance. Their contributions are not limited to working as workers; rather, they are equally important in business and in starting their own businesses. The current study was carried out with the goal of gaining a better understanding of the potential available to women entrepreneurs in this industry as well as the problems they confront. The travel and tourist business has been hit hard by the breakout of pandemic COVID 19, which has caused widespread illness. Problems relating to expansion or diversification, limited opportunities for diversification, the requirement of professional expertise, a lack of guidance, direction, and support from the government are just some of the challenges that entrepreneurs face. Other obstacles include a lack of available financing, the pressure of domestic responsibilities, fierce competition, problems with expanding or diversifying the business, and so on. According to the findings, global crises have a significant impact on the tourism industry. Almost immediately as the news breaks, travellers opt to postpone or cancel their trips. Trip insurance and refunds due to travel cancellations were among the topics that emerged from further in-depth research.
