Title: The case study of a physioterapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis total hip replacement. Objectives: The aim of this study is to summarize theoretical and practical knowledge of total hip replacement and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: This thesis is divided into two main parts - a general one and a special one. The general part includes topics associated with a total hip replacement. It describes the structure of the hip joint, coxarthrosis, which was the indication for the surgery, different types of hip implants and the rehabilitation process. The special part contains the case study of a patient after a total hip replacement, which describes the therapy process along with a final evaluation of the effect of therapies. Results: We managed to fulfil our short term goals. Range of motion in afflicted lower limb was increased, muscle strength was increased, shortened muscles were stretched, the muscle tone in hypertonic muscles was decreased, the treatment of soft tissues was made, walking stereotype was improved and physical fitness of a patient was increased. Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient after polytrauma with peripheral palsy of ulnar nerve Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of peripheral palsy, especially the ulnar nerve palsy. Next objective is to elaborate a detailed case study with the use of theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired during the three years of studying the bachelor's programme, in the context of therapeutic sessions with a patient after a polytrauma who was diagnosed with ulnar nerve palsy. Methods: The thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part presents an analysis of data obtained from researching available literature and aims to summarize basic information on the subject. The empirical part documents the course of the therapeutic sessions and summarizes the results of the therapy within a consistent and specialized practice. A part of the case study is initial and final kinesiological assessment, a description of the course of all performed sessions and finally an evaluation of the effect of the therapy. This thesis is concerned with exploration of the interdisciplinarity of school subjects, specifically the link between mathematics and physical education. The educational goals and content of these subjects, as they are taught in majority of schools, are described in the theoretical part. The subsequent chapters analyze the form of interdisciplinarity in the current educational system, with the focus on the interdisciplinary relation between mathematics and physical education. The practical part of this thesis consists of case reports of students who took part in physical education with activities focused on rhythm in mathematics. This intervention was administered in two fourth grade classes, that were compared with two different fourth grades that took part in regular physical education. The differences between these classes were investigated by examining the students' attitude towards mathematics and physical education, as well as students' mathematical knowledge, which was assessed by administering tests before and after the physical education interventions. Additionally, the thesis contains the collection of the exercises that the students took part in, and which can be used to improve rhythmical and mathematical abilities. Title: Case Study of the Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnostis of a sprained ankle Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the theory, followed by a case study of the rehabilitation of a sprained ankle. The theoretical portion summarizes the findings and approaches of ankle injury treatment. The following section introduces a case study of a patient with a sprained ankle, specifically the application of the theoretical portion in practice, in the format of a case report. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: general and special. Aims: The main aim of the thesis is description of the theoretical knowledge about anatomy, kinesiology and function of the right hand. The thesis also deals with characteristics of gunshot injuries, methods of operational solutions by Kirchner wires and case study of a gunshot injury of the left hand. Methods: The bachelors' thesis is composed of the theoretical and special part. The theoretical part deals with anatomy, kinesiology and function of a hand and also describes fine motor skills. This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of art therapy for children with multiple disabilities. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter defines the term art therapy. The second chapter describes the individual stages of artistic expression in children. The third chapter focuses on art therapy with children. The fourth chapter defines multiple disabilities. The practical part is research into the possibilities of art-therapeutic work for children with multiple disabilities. It briefly describes group work with children with multiple disabilities and applies a qualitative method of data collection using two case studies. Based on long term observation, it reflects on changes in the artistic expression of children with disabilities in connection with art-therapeutic effects.

Title Case study of physical therapy management of a patient with systemic scleroderma Summary The topic of this work is progressive disease called Systemic scleroderma. For this disease are typical fibrotic changes in connective tissue such as are in skin and in some organs. The first part of the work summarizes information about this disease. The second part of this work contains case study of physical management of a patient with this diagnosis. The case study includes initial examination, suggestion of therapies and implementation. This thesis deals with the deep knowledge of the pupils of primary school who attend special school, a primary school established pursuant to Section 16 (9) of the Education Act. The main aim of the thesis was to describe the broad context of a child attending this type of school. The aim of the theoretical part was to characterize themes - mental disabilities, education of pupils with mentally disabilities, deprivation and socially disadvantaged environment, including issues of Gypsies ethnicity. The practical part has a qualitative charakter and presents case studies of five pupils. The aim was to produce detailed diagnostics and understanding of special school pupils through case studies, interviews with children, teachers, parents and teacher assistants.

Elaboration case of a patient with osteoarthritis and the evaluation of the effect of the therapeutic methods. The work deals with the psychological aspects and impacts of clients of social services during the transformation process. It tries to show the practical situation and the reactions of clients who completed the transformation. How to perceive the different stages and what problems they faced. The first part describes the various phases of transformation, closer familarization with transforming unit and specifics of mental disability and psychiatric illness. The second part introduces humanistic psychology and its representatives. The third part is practical. It refers to the specific situations that have arisen in various stages and provides specific procedures for their solution. Discussion section refers to specific situations that clients have experienced. Approach and solutions that were used in these situations are based on humanistic psychology and it is based on the theory C. Rogers, R. and A. H. Maslow.

The thesis is concerned with the female homelessness phenomena. In particular, it is focused on the mother with children target group. The first part is not only based on academic sources, but also on work and experience of specialists who work with these women. The causes of female homelessness and forms of help are also examined in this part. The aim of this thesis, however, is the comparison of approach to a client in two different homeless shelters. For this purpose, the two above mentioned facilities have been chosen and characterized on the grounds of available internal sources. In the re-search part of the thesis, both interviews with social workers and a case study of a wo-man who was a client of both facilities have been carried out. The research shows that there are many factors which can influence an approach to a client from facilities' organizational structures and observing the given sets of rules, to the ability of social workers being able to empower their clients in their own decisi-ons. The fact that severing ties connected with the past is often crucial for clients can be quite an inspirational discovery for homeless shelter workers.

Title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care of a patient after ACL reconstruction Objectives: Summary of theoretical knowledge related to the issue of convalescence after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruciton using autograft from patellar ligament in terms of physiotherapy and processing of a physiotherapy care casuistry of a patient with complete anterior cruciate ligament tear treated by this surgical technique, proposing a therapy based on the initial examination, monitoring the process of the therapy and evaluating its results. The general part includes facts from anatomy, kineziology, amputations and prosthetics of lower limb. It pointes to great psychological, social and economical impact which should be dealt with. Thesis title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care for a patient diagnosed with peripheral facial palsy Aim of thesis: The main aim of this thesis, as well as of its specialised part, is a detailed casuistry of physiotherapy care of a patient diagnosed with peripheral facial palsy. Firstly, resource materials were collected during my practical training in Regional Hospital Kladno, in time period January 23 - February 17, 2017. Casuistry consists of a clinical examination, short - term and long - term plan of physiotherapy care, therapy sessions' records and evaluation of used methods. Another aim was to elaborate on the topic of peripheral facial palsy in the theoretical part of the thesis. Thesis summary: For my therapies I used the following physiotherapy methods and techniques, in particular the Soft Tissue Mobilization: Postisometric Relaxation by Lewit (PIR) and antigravity method by Zbojan (AGR) to relax hypertonic muscles, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Joint Mobilization by Lewit and PIR with stretching by Janda. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part includes information from the areas of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, knee-joint traumatology, clinical examination, injury causes, therapeutic possibilities, subsequent rehabilitation, physiotherapeutic examination methods, and rehabilitation in the individual phases of treatment, including therapeutic goals. The special part was carried out based on practical experience at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Vysočany between August 28 and September 25, 2015. It includes a detailed case study of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. U diplomskom radu obrađuju se temeljne postavke osnovnog moralnog bogoslovlja prije i nakon Drugoga vatikanskog sabora. Ova analiza temelji se na usporedbi dvaju priručnika moralne teologije na hrvatskom jeziku, od kojih je jedan, Osnovno moralno bogoslovlje dr. sc Andrije Živkovića objavljen 1938. godine u Zagrebu, a drugi, Kristov zakon dr. sc. Bernharda Häringa objavljen 1954., ali dorađen nakon Sabora 1967. godine te 1973. preveden na hrvatski jezik. Usporedbom ova dva djela naznačuju se sličnosti i razlike u poimanju moralne teologije i kršćanskog života prije i nakon Koncila. analizirajući spomenuta djela ove dvojice autora. Dr. sc. Andrija Živković, unatoč tome što vrši određeni odmak od kazuističkog morala, ipak ostaje „zarobljen“ u okvirima tradicionalne teološke misli svoga vremena, odnosno, tomističkog pristupa zakonu. U središtu je objektivni moralni red koji je čovjek u svojoj savjesti dužan spoznati i po njemu donositi moralne sudove i ravnati svojim djelovanjem. Međutim, to je dovelo do određenog legalizma i minimalizma u kršćanskom životu. U djelu Bernharda Häringa, pod utjecajem saborske obnove moralne teologije, stoga uočavamo personalistički pristup gdje je u središtu osobna savjest koja u svojoj slobodi otkriva Božji poziv i čovjekovu odgovornost da na taj poziv odgovori. Naš moralni život mora biti stoga nadahnut vjerom jer proizlazi iz odnosa s Bogom koji nam progovara u svome Sinu, Isusu Kristu. Moralni život mora biti kristocentrično usmjeren jer smo pozvani na nasljedovanje Krista koji nas je po svom pashalnom otajstvu otkupio od grijeha i pobožanstvenio našu narav. Poziv na svetost postaje temeljni imperativ moralnog života koji nas vodi prema spasenju i zajedništvu u ljubavi s Bogom. Na tom tragu, glavni pokretač našeg moralnog djelovanja nije dužnost i obveza spoznaje moralnog zakona, nego Božja ljubav koja nadahnjuje čitavo naše djelovanje. Drugim riječima, središnji motiv kršćanskog ćudorednog djelovanja je poslušna ljubav sinovskog odnosa s Bogom. Häring ne zanemaruje ni važnost moralnog zakona i zapovijedi, ali njih shvaća kao izraz Božje ljubavi jer su nam dani radi našeg dobra i spasenja. Na taj način nadilazi se puka kazuistika i legalizam moralnog života jer otvorenost poticajima Božje ljubavi potiče čovjeka da stalno raste u dobru i ne zadovoljava se minimalističkim izvršavanjem moralnog zakona, odnosno, izbjegavanjem grijeha. Čovjek je pozvan cijeloga sebe, u potpunoj slobodi svoga bića, sve svoje naravne i nadnaravne sposobnosti staviti u službu Bogu i trajno napredovati u svetosti i kreposnom životu. This analysis is based on the comparison of two manuals of moral theology in Croatian, of one of which is "Basic moral divinity" by dr.sc. Andrija Živković was released in 1938 in Zagreb, and the other one is "The law of Christ" by dr.sc. Häring which was released in 1954., but was revised after the Council in 1967. and had been translated to Croatian in 1973. In the comparison of these two pieces similarities and differences in the undestanding of moral theology and Christian life before and after the Council are being indicited. By analysing the mentioned pieces of these two authors. Dr. sc. Andrija Živković, despite making a certain distance from Cosuistic moral, he still remains "captured" in the frames of traditional theological thought of his time, actually, tomistic approach to law. In the centre is the objective moral order which is a mans duty to acknowledge and make moral decisions by it. As a matter of fact, it led to a certain legalism and minimalism in christian life. In the work of Bernhard Häring, under the influence of parlaments renewal of moral theology, we observe personalistic approach where in the middle is personal conscience which in its freedom reveals God's call and men's responsibility to answer that call. Our moral life must be inspired by faith because it arises from relationship with God, who speaks in his Son, Jesus Christ. Moral life must be Christcentrical directed because we are invited to follow Christ who has, through his pashal mystery, redeemed us from sin and made our temper Godlike. Invitation for holiness becomes basic imperativ of moral life which leads us towards salvation and union with love with God. On that track, main initiator of our moral acting is not duty and obligation of understanding moral law, but God's love which inspired our whole behaviour. In other words, main motiv of christian moral acting is obedient love of Son's relationship with God. Häring doesn't dismiss importance of moral law and commandments, but he understands them like expression of God's love because they are given to us for our well being and salvation. In that way, raw causality and legalism of moral life is overcomed, because openness to incentive of God's love encourages man to constantly grow in good and doesn't satisfy with minimalistic execution of moral law, therefore, avoiding sins. A person is invited, in total freedom of its own being, in all its natural and supernatural abilities to put in the service of God and permenately advance in holiness and virtuous life.

Thesis title: A case report of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with peripheral facial palsy Thesis summary: The thesis focuses on physiotherapy treatment techniques for peripheral facial palsy. It consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part covers basic anatomy and neurology, the characteristics, clinical picture, diagnosis, and treatment. The practical part is a case report of a patient with peripheral facial palsy. The case report includes the clinical examination, treatment, progress, and outcome. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of the Patient with the Diagnosis of Unilateral Above - Knee Amputation. Objectives: Summary of theoretical knowledge on the issue of amputation and processing of case study of the patient with the diagnosis of unilateral below knee amputation. Methods: The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The general part includes the literature review of anatomy and kinesiology. The research furthermore investigates the problematic of amputations and prothesis, where it is focused on physiotherapy. The special part - case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation, contains case history, complex kinesiology examination, prosess of each therapy and final evaluation of its effect. The case study was written during rehabilitation practice in The Military University Hospital. Results: The applied therapeutic care positively contributed to the improved condition of the patient. The bachelor thesis " Art therapy as a support tool for elementary school pupils with special educational needs" in the theoretical part elaborates on the themes of introduction to art therapy and its history and discusses an art therapeutic approach to children and ontogeny of children's art form, later on it traces the development of the approaches in the Czech educational system to children with special needs and provides examples of alternative approaches, among which art therapy would be seen as a support tool. The practical part presents cases of the use of art therapy in education of two elementary school children. Children's creation is presented chronologically and its characteristic components are discussed, taking into account the child's personality. The conclusion summarizes the practical knowledge applicable by educators and people focused on creative approach children.

This bachelor's thesis "Nursing care for female patient with thyroid disease" consists of two parts describing theory and practise. Theoretic part provides basic information about thyroid gland - anatomy, histology and physiology - function in human organism, followed by description of goitre, the most frequent disease requiring surgical intervention, focused on disorder reasons, incidence symptoms, diagnostics, therapy, possible complications and prognosis for patients suffering this disease. Title: Casuistry of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral lower leg amputation Aims: Aim of this bachelor thesis is to theoretically proces the lower limb amputation issue with the specialization on the lower leg amputation, to proces casuistry of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with this diagnosis with the therapy evaluation effect. Methods: The general part has been processed by the theoretical base recherche template for the lower limb amputation issues. Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with stroke and total hip arthroplasty. Aim: The aim of this thesis is to analysis a theoretical knowledge about stroke and total hip arthroplasty and elaboration of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of an patient with these two diagnosis case study. Methods: This bachelor thesis elaborate stroke and total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture. The thesis is divided into two parts - general and special. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after proximal humeral fracture. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical findings about the fracture of proximal part of humerus, to elaborate the patient casuistry and evaluate the effect of the therapy. Methods: In the first part I summarized theoretical basis to the topic of proximal humeral fracture. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of total hip replacement Aims: The aims of the bachelor thesis are to improve theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills connected with the diagnosis of total hip replacement and physiotherapeutic methods used after the implantation of an artificial hip joint. Summary: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, general part, deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint; it also deals with the osteoarthritis, which is the most common cause leading to the total hip replacement. Particular types of implants and operating approaches are dealt with, as well. The thesis focuses on the socio-educational work methods of the probation and mediation services and of its workers in relation to their clients with imposed probation supervision and on the opportunities for development and support of their healthy social functioning. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part initially are defined the basic concepts and terms, then it is described the target group of conditionally released from prison clients, which currently are under supervision of a probation officer. The thesis sees the imprisonment as a difficult life situation and it deals with the influence of penitentiary environment on the personality of the convict in relation to his further development. In the second part are described the specific activities of the probation and mediation service workers in relation to clients from the target group. The thesis focuses on the socio-educational work of the probation officers, as well as social workers or other organizations for social prevention and their impact on the social stabilization of individuals, belonging to the target group. The collection of prepared cases is based on the real cases published in the scientific journals and is intended for the students of General medicine. The aim of this study material is to give insight to the use of drugs in the clinical practice and to introduce some of the adverse reactions and unsuitable drug combinations in this attractive and interactive form. The reports are classified into three subgroups with regard to the relation of their content to the medical subspecialities.

The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of art therapy with a group of pre-school children. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters. The first chapter is focused on specifics of the preschool period. It defines preschool age and describes developmental traits of a preschool child. The second chapter concerns preschool child's artistic expression. The last part deals with the art therapy work with preschool children. The practical part refers to a long-term art therapy work with a group of preschool children and describes the searching for the most acceptable inclusion of art therapy into the common run of a kindergarten. It reviews chosen art techniques and themes and the casuistry is focused on the chosen child's artistic expression variability with a reflection into other fields of expressions.
