With the continuous progress of society and economy, more and more attention has been paid to the physical quality of students. As an essential support carrier, physical education (PE) class is responsible for the exercise and improvement of the physical quality and fitness of students. In this paper, with physical training as a breakthrough point, the data on training quality are evaluated based on the Apriori algorithm and the factor mining is carried out accordingly. Through the Apriori algorithm, an in-depth analysis is carried out in this paper on the practical teaching status of physical training programs at colleges and universities in the country. From various perspectives such as the development of the existing physical training programs and their functional features, the advantages of physical training programs in teaching at colleges and universities are analyzed. At the same time, suggestions are given with regard to the current teaching model and status quo at colleges and universities to achieve the goal of driving the development of physical training in the country. Finally, the results of the practical case analysis indicate that physical training programs are feasible in the education curriculum at colleges and universities. To some extent, the spirit of physical training programs is similar to the concept of physical education at colleges and universities. There are many types of physical training programs, which can be used as rich resources for physical education at colleges and universities. From the results of the research, it can be seen that the Apriori algorithm can be used to evaluate the training quality of physical education effectively; the mastery levels of physical education skills among male students are generally higher than those among female students, and the difference is relatively significant; the algorithm proposed in this paper can be used to evaluate the data effectively, which is of great significance for supporting the decisions on improving the quality of training.

Abstract No highly specific and sensitive biomarkers have been identified for early diagnosis of neural tube defects (NTDs). In this study, we used proteomics to identify novel proteins specific for NTDs. Our findings revealed three proteins showing differential expression during fetal development. In a rat model of NTDs, we used western blotting to quantify proteins in maternal serum exosomes on gestational days E18, E16, E14, and E12, in serum on E18 and E12, in neural tubes on E18 and E12, and in fetal neural exosomes on E18. The expression of coronin 1A and dynamin 2 was exosome-specific and associated with spina bifida aperta embryogenesis. Furthermore, coronin 1A and dynamin 2 were significantly downregulated in maternal serum exosomes (E12–E18), neural tubes, and fetal neural exosomes. Although downregulation was also observed in serum, the difference was not significant. Differentially expressed proteins were further analyzed in the serum exosomes of pregnant women during gestational weeks 12–40 using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. The findings revealed that coronin 1A and dynamin 2 showed potential diagnostic efficacy during gestational weeks 12–40, particularly during early gestation (12–18 weeks). Therefore, these two targets are used as candidate NTD screening and diagnostic biomarkers during early gestation. Key messages We used proteomics to identify novel proteins specific for NTDs. CORO1A and DNM2 showed exosome-specific expression and were associated with SBA. CORO1A and DNM2 were downregulated in maternal serum exosomes and FNEs. CORO1A and DNM2 showed good diagnostic efficacy for NTDs during early gestation. These two targets may have applications as NTD screening and diagnostic biomarkers.

Ecological security patterns (ESPs) provide a solution for balancing the conflicts between ecological conservation and socio-economic development and maintaining sustainable regional development. Identifying sustainable ESPs should be a matter given attention to in order to meet future urban expansion needs. Based on multi-source eco-environmental datasets and remote sensing (RS) containing the history of land-use patterns, our study incorporated future land-use patterns into the ESP identification framework to reduce the potential impact of future urban expansion on the identified ESPs (i.e., ecological corridors and nodes) and to reserve space for future urban development from an urban development perspective. Considering the Changsha–Zhuzhou–Xiangtan (CZX) urban agglomeration, the results show that 57 corridors are extracted, within which 36 key corridors are mainly distributed in the Lukou and Wangcheng districts and Xiangtan and Changsha counties; an additional 21 potential corridors are mainly distributed in the urban built-up area and these corridors connect to Xiangjiang River or its tributary. In addition, 18 pinch points were identified, mainly located adjacent to the Xiangjiang River, Liuyang River, and Laodao River; 9 barrier points are distributed at the junctions of the main roads. A comparison of ESP identification with and without simulated land-use patterns showed the incorporation of future land-use patterns favoured sustainable ESP construction. Furthermore, we discuss the rationality and application of ESP identification from an urban development perspective and emphasize the trade-off between future land-use patterns and ecological conservation, better reflecting the forward-looking thinking of spatial planning.

Objectives To evaluate the safety, feasibility, and survival benefit of radiofrequency ablation in liver-only recurrence pancreatic cancer patients after radical pancreatectomy.Methods The data and follow-up of pancreatic cancer patients who suffered liver-only recurrence after radical pancreatectomy from 2015 to 2021 were retrospectively collected. Finally, 19 liver metastases radiofrequency ablation patients were assigned to radiofrequency ablation group, and 41 patients were to systemic treatment group.Results (1) the baseline, perioperative characteristics, and pathological outcomes were well-balanced. (2) Recurrence pattern showed there were more multiple (> 3) recurrence tumors in systemic treatment patients (multiple one vs. 19, P = 0.005). (3) Median radiofrequency ablation operation time was 30.0 min, median blood loss was 1.0 ml, 4 (21.05%) patients suffered postoperative complications, and 94.74% liver metastases tumors got complete necrosis. Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) are involved in restenosis of bypass grafts and cause artery graft occlusion. This study aimed to explore the role of Slit2 in phenotypic switching of VSMCs and its effect on restenosis of vascular conduits. An animal model of vascular graft restenosis (VGR) was produced in SD rats and assessed by echocardiography. The expression of Slit2 and Hif-1α was measured in vivo and in vitro. After Slit2 overexpression, the migration and proliferation of VSMCs were detected in vitro, and the restenosis rates and phenotype of VSMCs were tested in vivo. The arteries of the VGR model presented significant stenosis, and Slit2 was decreased in VSMCs of the VGR model. In vitro, Slit2 overexpression inhibited the migration and proliferation of VSMCs, but Slit2 knockdown promoted migration and proliferation. Hypoxia induced Hif-1α but reduced Slit2, and Hif-1α negatively regulated Slit2 expression. Moreover, Slit2 overexpression weakened the rate of VGR and maintained the patency of artery bypass grafts, which suppressed the phenotypic switching of VSMCs. Slit2 inhibited the synthetic phenotype transformation to inhibit the migration and proliferation of VSMCs and delayed the VGR via Hif-1α.

Land-use changes remain a major source of terrestrial ecosystem carbon stock (TECS) change. However, existing studies estimating TECS change caused by land-use changes, considering the mixed land-use structure and its continuous structural changes in the land-use change model, are still absent. Our study first analyzed land-use changes during the years 2000–2020 in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (CZX) urban agglomeration, and then simulated the multi-scenario mixed land-use structure pattern in 2030, and finally estimated its effects on TECS change. Results show that: (1) The TECS change in CZX urban agglomeration during the years 2000–2020 are trending downward, decreasing 5.62 Tg. (2) Over the past 20 years, land-use changes in CZX urban agglomeration were dominated by the increase of artificial surfaces, and the decrease of forest, farmland, and grassland, which are major sources of TECS reduction. (3) The total TECS in inertial development, cultivated land protection, and ecological priority scenarios, are 95.82 Tg, 95.97 Tg, and 97.31 Tg, respectively. Compared to TECS in 2020, the decrease is 2.61 Tg, 2.46 Tg, and 1.12 Tg, respectively. While the spatial pattern of losses in TECS is trending toward sustained expansion in the inertial development and cultivated land protection scenario, the ecological priority scenario is more concentrated. The results can provide decision support for regional carbon accounting, for the assessment of terrestrial carbon stock, and for the planning of the “dual-carbon” (refer to peak carbon and carbon neutrality in dioxide emissions) goal.

BACKGROUND: Solid organ transplantation (SOT), which is the best remedy for end-stage organ failure, is accompanied by the risk of developing a postoperative malignant tumor. To date, assessments of the changes in the increased risk of thyroid cancer (TC) after SOT remain controversial. This study sought to reevaluate the risk of TC after SOT based on the latest literature. Our findings could improve the early diagnosis of tumors and the overall prognosis of patients after SOT. METHODS: A computerized search of four major English-language databases (i.e., PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) was performed to retrieve cohort studies on the risk of developing TC after SOT. The standardized incidence ratio (SIR) was used as the pooled-effect size and expressed as the 95% confidence interval (CI). RESULTS: In total, 20 cohort studies, comprising 362,079 patients who underwent SOT, were included in the meta-analysis. Unsupervised deep learning methods place increased emphasis on the process of cluster analysis of unknown samples without requiring sample labels. Clustering algorithms based on deep embedding networks have been recently developed and are widely used in data mining, speech processing and image recognition, but barely any of them have been used on spectra data. This study presents an unsupervised clustering algorithm for Raman spectra, called the convolutional variational autoencoder deep embedding clustering method (CVDE). It improves the network structure of the multi-layer perception (MLP) that is commonly used in other methods based on the VAE-GMM model, like VaDE, by replacing the hidden fully connected layer in the MLP with three convolution layers and two pooling layers for better clustering on the Raman spectra. The three convolution layers extend vertical channels to learn features, while pooling layers directly reduce the horizontal coding dimensions to prevent gradient explosion and overfitting. Furthermore, such network structures can easily incorporate the gradient-weighted class activation mapping (Grad-Cam) method to visualise the importance of spectral features for clustering, facilitating network tuning and spectral difference analysis. Moreover, through comparative experiments, CVDE has proven that it affords better clustering performance than current advanced clustering methods on not only the MNIST dataset but also two sets of Raman spectra: soybean oil Raman spectra with very small Raman feature differences and drug Raman spectra with a small data size. The clustering accuracies of these three datasets reach 94.48%, 90.43% and 98.70% respectively. Thus, CVDE is suitable for applications in static spectra, such as Raman spectra and LIBS spectra, and is more versatile than supervised methods in the spectral and chemical analysis fields.

α-Carbonyl cations are the umpolung forms of the synthetically fundamental α-carbonyl carbanions. They are highly reactive yet rarely studied and utilized species and their precursors were rather limited. Herein, we report the generation of α-carbonyl cations from HNTf2-catalyzed alkyne oxidations with pyridine N-oxides and the interception of them via Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement. Broad spectrum of alkynes including aryl alkyne, ynamide, and alkynyl sulfide could be utilized and the migrating priorities of different groups in the Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement step was elucidated. DFT calculations further supported the generation of α-carbonyl cations via the N-O bond cleavage. Another key feature of this methodology was the fragmentation of synthetically inert tert-butyl groups into readily transformable olefin functionalities. The synthetic potential was highlighted by the scale-up reaction and the downstream diversifications including the formal synthesis of nicotlactone B and galbacin.

Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack is one of the most serious threats to the Internet The emergenceof distributed reflection denial of service (DRDoS) attacks has increased the harm of DDoSattacks. Aiming at the common DRDoS attacks such as Memcached, TFTP, NTP, SSDP, SNMPand Chargen in the network, a multi-class DRDoS attack detection method based on feature selectionis proposed. Through the analysis of the behavior and characteristics of attack, combined withprobability distribution of features and feature importance to obtain a feature subset of 24 features.When constructing XGBoost model, the input features are the feature subset obtained by the abovefeature selection, and the model outputs multi classification results. The selected features can betterreflect the characteristics of DRDoS attack and improve the detection performance of the model. Experimentalresults show that the feature subset obtained by this method has high precision in multiclassification against DRDoS attacks, and is better than the traditional methods such as support vectormachine and multi-layer perceptron. Feature selection not only reduces the processing time, butalso reduces the malicious traffic by 99.93%.

The extent of pancreatoduodenectomy for pancreatic head cancer remains controversial, and more high-level clinical evidence is needed. This study aimed to evaluate the outcome of extended pancreatoduodenectomy (EPD) with retroperitoneal nerve resection in pancreatic head cancer.This multicenter randomized trial was performed at 6 Chinese high-volume hospitals that enrolled patients between October 3, 2012, and September 21, 2017. Four hundred patients with stage I or II pancreatic head cancer and without specific pancreatic cancer treatments (preoperative chemotherapy or chemoradiation) within three months were randomly assigned to undergo standard pancreatoduodenectomy (SPD) or EPD, with the latter followed by dissection of additional lymph nodes (LNs), nerves and soft tissues 270° on the right side surrounding the superior mesenteric artery and celiac axis. The primary endpoint was overall survival (OS) by intention-to-treat (ITT). The secondary endpoints were disease-free survival (DFS), mortality, morbidity, and postoperative pain intensity.The R1 rate was slightly lower with EPD (8.46%) than with SPD (12.56%). The morbidity and mortality rates were similar between the two groups. The median OS was similar in the EPD and SPD groups by ITT in the whole study cohort (23.0 vs. 20.2 months, P = 0.100), while the median DFS was superior in the EPD group (16.1 vs. 13.2 months, P = 0.031). Patients with preoperative CA19-9200.0 U/mL had significantly improved OS and DFS with EPD (EPD vs. SPD, 30.8 vs. 20.9 months, P = 0.009; 23.4 vs. 13.5 months, P0.001). The EPD group exhibited significantly lower locoregional (16.48% vs. 35.20%, P0.001) and mesenteric LN recurrence rates (3.98% vs. 10.06%, P = 0.022). The EPD group exhibited less back pain 6 months postoperation than the SPD group.EPD for pancreatic head cancer did not significantly improve OS, but patients with EPD treatment had significantly improved DFS. In the subgroup analysis, improvements in both OS and DFS in the EPD arm were observed in patients with preoperative CA19-9200.0 U/mL. EPD could be used as an effective surgical procedure for patients with pancreatic head cancer, especially those with preoperative CA19-9200.0 U/mL.

The realization of large-scale H2 production from electrocatalytic water splitting is severely impeded by the kinetically sluggish and economically less viable anodic oxygen evolution reaction. Here, an efficient strategy was established for the concurrent H2 production and oxidative alcohols refining into value-added formate by utilizing self-supported Ni2 P-CoP bifunctional electrocatalysts. Benefiting from high intrinsic activity, abundant active sites, and synergistic promoting effects of bimetallic phosphides, the constructed two-electrode electrolyzer required a cell voltage of around 1.3 V to achieve 10 mA cm-2 , which is more than 200 mV lower than that of pure water splitting. Moreover, simultaneous productions of H2 with near-unity conversion efficiency and formate at high faradaic efficiencies of 99.8 and 89.6 % oxidatively produced from methanol and glycerol, respectively, were achieved with excellent durability. This work presents a general and economic approach toward the fabrication of cost-effective electrocatalysts for energy-efficient and profitable large-scale renewable energy integration.

Spina bifida aperta (SBA) is one of the most common neural tube defects. Neural injury in SBA occurs in two stages involving failed neural tube closure and progressive degeneration through contact with the amniotic fluid. We previously suggested that intra-amniotic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) therapy for fetal rat SBA could achieve beneficial functional recovery through lesion-specific differentiation. The aim of this study is to examine whether the amniotic fluid microenvironment can be improved by intra-amniotic BMSC transplantation.The intra-amniotic BMSC injection was performed using in vivo rat fetal SBA models. The various cytokine expressions in rat amniotic fluid were screened by protein microassays. Intervention experiments were used to study the function of differentially expressed cytokines.A total of 32 cytokines showed significant upregulated expression in the BMSC-injected amniotic fluid. We focused on Activin A, NGF, BDNF, CNTF, and CXCR4. Intervention experiments showed that the upregulated Activin A, NGF, BDNF, and CNTF could inhibit apoptosis and promote synaptic development in fetal spinal cords. Inhibiting the activity of these factors weakened the anti-apoptotic and pro-differentiation effects of transplanted BMSCs. Inhibition of CXCR4 activity reduced the engraftment rate of BMSCs in SBA fetuses.BMSC transplantation can improve the amniotic fluid environment, and this is beneficial for SBA repair.

Purpose: To determine the treatment efficacy of the combination of loxoprofen sodium and sodium hyaluronate in osteoarthritis (OA), and its role in knee joint function. Methods: 98 patients with OA admitted to Guang'an People's Hospital, Sichuan, China were allocated into control group (CNG, given loxoprofen sodium n, = 51) and study group (SG, given loxoprofen sodium and sodium hyaluronate, n = 47). Both groups were compared in terms of the levels of inflammatory factor, Lysholm, VAS, WOMAC scores, treatment effects, serum MDA, NO, SOD levels, adverse effects, and blood rheology indices. Results: The study group had higher SOD levels, and higher BALP and BGP than CNG (p < 0.05). SG had lower TRACP-5b and blood rheological indices than CNG (p < 0.05). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of loxoprofen sodium and sodium hyaluronate effectively improves the function and blood rheological indices of knee joints. It reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions and the level of pain in patients with OA, and improves OA prognosis. However further clinical trials are required prior to application in clinical practice.

Herein, a new reaction pattern of diaryliodonium salts was reported as novelty oxa-1,4-dipoles to undergo [4+2] cycloaddition reactions with alkynes. Broad spectrum of the two reaction partners could be utilized in this protocol, enabling an operationally simple, high yielding, and regioselective synthetic approach to isocoumarins. Particularly, good to excellent regioselectivities were achieved for the sterically unbiased unsymmetrical diaryl acetylenes, which was challenging for other transition metal-catalyzed processes. The reaction could be scaled up with the ideal 1:1 stoichiometry and the isocoumarin type natural products Oospolactone and Thunberginol A could be obtained in one or three steps through this methodology.
