Due to the limitations of the traditional financial system, under the background of the general trend of international financial development, the system construction of RMB internationalization has become an important financial innovation and construction project. Therefore, this project studies the financial innovation in the field of RMB internationalization, and puts forward suggestions and assumptions on the construction of the project system. The main research contents of the project include: Research on hardware construction of digital RMB cross-border transaction settlement system based on blockchain infrastructure; Research on the construction and advantages of distributed cross-border payment network based on digital currency; Research on the construction of distributed cross-border payment network and the reform of international monetary system; Research on establishing risk control and supervision system of digital RMB cross-border payment and settlement; Research on guiding third-party payment institutions to expand digital RMB cross-border payment scenarios.

Severe soft tissue defects and amputated digits are clinically common injuries. Primary treatments include surgical free flap transfer and digit replantation, but these can fail because of vascular compromise. Postoperative monitoring is therefore crucial for timely detection of vessel obstruction and survival of replanted digits and free flaps. However, current postoperative clinical monitoring methods are labor intensive and highly dependent on the experience of nurses and surgeons. Here, we developed on-skin biosensors for noninvasive and wireless postoperative monitoring based on pulse oximetry. The on-skin biosensor was made of polydimethylsiloxane with gradient cross-linking to create a self-adhesive and mechanically robust substrate that interfaces with skin. The substrate was shown to exhibit appropriate adhesion on one side for both high-fidelity measurements of the sensor and low risk of peeling injury to delicate tissues. The other side demonstrated mechanical integrity to facilitate flexible hybrid integration of the sensor. Validation studies using a model of vascular obstruction in rats demonstrated the effectiveness of the sensor in vivo. Clinical studies indicated that the on-skin biosensor was accurate and more responsive than current clinical monitoring methods in identifying microvascular conditions. Comparisons with existing monitoring techniques, including laser Doppler flowmetry and micro-lightguide spectrophotometry, further verified the sensor’s accuracy and ability to identify both arterial and venous insufficiency. These findings suggest that this on-skin biosensor may improve postoperative outcomes in free flap and replanted digit surgeries by providing sensitive and unbiased data directly from the surgical site that can be remotely monitored.

Since the first report of V (D) J “ allelic exclusion/inclusion”and” dual BCR “in 1961, despite continuous new discoveries, the proportion and source mechanism of dual BCR under physiological conditions have been puzzling immuologists.This study takes advantage of the single cell V (D) J sequencing technology, which can perfectly match the heavy and light chains of BCR at the level of a single B cell, and obtain the full length mRNA sequence of the CDR3 region. By analyzing the pairing of functional IGH and IGL chains in single B cell from human and mouse bone marrow and peripheral blood, it was found that dual BCR B cells exhibit stable and high levels of expression.Among them, human bone marrow and peripheral blood contain about 10% dual (or multiple) BCR B cells, and mouse peripheral blood and bone marrow memory B cells contain about 20% dual (or multiple) BCR B cells. At the same time, we innovatively found that in each research sample of humans and mice, there are three (or more) functional rearrangements (mRNA level) of a single chain in a single B cell. By analyzing the position, direction and other compositional characteristics of the V(D)J gene family, we found that at least two(or more) of them are derived from over two(or more) specific allelic inclusion rearrangements of a single chromosome.(mRNA molecular level evidence).The results of this article provides new insights, new methods and modeling references for evaluating the proportion, molecular characteristics and source mechanisms of dual BCR B cells, as well as potential significance of allelic inclusion (exclusion escape) of V(D)J rearrangement.

Among the mechanisms implicated in the tumor-promoting effects of obesity, signaling by insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and insulin has received considerable attention. However, the emerging realization that obesity is associated with chronic inflammation has prompted other consideration of how the IGF-I axis may participate in cancer progression. In the present study, we used two mouse models of chronic (LID) and inducible (iLID) igf-1 gene deficiency in the liver to investigate the role of IGF-I in regulating the host microenvironment and colorectal carcinoma growth and metastasis in obese mice. Obese mice had a heightened inflammatory response in the liver, which was abolished in mice with chronic IGF-I deficiency (LID). In control animals changes to the hepatic microenvironment associated with obesity sustained the presence of tumor cells in the liver and increased the incidence of hepatic metastases after intrasplenic/portal inoculation of colon carcinoma cells. These changes did not occur in LID mice with chlonic IGF-1 deficiency. In contrast, these changes occured in iLID mice with acute IGF-1 deficiency, in the same manner as the control animals, revealing a fundamental difference in the nature of the requirement for IGF-1 on tumor growth and metastasis. In the setting of obesity, our findings imply that IGF-1 is critical to activate and sustain an inflammatory response in the liver that is needed for hepatic metastasis, not only through direct, paracrine effect on tumor cell growth, but also through indirect effects involving the tumor microenvironment. In order to study the mechanical properties and damage evolution of the gas storage surrounding rock under the periodic injection-production process, the uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading tests of sandstone were carried out by TFD-2000 microcomputer servo-controlled rock triaxial testing machine. Results shown that the compressive strength of gas storage sandstone specimens were gradually decreases with increasing of the stress amplitude after 200 cycles. The stress-strain curve under uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading condition formed hysteresis loops, and the hysteresis loop presented sparse-dense-sparse when the stress amplitude was relative higher. The residual strains can be divided into three stages of decay deformation stage, stable deformation stage and accelerated deformation stage when the stress amplitude is 8~32 MPa, this phenomenon is very similar to the creep behavior of rocks. The energy evolution of sandstone under cyclic loading and unloading was analyzed and the damage evolution low of which was also discussed in detail, the damage variable defined by energy dissipative ratio accumulation can well reflect the damage development of sandstone under uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading. A nonlinear visco-plastic body was proposed by considering the accelerate stage of curves of the axial residual strains, and used the nonlinear visco-plastic body to replace the visco-plastic body of the traditional Nishihara model, a nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic model for cyclic loads was established and the applicability of the model is verified. The research results provide certain reference value for the construction and maintenance of gas storage.

Cells orchestrate the motion and force of hundreds of protein motors to perform various mechanical tasks over multiple length scales. However, engineering active biomimetic materials from protein motors that consume energy to propel continuous motion of micrometer-sized assembling systems remains challenging. Here, we report rotary biomolecular motor-powered supramolecular (RBMS) colloidal motors that are hierarchically assembled from a purified chromatophore membrane containing F O F 1 -ATP synthase molecular motors, and an assembled polyelectrolyte microcapsule. The micro-sized RBMS motor with asymmetric distribution of F O F 1 -ATPases can autonomously move under light illumination and is collectively powered by hundreds of rotary biomolecular motors. The propulsive mechanism is that a transmembrane proton gradient generated by a photochemical reaction drives F O F 1 -ATPases to rotate for ATP biosynthesis, which creates a local chemical field for self-diffusiophoretic force. Such an active supramolecular architecture endowed with motility and biosynthesis offers a promising platform for intelligent colloidal motors resembling the propulsive units in swimming bacteria.

Oil fromSchizochytriumsp. alleviates obesity efficiently by modulating gut microbiota in high-fat diet-fed mice.

Mastitis is a relatively common disease in rabbit does. The aim of this study was to investigate a relationship between the severity of clinical signs and pathological observations and to analyze differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the mammary gland with mastitis versus healthy mammary gland. The result showed that rectal temperatures of the rabbits with both mild mastitis and severe mastitis were higher than that of control. Cell counting results showed that the somatic cell count (SCC) only in milk of the rabbit with severe mastitis was significantly higher than that in the control group. However, the number of heterophils in the histological sections of mammary glands with mild mastitis was significantly higher than that of control. A total of 1,096 DEGs between the control and mastitis mammary glands was identified by RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Gene ontology (GO) showed that most of up-regulated genes were enriched in terms such as response to stimulus, signal transduction, and cell communication. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis revealed that these genes were mostly enriched in the pathways such as Rap1 signaling pathway, proteoglycans in cancer, and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. However, the downregulated genes were mainly enriched in metabolic processes and significantly involved in metabolic pathways. The data provides useful information to further dissect the molecular genetic mechanisms underlying rabbit mastitis, which is a prerequisite for designing effective intervention strategies.

Bats are known to be natural reservoirs of many viruses, yet their unique immune system enables them to coexist with viruses without frequently exhibiting disease symptoms. The current understanding of the bat adaptive immune system is limited, as there is no database or tool capable of processing T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences for bats, and the diverse nature of the Chiroptera. We established a reference library of TCR-β germline genes by annotating three Chiroptera: The Greater Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, R. ferrumequinum), The Pale spear-nosed Bat (Phyllostomus discolor, P. discolor), and the Common Pipistrelle (Pipistrellus pipistrellus, P. pipistrellus). The distinct variations in the distribution of TRBV genes among the three types of bats could have a direct impact on the diversity of the TCR repertoire, as evidenced by the presence of conserved amino acids that indicate the T-cell recognition of antigens in bats is MHC-restricted. Furthermore, we conducted an analysis of the TCR-β repertoire in the Intermediate Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus affinis, R. affinis) using high-throughput sequencing (HTS). The bats’ TCR-β repertoire is formed through rearrangement of the V-D-J-C genes, with D-J/V-D deletions and insertion resulting a high diversity.

Omega-3 PUFAs rich in fish oil are believed to prevent obesity by improving lipid metabolism and regulating gut microbiota. Microalgae oil is considered as an alternative source of omega-3 PUFAs owing to diminishing fish resources.

Manure application is a significant agriculture practice that can affect the microbial community structure in both topsoil and subsoil. However, how the abundant and rare taxa in the soil profile respond to surface manure application and their ecological roles at different soil depths remain unknown. Based on a soil mesocosm experiment, we used amplicon sequencing and high-throughput quantitative-PCR array to characterize the bacterial community composition and functional traits across soil profiles. Results showed that the relative abundance and diversity of rare taxa increased in the topsoil but decreased in the 40–60 cm soil, where the relative abundance of abundant taxa increased after manure application. Evidence from network analysis, niche width and 16S rRNA operon (rrn) copy number suggest that abundant taxa in subsoils had a greater competitivity for resource mining than rare taxa. Regarding resource utilization strategies, microbial communities under manure treatment preferred to utilize recalcitrant carbon (C) and inorganic phosphorus (P) in the topsoil and labile carbon and organic phosphorus in the subsoil compared with non-manure application. Random Forest regression analysis indicated the relatively greater contribution of abundant taxa to C degradation and fixation in subsoils. These results imply that the manure application effect on microbial resource mining in subsoils is mainly driven by abundant bacteria due to the lower competitiveness of rare taxa for the C sources leached above. Overall, This study linked community functions with the ecological role of abundant and rare taxa in the context of environmental disturbances at different soil depths and shed light on the potential ecological risks of diversity reduction of subsoil rare bacteria.

In order to investigate the influence of water content on the damage and degradation characteristics of Hutubi sandstone, different saturation experiments and laboratory mechanical experiments were carried out on Hutubi sandstone. The experimental results show that under uniaxial and triaxial conditions, with the increase in water content, the axial, lateral, and volume deformations gradually increase, and the deformation shows obvious dilatancy characteristics. The deviator stress and elasticity modulus of the sandstone decreased exponentially with the increasing water content. Confining pressure has a significant effect on the strength improvement of sandstone under the constant water content. Based on lognormal distribution, the damage constitutive model of sandstone which can reflect both uniaxial and triaxial condition with different water contents was proposed. The theoretical curves were compared with the experimental curves, and it was found that the theoretical curves and the experimental curves have similar changing trends. It shows the rationality of the statistical damage constitutive model.

Low-power consumption and high sensitivity are highly desirable for a vast range of NH3 sensing applications. As a new type of two-dimension (2D) material, Ti3C2Tx is extensively studied for room temperature NH3 sensors recently. However, the Ti3C2Tx MXene based gas sensors suffer mainly from low sensitivity. Herein, we report a sensitive Ti3C2Tx/WO3 composite resistive sensor for NH3 detection. The Ti3C2Tx/WO3 composite consisting of WO3 nanoparticles anchored on Ti3C2Tx nanoflakes were synthesized successfully with a facile ultra-sonication technique. The composite sensor with optimized components exhibits a high sensitivity of 22.3% for 1 ppm NH3 at room temperature, which is 15.4 times higher than the pure Ti3C2Tx sensor. Furthermore, the composite sensor has excellent reproducibility, good long-term stability, and high selectivity to NH3. The relative humidity influence on NH3 gas sensing properties of the sensors was systematically studied. This research provides an efficient route for the preparation of novel MXene-based sensitive materials for high-performance NH3 sensors.

Gastric cancer is a relatively common tumor. As circular RNAs (circRNAs) are documented to modulate proliferation and metastasis in various cancers, we evaluated the functions of circRNAs, in particular, hsa_circ_0005529, in gastric cancer cells.Levels of hsa_circ_0005529 and miR-873-5p were examined by qRT-PCR, and the presence of hsa_circ_0005529 was confirmed by RNase R treatment. CCK-8, wound-healing, and Transwell assays were used to assess proliferation, migration, and invasion, respectively, while Western blotting was used to determine levels of zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) and dual-luciferase reporter assays to examine relationships between hsa_circ_0005529 and miR-873-5p.hsa_circ_0005529 was strongly expressed in gastric cancer where it stimulated tumorigenic behavior. Furthermore, hsa_circ_0005529 was shown to promote ZEB1 expression by sponging miR-873-5p, an inhibitor of ZEB1 expression.Our research showed that hsa_circ_0005529 promoted tumorigenic behavior in gastric cancer cells by adsorbing miR-873-5p to modulate ZEB1 levels. This suggests that hsa_circ_0005529 may be useful as a biomarker and target for diagnosing and treating gastric cancer.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is considered to be the main pathogen causing intraepithelial neoplasia. Paiteling (PTL) has been used to treat intraepithelial neoplasia caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection for more than 20 years in China, but its specific mechanism of action is not very clear, and further research is still needed.This study designed a comprehensive strategy to study the pharmacological mechanism of paiteling in regulating cervical cancer cell apoptosis by integrating LC-MS/MS, network pharmacology and pharmacological experiments.We used liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to detect the active substances in PTL and performed protein-protein interaction analysis on the intersection of the targets of these key compounds and the targets of intraepithelial neoplasia. Additionally, by using Gene Ontology and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), the potential pathway of PTL against HPV-induced intraepithelial neoplasia was predicted. Finally, we used HeLa and Ect1/E6E7 cells for experimental verification.The protein-protein interaction network predicted that AKT1, TP53, MYC, STAT3, MTOR, and MAPK were pivotal targets for PTL to inhibit epithelial neoplasia. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the Pi3k/Akt pathway and HPV infection had scientific significance. Compared to the control group, after PTL diluent stimulated HeLa and Ect1/E6E7 cells for 24 h, cell viability, migration, and invasion capabilities were significantly reduced, and cell apoptosis was significantly increased, conforming to a dose-effect relationship and time-effect relationship. PCR, cellular immunohistochemistry, and western blot experiments showed that PTL reduced the expression of E6, Pi3k, E7, Akt, Bcl-xl, while increasing the expression of Bad in HeLa and Ect1/E6E7 cells.PTL can induce cervical cancer cell apoptosis by inhibiting the E6/E7-Pi3k/Akt signaling pathway. It may provide an effective alternative strategy of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of epithelial neoplasia caused by HPV infection.

Colloidal motors have unique capabilities of self-propulsion, cargo loading and active target delivery, and have great potential for precision disease therapy. Currently, colloidal motors with different functions have been designed for diverse disease treatments. However, the application of colloidal motors in precision disease treatment is still in the exploratory stage and faces many practical challenges. This review highlights the therapeutic functions of colloidal motors, such as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammation, hypoglycemic, immune activation and hemostasis functions. Furthermore, the application progress of multifunctional colloidal motors in various diseases has also been summarized, including cerebral diseases, ophthalmic diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases and bladder diseases. Finally, the current limitations and challenges of colloidal motors as well as future research directions are discussed. This review aims to help readers become clearly acquainted with the achievements of colloidal motors that have been made in disease treatment and to promote the further development of colloidal motors in clinical medicine.

In this research, an attention-based feature fusion network (AFFNet), with a backbone residual network (ResNet101) enhanced with two attention mechanism modules, is proposed for automatic pixel-level detection of concrete crack. In particular, the inclusion of attention mechanism modules, for example, the vertical and horizontal compression attention module (VH-CAM) and the efficient channel attention upsample module (ECAUM), is to enable selective concentration on the crack feature. The VH-CAM generates a feature map integrating pixel-level information in vertical and horizontal directions. The ECAUM applied on each decoder layer combines efficient channel attention (ECA) and feature fusion, which can provide rich contextual information as guidance to help low-level features recover crack localization. The proposed model is evaluated on the test dataset and the results reach 84.49% for mean intersection over union (MIoU). Comparison with other state-of-the-art models proves high efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.

Soil moisture plays an important role in hydrology, climate, agriculture, and ecology, and remote sensing is one of the most important tools for estimating the soil moisture over large areas. Soil moisture, which is calculated by remote sensing inversion, is affected by the uneven distribution of vegetation and therefore the results cannot accurately reflect the spatial distribution of the soil moisture in the study area. This study analyzes the soil moisture of different vegetation covers in the Wushen Banner of Inner Mongolia, recorded in 2016, and using Landsat and MODIS images fused with multispectral bands. Firstly, we compared and analyzed the ability of the visible optical and short-wave infrared drought index (VSDI), the normalized differential infrared index (NDII), and the short-wave infrared water stress index (SIWSI) in monitoring the soil moisture in different vegetation cover soils. Secondly, we used the stepwise multiple regression analysis method in order to correlate the multispectral fusion bands with the field-measured soil water content and established a soil moisture inversion model based on the multispectral fusion bands. As the results show, there was a strong correlation between the established model and the measured soil water content of the different vegetation cover soils: in the bare soil, R2 was 0.86; in the partially vegetated cover soil, R2 was 0.84; and in the highly vegetated cover soil, R2 was 0.87. This shows that the established model could better reflect the actual condition of the surface soil moisture in the different vegetation covers.

The nanostructured two-dimensional (2D) materials for humidity sensing applications have become increasingly attractive. However, 2D materials have negative aspects of easily stacking and agglomerating multilayers. Here, a novel resistive-type humidity sensor utilizing multi-layer titanium carbide (Ti3C2Tx) films as sensitive material is demonstrated. The humidity sensor exhibits an ultrasensitive and reversible sensing performance in a wide relative humidity range. Furthermore, the ultrafast response and recovery properties are achieved at room temperature. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is used to investigate the adsorption of water vapor on Ti3C2Tx surfaces. A rapid capillary condensation of water vapor on the unique accordion-like microstructures and the hierarchical nanostructures of hydroxyl-riched Ti3C2Tx surface are supposed to be responsible for the super adsorption capability for water vapor. The electrostatic field induced by adsorbed water molecules is proposed to explain the resistance change of the titanium carbide humidity sensor. This work highlights the unique advantages of humidity sensor with layered 2D materials of Ti3C2Tx MXenes, including ultrasensitive, good reversibility and fast recovery at room temperature.

[EN] In order to establish a lighting regime suitable for rabbit farms in East China, the effects of lighting schedule, intensity and colour on the reproductive performance of rabbit does were evaluated by three experiments, respectively. In experiment 1, does were exposed to different lighting schedules: 16L:8D-continuous, 16L:8D-18d (6 d before artificial insemination (AI) to 12 d post-AI), 16L:8D-6d (6 d before AI to the day of AI) and 12L:12D-continuous. In experiment 2, does were exposed to different light intensities: 40 lx, 60 lx, 80 lx and 120 lx. In experiment 3, does were exposed to different light colours: white, yellow, blue and red. For all experiments, conception rate, kindling rate and pre-weaning mortality were calculated; litter size at birth, litter weight at birth, litter size at weaning, litter weight at weaning and individual kit weight at weaning were recorded. Results showed that none of the reproductive parameters of does were affected by the application of 16L:8D-18d lighting schedule compared with the continuous 16L:8D group(P>0.05). Moreover, rabbits does exposed to 80 lx light performed as well as those under 120 lx light in conception rate, kindling rate, litter size (total and alive) at birth and litter weight at birth (P>0.05). Furthermore, the exposures of 60 lx and 80 lx light were beneficial for litter weight at weaning. Background Autologous fat transplantation has already become a part of clinical practice for aesthetic breast augmentation even though evidence regarding its efficacy is still lacking. Objectives The authors sought to determine the current worldwide status and efficacy, techniques, and oncologic safety on this subject. Methods PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library databases were searched to identify all relevant studies. Results Eighty-four articles published between 1987 and April 2020, consisting of 6468 patients, were included, and 64 studies consisting of 5162 unique patients were included in the meta-analysis. Most studies had a low level of evidence (levels 2b-5); In this meta-analysis, there were 17 prospective cohort studies, 4 retrospective cohort studies, 6 case-control studies, and 38 case series. The publications were from 21 countries. Indications for autologous fat transplantation were aesthetic augmentation (93.2%) and congenital malformation (6.8%). Among the 5162 patients, 2 cases (0.04%) of cancer were reported. The meta-analysis revealed very high overall patient and surgeon satisfaction rates of 93% and 87%, respectively. Overall, only 1.56 sessions were needed to achieve the desired result. Long-term survival was calculated to be approximately 60% to 70% at 1-year follow-up. Only 8% of procedures resulted in clinical complications, and 5% of patients required biopsy because of abnormal clinical or radiological findings. Conclusions Autologous fat transplantation seems to be a major tool in aesthetic breast augmentation. Preoperative patient selection is essential but under-reported. Future research should focus on evaluating the technical and patient factors influencing the rate of fat survival and its oncological safety. Level of Evidence: 4
