Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive & irreversible impairment of kidney function. The replacement therapy in CKD that is widely chosen is hemodialysis. CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis should limit fluid intake during dialysis so that excess fluid does not occur, but the result of fluid restriction will trigger the onset of thirst so patients are less likely to adhere to the fluid intake diet. Slimber ice is an intervention of choice in the management of thirst. This study aims to analyze the effect slimber-ice against thirst intensity in hemodialysis patients with CKD at Stella Maris Hospital Makassar. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental with One Group Pre-Post Test Design. Sampling using the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Consecutive Sampling technique with a total sample of 40 respondents. This study provided intervention in hemodialysis patients with CKD in the form of slimber-ice. The implementation of the intervention begins with a Pre-Test (measurement of thirst intensity) using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) instrument, then giving slimber-ice for 5 weeks (2x a week) then a Post-Test is carried out. The results of the study described the majority of respondents aged 56-65 years, namely 15 respondents (37,5%), male gender 29 respondents (72,5%), high school last education 28 respondents (70%), & employment status was not working 22 respondents (55%), then the intensity of thirst before the intervention of the majority of moderate thirst was 29 respondents (72,5%) & after the majority of mild thirst 33 respondents (82,5%). Wilcoxon test analysis was obtained p = 0.000 ˂ α = 0.05 so that there was a significant effect slimber-ice agains thirst intensity in hemodialysis patients with CKD. Researchers recommend slimber-ice as one of the self-interventions in restraining thirst to prevent an imbalance of body fluids due to overhydration.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the proportions of rice flour and black taro flour on the characteristics of rice noodle (kwetiau). Kwetiau were produced by blending various proportions of rice and black taro flour (100:0; 75:25; 50:50; 25:75; 0;100) which were evaluated for water content, texture, cooking quality and color. The results indicated that proportion of rice and black taro flour affects the cooking quality, texture and color of the kwetiau (p0,01). Black taro flour addition produced kwetiau with decreased cooking time, hardness, cohesivennes and chewiness, L* value and a* value. A higher proportion of black taro flour increased the weight after cooking, cooking loss, adhesiveness and b* of the kwetiau. The proportion of rice and black taro flour did not affect the moisture content and springiness. Fermented black taro flour can be used to a limited extent (25 %) as a substitute for rice flour in making kwetiau.

Polyphenols from clove extract (Syzygium aromaticum) were successfully used as reducing agents to synthesize nanoscale zero-valent iron (nZVI). Optimization of nZVI synthesis was carried out by reacting polyphenols and FeSO4 at a composition of 0.25:4.75, 1:4, 2:3, and 3:2. The particle size analyzer showed that the smaller particle size distribution was obtained at nZVI 0.25:4.75, with values of D10 = 85.1 nm, D50 = 122 nm, and D90 = 175 nm. The results of the Pb(II) removal test showed that nZVI 0.25:4.75 had a fairly high percentage of Pb(II) removal, which was 96.4852% at 60 minutes. The smaller particle size of nZVI 0.25:4.75 compared to other samples is an important factor affecting the adsorption activity of Pb(II) in an aqueous medium.

(1) Background: Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and trends in cancer incidence and mortality are increasing over last years in Loja-Ecuador. Cancer treatment is expensive because of social and economic issues which force the patients to look for other alternatives. One such alternative treatment is ivermectin-based antiparasitic, which is commonly used in treating cattle. This paper analyzed ivermectin use as cancer treatment in the rural area of the Loja province and the medical opinion regarding the use of ivermectin in humans. (2) Methods: The study used a mixed methodology using different sampling techniques such as observation, surveys, and interviews. (3) Results: The main findings show that 19% of the participants diagnosed with cancer take medicines based on ivermectin as alternative therapy to the cancer control and treatment without leaving treatment such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy, while 81% use it to treat other diseases. (4) Conclusions: Finally, we identify that the interviewed not only use IVM as anticancer treatment, but it is also used as a treatment against other diseases. Although the participants’ opinions indicate that they feel improvements in their health after the third dose, the specialist considers that there is no authorization to prescribe these alternative treatments. In addition, they confirmed that currently, there is no scientific knowledge about the application of these treatments in humans and they do not recommend their application. Thus, the anticancer mechanism of ivermectin remains to be further investigated; therefore, we consider that it is important to continue with this research by proposing a new stage to evaluate and determine the pharmacological action of this type of drug through an in vitro study in different cultures of cancer cells.

Plain English summary Young women are more likely to have a negative body image and an unhealthy relationship with food because they are more focused on their physical appearance, especially with the rise of social media. If young women with these struggles see edited representations of pregnancy, they can develop a negative attitude about becoming pregnant in the future. This study examined how unhealthy eating habits and highly edited pictures of pregnant women impact young women’s attitudes toward a potential pregnancy. Our participants answered questions designed to see if they possess unhealthy eating thoughts and behaviors, then they were randomly shown either highly edited or not highly edited pictures of pregnant women from social media. Then, they answered questions about their attitude toward a potential pregnancy. We found that women with particularly unhealthy relationships with food were less confident about maintaining healthy eating habits throughout pregnancy. However, we also found that women who viewed the highly edited pictures were more confident about maintaining healthy eating habits throughout pregnancy. We can use these results to educate caregivers and help women get better care.

The Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 led to unpredictable price fluctuation in agricultural commodities such as Shallots. The purpose of this research was to analyze the price fluctuation behavior of shallots in Gorontalo Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic and the price volatility surge as well as the effect of the pandemic during 2020. This study used data from The National Food Strategy Information Center in the form of weekly price in time-series from January 2018 to December 2020. The data analysis on price volatility was conducted using the Auto-Regressive Conditional Heteroscedastic and Generalized Auto-Regressive Conditional Heteroscedastic (ARCH / GARCH) Models. The results show that shallot price behavior randomly fluctuates every year, is more unpredictable, and has significant fluctuation over 2020. The ARCH / GARCH models prove that Pandemic Covid-19 in 2020 triggered the unpredictable price fluctuation and led to price volatility of shallots commodity in Gorontalo Province.

The task of projecting the number of inhabitants is based on rigorous calculations, on prior knowledge about the behavior of demographic variables that imply population entries or exits. The objective of this article was to present a statistical method for estimating demographic projections, showing its methodological and technical aspects, so that non-demographers have the necessary elements for their estimation. The above was achieved through the use of the Logistics Function, taking the reader step by step in order to make the procedure to follow clear; Subsequently, for this purpose, a projection exercise is carried out using data for the young population (15 to 29 years old) in the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico (ZMVM) as an example. The results show that in 2050 the number of young people in the ZMVM will reach 5.2 million, which corresponds to a decrease of 0.76%. This indicates that, within approximately 30 years, the number of young people in the ZMVM will still be high (22.27% of the total population of said area). It is concluded that by using the logistic function an acceptable estimate can be obtained in population projections, in general and by large age groups.

The entrepreneurial spirit is the first step that encourages individuals to start stepping into the business world. The current fact, where the number of open unemployment based on higher education levels has increased by 12.82% as of August 2021, shows that job competition is getting tougher. Thus, various efforts are needed in changing the mindset of students as job seekers to job creators. This is what prompted the Economic Education laboratory service team of FKIP Sriwijaya University to carry out online seminars/entrepreneurship webinars with the theme fostering the spirit of young entrepreneurs in the pandemic era on March 12, 2022. This activity was attended by 256 participants online. The steps for the service activities include planning, implementing and evaluating activities. The service method used is the implementation of webinars by providing explanations and material exposure, interactive discussion and question and answer with participants, and evaluation of activities by giving questionnaires. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it shows the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in this activity and getting a positive response in growing the enthusiasm and motivation of participants to start a business. This is supported by the results of the participant response questionnaire which obtained an average score of 90.91 in the aspect of growing enthusiasm and motivation for entrepreneurship. Because through this activity the participants gain insight into entrepreneurship and gain business inspiration from business actors who have tasted the sweetness of success from the business they are living. In an effort to change the mindset and create entrepreneurs among students, it is not enough just to inspire enthusiasm and motivation for entrepreneurship, further activities are needed in the form of training and assistance in realizing various business ideas that are owned, namely by providing education and capital resources that students can use. increasing entrepreneurial experience through hands-on practical activities, as well as education in terms of business development, in the form of business management, product management, and marketing techniques.

Students' motivation to learn English is low. Consequently, in the eyes of the students, English subjects become less meaningful, and the end of all that is low in students' achievement. This study aimed to investigate the use of Music Video ASL (American Sign Language) to improve students learning achievement and motivation at the Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. The study was classroom action research conducted in two cycles with the subjects of the second-semester Agroindustry study program, Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. The data sources were formative tests conducted at the end of every cycle, classroom observation, and student questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively to know the improvement of students' achievement and motivation in the learning process towards implementing Video ASL in the classroom. The research findings revealed improvement in students' achievement, from the average score of 52.19 in the pre-cycle, 69.84 at the end of Cycle 1, and 76.41 in Cycle 2. The study concluded that using Music Video ASL motivated students; they actively participated in the class and had very positive views.

The aim of this article is to learn more about how clinical supervision is used to enhance teacher professionalism. Professional teachers are teachers who have the skills to carry out educational and teaching tasks. Thus, the definition of an expert educator is a person who has extraordinary ability and mastery in the field of education so that he can carry out his obligations and abilities as a teacher with maximum abilities. Professional teachers are also educated, trained, and have extensive field experience. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, which is an analysis that uses words or sentences to describe a situation or. The results of research on the use of clinical supervision to improve teacher professionalism at MTsS Hidayatullah, teachers are very flexible, starting from plans that are only communicated to them in regular weekly meetings by the school principal. Only minor problems were encountered, and these problems were not too serious because prospective teachers met the minimum standards when they started at MTsS Hidayatullah. The teacher asks for help to overcome his teaching difficulties, which is why clinical is used here.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), hyperemesis gravidarum occurs throughout the world, including the countries of the Americas with varying incidence rates ranging from 0.5-2%, 0.3% in Sweden, 0.5% in California, 0.8% in Canada, 10.8% in China, 0.9% in Norway, 2.2% in Pakistan and 1.9% in Turkey. Meanwhile, the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Indonesia ranges from 1-3% of all pregnancies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving warm ginger to the frequency of Emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women. The type of research used was quantitative research with Pre-Experimental research design using One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study were all first trimester pregnant women who experienced emesis gravidarum who had their pregnancy checked at BPM Happy Purnama. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique with a sample of 16 people. Data collection was obtained by using the Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emesis questionnaire. This paper describes the experience of Ukrainian educators in the promotion of social inclusion for internally displaced students. Attention is paid to the analysis of key notions and concepts of social inclusion in education, and the challenges associated with the implementation of inclusion strategies. This paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of inclusive communication strategies implementation in ESP courses. The choice justified by its communicative orientation and focus on social interaction. One hundred and ten internally displaced students and fifteen ESP teachers participated in the study. The study presents the results gained from interviews with Ukrainian students and ESP teachers from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. A comparative analysis revealed the positive dynamics in internally displaced students' well-being after the implementation of inclusive communicative strategies. The findings support the idea that the well-being of internally displaced students can be improved with the implementation of individualization, diversification, and differentiation integrated into the ESP classroom.

Abstract Background Adaptation of interventions is inevitable during translation to new populations or settings. Systematic approach to adaptation can ensure that fidelity to core functions of the intervention are preserved while optimizing implementation feasibility and effectiveness for the local context. In this study, we used an iterative, mixed methods, and stakeholder-engaged process to systematically adapt Collaborative Decision Skills Training for Veterans with psychosis currently participating in VA Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Centers. Methods A modified approach to Intervention Mapping (IM-Adapt) guided the adaptation process. An Adaptation Resource Team of five Veterans, two VA clinicians, and four researchers was formed. The Adaptation Resource Team engaged in an iterative process of identifying and completing adaptations including individual qualitative interviews, group meetings, and post-meeting surveys. Qualitative interviews were analyzed using rapid matrix analysis. We used the modified, RE-AIM enriched expanded Framework for Reporting Adaptations and Modifications to Evidence-based interventions (FRAME) to document adaptations. Additional constructs included adaptation size and scope; implementation of planned adaptation (yes–no); rationale for non-implementation; and tailoring of adaptation for a specific population (e.g., Veterans). Results Rapid matrix analysis of individual qualitative interviews resulted in 510 qualitative codes. Veterans and clinicians reported that the intervention was a generally good fit for VA Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Centers and for Veterans. Following group meetings to reach adaptation consensus, 158 adaptations were completed. Most commonly, adaptations added or extended a component; were small in size and scope; intended to improve the effectiveness of the intervention, and based on experience as a patient or working with patients. Few adaptations were targeted towards a specific group, including Veterans. Veteran and clinician stakeholders reported that these adaptations were important and would benefit Veterans, and that they felt heard and understood during the adaptation process. Conclusions A stakeholder-engaged, iterative, and mixed methods approach was successful for adapting Collaborative Decision Skills Training for immediate clinical application to Veterans in a psychosocial rehabilitation center. The ongoing interactions among multiple stakeholders resulted in high quality, tailored adaptations which are likely to be generalizable to other populations or settings. We recommend the use of this stakeholder-engaged, iterative approach to guide adaptations.

Introduction. The global and dynamic spread of trends in the digitalization of the economy and society has an increasing impact on the development of enterprises in all industries in the world, including in Russia. The impact of economic sanctions does not eliminate the need for the digital transformation of Russian business. It is especially important for the industrial sector, the largest segment of the Russian economy, to adapt to ongoing digitalization processes and new challenges. The purpose of the article is to identify modern global trends in the digital transformation of industry and the most relevant areas for the development of business models of industrial companies. Materials and Methods. The study includes a critical analysis of publications by leading Russian and foreign researchers, as well as international organizations. It is based on the results of a survey of large, medium and small enterprises representing various industries in the regions of the Russian Federation. Methods of comparative analysis, classification, differentiation, quantitative and qualitative analysis of results, empirical methods of data collection were used. The methods used made it possible to identify the goals, directions, problems and prospects of digital transformation of business models in the industry of the Russian Federation, taking into account industry and regional factors. Results. The paper studies the current global trends in the digitalization of the economy, their impact on the digital transformation of business and the development of new business models. The key interests of Russian industrial companies in the field of digitalization (goals, directions, areas for the introduction of digital technologies, achieved and expected competitive advantages), as well as the prospects for digital transformation of business models, are identified. Discussion and Conclusion. The study showed the priority of introducing new generation operational business models, as well as the importance of factors of digital maturity of enterprises and interregional partnership for their development. The results of the research presented in the article may be in demand by business leaders when developing programs and plans for digital transformation, as well as useful for the formation of a regional policy of digitalization of industry.

Introduction: Perpetrators of obscene acts have carried out various criminal acts. Obscene acts are included in sexual violence that results in physical and psychological suffering. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of the rights of victims of obscene acts, whether it is appropriate or not. This is based on the phenomenon of indecent acts; the more extended the number of victims increases. Methods of the Research: This study uses a normative juridical method with a statute and case approach. Results of the Research: The results of the study indicate that the rights of victims of obscene acts have been regulated and guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Law on Human Rights, the Law for the Protection of Witnesses and Victims and the Act on the Crime of Sexual Violence. However, the problem is in the fulfillment of these rights, even though constitutionally, the duties and obligations of fulfilling the rights of victims are borne by the State, which in this case is in the components of the Criminal Justice System, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, The National Commission on Human Rights, the National Commission on Violence Against Women and the Witness and Victim Protection Agency. The importance of supervision and compliance with the application of rights in everyday life will determine how successful the State is in carrying out its obligations in fulfilling the requests of victims. So it is essential to cooperate between Ministries, Institutions, National Commissions, and law enforcement officials to realize the fulfillment of the rights of victims of criminal acts of obscenity.

Introducción: La industria automotriz implementa y desarrolla estrategias de sostenibilidad para contribuir al medio ambiente en la reducción en el uso de combustibles fósiles y efecto invernadero, las cuales se concentran en mejorar la cadena de suministro, y así aumentar la rentabilidad, establecer la relación de riesgos en la operación y reducir costos. Objetivo: realizar un mapeo científico, sobre la cadena de suministro y la aplicación de la tecnología en la industria automotriz, para reducir costos y contribuir al medio ambiente en el periodo de 2010 a 2022 Metodología: la investigación es cualitativa, de tipo descriptivo, los registros fueron extraídos de Scopus y analizados con el software RStudio, bajo las herramientas de Bibliométrix, las variables estudiadas se concentraron en el número de publicaciones, autores, revistas, instituciones relacionadas y países sobre el tema elegido. Resultados: Se presenta el análisis de red y análisis de co-citaciones entre autores, y se establece el enfoque, utilización y estructura del sector automotriz y se identifican las áreas de investigación para identificar tendencias futuras. Conclusiones: se presentan tres clústeres correspondientes a las estrategias de conocimiento, innovación y relacionamiento, administración y control del riesgo y los retos en la adopción de tecnologías de la información y una línea para próximas investigaciones.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktual pemetaan tingginya nilai Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) di Kabupaten Klaten, identifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab tingginya data Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) di Kabupaten Klaten dan melakukan identifikasi dan kajian kebijakan terkait kependudukan dan kesehatan di tingkat Daerah Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Mix methode. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah pendataan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Klaten Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan permodelan persamaan terstruktur (structural equation modeling, SEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka jumlah kasus kematian bayi di Kabupaten Klaten paling besar terjadi pada tahun 2015 dengan total kejadian sebanyak 220 kematian dari kejadian 17.138 kelahiran hidup. Rata-rata IMR Kabupaten Klaten periode 2009 – 2021 mencapai 9,89. Artinya rata-rata setiap tahun terjadi 9 – 10 kasus kematian bayi per 1000 peristiwa kelahiran hidup di Kabupaten Klaten pada periode 2009 – 2021. rata-rata laju pertumbuhan IMR di Kabupaten Klaten selama 12 tahun ke belakang mencapai 0,004%. Laju penurunan IMR paling tinggi terjadi sejak periode tahun 2011 – 2013. Sedangkan pada akhir periode 2020 – 2021 justru terjadi laju kenaikan IMR yang mencapai 0,024%. Hal tersebut tentunya harus mendapatkan perhatian serius karena bisa berpengaruh pada ketercapaian target pembangunan kesehatan di Kabupaten Klaten.

Background: there are few studies that evaluate the subgingival application of antimicrobials in adult periodontitis.Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of antimicrobials as contributing for scaling and root planing in the treatment of mild and moderate periodontitis in adults.Methods: quasi-experimental study of therapeutic intervention, carried out at the Santiago de Cuba Stomatological Clinic, between November 2018 and September 2021, on 144 patients diagnosed with mild and moderate chronic periodontitis. Using the simple random probabilistic method, three groups with 48 members were formed voluntarily. The control group treated with scaling and root planing and two study groups in which, in addition, a subgingival concentration of tetracycline and azithromycin, respectively, was applied. The patients were examined and evaluated at seven days, one month and three months. ANOVA analysis of variance was used to evaluate the equality of means and the chi-square test for the effectiveness of healing with 95% reliability.Results: there was a reduction in probing depth and greater gain in clinical attachment in the three groups, but in favor of the study groups. All therapies were effective, but group two (RAR + Tetracycline) obtained a greater cure with 97.9%.Conclusions: subgingival applications of tetracycline and azithromycin were effective as adjuvants for scaling and root planing in mild and moderate periodontitis in adults; Tetracycline achieved greater improvement in clinical parameters, decreased probing depth, gain in clinical attachment, and shorter healing time.

Balado cassava chips are one of the processed cassava chips wrapped with Balado seasoning. Balado cassava chips “DR” is one of the cassava chips produced in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The Balado “DR” cassava chip product that has been marketed to shops does not include an expiration date. Whereas information about the shelf life of a food product is one of the important details to be included on the label or packaging. It aims to ensure the quality and safety of a food product when it reaches consumers. During storage, Balado cassava chips can experience a decrease in quality in the form of rancidity caused by the fat content in Balado seasoning due to the hydrolysis process. Free fatty acid analysis or FFA can be used to measure quality degradation caused by the hydrolysis process. The purpose of this study was to estimate the shelf life of Balado “DR” cassava chips based on FFA parameters. The method of estimating the shelf life used is the Accelerated Shelf-Life Test (ASLT) Arrhenius Model. The test parameter used is Free Fatty Acid (FFA). Observations were made every 5 days at 40°C for 20 days and every 7 days at 30°C and 50°C for 28 days. The results showed that the higher the temperature and storage time, the higher the FFA contents. So that the quality of cassava chips decreases with increasing FFA value. Based on FFA analysis, the estimated shelf life of Balado “DR” cassava chips at storage temperatures of 30℃, 40℃ and 50℃, respectively, is 20 days, 18 days and 16 days.

With continuous monitoring or stimulation, patient observation quality and subsequent treatment can be improved. Additionally, using biodegradable and entirely excreted implant materials eliminates the need for surgical removal, providing a patient-friendly solution. In this review, we classify smart implants and discuss the latest prototypes, materials, and technologies employed in their creation. Our focus lies in exploring medical devices beyond replacing an organ or tissue and incorporating new functionality through sensors and electronic circuits. We also examine the advantages, opportunities, and challenges of creating implantable devices that preserve all critical functions. By presenting an in-depth overview of the current state-of-the-art smart implants, we shed light on persistent issues and limitations while discussing potential avenues for future advancements in materials used for these devices.

Although numerous clinical guidelines for pain management have been published over the past decade, inadequate pain relief remains a major public health problem. Currently, several methods of analgesia are available for the treatment of acute pain, including intravenous analgesia, epidural anesthesia, and oral administration of medications. However, the existing methods of analgesia still do not cover all the needs of proper analgesia, the search for new forms of release, methods of administration and methods of analgesia continues. Currently, non-invasive methods of analgesia are being actively implemented, which include a transdermal delivery system of analgesics (in particular, fentanyl hydrochloride), intranasal and inhalational analgesia, in which the delivery of analgesics is controlled by both the doctor and the patient. The purpose of this article is to review the inhaled analgesic methoxyflurane, which is administered by means of an individual inhaler and is used for the treatment of acute pain.

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui adakah pengaruh perlakuan metode birthing ball terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri kala 1 fase aktif di Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen sungguhan (pre experimen). Populasi seluruh ibu hamil Puskesmas Kepanjenkidul sebanyak 10 responden.Variabel independen yaitu birthing ball dan variabel dependen yaitu intensitas nyeri. Objetivo: establecer la capacidad discriminativa del puntaje de riesgo finlandés para disglucemia en usuarios de una unidad de medicina familiar localizada en zona conurbana del Estado de Guerrero, México. Material y métodos: Realizamos un estudio transversal de marzo a diciembre del 2021 en una Unidad de Medicina Familiar. Previo consentimiento informado aplicamos a 200 personas de 20 a 60 años, el puntaje de riesgo finlandés para detección de disglucemia, obtuvimos medidas somatométricas y cifras de glucosa plasmática en ayuno. Estimamos sensibilidad, especificidad, valor predictivo positivo y negativo, razón de verosimilitud positiva y negativa, y calculamos el área bajo la curva (AUC) para estimar la capacidad discriminativa del puntaje de riesgo, donde la prueba de referencia fue la glucosa en ayuno. Realizamos análisis bivariado para identificar factores asociados a disglucemia, obteniendo Odds Ratio (OR), e intervalos de confianza del 95% (IC95%). Resultado: La ocurrencia de disglucemia fue de 26.5% (53/200). El AUC de la curva ROC del puntaje finlandés para disglucemia fue de 0.65 (IC95% 0.57-0.74). Los factores asociados a diabetes fueron ≥40 años (OR 2.1; IC95% 1.1-3.9), índice de masa corporal ≥25 Kg/m2 (OR 2.8; IC95% 1.2-6.7) y padecer hipertensión arterial (OR 2.2; IC95% 1.1-4.4). Conclusiones: El FINDRISC demostró por AUC ser una mala herramienta para detectar personas en riesgo de padecer disglucemia, en población adscrita a unidad médica conurbana.

This research aims to describe students' perceptions regarding the integration of linguistic-visual multimodality texts in the design of developing Indonesian morphology textbooks. Data were obtained by applying the nonface-to-face interview method through a list of questions to explore opinions and expectations about the need to integrate linguistic-visual multimodality texts in the design of Indonesian morphology textbooks. Data analysis was carried out by applying the equivalent method which includes identification, classification, and interpretation steps. The findings of this research illustrate that students responded positively to the integration of linguistic-visual aspects in the design of developing Indonesian morphology textbooks. The integration of elements such as images, tables, graphs, photos, text, colors, and infographics in textbook design was assessed very positively by respondents.

Introducción: las quitinasas son enzimas modificadoras de quitina y se han reportado como alérgenos en plantas y poco en animales, aunque poseen reactividad cruzada debido a su alta conservación. Objetivo: explorar el potencial alergénico y el mimetismo molecular entre quitinasas de fuentes alergénicas comunes mediante bioinformática. Métodos: se utilizaron ElliPro y BepiPred para predecir epítopos de células B y T. Se realizaron estudios filogenéticos, de identidad y de conservación estructural con MEGA 5, PRALINE y Consurf. Se obtuvieron modelos 3D de quitinasas no reportadas en el Protein Data Bank mediante Swiss model. La capacidad de unión de ligandos se exploró con AutoDock Vina, utilizando Bisdionina C, Bisdionina F y Montelukast como ligandos. Resultados: la quitinasa de P. americana (Per a 12) comparte un 44% de identidad con homólogos en P. vannamei, ácaros e insectos, y una identidad moderada con la quitinasa humana. Se reveló una alta homología estructural. Un epítopo lineal entre los residuos 127 y 144 está altamente conservado en todas las quitinasas. Se predijeron tres epítopos de células T conservados. Las simulaciones de acoplamiento molecular revelaron el sitio activo y el potencial de unión de varios ligandos, identificando residuos críticos. Conclusión: proponemos a las quitinasas como un nuevo grupo potencial de panalérgenos, explicando casos de sensibilización a varias fuentes alérgenas. Dado su homología con proteínas humanas, merece una exploración inmunológica para apoyar su implicación en la respuesta autoinmune.

El objetivo de este artículo es explorar la relación entre las variables sociodemográficas y laborales de los trabajadores infantiles en México, en 2019. Se utiliza el análisis por correspondencia múltiple que es una técnica estadística, metodología que expone la asociación entre el sexo, los grupos de edad, el tipo de trabajo, la posición ocupacional, entre otras. De uno de los resultados se infiere que los trabajadores infantiles en México corresponden a una población heterogénea y su erradicación es un desafío complejo que requiere un enfoque integral. Realizando este análisis dentro del marco de los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), se deduce que este enfoque no puede ser único, ya que es limitado y se requieren otros factores clave para lograr un impacto significativo y sostenible en la erradicación del trabajo infantil.

Background Spodoptera frugiperda (or fall armyworm, FAW) is a polyphagous pest native to Western Hemisphere and recently discovered in the Eastern Hemisphere. In Colombia, S. frugiperda is recognized as a pest of economic importance in corn. The species has genetically differentiated into two host populations named “corn” and “rice” strains. In 2012, a study made in central Colombia demonstrated that the corn strain is less susceptible to Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) endotoxins (Cry1Ac and Cry 1Ab) than the rice strain. In this country, Bt transgenic corn has been extensively produced over the last 15 years. Since gut microbiota plays a role in the physiology and immunity of insects, and has been implicated in promoting the insecticidal activity of Bt, in this study an analysis of the interaction between Bt endotoxins and FAW gut microbiota was made. Also, the detection of endosymbionts was performed here, as they might have important implications in the biological control of a pest. Methods The composition and diversity of microbiomes associated with larval specimens of S. frugiperda(corn strain) was investigated in a bioassay based on six treatments in the presence/absence of Bt toxins and antibiotics (Ab) through bacterial isolate analyses and by high throughput sequencing of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene. Additionally, species specific primers were used, to detect endosymbionts from gonads in S. frugiperda corn strain. Results Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Bacteroidota were the most dominant bacterial phyla found in S. frugiperda corn strain. No significant differences in bacteria species diversity and richness among the six treatments were found. Two species of Enterococcus spp., E. mundtii and E. casseliflavus were detected in treatments with Bt and antibiotics, suggesting that they are less susceptible to both of them. Additionally, the endosymbiont Arsenophonus was also identified on treatments in presence of Bt and antibiotics. The results obtained here are important since little knowledge exists about the gut microbiota on this pest and its interaction with Bt endotoxins. Previous studies made in Lepidoptera suggest that alteration of gut microbiota can be used to improve the management of pest populations, demonstrating the relevance of the results obtained in this work.

The development of antitumor drugs and therapy requires new approaches and molecules, and products of natural origin provide intriguing alternatives for antitumor research. Gastropodan hemocyanins-multimeric copper-containing glycoproteins have been used in therapeutic vaccines and antitumor agents in many cancer models. Materials and Methods: We established a murine model of melanoma by challenging C57BL/6 mice with a B16F10 cell line for solid tumor formation in experimental animals. The anticancer properties of hemocyanins isolated from the marine snail Rapana thomasiana (RtH) and the terrestrial snail Helix aspersa (HaH) were evaluated in this melanoma model using various schemes of therapy. Flow cytometry, ELISA, proliferation, and cytotoxicity assays, as well as histology investigations, were also performed. Results: Beneficial effects on tumor growth, tumor incidence, and survival of tumor-bearing C57BL/6 mice after administration of the RtH or HaH were observed. The generation of high titers of melanoma-specific IgM antibodies, pro-inflammatory cytokines, and tumor-specific CTLs, and high levels of tumor-infiltrated M1 macrophages enhanced the immune reaction and tumor suppression. Discussion: Both RtH and HaH exhibited promising properties for applications as antitumor therapeutic agents and future experiments with humans.

Trapezoidal positive/negative fuzzy numbers have no single definition; instead, various authors define them in relation to different concepts. This means that arithmetic operations for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers also differ. For the operations of addition, subtraction, and scalar multiplication, there are not many differences; for multiplication, however, there are many differences. In general, multiplication is divided into various cases. For the inverse operation, there is not much to define; in general, for any trapezoidal fuzzy number u~, u~⊗1u~=i~=(1,1,0,0) does not necessarily apply. As a result of the different arithmetic operations for multiplication and division employed by various authors, several researchers have tackled the same problem and reached different solutions, meaning that the application will also produce different results. To date, many authors have proposed various alternatives for the algebra of the trapezoidal fuzzy number. In this paper, using the parametric form approach to trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, an alternative to multiplication with only one formula is constructed for various cases. Furthermore, based on the definition of multiplication for any trapezoidal fuzzy number, u~ is constructed 1u~ so that u~⊗1u~=i~=(1,1,0,0). Based on these conditions, we show that various properties that apply to real numbers also apply to any trapezoidal fuzzy number. Furthermore, we modify the elementary row operational steps for the trapezoidal fuzzy number matrix, which can be used to determine the inverse of a trapezoidal fuzzy number matrix with the order m×m. We also give the steps and examples necessary to determine the general inverse for a trapezoidal fuzzy number matrix of the order m×n with m ≠n. This ability to easily determine the inverse and general inverse of a trapezoidal fuzzy number matrix has a number of applications, such as solving fully trapezoidal fuzzy number linear systems and fuzzy transportation problems, especially in applications in fields outside of mathematics; for example, the application of triangular fuzzy numbers in medical problems is a topic currently receiving a significant amount of attention.

Prestasi belajar matematika dapat menjadi gambaran keberhasilan siswa selama siswa mengikuti pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, keberhasilan motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika siswa ternyata dipengaruhi oleh banyak aspek. Penelitian ini menduga aspek internal, eksternal, kelelahan, psikologis, serta jenis belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa bahwa aspek–aspek (internal, eksternal, kelelahan, psikologis, dan jenis belajar) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika siswa, serta aspek manakah yang berpengaruh positif. Setelah observasi dan wawancara dilakukan, data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang tersebar di tiga sekolah. Setelah terkumpul, data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui metode estimasi bootstrap. Penelitian ini memberikan simpulan bahwa semua indikator telah signifikan. Akan tetapi, jenis belajar tidak memenuhi kelayakan. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek belajar mempunyai efek positif serta signifikan terhadap motivasi prestasi belajar siswa matematika sebesar 23,5%. Namun, dari keempat aspek berpengaruh motivasi berprestasi belajar matematika, hanya aspek internal yang berpengaruh signifikan. Mathematics learning achievement can be a picture of student success as long as students take part in learning. However, the success of students' mathematics learning achievement was influenced by many aspects. This study suspects that internal, external, fatigue, psychological, and type of learning aspects will affect students' mathematics learning achievement. This study aims to examine which aspects (internal, external, fatigue, psychological, and type of learning) affect students' achievement motivation in learning mathematics, and which aspects have a positive effect. After the observations and interviews were conducted, the data were collected through questionnaires spread across three schools. Once collected, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through the bootstrap estimation method. This research concludes that all indicators are significant. However, this type of study does not meet eligibility. This analysis also shows that learning aspects have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of students' learning achievement in mathematics by 23.5%. However, of the four influential aspects of achievement-motivation in learning mathematics, only internal aspects have a significant effect.

One of the efforts taken by the government to help people boost their immunity and prevent transmission is the Covid vaccination program. There are a number of government entities that collaborate with local institutions to distribute vaccines to the general public. Tourism's long-term sustainability is dependent on good health. However, the difficulty is that the community, in general, and tourism actors, in particular, continue to oppose the implementation of this program. There are different causes, and challenges that make some community members reject this initiative. These issues must be addressed, and one way to do so is through health education. This activity was carried out utilizing a mixed method approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The community in Jorong Aie Malanca, Nagari Harau, Payakumbuh is the object of the activity. The implementation of the activities collected demonstrated that the community is enthusiastic about vaccination; although information about the ease and safety of vaccines is still insufficient, this program has been successful in assisting the community in overcoming these issues.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the shift to online schooling increased children's vulnerability to cyberattacks and malware. Consequently, cultivating cybersecurity awareness among children is essential. Moreover, engaging with online games and stories can lead children to neglect their studies, underscoring the need for balanced internet usage. This paper highlights the importance of cybersecurity awareness among children, employing a literature review methodology. The results indicate that cybersecurity awareness among children can be effectively enhanced through digital literacy training. Programs should educate children on how to avoid risky behaviors online, including interactions susceptible to phishing, exposure to inappropriate content such as pornography, cyberbullying, identity theft, and privacy breaches. Additionally, children must learn the importance of keeping their passwords secure and private and adopting a cautious approach while playing online games. In conclusion, digital literacy and cybersecurity programs are not only teachable to children but are also crucial for boosting their cybersecurity awareness.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of sopi, a traditional Manggarai drink, in the relationship between individuals and their sociocultural role in Manggarai. The data of this study was taken from two popular Manggarai song texts, Toki Sloki by MukaRakat and Langu, which Embong Lemot created. This article results from a qualitative descriptive study using an anthropological approach. This approach is used to see the role and position of sopi in the relationship between individuals and interpret their sociocultural symbols. Based on the analysis of the text of the two songs, it is known that sopi, as a traditional Manggarai liquor, has a sociocultural position and plays an important role in relationships with others and people who have died. Sopi glues relationships with others in respect, friendship, responsibility, and cooperation. In addition, sopi is also used to commemorate people who have died during traditional ceremonies or in the circle of friends of certain groups.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a major risk factor of cardiovascular diseases which is a prime contributor to deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between potassium intake and physical activity with blood pressure in hypertensive patients. A total of 47 samples participated in this analytical cross-sectional study and provided data about potassium intake and physical activity through interviews using Semiquantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ). Blood pressure data were obtained from medical records. Data were analyzed with Rank Spearman correlation test. The results showed 4 (8.5%) subjects had sufficient potassium intake, while for the remaining 91.5% didn’t meet their dietary potassium requirements. Most of the participants (87.2%) had low physical activity levels. No correlation was found between potassium intake and systolic blood pressure (p=0.261) while a statistically significant relationship with diastolic blood pressure (p=0.026). Physical activity levels showed significant correlation with both systolic (p=0.047) and diastolic (p=-0.022). In conclusion, no association was found between potassium intake and systolic blood pressure but the opposite was observed for diastolic blood pressure. Physical activity levels showed significant correlations with systolic and diastolic blood pressures.

Colibacillosis is a disease caused by Escherichia coli which is a normal flora bacterium of the digestive system in humans and animals. Oregano contains carvacrol and thymol which provide an antibacterial. This study was used 20 male Balb/C mice age 2-3 weeks with an average weight of 20-25 grams and were divided into 5 groups with 4 replications: negative control (KN), positive control (KP) given by streptomycin dose of 20 mg/head. E. coli dose of 3 x 109 CFU, (P1) was given by streptomycin dose of 20 mg/head, E. coli dose of 3 x 109 CFU, then given oreganoextract dose of 5 mg/head, (P2) was given by streptomycin dose of 20 mg/head, E. coli dose of 3 x 109 CFU, then given oregano extract dose of 10 mg/head, (P3) was given by streptomycin dose of 20 mg/head, E. coli dose of 3 x 109 CFU, then oregano extract was given dose of 20 mg/head. The data were analyzed by descriptive comparative. The histopathology showed epithelial cell damage or erosion caused by inflammatory cells in KP, P1, P2, and P3. In study group given oregano extract dose of 20 mg/head, P3, inflammatory cells and epithelial erosion were lower. Based on the ANOVA test of day 3 and 6 after necropsy, P1, P2, and P3 show insignificant in villi length and width of the vili (p>0,05) compared to KP. The conclusion the result of the histopathology result is epithelial erosion in group with dose of 20mg/head oregano extract was able to relieve the symptoms of colibacillosis. The conclusion of histomorphometry of the length and width of the villi at P1, P2, P3 (p>0.05) was not significantly different from the positive control.

Background The digit span (DS) test is one of the most commonly used neuropsychological tests to assess certain cognitive domains, i.e., short-term verbal memory, working memory, and attention. Subclinical hypothyroidism (SH) may be associated with a risk of cognitive impairment in children and adolescents. Objective To evaluate the association between SH and DS test performance in children. Methods Eligible studies evaluating SH and DS test performance were included in this systematic review and further assessed for risk of bias using the Newcastle Ottawa Scale. We carried out a meta-analysis using the random effects model to determine mean difference with 95% confidence interval (95%CI) for continuous data. This systematic review was conducted according to the Preview Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement. Results Out of 1,511 participants in the five included studies, 129 had SH and 1,382 were euthyroid. The quality of all studies were fair to good. Three studies were extracted for meta-analysis, with results showing a trend toward a poorer DS test performance in the SH group compared to controls, although this difference was statistically insignificant (IV -0.57; 95%CI -1.61 to 0.46; P=0.28). There was no significant heterogeneity among the included studies (I2=0%; P=0.69). Conclusion No significant association was noted between SH and the domains of cognitive function assessed using the DS test. Several intrinsic and extrinsic factors and inability of the DS test to detect subtle impairment may limit its usefulness in children.

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada sektor kehidupan, termasuk pariwisata seperti Tawangmangu. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan direncanakan program yang membantu mempromosikan potensi Kecamatan Tawangmangu kepada masyarakat secara luas dengan melakukan survei lokasi untuk melihat kondisi tempat wisata secara langsung, melakukan pertemuan dengan pemilik Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dan kepala desa di Tawangmangu untuk mendalami nilai-nilai produk UMKM dan tempat pariwisata Kecamatan Tawangmangu, melakukan dokumentasi sebagai konten promosi lokasi tempat pariwisata dan produk UMKM Kecamatan Tawangmangu, menyebarluaskan video promosi melalui media sosial dan website. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan di masyarakat terhadap berbagai tempat wisata di Tawangmangu, serta sebagai media promosi untuk memperluas pasar penjualan produk UMKM melalui website dan video di Youtube. Hasil pelaksanaan program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah telah berhasil membuat sebuah website dan media sosial sebagai tempat promosi dengan unggahan berbentuk video dan artikel mengenai tempat pariwisata dan produk UMKM Kecamatan Tawangmangu. Program ini harus terus dijalankan untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal dan manfaatnya dapat dirasakan masyarakat Tawangmangu. Jika program ini terus dilanjutkan untuk bertahun-tahun berikutnya, platform yang sudah kami buat dapat menjadi pusat referensi utama bagi masyarakat yang akan berkunjung ke Tawangmangu.

Abstract The current handling of COVID-19 in Indonesia has entered a new phase, namely the new normal. This condition allows people to return to productive lives, while still complying with health protocols. Tourist attractions have the potential to become the locus of the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, it is necessary to comply with the application of health protocols in order to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19. The emergence of the term Revenge Tourism or revenge tourism after the new normal was implemented, during the pandemic people felt bored doing activities at home until when there was a new policy, traveling was a way to reduce boredom while at home. The type of research used is observational with a cross sectional design. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, trust and facilities with compliance with the application of health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic at tourist attractions in Jambi City, the study was conducted at tourist attractions in Jambi City in June-August 2022. The population in this study are visitors to tourist attractions as many as 378 people. The minimum sample size is 345 people. Sampling using accidental random sampling method. Data were obtained through interviews with a questionnaire instrument. The data is processed using a computer device and then analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.007), trust (p = 0.000) and facilities (p = 0.003) with compliance with the application of health protocols during the covid-19 pandemic in tourist attractions in Jambi City.

The purpose of writing is to find out an independent curriculum for the learning of our peers. The curriculum holds a key position in an educational institution, as it deals with determining the direction, content and educational process, which ultimately determines the type and quality of graduates of an institution. This research is a type of literature research. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The results showed that Merdeka Learning returned educational literacy to its khittah as a strategic momentum to realize the goals of National Education so that religious spirituality literacy, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills of students in restoring education.

Kebijakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran online di era pandemi covid-19 menjadi sebuah tantangan khususnya bagi guru di SMP Xaverius 2 Palembang, dimana selama ini mereka masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran online yang sistematis guna mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran agar mampu mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka tim pengabdian pada masyarakat Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya melakukan kegiatan pendampingan desain pembelajaran e-learning berbasis moodle bagi guru di SMP Xaverius 2 Palembang. Dimana kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 guru yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran e-learning berbasis moodle sebagai salah satu alternatif yang dapat mereka gunakan dalam menyusun pembelajaran online. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa kegiatan pelatihan terbimbing dan pendampingan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, penugasan terbimbing dan mandiri yang dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan diperoleh data bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru terkait penggunaan e-learning berbasis moodle sebesar 40%.

Objetivo: Identificar los procesos institucionales implementados y/o modificados para la atención de pacientes sospechosos o diagnosticados con COVID-19 en una institución de salud de Cundinamarca. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un estudio trasversal descriptivo. La recolección de datos se efectuó a través del método de revisión de registros de los procesos institucionales de una institución de segundo nivel de complejidad, desde marzo del 2020 hasta diciembre del 2021. A continuación, la información se sistematizó en una matriz de Excel previo diseño, validación y aplicación. Resultados: Se precisa que como dato principal la institución cuenta con 80 procesos establecidos de los cuales 41 fueron modificados, lo que corresponde al 51.25%; 24 no sufrieron ninguna modificación por la pandemia lo que equivale al 30%; también se implementaron15 procesos nuevos que corresponden a un 18.75%. Conclusiones: Se pudo determinar que las principales modificaciones se observaron en la presencia de un mayor número de procesos modificados, puesto que ante la necesidad inmediata se requirió dar respuesta a la contingencia mediante la adaptación de lineamientos ya estandarizados anteriormente, lo que permitió agilizar la respuesta ante el suceso. Además, se evidenció un impacto significativo en la atención ambulatoria debido a la demanda del servicio, así como en los procesos dirigidos directamente a la atención del paciente. Se observó que el impacto del COVID-19 transformó significativamente los procesos implementados por las entidades sanitarias, lo que las llevó a realizar cambios en las acciones ejecutadas por el personal de la salud; de ahí, que este suceso permitió examinar las problemáticas importantes que se habían invisibilizado.

This study aims to describe the students' thinking ability in solving mathematical problems with Islamic nuances on the subject of the 7th grade set of MTs Darul Ulum Banyuanyar. Before conducting the research, the subject was given learning or knowledge about mathematics with Islamic nuances, more specifically the set material. The technique of taking research subjects is done by using purposive sampling technique. The selected subjects were 3 respondents. In checking the validity of the research using triangulation, the triangulation used is time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that high-ability students can pass all indicators in the indicators of critical thinking, creative and inductive reasoning. Meanwhile, for students with moderate abilities (second and third subjects) in critical thinking, the two subjects go through elementary clarification indicators, not through basic support indicators and determine strategies and tactic. Indicators for drawing conclusions (inference) and further clarification (advances clarification) can be passed, but in the work carried out, it is not done correctly. In creative thinking, students with moderate ability are both through the indicators of fluency and flexibility, and not through indicators of originality and elaboration. Whereas in inductive reasoning the second subject only met two of the 3 indicators of inductive reasoning, namely, fulfilling the indicators of identifying mathematical processes/concepts and their tendencies from the given situation, and compiling estimates relevant to the statement. Meanwhile, in inductive reasoning, the third subject only fulfills one indicator, namely identifying mathematical processes/concepts and their tendencies from the given situation.

Bolu kukus adalah jenis makanan berupa kue yang dibuat dengan metode kukus, bertekstur lembut dan empuk, serta memiliki ciri khas mengembang dengan sisi bagian atas yang terbelah menjadi 3-5 bagian secara alami. Pemanfaatan tepung labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata) dan tepung tempe kacang koro pedang (Canavalia ensiformis) dalam pembuatan bolu kukus bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kandungan serat pangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung labu kuning dan tepung tempe kacang koro pedang terhadap kualitas kimia, kandungan gizi, fisik, mikrobiologi, dan tingkat kesukaan panelis pada bolu kukus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan variasi substitusi antara tepung gandum, tepung labu kuning, dan tepung tempe kacang koro pedang, yaitu 200:0:0 (K), 100:60:40 (A), 100:50:50 (B), dan 100:40:60 (C). Bolu kukus hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kadar air sebesar 32,80-37,11 %, kadar abu 1,26-1,70 %, kadar lemak 2,70-3,86 %, kadar protein 5,63-7,44 %, kadar karbohidrat 50,42-57,27 %, kadar serat tidak larut 4,13-6,00 %, dan kadar serat larut 2,60-3,56 %, serta hasil uji mikrobiologi yang meliputi angka lempeng total dan angka kapang khamir yang telah memenuhi syarat mutu roti manis berdasarkan SNI 01-3840-1995. Bolu kukus terbaik berdasarkan kandungan serat pangan adalah variasi substitusi 100:60:40, yaitu mengandung 6,00 % serat tidak larut dan 3,06 % serat larut.

This study describes the urgency of developing educational pragmatics textbooks integrated with multimodality. This research uses mixed-method research. The subjects of this research are students, alumnae, and documents in the form of semester learning plans for educational pragmatics courses. The data obtained were the results of filling out questionnaires and the results of document analysis. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and literature studies. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the data obtained. Questionnaire data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative, while the document analysis results were analyzed using qualitative. Based on the research, the researcher found that 62% of students and alumnae needed help understanding educational pragmatics. To help students there are already several books that help, such as educational pragmatics textbooks and reference books. However, these books need to be integrated with multimodality, so students need help understanding educational pragmatics. Therefore, educational pragmatics teaching materials that are integrated with multimodality are needed. The questionnaire supports this; 97% of students and alumnae strongly agree that developing multimodality integrated educational pragmatics textbooks in learning for students is important and urgent. With the multimodality-based educational pragmatics textbook, students find it easier to understand educational pragmatics.

Today surgical site infections (SSIs) remain the second among hospital acquired infections in Europe and the USA. Staphylococcus aureus as a pathogen of nosocomial infections occur more frequently in surgical hospitals. The work was aimed to establish the effect of local anesthetics against planktonic forms and biofilm-formation of S. aureus clinical strains and the relationship between the sensitivity of S. aureus strains to local anesthetics and antiseptics in vitro. The antimicrobial activity of local anesthetics (0.5%, bupivacaine, 2.0% lidocaine, 0.375% ropivacaine) and antiseptics (decamethoxine 0.02%, chlorhexidine 0.05%) against clinical strains of S. aureus was observed and studied their ability to produce biofilms. The antimicrobial effect of local anesthetics was lower compared to antiseptics, but we observed inhibition of growth and reproduction of S. aureus in their presence. The ropivacaine solution and the lidocaine solution demonstrated almost the same activity against the studied microorganism isolates. Along with this, bupivacaine solution had the highest activity against the studied microorganisms. The minimal inhibitory concentration of bupivacaine for S. aureus was 2.2 times lower than the minimal inhibitory concentration of lidocaine and 2.1 times lower than the minimal inhibitory concentration of ropivacaine significantly (p

Wide bandgap oxidized graphenes have garnered particular interest among the materials explored for these applications because of their exceptional semiconducting and optical properties. This study aims to investigate the tunability of the related properties in reduced graphene oxide (rGO) for potential use in energy conversion, storage, and optoelectronic devices. To accomplish this, we scrutinized crucial parameters of the synthesis process such as reduction time and temperature. Our findings demonstrate that controlling these parameters makes it possible to customize the optical bandgap of reduced graphene oxide within a range of roughly 2.2 eV–1.6 eV. Additionally, we observed that reduced graphene oxide has strong and superior absorption in the visible region, which is attributable to the existence of OFGs and defects. Notably, our results indicate that the absorption coefficients of reduced graphene oxide are up to almost three times higher (7426 ml mg−1 m−1) than those observed in dispersions of exfoliated graphene and graphene oxide (GO). To complement our findings, we employed several spectroscopic and morphological characterizations, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and electrical measurements. The implications of our results are significant for the development and design of future semiconductors for energy conversion and optoelectronic applications.

Kampung Wisata Kali Gajah Wong adalah salah satu destinasi wisata yang menawarkan keunikan bentang alam, keragaman aktivitas dan budaya urban komunal khas Kota Yogyakarta. Meskipun memiliki potensi yang besar, masih terjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan kesadaran calon wisatawan potensial terhadap keberadaan kampung wisata ini. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah video campaign berbasis digital dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma. Pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan video campaign yang mampu meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan terutama ke Bendung Lepen.

El objetivo de este ensayo es analizar las reflexiones arendtianas sobre la desobediencia civil. Según Arendt, la desobediencia civil no se puede confundir con la objeción de consciencia. En el contexto específico de la República Americana, es una acción política colectiva que es compatible con el espíritu de las leyes constitucionales, dado que los ciudadanos pueden hacer valer su libertad de disentimiento frente a medidas injustas tomadas por el gobierno de turno. De esta manera, para Arendt, la desobediencia civil promueve la creación de un espacio público para el ejercicio de la libertad ciudadana ante los peligros de despolitización contenidos en agendas gubernamentales que buscan satisfacer los intereses de ciertos partidos políticos y grupos de presión. Desde esta perspectiva, se intenta explicar cómo este tipo de acción reafirma el poder de la ciudadanía y rompe con el conformismo social al inaugurar espacios públicos de participación directa que revitalizan la vida política en el contexto de democracias en crisis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implikasi fungsi manajemen keuangan pendidikan pada kualitas pendidikan di SMP Labschool UNESA. Penelitian yang berpendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksankan di SMP Labschool UNESA 2 yang berlokasi di komplek Kampus UNESA Ketintang Surabaya dan Lab School 3 UNESA di Jl. Raya UNESA Lidah Wetan Surabaya. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah informan. Data sekunder berupa dokumen yang dikumpulkan melalui informan. sumber data yang diperoleh yakni dokumen, observasi partisipatif, dan wawancara mendalam. Sumber data berupa narasumber, yaitu bendaharawan sekolah dan kepala sekolah. Sumber data berupa aktivitas, meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka implementasi fungsi manajemen keuangan sekolah dan implikasinya terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa Langkah yakni data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing atau verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan yang berorientasi pada kemandirian sebuah organisasi atau lembaga dalam hal ini SMP Labschool dengan Implikasi terhadap Guru, Guru mendapatkan kesejahteraan secara materil berupa kecukupan tunjangan untuk biaya hidup sehari-hari dan kesejahteraan rohani berupa kemanan dan kenyamanan di dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari di lingkunga. Implikasi bagi siswa, yakni tersalurnya bakat dan minat siswa melalui kegiatan pengembangan diri dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Implikasi pelaksanan fungsi manajemen keuangan yang tepat akan memberikan dampak yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan di lingkup SMP Labschool UNESA.
