The thesis External dimension of CSR social pillar in Škoda Auto: company's activities and local community deals with the company's activities, which have an impact on the community of Mladá Boleslav. Particular focus is given to external dimension of social pillar of CSR. However the other activities, which are not declared as part of CSR.but have some impact on the local community, are also described in the thesis. One of the main goals of the thesis is to find out how the local NGOs percieve these activities and if they are trying to actively influence the CSR strategy of the company. The research is based on contemporrary theories in CSR, moreover the concept of cross-sectoral partnership is used. The output of the thesis is the evaluation of external dimension of CSR social pillar in Škoda Auto and proposal of new strategy, based on the collaboration with the local stakeholders using the topics suitable to cross-sectoral partnership.

English Abstract Toni Morrison deals with the topic of community to a greater or lesser extent in all of her books. Being influenced by her own upbringing, she has always been aware of the role community plays in one's life and its influence on an individual. Community can both save you and forsake you. The nature of black community has been changing, according to Morrison, and so has her view of it. Her writing career reflects these alternations, revealing a significant change in her perspective. Looking at her first novel, The Bluest Eye, published in 1970, her third novel written seven years later, Song of Solomon, and her seventh novel, Paradise, written in 1998, this thesis traces the way her position alters throughout the years. Being opposed to both radical separatism and blind assimilation, Morrison first proposed return to traditional African values as the possible cure for the black community destroyed by the forces of capitalist society. Later in her career, however, Morrison changes her ideology and suggests as a remedy a community that does not exclude the unworthy, but is open, caring, and inclusive. By evolving from individualism to individuality, communities that will include everyone can be created.

Sokol, as one of the traditional mass special - interest organizations in the Czech republic relates on the tradition from the point of its foundation in 1862. Despite the fact that this organization proved to overcome several prohibitions its activities and to re-established, the modern period and its life style could be fatal for it. Especially the traditional program - universality is not as popular as so - called special sports among public neither donors. Because of that the thesis describes an attitude of selected groups of Sokol club's Písek stakeholders, and its opinions about the universality, the reference to a community, the strenght of communication, the real and potencial Sokol's benefit for a community, etc. The output of the thesis is proposing of the strategy for the work with particular members of community.

The aim of this thesis is to translate an essay Musician's Magazines in the 1980s: The Creation of a Community and a Consumer Market by Paul Théberge and to comment on the translation. The commentary is divided into four parts. The first part analyses the text, the second part describes the translation method that has been selected, the third part focusses on the translation problems and finally, the fourth part discusses translation shifts. This bachelor thesis focuses on the worldwide movement of L'Arche. It examines the values of L'Arche assistants who live together with people with learning disabilities in the communities of L'Arche movement. Theoretical part describes values that assistants in L'Arche perceive as important for their life in the community with people with learning disabilities. It deals with the motivation of assistants for their work in L'Arche, the role of social workers in organizations in general and the role of assistants in the communities of L'Arche in particular, the relationships of social workers with service users and the relationships of assistants and people with learning disabilities in L'Arche. It also discusses the view of assistants on the gains and losses connected with their life in L'Arche. The empirical part of this thesis explores the value system of L'Arche Liverpool assistants through the means of semi-structured interviews.

Thesis titled "The Municipal library of Nový Jičín and its role in the local cultural activities development" deals with issues of community libraries. The first chapter includes the definition of basic terms such as library, community, community library and community activities. In the second chapter we deal with the question, why should the libraries change into the community centers and also where they could find an inspiration to realize this goal. The next section describes the trend of the existence of libraries on the social network Facebook. The fourth chapter is more factual. It deals with extensions and activities of the Municipal cultural center of Nový Jičín, its individual parts and relationship between them. This thesis deals with examining the communication history of Facebook software product ( social site ). Thesis aims at examining of local data piles, finding the correct data and their evaluation, followed by creation of application that is used for automatic search and proper display of that data.

The aim of my diploma work is to study the subject of integration of foreigners into the Czech society. For that purpose I intend to use research questionnaires and to compare my results with results of other researches conducted by NGOs. Secondary aim is to map legal status of foreigners in the Czech Republic, historical reasons for migration and its development, and the composition of migrating population in Europe. Furthermore, I will focus on access to health and social insurance and to the health care system as well as on education and work opportunities which foreigners have in the Czech Republic.

This thesis aims to analyze the relationship between the Muslim community and the civil society. The community is narrowed down to practicing Muslims and three organizations in which Muslims unite. Churches and religious societies have a special status within the civil society due to their missionary work and the content of their religious activities. Do the religious organizations of the Muslim community stand on the verge of the civil society or do they strive for cooperation with the major public within the frame of common activities? Czech society fears this minority due to a negative media picture of Muslims. Are those fears well-founded and can the religious community change this way of perceiving them? This negative perception can relate to an insufficient integration process which I also target in my thesis. Muslims founded their first religious organizations on Czech territory during the First Republic, but it lost its legal validity after 1989. This thesis also deals with the legislative aspects of functioning of the selected organizations, mainly the Islamic foundation based in Prague and Brno.

Community gardens can significantly enrich and improve the quality of communities life in large urban neighborhoods. The aim of this work is to find out how such community activity (mainly focused on a specific project, urban garden and composting plant at Arkady Pankrac business centre) would be accepted by residents of Prague settlements (especially Pankrác 1 and 2). The partial objective of this research was also the discovery of deficiencies in the area of community coexistence and submit a proposal for an appropriate solution.

The thesis presents social worker?s responsibilities in palliative care, with special focus on working with the general population. In the first chapter the term palliative care is explained and the activities of the palliative team in the Gmünd regional hospital and the local association of volunteer hospice workers introduced. Community work in the framework of social work is of particular interest. The last chapter contains an examination of the Gmünd-Česke Velenice region and an introduction to the project ?healthacross?. Possibilities of cross-border cooperation will also be taken into consideration. A sociological survey measures the public?s awareness about palliative care provided by the local hospital in the town of Gmünd. This dissertation deals with the position of foster-mother in SOS children's villages. The first part focuses on the legislative background of the operation of these facilities for foster care in the context of the development organization SOS Children's Villages in the Czech Republic and the international organization SOS Kinderdorf International. It discusses the problem of Czech SOS Children's Villages, when foster-mother is responsible for the child entrusted to foster care, which is the difference from the Czech villages than villages in the other countries. The second part analyzes the role of the SOS foster-mother. It offers a reflection on the meaning of the concept of the archetypal mother and changes of maternal role. This diploma thesis seeks to describe the basic concepts of sociological approaches to identity as well as related concepts from the sociological reflections on the Internet. First, the thesis introduces the fundamental ideas of identity theories, as they were formulated by the authors of symbolic interactionism in the first half of the 20th century. Subsequently, the key sociological concepts of individual and collective identities are described in more details and in this context there is also reminded the social construction of reality theory, that provides an explanation of the connection between the individual and collective levels of analysis. Finally, this thesis discusses concepts reflecting the relationship between individual identities and communication on the Internet, especially within so-called virtual communities, and also introduces concepts, which seeks to characterize the role of Internet in the processes of collective identities formation.

Issues of material, cultural and relationship consuption in context of late modern society are being discussed in the thesis. Differences between the social context of city and rural areas are used to describe social functions of consumption. At first consumption is defined in sociological terms using the literature. Thesis contains basic theoretical approaches dealing with consumption. Major interest is being put on analytical part of thesis, which shows findings of research. Research is divided into two parts. Qualitative part with data from semi-structured interviews, which are used to create concepts and hypothesis in order to test them in quantitative part with questionners. There is a new trend of shifting the provision of health care from hospitals to the patient?s natural environment. We are increasingly aware of the expensive and sometimes ineffective late hospital treatment; therefore, there are stronger efforts for early diagnosis, prevention and health education from an early age. It is necessary to keep the future generations focused on their health and the health of their family members who live in the community. The initiative must originate not only in families but also in the school environment in which children find themselves almost every day. A school nurse is an expert in the field of community care working in school environment. The work load of the school nurse rests in maintaining and improving physical and mental health. The school nurse supports pupils in their responsibility for their health and she creates a system of formalized school activities, prepares and implements the school?s educational program focused on prevention. The data in the research part of the thesis was obtained through quantitative and qualitative research survey. The quantitative research was carried out using the technique of an anonymous questionnaire. The questionnaire was intended for general practitioners for children and adolescents, as well as nurses working with general practitioners for children and adolescents. The qualitative research data was collected through semi-structured interviews with the head teachers of elementary and secondary schools on the basis of which casuistries were created resulting in categorized charts. The objective of this thesis was to find out about the position of general practitioners for children and adolescents, and paediatric nurses working with general practitioners for children and adolescents on introducing the function of school nurses in the healthcare system of the Czech Republic. The research in this thesis showed a low level of awareness about the position of school nurses. The primary controversies related to the introduction of school nurses can be described as follows: the method of financing, the issues of authority of such nurses, and the way of preparing for this occupation. The main positive aspect of school nurses can be seen by the respondents in comprehensive care for pupils, prevention and better public education. School head teachers, general practitioners and nurses believe that school nurses should be placed in schools according to the number of school pupils and school head teachers assume greater use school nurses in primary schools than in secondary ones. The method of financing school nurses should be, according to the respondents, from multiple sources. This thesis may be used as a basis for further research work focused on the position of school nurses, and also as a proposal of establishing the school nurse position in the healthcare system of the Czech Republic, or as informative material for professional as well as lay public.

The goal of this thesis is to create an application which will be able to identify clusters in graphs. The application contains modified algorithms from cluster analysis and graph algorithms used for identifying communities in complex networks. The purpose of this work is not speed optimalisation of implementation but the opportunity to try and compare results of each algorithm and verify whether special graph algorithms are truly better. The core of this task was to modify algorithms from classical cluster analysis (four were chosen, with a set of settings each) to work with graphs and implement and present them within one application along with community detection algorithms (two, in more versions each).

The Bachelor?s Thesis was focused on co-operation of nurses with selected support groups. Four objectives were set. Objective 1: To find out the nurses? awareness of any support groups. Objective 2: To find out if the nurses co-operate with the support groups. Objective 3: To point out to the nurses? collaboration with the support groups. Objective 4: the selected support groups representatives? opinion on their co-operation with the nurses. A quantitative and qualitative investigation was chosen for the purpose of data gathering. The quantity examination was done by questioning method using a way of questionnaire, the quality one was carried out by questioning method using a way of non-standardized dialogue. Two hypotheses and 2 research questions were defined. Hypothesis 1: the nurses are informed about the existence of support groups, it was confirmed. Hypothesis 2: the nurses co-operate with the support groups, it wasn?t confirmed. Research question 1: How do the selected support groups? representatives perceive present co-operation with the nurses? Answer: The nurses? collaboration with support groups differs from according to a particular support group. Representatives of Diabetic Union of the Czech Republic, Local Unit Plzeň evaluate their collaboration with nurses to be ideal. The nurses do lecturing for the Union, they conduct special discussions and take part in meetings in which they provide blood pressure, glycaemia, cholesterol measuring with concerned people. Further, the nurses participate in a Dia-Club operating, they act educationally in re-conditional stays offering sick people any contacts to the Diabetic Union, the Dia-Club and hand over any information brochures. The Breast Carcinoma Patient Association?s representatives - MAMMA HELP CENTRE Plzeň state the nurses don?t collaborate with them at all. Representatives of ILCO Colostomy Patients Association Tábor point out to a fact that only one specialised nurse collaborates with them, she provides contacts, lectures in the colostomy club, she ensures and hands over compensating aids and conducts chatting. Research question 2: What conception do the selected support groups? representatives have as to possibilities of further co-operation with nurses? Answer: The representatives of Diabetic Union of the CR, Local Unit Plzeň wouldn?t change their present co-operation anyhow. The representatives of MAMMA HELP CENTRE Plzeň state the nurses should provide contacts and information about the association; they should show interest in its activity, visit the centre, do lecturing for sick people here and participate in events arranged by the association. The representatives of ILCO colostomy patients Association Tábor state the nurses should provide information about the association with sick people; they should show interest in its activity, participate in arranged events and be engaged more. There is a recommendation for actual setting to create an information leaflet listing of patients? organisations whim them the support groups are effective and this leaflet should be provided with hospital facilities Hospital České Budějovice a.s. and Faculty Hospital Plzeň. Another occasion to make use of gained information might be a seminar arrangement for nurses within life long learning.

The main aim of this master thesis is to assess the social environment of Jesenice u Prahy, in the context of social dimension of sustainable development. With the outcomes of the case study, a conclusion will be drawn, whether a suburban municipality model can be sustainable or not (again from the social point of view only). The master thesis also tries to identify areas, which seem to be crucial for the social dimension of sustainable development. Another aim of this thesis is to identify the means by which a suburban municipality can move towards sustainable development. The research is aimed predominantly at the inner factors of municipal development, especially in the form of municipal government or the role of local communities on the way to sustainable development in its social dimension.

The first purpose of this study is to introduce the terms social group and social network, define the main reasons of their formation and describe individual subjects of these social relations. The following part introduces the term Social Networking Site, including its brief history in the Czech Republic and foreign. The study provides a comparison of selected Czech social networks with a worldwide phenomenon - Facebook. It analyses the causes of the current situation through a comparison in services and through an inquiry answered by social network users. This analysis provides a list of unique features for each site. It also provides an image of the social network's position in our society. The next part describes present trends in this field. On this basis, the last part features possible future evolution scenarios of social networks. Regarding today's situation, when only one company dominates this segment, the scenarios are globally orientated. The study includes both strengths and weaknesses of social networks. It can serve as a basis for developing an optimal social network in the future.

Opening part of this paper is dedicated to the ongoing shift in social communication paradigm. An introduction to the subject of new media, web 2.0 concepts and social network sites phenomenon is followed by a discussion of integration possibilities of particular web 2.0 services. Some concerns about privacy, security, legislative framework and general openness of such system are discussed afterwards. A real case study of community virtualization process is introduced in the second part of this thesis. The case takes place in community of local non-profit club of youth and children. First, it is carried out an analysis of the communication receiver groups and the message types. We also describe the ongoing project of launching a new web site (made from several integrated web 2.0 services) and partial results of pilot implementation. Finally, the plan of the next integration steps is designed.

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of community care in psychiatry and its objective is to describe the importance of a nurse in providing this care. Community psychiatric care is a very wide area of an intermediary patient assistance designed to help the patients in any areas of their lives. Although in the Czech Republic community care has not achieved the appropriate development yet, its benefits for patients are important now and its importance has been growing. In the theoretical part, after a brief introduction to community care issues, history, principles, but also community care connection with nursing care, are mentioned. Subsequently, attention is paid to particular areas of community care that are important for the mentally ill and the role of a nurse in these areas is described. The approach to the mentally ill, the issue of stigmatization and psychiatric care organizations are mentioned. In the theoretical are part, psychiatric illnesses that may occur in community care are also analyzed and it is explained how community care may be beneficial for psychiatric patients. In the practical part, the objective was to find out the level of psychiatric nurses´ awareness of community care and to determine if they see the sense of community care in psychiatry. Making a survey of community care in which nurses can be involved was another objective of the work. The nurses´ responses to the stated hypotheses were statistically analyzed within quantitative research. The purpose of hypotheses stated was to determine whether nurses with the work experience longer than ten years are more likely to believe that psychiatric care is more beneficial for patients than hospitalization., And also, if nurses with an education higher than secondary have better awareness of community services provision. Other hypotheses were focused on finding out whether nurses consider the most common community care services issue in the Czech Republic to be housing promotion and if nurses aged over thirty years are more aware of the nurses´ role importance in community care. None of those hypotheses were confirmed. The hypothesis assuming that nurses obtain more information on community care from the Internet and literature than at workshops was confirmed. Psychiatric nurses working in mental homes in the South Moravian region and the Vysočina region took part in this research. A component of the practical part is also an analysis of community services in these regions. In both the regions 13 civic associations and community centers were mapped.

Due to the Czech Republic's health care system, the need for medical care during pregnancy - even when it is progressing physiologically - has become deeply-rooted in the mind of the public. The theoretical part of this work deals with midwifery in relation to community care. The general theoretical section sums up the roles and competencies of midwives and the forms of their education, both qualifying and lifelong. The following section deals with actual procedures in the care provided by midwives during home visits, according to valid standards issued by CKPA (Czech Midwife Confederation). The questionnaire method, one of quantitative research methods, has been selected for the research part of the work. The questionnaire used consisted of 28 questions and has been processed during April 2009. The sample group was a large group of non-professionals with no limitations by age, gender or place of residence. A total of 150 respondents have been asked for cooperation, and 126 filled questionaries were returned to the researchers. The main goals of the work were determining the public opinion on home visiting by midwives and its necessity. Futhermore, determining the public knowledge of midwife competencies and awareness of the range of midwife services covered by health insurance. The following hypotheses have been examined by the researchers: Hypothesis 1: Expectant mothers prefer gynecologist's care to midwifery. This hypothesis has been confirmed. Hypothesis 2: Women are not interested in home visiting by midwife after the birth. This hypothesis has been refuted. Hypothesis 3: Most of all, women expect high-quality prenatal courses from a midwife. This hypothesis has been refuted as well. Hypothesis 4: Men do not consider home visiting by midwife as valuable for women. This hypothesis has not been confirmed. Hypothesis 5: Women with no access to medical care in their place of residence are in greater need of home visiting by midwife than women with such access. Because of the non-representative distribution of respondents in the sample group, this hypothesis has been neither confirmed nor refuted. Hypothesis 6: The public has no knowledge of the actual competencies of midwives. This hypothesis has been confirmed . Hypothesis 7: The public has no knowledge of the range of midwife care covered by health insurance. This hypothesis has been confirmed as well. This work is of informative nature. It sums up the opinions and knowledge of the public about midwifery. It also helps to outline the uncertainties of the public in this field. The work can be used for public education or as a starting point for future research.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the I. Social Services Community Plan in the town of Havlíčkův Brod in the period 2005-2007. Individual activities are evaluated according to the degree of fulfillment. After which is pointed out the impact on the development of social services in the city. First, the plan is evaluated according to the target areas and finally the matter is viewed as an integrated whole. Furthermore, the thesis deals with one of the unfulfilled aktivity and updates information using a questionnaire analysis of the community plan. The work also contains proposals for action that could lead to more efficient implementation of the plan.

Community nursing contribution to the support of active old-age In connection with the growing tendency of the number of seniors in the Czech Republic the necessity to keep the senior generation active and self-sufficient as long as possible arises. The activities of geriatric nurses have been currently conducted by nurses of general practitioners and nurses of home-care agencies. However, in the primary care, community nurses would be of use, as they are abroad. We have ascertained what seniors themselves, the younger public but also nurses and students expect from a community nurse in the support of active old age. In the qualitative part of the research we used the technique of a semi-structured interview while in the quantitative part we used the questionnaire technique. We have managed to find answers to the research questions set out at the beginning of the research: the public expects a community nurse to provide nursing and health care together with assistance in the social field; the public expects a community nurse to focus on education in the field of a healthy lifestyle and therapeutic regimen; seniors expect broader social assistance provided by a community nurse than the younger public; financial security, healthy diet and physical activity constitute a form of preparation of the younger public for their old age; the younger public wants to be informed by a community nurse about preparation for old age. We have also confirmed the hypotheses raised by us: 1) Nurses prefer a community nurse to undertake the role of a provider of (required) care rather than the role of an educator in the support of active old age. 2) Students of the 3rd grade of study branch ``General Nurse{\crqq} of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia (ZSF JU) prefer a community nurse to undertake the role of an educator in the support of active old age rather than the role of a provider of (required) care. The results may serve for further researches, may be the inspiration for educational programmes and courses in the field of community care of seniors or may serve for development of community planning in the support of active old age. They will certainly contribute to a change of the view of a nurse working with a senior community.

Community nursing services provide health care services in communities outside health care institutions. They are targeted at the sick people in their own home environments, especially providing disease prevention, health support and health care assistance. The goal of community health services is to improve the whole community health, especially of those people who are exposed to risky lifestyles and who are under risk of petting sick, or of dech, and to provide a specific care to them. The introductory part of my thesis contains the theory and elementary parts and types of the health care system in the CR as well as categorized structures and functions of the World Health Organization. It also includes the primary health care goals as well as the goals of the European Union and of the Czech Ministry of Health for the health care system development. In the second part the theory deals with the meaning of the community care, its foundations, the past and the present in the CR. It also describes the nurses´ job descriptions. In the course of the quantitative research I chose the technique of a questionnaire on the grounds of a stratified selection. It was made up by questions used in interviews with nurses. In the frame of qualitative research I chose a method used in interviews with workers in health insurance companies in which I used a guided interview. The goal of my thesis was to find out whether health care workers are aware of health care deficits. I asked for the workers´ opinions on the necessity of community care development in the CR. The goals of my work were reached. The research question was used to find out what the of health care insurance companies representatives´ opinions on the necessity of the community care in the CR are. On the grounds of the questionnaire it was found out that the representatives of health care insurance companies have a positive opinion on the necessity of the community care development in the CR. I did not prove the first hypothesis which stipulated that nurses working outside hospitál facilities do not feel any deficit in providing health care services referring to the provided care. The second hypothesis was proven stipulating that nurses working in hospital facilities can see the most serious deficit in the the fact that people lack their interest in their own health. The third hypothesis was proven, too. The health care workers´ opinions on the the necessity of the community care in the CR are positive.

This bachelor thesis deals with a game called Geocaching. The theoretical part characterizes the origin, meaning and development of Geocaching. Next part describes the principle of this game and brings some assumptions why people play it. The practical part analyses results of the survey and compares them to the assumptions. The survey shows that people play Geocaching because it enables them to fulfill some of their needs, concretely social needs, self-realization, basic needs of physical activity, security and freedom. Needs that are not satisfied ativate inner motivation leading to their fulfillment. Geocachning enables players to fulfill their social needs and self-realization in following ways: making friends, being outdoors in search for caches, exploring new places, learning new knowledge and experience, and sharing them with others. The needs of physical activity and security are fulfilled through outdoor movement, sense of group solidarity, anonymity and independent decision-making.

The topic of the thesis is: ``Educational Process Focused on Prevention of Infectious Diseases in the Romany Population{\crqq}. The Romany minority is a part of the Czech society. In the population census conducted in 2001, the Romany nationality was claimed by 11 746 persons. However, the actual number of members of the Romany community in the Czech Republic is much larger. The Romany psyche differs from the psyche of the non-Romany population, which results in a different lifestyle. In common life we face various infectious diseases, such as respiratory infections, infections of skin and mucous membranes, blood-borne diseases, alimentary infections, sexually transmitted diseases and many others. Most of diseases endanger not only the majority society but also the Romany minority. However, the different lifestyle and psychological differences may result in higher probability of certain infections in the Romany minority. The objective of this thesis was to identify those infectious diseases and to elaborate an educational plan facilitating reduction of occurrence of the identified infectious diseases in the Romany population. The thesis raised four research objectives and four research issues. The research part of the thesis was implemented by the qualitative research method. The data were collected by the technique of semi-structured interviews based on study of technical literature. The questions are based on conceptual models of M. Gordonová, M. Leiningerová and J. Gigerová {--} R. Davidhizerová. The information obtained in interviews with members of the Romany minority group was processed into casuistics that form the basis for elaboration of categorized tables and charts. Based on the data obtained in interviews, the particular infectious disease which endangers members of the Romany minority group was identified and the educational plan was elaborated for them, supplemented with the educational material which was used for education at the following stage of the research. As the main results we consider identification of three infectious diseases that endanger the Romany population to the largest degree. The thesis provides nurses with recommendations what problems should be focused on in education of the Romany population not only within the Romany community but also in educational institutions. We would like to make the results of the thesis available to the professional public. The output of the thesis is the educational plan and educational material intended for all who work with the Romany community and wish to facilitate improvement of their health state and quality of life.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and decide whether the social webs are an appropriate place for company and their products presentation. On the basis of criteria chosen to decide which networks are in the Czech environment the most suitable and what promotion tools they offer. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, in which I consider technical terminology and describe the development of means for gathering people on the Internet till the today's look. A chapter follows that considers the most widespread websites in the Czech Republic, stressing especially Facebook, on which I illustrate the platform for application development. In the practical part I illustrate the promotion options of a company on Facebook through an actual marketing, I consider the aim differences, costs connected with the campaign running, and then I evaluate whether the campaign is successful, and I add proposals for improvement. Another theme is the possibility of using Facebook API and the FBML language by creating an application of the Facebook platform and its use by marketing. The work also consists of a public survey, which shows which social networks people leave and which they go to, reactions of the users for advertisements on social networks and their relationship to the applications running on social networks. The contribution of this work is to show opportunities that using social networks in company presentation offers.

The ultimate goal of this thesis is to choose appropriate system, supporting collaboration and web content management, for use by specific community. Another partial goal is to find a method for accessing solutions, which would apply in case of other comparable communities. Foremost the community is analyzed, during which we determine its actors and primary processes. In the second part, enterprise content management is briefly described and overview of its areas is made. In the third part of this thesis, methodology of choosing suitable solution is selected and described. Specific functional requirements on the system are established and also other constraints are established. Special emphasis is made on functionality supporting collaboration. And in the fourth part, this methodology is applied and a suitable solution for the community is found.

This Bachelor Thesis deals with free time activities of families with small children. The theoretical part describes a community as a place providing the possibility of spending free time. Then I describe free time as a value from many different standpoints. The last chapter of the theoretical part is the characteristic features of the community centre and the descrtiption ot its activities. The practical part deals with the research work whether families spend their free time in the community centre or they fill their free time with own activities. The result of the research ( in the town of Tábor and its surroundings) shows that the majority of the families has experience with the community centre and that the first contact with the centre is in the antenatal courses. Whereas swimming with children does not mean the entrance to the community. The parents organize swimming themselves.

Social services help people live in a common way of life. Necessity of social services results especially from the need of solving unfavorable situations in one{\crq}s life.Senior citizens are one of the largest recipient groups of social services nowadays. The target of my diploma work was to find out the topical situation of social services for senior citizens in the town of Decin and utilization of these services by senior citizens.

Práce podává přehled o procesu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb v ČR. Nastiňuje problematiku sociální politiky ČR pro seniory. Dále vymezuje pojmy komunitního plánování, jeho principy, metody ,cíle a přínos pro obce a občany. V praktické části uvádí do problematiky procesu plánování sociálních služeb v Jindřichově Hradci pro pracovní skupinu seniorů, informuje o silných a slabých stránkách v oblasti stávajících sociálních služeb pro tuto cílovou skupinu.

Diploma thesis "Vạn Xuân" - Ten thousand springs: Vietnamese journal in Czech republic deals not only with the magazine itself, but also with the Vietnamese press in Czech Republic in general. It is impossible to study Vietnamese press in Czech Republic without historical knowledge about this community on Czech territory. Hence, in the first part of this paper, the Vietnamese migration is fully explained. The aim of this work is to find out, how magazine Vạn Xuân reflects parallel Words in which it works - in Czech majority and Vietnamese minor. It is also important to know the range of information from Vietnam that the journal brings. Since most of Vietnamese do not speak Czech well and can not obtain information from Czech media, Vietnamese magazines are their primary, sometimes the only information source that they have. Thereby, Vietnamese press in Czech Republic has an important role in shaping knowledge and maybe even opinion of its community. Vietnamese community is quite isolated from Czech society, since it is its natural character. However, by and by, it is still more vivid that without adaptation, the Vietnamese community can not adequately exist. Among with many changes brought to us by the modern times, we may also find changes in current understanding of religions. In spite of the strong deconsecration trend the experts agreed on growing popularity of new forms of religions and divergence from the traditional religions on the other side. Many alternative religions occur. Groups are diversified by their confession, establishment, methods of finding new members, behaviour models and relationship to the traditional religions. The phenomenon of new religions establishment itself can not be overlooked anymore and to me it seems interesting to learn more about possible reasons, why individuals choose this way. The objective of my research was to identify what motivates people to join alternative religious groups. The research includes a quantitative and a qualitative section. In order to collect adequate data for the quantitative research method of e-mail inquiries was applied as well as questionnaires. The questionnaire was designed for the determined objective of the research and was intended for experts in organisations involved in religious issues both in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Specifically responses were received from employee of the Association for Study of Sects and New Religions in Prague, the Centre for Prevention in the Area of Religious Sects (CPoNS) in Olomouc and from o.z. INTEGRA - Centre for Prevention in the Area of Religious Sects, based in Banská Bystrica. I had three hypothesis determined for this part of my work: the Hypothesis I (Phenomenon of new religions popularity is related mainly to younger population, which is more sensitive to era changes), the Hypothesis II (Decision of an individual to join a new religious group is subject to expected satisfaction of currently unsatisfied needs) and the Hypothesis III (Psychological methods misused by the alternative religious groups play a significant role in individual´s decision to joint a sect). The above hypothesis has been confirmed upon analysis of collected data. In addition I used a quantitative method as well, consisting of semi-standardized interviews with former members of some of the alternative religious groups. The research group included three individuals, who shared their experience with a specific religious group. Considering the small number of respondents it was more a complementary type of method in addition to the quantitative research. The subject bachelor work may be used for more detail research of the given subject and extension of knowledge related to the phenomenon of the alternative religions. The work may be also used for description of processes taking place in the current society and affecting distrust to the traditional religions. Results of this research may be also considered when searching for an effective solution for prevention of sect impact.

Práce dále identifikuje problematické okruhy v této oblasti a snaží se napomoci jejich vyřešení formou doporučení a zkušeností autora, který se zapojil do práce pracovní skupiny.

Rozvoj komunity je často diskutovaným témou na mezinárodním poli. Komunity jsou nedínou součástí občanské společnosti a za posledních dvě stě let došlo ke změně v chápání jejich významu. Jsou založeny na principu participace, což je i jejich hlavním znakem. Jeden z možných způsobu jejich rozvoje je prostřednictvím komunitních rozvojových projektů. Úloha komunit je v každé části projektového cyklu odlišná. Nejdůležitější roli hrají ve fázi identifikace, realizace a evaluace.V případě, že komunita na projektu participuje, je mnohem vyšší šance na jeho udržení, což přispěje a možná zajistí trvale udržitelný rozvoj komunity. Namibie se leží na jihu sub-Saharské Afriky. Má za sebou bouřlivou historii a v současnosti řeší mnoho problému, např. pozemkovou reformu, šíření HIV/AIDS a s tím spojený rozpad rodin, nárůst počtu sirotků a zničení komunit. Řešením problemů spojených s HIV/AIDS jsou komunitní rozvojové projekty, které jsou součástí zahraniční rozvojové spolupráce.
