Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка прототипа автоматизированной системы проверки правильности запросов на языке Oracle SQL с использованием Oracle Application Express». Данная работа посвящена задаче проверки правильности запросов на языке Oracle SQL. Целью работы является разработка прототипа автоматизированной системы, которая бы самостоятельно проверяла правильность SQL-запросов, Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ð¸ÑÐ°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚ÑƒÐ´ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸. В результате исследования данной темы были изучены методы проверки правильности запросов и создан собственный алгоритм, позволяющий осуществить проверку SQL-запросов студентов на правильность. Более того, были рассмотрены различные инструменты для развертывания системы, а выбранное средство разработки было обосновано. В конечном итоге разработанная система была протестирована на Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾ SQL, Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐ°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚ÑƒÐ´ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ моего направления на втором и третьем ÐºÑƒÑ€ÑÐ°Ñ . В перспективе данную автоматизированную систему можно внедрить в ВУЗы, где есть направления, связанные с базами Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ., The subject of the graduate qualification work is «The development of a prototype of an automated query validation system in Oracle SQL language using Oracle Application Express». This work is devoted to the task of verifying the correctness of queries in Oracle SQL language. The purpose of the work is to develop a prototype of an automated system that would independently verify the correctness of SQL queries written by students. As a result of the research on this topic, methods for verifying the correctness of queries were studied and a proprietary algorithm was created that allows to implement the verification of students’ SQL queries for correctness. Moreover, various tools for deploying the system were considered, and the chosen one was justified. Eventually, the developed system was tested on real SQL tasks written by sophomores and third-year students of my area of specialization. In the future, this automated system can be implemented in universities where there are areas related to databases.

As the world rapidly propels further through the ever-evolving field of automation, there is also an increased demand for properly regulated robots. While the use of automated machines is nothing new, the industry remains in a continuous effort to develop systems that both push the number of manageable inputs and the limits of optimization. One of the most foundational parts of many automated machines is the robotic arm. During this project, a self-regulating robot arm with the ability to maintain a desired position based on multiple inputs was constructed and tested. The resulting design managed to maintain a set height with varying levels of flow and precision, enabling further development and optimization with stronger components. I propose the notion of Roboticising User Interfaces (RUIs) that help cope with the daily problems we let into our homes and lives by automation. A culture of cooperation in the form of recommendations and requests is established by enabling a system to become part of a bidirectional (voiceless) dialogue instigated by the (implicit) interaction between human and machine. The means of communication on the system side are based on gestures made up of the psychophysical stimuli resulting from mechanics; users respond to such recommen-dations or requests by interacting with the system based on the given interaction paradigm(s). During a first empirical study with 15 participants, a prototype of a RUI in the form of a lighting system has been investigated. It can be derived that RUIs enable to articulate intent. Moreover, indications were found that allow the assumption that by positively influencing their user's behaviour, automated systems with a RUI have a greater supporting effect in achieving an arbitrary but common goal (often the reason for automation in the first place) than those without one.

Consider optimizing a periodic schedule for an automated production plant as a last step of a more comprehensive design process. In our scenario, each robot’s cyclic sequence of operations and trajectories between potential waiting points have already been fully specified. Further given are those precedences that fix sequence requirements on operations between different robots. It remains to determine the starting time for each operation or movement of each robot within a common cyclic time period so as to avoid collisions of robots that operate in the same space simultaneously. So the task is to find a conflict-resolving schedule that minimizes this common periodic cycle time while observing all precedence relations and collision avoidance constraints. The proposed cycle time minimization problem for robot coordination has, to the best of our knowledge, not been studied before. We develop an approach for solving it by employing binary search for determining the smallest feasible period time of an iso-periodic event scheduling problem (IPESP). This is a variant of the periodic event scheduling problem in which the objects that have to be scheduled need to obey exactly the same period time. The possibility to wait arbitrarily long at waiting points turns out to be essential to justify the use of binary search for identifying the minimum cycle time, thereby avoiding bilinear mixed integer formulations. Special properties of the given scenario admit bounds on the periodic tension variables of an integer programming formulation. Although the IPESP subproblems remain NP-complete in general, these bounds allow solving real-world instances sufficiently fast for the approach to be applicable in practice. Numerical experiments on real-world and randomly generated data are supplied to illustrate the potential and limitations of this approach. Summary of Contribution: When designing automated production plants, a crucial step is to identify the smallest possible per unit period time for the production processes. Based on periodic event scheduling ideas, we develop and analyze mathematical methods for this purpose. We show that the algorithmic implementation of our approach provides an answer to current real-world designs in reasonable time.

Automated systems have been crucial to reducing medication errors and improving patient safety. However, their use has increased medication-errors associated with other factors:socio-technical interactions, automation bias, workarounds, and overrides. This comprehensive systematic review was conducted to identify types and severity of medication-errors associated with the use of automated system in all stages of the medication use process. This provides new perspectives that contribute significantly to global knowledge in the research area. Three databases were searched to include English-language observational and experimental studies(from 2000-2019) focused on types and severity of medication errors. A data-extraction form was developed, and quality was assessed using Hoy-et-al tool. The search yielded 860 articles after deduplication and thirteen were eligible. The bias risk was low for eight studies(62%) and moderate for five(38%). The medication-error types, and prevalence were omitted information(4-61%), wrong dose(4-30%), incorrect medication(1-18%), incorrect administration time(3-18%), and incorrect frequency(0.6%-21%) and occurred in the prescribing(62%) and administration(69%) stage. The error severity assessment used was NCC-MERP-index(46%), other(23%), or not conducted(31%). Omitted information and incorrect dose were the most common errors associated with automated systems in the prescribing and administration stages. However, the error severity and classification was inconclusive due to differences in study design and assessment criteria.

This paper investigates the observable response times of commercial cruise control systems. The behavioral comparison is performed based on empirical observations from three well-known experimental campaigns in the literature. In recent years, apart from the already commercially available Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), an upcoming system called Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control (CACC) has been developed to control the speed of vehicles. The goal of this work is to compare the behavior of these systems on the basis of response time, that is the delay from the moment of a stimulus until the reaction of the controller. Observations from two datasets with ACC and CACC experiments, the OpenACC dataset, developed by the European Commission and the CARMA dataset developed by the U.S. Department of Transportation, were considered. Three state-of-the- art techniques were implemented to provide quantitative results for the vehicles’ response times. The benefits and downsides of each technique are discussed as well. The results show that ACC does not exhibit a significant improvement compared to human drivers, yet it can be concluded that the additional vehicle-to-vehicle communication incorporated in the CACC system allows a significantly lower response time.

Розроблена удосконалена структурної схеми автоматизована система малоінтенсивної лазерної терапії (АСМЛТ) . Розроблена конструкції лазерного випромінювача. Виконані складальні креслення та 3D – модель лазерного випромінювача. Досліджена структурно-функціональної схеми АСМЛТ . Проведені розробка та розрахунок елементів схем електричних принципових блоків систем живлення АСМЛТ. The diploma project on the topic "Automated system of low-intensity laser therapy" includes an explanatory note of 104 pages, 25 figures, 3 tables and 80 sources used according to the list of references. The aim of this project is to design an automated system with a laser emitter for low-intensity laser therapy. A critical analysis of literature sources from devices and systems of laser therapy is carried out and their classification is offered. An improved structural scheme of the automated system of low-intensity laser therapy (ASLLT) has been developed. The design of the laser emitter is developed. Assembly drawings and 3D - model of the laser emitter are executed. The structural-functional scheme of ASMLT is investigated. Development and calculation of circuit elements of electrical principal units of ASMLT power supply systems are carried out.

Objective Automated systems are needed for the rapid and accurate diagnosis of Pseudomonas-associated nosocomial infections among critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit. We assessed the performance of TDR-300B and VITEK®2 for the identification of P. aeruginosa using VITEK®-MS as the gold standard. Methods This analytical study employed a cross-sectional approach. First, 44 clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa were collected and refreshed. Next, a single colony of oxidase-positive, gram-negative rods (30 samples) was inoculated into a TDR-300B NF-64 card and VITEK®2 GN cassette for each isolate. Finally, bacterial identification was performed using VITEK®-MS for comparative analysis. Results Compared with the results for VITEK®-MS, the congruence rates for TDR-300B and VITEK®2 were 80.76% (21/26) and 92.30% (24/26), respectively. Further, high sensitivity was observed for TDR-300B and VITEK®2 (95.45% and 100%, respectively). In addition, TDR-300B had a lower positive predictive value and accuracy than VITEK®2, albeit without significance. Conclusions Conclusively, there were no significant differences regarding the diagnostic efficiency of TDR-300B and VITEK®2 for P. aeruginosa.

Network topology is one of the major factors in defining the behavior of a network. In the present scenario, the demand for network security has increased due to an increase in the possibility of attacks by malicious users. In this paper, a blockchain-based system is suggested for securely discovering and storing networks. Techniques such as cloud-based storage systems are not efficient and are lacking in trust, privacy, security, and data control. The blockchain-based technique suggested in this paper is capable of resolving these challenges. Experiments were performed using Mininet, Cisco Packet Tracer, and Ethereum blockchain with the network inference algorithm. This algorithm is capable of inferring the network topology even when only partial information regarding the network is available. The results obtained clearly show that the network is resistant to malicious users and various external attacks, making the network robust.

В статье рассмотрен алгоритм оценки показателей надежности автоматизированных систем в процессе эксплуатации. Рассмотрение проводилось на примере боковой автоматической прислонно-сдвижной двери пассажирского вагона. В примере произведен расчет показателей безотказности и ремонтопригодности, представлены рекомендации и уточнения по алгоритму расчета. Пример учитывает минимальное количество выборки изделия, точечную и интервальную оценку показателей надежности. Рассматриваемая методика будет полезна представителям отделов надежности и качества промышленных предприятий, которые серийно выпускают технические системы и автоматизированные комплексы., The article discusses an algorithm for assessing the reliability indicators of automated systems during operation. The consideration was carried out on the example of a side automatic reclining-sliding door of a passenger car. In the example, the indicators of reliability and maintainability were calculated, recommendations and clarifi cations on the calculation algorithm were presented. The example takes into account the minimum number of product samples, point and interval estimates of reliability indicators. Collaborative robots represent an interesting solution to automate tasks that were too difficult or too expensive to automate since they merge the flexibility of a human operator and the accuracy of automated systems. This work presents a framework developed in three levels with a top-down approach. A first offline level will solve the task scheduling problem of a human-robot collaborative workcell addressing both logistic and robotic aspects, represented by physical interferences and performance indexes. A second level will manage the shared workspace in real-time. These first two levels, due to their general nature, will be described in greater detail. The possible application and validation of the model to a specific case study will be discussed in the third level, which will describe the connection of the model towards different devices.

The thematic focus of this Bachelor thesis is laid on investigations into the behavior of automated vehicle systems. In recent years, apart from the already commercially available Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), an upcoming system called Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control (CACC) has been developed to control the speed of vehicles. The goal of this work is to compare the behavior of these systems on the basis of empirical data from car-following experiments. By analyzing the microscopic properties response time, headway, string stability, and energy consumption, one can estimate the impact on traffic performance. The three modes considered in this thesis are Human drivers, ACC, and CACC. While ACC does not exhibit a significant improvement compared to human drivers, it can be concluded that the additional vehicle-to-vehicle communication incorporated in the CACC system allows a substantially higher traffic flow. The findings show that this advancement results from fast response times, a short headway and string stable behavior in car-following scenarios.

Methods: classification, comparative analysis, architectural modeling, economic and statistical modeling, business process modeling, forecasting, project management methods, Waterfall methodologies, expert evaluation, processing of expert estimates, data collection and processing, infographics, methods for evaluating projects effectiveness. The main results of the work: - the necessity of introducing a new IS has been substantiated; - the analysis of the market of ready-made solutions was carried out and the most suitable one according to the IS requirements was selected; - a project for the introduction of a new IS was planned; - calculated the costs of the project, as well as its commercial efficiency. The practical significance of the work is determined by a decrease in the duration of processing customer requests, an expansion of the client base, due to which the company's income will increase. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.

Nanomaterials are at the core of many scientific discoveries in catalysis, energy and healthcare to name a few. However, their deployment is limited by the lack of reproducible and precise manufacturing technologies on-demand. In this work, a precision automated technology is demonstrated for nanoparticles synthesis with wide-range tunable sizes (≈4–100 nm). Dial-a-particle capabilities are achieved by a combination of a fast integrated multipoint particle sizing combined with a “plug-n-play” modular platform with reactors in series, distributed feed and in situ multipoint analysis. Real-time early growth information accurately predicts the resulting particle properties. Such real-time simple feedback control can overcome repeatability and stability issues associated with controllable (e.g., conditions) and uncontrollable (e.g., fouling, ageing, and impurities) variations leading to self-regulated, highly stable multistage systems with no human intervention even with long residence times (from a few minutes to hours). This is a paradigm shift from machine learning (ML) methodologies, which are restricted to trained networks with rich data sets, impractical in non-reproducible processes and limited to short residence times (e.g., within few minutes). The approach is demonstrated for plasmonic silver and gold nanoparticles showing agile control within minutes, opening the door for automation of more complex multistage procedures such as composites, multielement materials, and particle functionalization.

Целью работы является анализ Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑÑ‚ эксперта как инновационной формы организации судебно-ÑÐºÑÐ¿ÐµÑ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹. Цель работы определила ряд задач, среди ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ : 1. Рассмотреть вопросы организации и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ обеспечения судебно-ÑÐºÑÐ¿ÐµÑ€Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹; 2. Изучить экспертные Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ в обеспечении раскрытия и расследования преступлений; 3. Изучить понятие и назначение автоматизированного рабочего места эксперта; 4. The purpose the work is to analyze automated workstations of an expert as an innovative form of organizing forensic research. The purpose of the work identified a number of tasks, including: 1. Consider the issues of organization and technological support of forensic research; 2. Study expert technologies in ensuring the detection and investigation of crimes; 3. Study the concept and purpose of an automated workstation for an expert; 4. Consider the types of automated workstations for an expert and the problems of their practical use. The methodological basis of the research is such methods as: the method of analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogies The theoretical and practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the research results in the further analysis of the expert's automated workstations when organizing forensic research. Work structure. The work includes three chapters, an introduction, a conclusion, a list of sources used.

PURPOSE: Broth microdilution (BMD) stays as the reference testing method for determination of antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) to colistin and is considered essential for patient management and for monitoring of colistin resistance. This multicenter study aimed to evaluate the performance of automated systems for colistin AST among Enterobacterales as an alternative for BMD since the majority of laboratories use automated systems as first-line method. METHODS: Twenty colistin resistant (COL-R) including 10 MCR producers and 10 colistin-susceptible (COL-S) Enterobacterales isolates were blindly tested for colistin susceptibility with the routine automated AST systems used by 8 laboratories (3 with BD Phoenix, 3 with Vitek2 and 2 with MicroScan). Additionally, 3 reference strains (E. coli ATCC 25922, E. coli NCTC 13846, and one COL-R mcr-negative K. pneumoniae M/14750) were tested in triplicate by each laboratory. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Results were compared with BMD performed at the reference laboratory. BD Phoenix and MicroScan automated AST systems provide accurate and reproducible categorical results for the testing of colistin in Enterobacterales. However, Vitek2 system showed poor performance for the detection of COL-R isolates especially those with MICs close to the susceptibility breakpoint (categorical agreement of 88% and precision categorical agreement of 81%).

Addressing these complex issues requires active collaboration between multiple stakeholders, including children. Nonetheless, even if emergent technologies are becoming increasingly present in education, most technology-mediated educational projects for children tend to focus on the development of technical skills, leaving little room for critical reflection. This tendency runs the risk of missing opportunities to truly empower children as critical users, (future) responsible designers and skilled stakeholders in the dialogue around ethical concerns on technology. Starting from this perspective, the workshop aims at tracing research lines and opening questions around strategies, methods, tools, and perspectives to support children in developing an ethical and critical sensitivity in the use, design, and development of emergent technologies.

The article substantiates the feasibility and practical value of using a specific simulation modeling methodology, which provides for digital processing and the mathematical essence of neural network technology. A brain tumor is a serious disease, and the number of people who die due to a brain tumor, despite significant progress in treatment remains impressive. In this research presents in detail the developed algorithm for high-performance identification of objects (early detection and identification of tumors) on MRI images by geometric features. This algorithm, based on image pre-processing, analyzes the data array using a convolutional neural network (CNN) and recognizes pathologies in the images. The obtained algorithm is a step towards the creation of autonomous automatic identification and decision-making systems for the diagnosis of malignant tumors and other neoplasms in the brain by geometric features., У статті обґрунтовується доцільність та практична цінність використання специфічної методології імітаційного моделювання, що передбачає цифрову обробку та математичну сутність технології нейронних мереж. Виділення параметрів та локалізація необхідних областей медичних зображень – складний процес, який потребує інтелектуальних алгоритмів, хорошої якості зображень, а також втручання кваліфікованого оператора при дослідженні великих масивів даних. Пухлина головного мозку – серйозне захворювання, і кількість людей, які помирають через пухлини головного мозку, незважаючи на значний прогрес у лікуванні залишається вражаючою. В даному досліджені детально представлено розроблений алгоритм для високопродуктивної ідентифікації об’єктів (ранньому виявленні та ідентифікації пухлин) на МРТ-знімках за геометричними ознаками. Даний алгоритм на основі попередньої обробки зображення аналізує масив даних за допомогою згорткової нейронної мережі (ЗНМ) та розпізнає патології на зображеннях. Отриманий алгоритм є кроком до створення автономних автоматичних систем ідентифікації та прийняття рішень, щодо діагностики злоякісних пухлин та інших новоутворень у головному мозку за геометричними ознаками.
