154. Distributional justice, effectiveness, and costs of current and alternative solar PV incentive schemes in Switzerland

Like many other countries, Switzerland offers various incentives to promote residential solar PV, but not all households have equal access to them. Using a microsimulation approach based on merged data from the Swiss Household Budget Survey and Household Energy Demand Survey, we evaluate the current Swiss incentive scheme in terms of how equally the internal rates of return of PV installations, the amounts of obtainable incentives, and the saving months to accumulate the investment are distributed across households. The current, regionally heterogeneous scheme is then compared with alternative, nationally uniform designs based on the required public spending, effectiveness in promoting profitable and affordable PV, and distributional equality. The current scheme leads to a large disparity in the economic profitability of installations and incentive amounts obtainable across various socio-demographics. Larger, the highest-income, and rural households can obtain more incentives and install more profitable PV systems. Lower-income households must save the longest to install PV. Incentive schemes with a nationally uniform investment grant or a feed-in tariff threshold could offer a good alternative to the current scheme in terms of justice, public spending, and effectiveness. The insights on heterogeneous versus uniform PV incentives and the developed methodology could be transferred elsewhere.

155. Altered CD39 and CD73 Expression in Rheumatoid Arthritis: Implications for Disease Activity and Treatment Response

In rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovium, ATP, and ADP are released, sparking inflammation. Ectoenzymes CD39 and CD73 metabolize these purine nucleotides, generating anti-inflammatory adenosine. Therefore, dysregulated CD39 and CD73 expression may impact RA development. We assessed CD39 and CD73 expression in peripheral blood from 15 healthy controls (Cs) and 35 RA patients at baseline and after 3 and 6 months of tocilizumab treatment using flow cytometry. Additionally, ectoenzyme expression was examined on cultured T cells to understand activation and IL-6 effects. At baseline, RA patients exhibited a lower CD8+CD39−CD73+ cell percentage, which inversely correlated with DAS28. Additionally, they had lower percentages of Treg CD39+CD73+ and CD39−CD73− cells. Good responders tended to have lower B CD39+CD73+ cell percentages at baseline and 3 months. Additionally, Treg, CD8+ T and B cells inversely correlated with DAS28. T-cell activation increased CD39 and decreased CD73 expression, regardless of IL-6. IL-6 reduced IFNγ-secreting CD4+ T-cell percentage in Cs, but increased the percentage of IFNγ-secreting CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in RA patients. These findings indicate differing CD39 and CD73 expression in RA and Cs, influenced by T-cell activation and IL-6. Correlations between these molecules and RA activity suggest their role in dysregulated inflammation in RA.

156. Mortality Prediction of Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Using a Deep Learning Model Based on an Initial Brain CT Scan

Background: Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) entails high morbidity and mortality rates. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) are capable of generating highly accurate predictions from imaging data. Our objective was to predict mortality in SAH patients by processing initial CT scans using a CNN-based algorithm. Methods: We conducted a retrospective multicentric study of a consecutive cohort of patients with SAH. Demographic, clinical and radiological variables were analyzed. Preprocessed baseline CT scan images were used as the input for training using the AUCMEDI framework. Our model’s architecture leveraged a DenseNet121 structure, employing transfer learning principles. The output variable was mortality in the first three months. Results: Images from 219 patients were processed; 175 for training and validation and 44 for the model’s evaluation. Of the patients, 52% (115/219) were female and the median age was 58 (SD = 13.06) years. In total, 18.5% (39/219) had idiopathic SAH. The mortality rate was 28.5% (63/219). The model showed good accuracy at predicting mortality in SAH patients when exclusively using the images of the initial CT scan (accuracy = 74%, F1 = 75% and AUC = 82%). Conclusion: Modern image processing techniques based on AI and CNN make it possible to predict mortality in SAH patients with high accuracy using CT scan images as the only input. These models might be optimized by including more data and patients, resulting in better training, development and performance on tasks that are beyond the skills of conventional clinical knowledge.

Detecting and studying pulsars above a few GHz in the radio band is challenging due to the typical faintness of pulsar radio emission, their steep spectra, and the lack of observatories with sufficient sensitivity operating at high frequency ranges. Despite the difficulty, the observations of pulsars at high radio frequencies are valuable because they can help us to understand the radio emission process, complete a census of the Galactic pulsar population, and possibly discover the elusive population in the Galactic Centre, where low-frequency observations have problems due to the strong scattering. During the decades of the 1990s and 2000s, the availability of sensitive instrumentation allowed for the detection of a small sample of pulsars above 10$\,$GHz, and for the first time in the millimetre band. Recently, new attempts between 3 and 1$\,$mm ($\approx$86$-$300$\,$GHz) have resulted in the detections of a pulsar and a magnetar up to the highest radio frequencies to date, reaching 291$\,$GHz (1.03$\,$mm). The efforts continue, and the advent of new or upgraded millimetre facilities like the IRAM 30-m, NOEMA, the LMT, and ALMA, warrants a new era of high-sensitivity millimetre pulsar astronomy in the upcoming years., Comment: 4 pages. We report on the analysis of 13 gamma-ray pulsars discovered in the Einstein@Home blind search survey using Fermi Large Area Telescope (LAT) Pass 8 data. The 13 new gamma-ray pulsars were discovered by searching 118 unassociated LAT sources from the third LAT source catalog (3FGL), selected using the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) machine learning algorithm on the basis of their gamma-ray emission properties being suggestive of pulsar magnetospheric emission. The new gamma-ray pulsars have pulse profiles and spectral properties similar to those of previously-detected young gamma-ray pulsars. Follow-up radio observations have revealed faint radio pulsations from two of the newly-discovered pulsars, and enabled us to derive upper limits on the radio emission from the others, demonstrating that they are likely radio-quiet gamma-ray pulsars. We also present results from modeling the gamma-ray pulse profiles and radio profiles, if available, using different geometric emission models of pulsars. The high discovery rate of this survey, despite the increasing difficulty of blind pulsar searches in gamma rays, suggests that new systematic surveys such as presented in this article should be continued when new LAT source catalogs become available., Comment: Accepted for publication in ApJ

Polarised radio emission from PSR J1745-2900 has already been used to investigate the strength of the magnetic field in the Galactic Centre, close to Sagittarius A*. Here we report how persistent radio emission from this magnetar, for over four years since its discovery, has revealed large changes in the observed Faraday rotation measure, by up to 3500 rad m$^{-2}$ (a five per cent fractional change). From simultaneous analysis of the dispersion measure, we determine that these fluctuations are dominated by variations in the projected magnetic field, rather than the integrated free electron density, along the changing line of sight to the rapidly moving magnetar. From a structure function analysis of rotation measure variations, and a recent epoch of rapid change of rotation measure, we determine a minimum scale of magnetic fluctuations of size ~ 2 au at the Galactic Centre distance, inferring PSR J1745-2900 is just ~ 0.1 pc behind an additional scattering screen., Comment: 7 pages, 5 figures, submitted to ApJ Letters

Astrophysics - High Energy Astrophysical Phenomena - Abstract
We report the discovery of four Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs) in the ongoing SUrvey for Pulsars and Extragalactic Radio Bursts (SUPERB) at the Parkes Radio Telescope: FRBs 150610, 151206, 151230 and 160102. Our real-time discoveries have enabled us to conduct extensive, rapid multi-messenger follow-up at 12 major facilities sensitive to radio, optical, X-ray, gamma-ray photons and neutrinos on time scales ranging from an hour to a few months post-burst. No counterparts to the FRBs were found and we provide upper limits on afterglow luminosities. None of the FRBs were seen to repeat. Formal fits to all FRBs show hints of scattering while their intrinsic widths are unresolved in time. FRB 151206 is at low Galactic latitude, FRB 151230 shows a sharp spectral cutoff, and FRB 160102 has the highest dispersion measure (DM = $2596.1\pm0.3$ pc cm$^{-3}$) detected to date. Three of the FRBs have high dispersion measures (DM >$1500$ pc cm$^{-3}$), favouring a scenario where the DM is dominated by contributions from the Intergalactic Medium. The slope of the Parkes FRB source counts distribution with fluences $>2$ Jyms is $\alpha=-2.2^{+0.6}_{-1.2}$ and still consistent with a Euclidean distribution ($\alpha=-3/2$). We also find that the all-sky rate is $1.7^{+1.5}_{-0.9}\times10^3$FRBs/($4\pi$ sr)/day above $\sim2$ Jyms and there is currently no strong evidence for a latitude-dependent FRB sky-rate., Comment: 21 pages, 8 figures and accepted for publication in MNRAS

Multi-decade observing campaigns of the globular clusters 47 Tucanae and M15 have led to an outstanding number of discoveries. Here, we report on the latest results of the long-term observations of the pulsars in these two clusters. For most of the pulsars in 47 Tucanae we have measured, among other things, their higher-order spin period derivatives, which have in turn provided stringent constraints on the physical parameters of the cluster, such as its distance and gravitational potential. For M15, we have studied the relativistic spin precession effect in PSR B2127+11C. We have used full-Stokes observations to model the precession effect, and to constrain the system geometry. We find that the visible beam of the pulsar is swiftly moving away from our line of sight and may very soon become undetectable. This paper is the second in a series where we report the results of the long-term timing of the millisecond pulsars (MSPs) in 47 Tucanae with the Parkes 64-m radio telescope. We obtain improved timing parameters that provide additional information for studies of the cluster dynamics: a) the pulsar proper motions yield an estimate of the proper motion of the cluster as a whole ($\mu_{\alpha}\, = \, 5.00\, \pm \, 0.14\, \rm mas \, yr^{-1}$, $\mu_{\delta}\, = \, -2.84\, \pm \, 0.12\, \rm mas \, yr^{-1}$) and the motion of the pulsars relative to each other. b) We measure the second spin-period derivatives caused by the change of the pulsar line-of-sight accelerations; 47 Tuc H, U and possibly J are being affected by nearby objects. c) For ten binary systems we now measure changes in the orbital period caused by their acceleration in the gravitational field of the cluster. From all these measurements, we derive a cluster distance no smaller than $\sim\,$4.69 kpc and show that the characteristics of these MSPs are very similar to their counterparts in the Galactic disk. We find no evidence in favour of an intermediate mass black hole at the centre of the cluster. Finally, we describe the orbital behaviour of the four "black widow" systems. Two of them, 47 Tuc J and O, exhibit orbital variability similar to that observed in other such systems, while for 47 Tuc I and R the orbits seem to be remarkably stable. One of the challenges is the real computation of solutions to proposed problems, when infinite numbers (such as real numbers or the unit interval) are considered. The same is true when consequences (information) from a data set modeled by logical rules need to be obtained. In this framework, this information is obtained from the immediate consequences operator and ensuring its continuity is fundamental for making sure the computation of this information in a countable number of iterations. Recently, a versatile operator using generalized quantifiers has been introduced. 174. Effectiveness of a resilience school-based intervention in adolescents at risk: a cluster-randomized controlled trial.

Introduction: School offers a key context to promote resilience. The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of a school-based resilience intervention in 578 at-risk adolescents aged 12 to 15, emphasizing the significance of resilience improving mental health. Methods: A cluster-randomized controlled trial with parallel arms was conducted during the 2021/22 academic course. A specific training of six 55-minute sessions over 6 weeks was carried out for the students. Each session consisted of 5 minutes of mindfulness, followed by 45 minutes of the corresponding activity: introduction to resilience, self-esteem, emotional regulation strategies, social skills, problem solving, community resources, and peer support. Primary outcomes were assessed by the Child Youth Resilience Measure-32 at baseline (T1), post-intervention (T2), and then at the 24-week follow-up (T3). Both groups were compared using the Student's t-test. The effect size was calculated using Cohen's d and linear regression models were used. Results: A total of 578 adolescents were included, 323 in the control group and 255 in the intervention group. Significant differences in both crude and adjusted analyses for Child Youth Resilience Measure were observed at 24 weeks follow-up, showing higher resilience for the intervention group [IG, M = 128.7, SD = 14.2; CG, M = 125.3, SD = 18.4; p = 0.027; d = 0.2; p = 0.043, d = 0.16]. Furthermore, in Depressive symptoms, lower values were found for the intervention group in both crude and adjusted analyses [IG, M = 2.3 (SD = 2.5); CG, M = 2.8 (SD = 2.5); p = 0.04; d = −0.20; p = 0.037, d = −0.18]. Discussion: This study contributes to fostering resilience and positive adolescent development. It also reinforces the potential of multicomponent interventions. More continuous follow-up assessments are needed to identify possible long-term changes in resilience. Reproductive traits influence plant auto‐successional dynamics in post‐fire regeneration. Obligate seeding species rely on their seedbank and on the climatic conditions following the fire to ensure a successful recovery, defining the window of opportunity for seedling emergence. In the Mediterranean basin, emergence opportunities generally begin with autumnal rains. However, climate change‐induced increases in temperature and drought could jeopardise the regeneration capacity of seeding species by causing temporal shifts in emergence opportunities or by modifying wildfire seasonality. This study aimed to explore the impact of experimentally induced climate change on regeneration dynamics of Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis), a serotinous Mediterranean obligate seeder. In March 2021, we set up an 18‐month climate change simulation experiment with 15 open‐top chambers (OTC), each paired with a control subplot (CON) on top of Aleppo pines that were naturally regenerating after a stand‐replacing wildfire in SW Catalonia (June 2019). We tagged 178 young Aleppo pine recruits in OTC and CON subplots (98 and 81 respectively), classified according to their initial size, to periodically measure height growth and survival throughout the experiment duration. Furthermore, Aleppo pine seeds were seasonally sown (7900 total seeds) in 10 subplot pairs between May 2021 and April 2022, to monthly monitor temporal patterns of seedling emergence and survival. We found that OTCs reduced overall emergence rates and caused the loss of the autumnal window of opportunity for the emergence of Aleppo pine seedlings. Furthermore, seedlings which emerged within OTCs faced higher mortality rates in all seasons, with only 1% of seedlings surviving compared with 21.1% of seedlings in control plots. The OTC‐induced conditions were also detrimental to the survival of recruited seedlings, especially those with a smaller initial size, although no significant effects of temperature increase were found on growth. Synthesis. Climate change is likely to interfere with the post‐fire regeneration dynamics of obligate seeders by shortening the temporal window of opportunities for emergence and by enhancing the bottleneck effects throughout the recruitment process in the early phases of pine demographic recovery. Altogether, it could threaten post‐fire regeneration by increasing the hazard of a demographic collapse of Aleppo pine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: To assess the long-term oncological safety of laparoscopic fertility-sparing surgery (FSS) in borderline ovarian tumors and the impact of laparoscopic surgical factors on recurrences. Primary outcomes were the recurrence rate and time to recurrence after laparoscopic FSS. Secondary outcomes were to evaluate the recurrence rate after a second laparoscopic surgery and to assess factors associated with the risk of relapse. Methods: This is a retrospective single-center observational study in a tertiary university-affiliated hospital. Thirty-four patients diagnosed with borderline ovarian tumors who underwent laparoscopic FSS were recruited. Patients were categorized into two groups: the adnexectomy group, including patients who underwent unilateral adnexectomy, and the cystectomy group, which included patients who underwent unilateral cystectomy, bilateral cystectomy, and unilateral adnexectomy with contralateral cystectomy. Results: Eleven relapses (32.3%) were observed during a median follow-up period of 116.1 [62.5–185.4] months. The recurrence rate was similar for patients who underwent cystectomy (6/19, 31.6%) and adnexectomy (5/15, 33.3%). Cystectomy led to a shorter time to first recurrence (36-month progression-free survival rates of 66% vs. 85%) and higher rates of capsular rupture (71.4% vs. 20%, p = 0.04) compared to adnexectomy. No deaths due to progression of disease were reported. Conclusions: Laparoscopic FSS for borderline ovarian tumors is a safe, long-term oncological option. Although the recurrence rate was similar in patients undergoing adnexectomy or cystectomy, the time to recurrence was shorter in cases treated with cystectomy. Further research is needed to identify eventual laparoscopic risk factors more strongly correlated with recurrence. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Amazon Rainforest represents one-third of the world’s tropical forest area. This makes it indispensable for maintaining global biodiversity. However, the increasing occurrences of wildfires and deforestation in the region are notorious. In this sense, it is essential to protect forests to ensure quality of life for future generations and prevent damage that affects the entire planet. In this work, a real-time monitoring device is proposed to identify attempts at deforestation through audio signals from tractors and chainsaws, using embedded artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, it is capable of communicating with a base station, reaching distances close to 1 km in dense forest, through long-range (LoRa) communication. A user interface is also developed, providing daily alerts such as attack identification, occurrence times, device locations, and battery status. The system has an average power consumption of around 300 nA, employing power management methods defined as ultra-low power mode, sleep mode, prediction mode, and transmission mode. Hence, the device has the potential to promote the sustainable preservation of the Amazon Rainforest, helping to prevent large-scale illegal deforestation.

IntroductionResilience is considered of high relevance when developing interventions to cope with stressful situations. Schools are one of the key settings to promote resilience among adolescents. The purpose of this cluster randomized controlled trial is to assess the effectiveness of an intervention in adolescents at risk, aged 12-to-15 years old, to increase resilience and emotional regulation strategies.MethodsThe recruitment period started in January 2022. Schools will be randomly allocated to control and intervention groups by an external researcher using computer-generated random numbers. The minimum sample size was estimated to be 70 participants per group. Primary health care nurses will carry out the intervention during the school period (January to June 2022). Students will follow a specific training consisting of six 55-min sessions, for 6 weeks. Each session will consist of 5 min of mindfulness, followed by 45 min of the corresponding activity: introducing resilience, self-esteem, emotional regulation strategies, social skills, problem-solving, community resources, social and peer support, and 5 min to explain the activity to do at home. Data will be collected at baseline, 6 weeks, and 24 weeks after the intervention. The child youth resilience measure-32 (CYRM-32) scale will be used to assess the effectiveness of the intervention. This study received a grant in June 2021.DiscussionThe intervention is intended to improve mental health through resilience. Different factors related to resilience will be promoted, such as self-esteem, emotional regulation, social and communication skills, problem-solving and peer support, among others. As it has been designed as a cluster-randomized school-based intervention, we will directly ameliorate the participation and engagement of the target population. With the present intervention, we expect to improve coping skills in adolescents by enhancing resilience capacities.

Abstract Purpose Indocyanine green (ICG) is frequently used for the detection of the sentinel lymph node (SLN) in gynecology, but it carries the loss of the presurgical SLN mapping provided by [99mTc]-based colloids. Hybrid tracers such as ICG-[99mTc]Tc-albumin nanocolloid combine the benefits of both components. The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of this hybrid tracer injected by transvaginal ultrasound-guided myometrial injection of radiotracer (TUMIR) approach in the detection of SLNs in patients with intermediate- and high-risk EC. Methods Fifty-two patients with intermediate- and high-risk EC underwent SLN biopsy after injection of a hybrid tracer using the TUMIR approach, followed by pelvic and paraaortic lymphadenectomy. SLNs were detected preoperatively by lymphoscintigraphic study and intraoperatively by gamma probe and near-infrared (NIR) optical laparoscopic camera. Results Preoperative lymphatic drainage was obtained in 69% and intraoperative detection in 71.4% of patients. A total of 146 SLNs (4.17 SLNs/patient) were biopsied. Pelvic bilateral detection was observed in 57% of the women and paraaortic drainage in 34% of the patients. The radioactive component allowed the detection of SLN in 97.1% of the patients, while the fluorescent component detected 80%. In more than 17% of the patients with intraoperative detection, SLNs were detected only by the radioactive signal. Lymph node metastasis was identified in 14.3% of patients submitted to SLNB. The sensitivity and negative predictive value for metastatic involvement were 100%. Conclusion TUMIR injection of a hybrid tracer in patients with intermediate- and high-risk EC combines the benefits of the radiotracer and the fluorescence methods with a single tracer. The method increases the paraaortic detection rate and allows a potential increase in SLN detection. Notwithstanding, based on our findings, the radioactive component of the hybrid tracer cannot be obviated.

Es evidente cómo la tecnología en los últimos años ha venido evolucionando a un ritmo cada vez mayor, impactando diferentes ámbitos de la sociedad, entre ellas, la educación. Para reconocer cuál ha sido la incidencia de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (tic) en la escuela colombiana, resulta valioso identificar las tendencias de investigación en el siglo xxi (2000-2021), que abordan este campo. De esta manera, en el presente estado del arte, resultado de una investigación doctoral, se realiza una búsqueda de artículos académicos en diferentes bases de datos, que abordan la relación tic-escuela básica y media en Colombia. Posteriormente, se realiza un análisis cualitativo y documental desde la perspectiva de la Teoría Fundamentada en tres momentos de codificación: abierta, axial y selectiva. Finalmente, resultado del análisis del corpus documental, compuesto por cuarentaiséis documentos, se vislumbran seis tendencias de investigación: aproximaciones históricas sobre las tic en la escuela; formación docente en tic; brecha digital; reconfiguraciones de la escuela; subjetividad juvenil y del maestro y factores de aprovechamiento de las tic en la escuela.

La pandemia originada por la COVID-19, ha provocado una crisis mundial sin precedentes en la cual se manifiestan, además de la crisis sanitaria, importantes efectos psicosociales y económicos. Sin embargo, representa grandes oportunidades si se considera la importancia del espíritu emprendedor durante una etapa de crisis. Por ello, el objetivo de este trabajo consistió en determinar la producción científica sobre el fenómeno emprendedor desde el inicio de la COVID-19 hasta la actualidad. La metodología empleada fue la revisión bibliométrica de la literatura, siendo analizados 31 trabajos publicados en la base de datos Web of Science durante ese período. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que casi el 50% de la producción científica se ha concentrado en cuatro publicaciones, que dos son los países con mayor producción, Estados Unidos y Australia, y que la presencia de mujeres es relevante respecto al total de autores, siendo en concreto dos autoras las que mayor número de trabajos relacionados han publicado en este periodo. Como conclusiones de este trabajo puede establecerse que es un tópico feminizado, donde destacan las publicaciones que hacen referencia al papel importante que puede desempeñar la opción del emprendimiento en momentos de incertidumbre como el que

197. Burden of pneumococcal disease among adults in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece): a systematic review and meta-analysis

The aim was to summarize pneumococcal disease burden data among adults in Southern Europe and the potential impact of vaccines on epidemiology. Of 4779 identified studies, 272 were selected. Invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD) incidence was 15.08 (95% CI 11.01–20.65) in Spain versus 2.56 (95% CI 1.54–4.24) per 100,000 population in Italy. Pneumococcal pneumonia incidence was 19.59 (95% CI 10.74–35.74) in Spain versus 2.19 (95% CI 1.36–3.54) per 100,000 population in Italy. Analysis of IPD incidence in Spain comparing pre-and post- PCV7 and PCV13 periods unveiled a declining trend in vaccine-type IPD incidence (larger and statistically significant for the elderly), suggesting indirect effects of childhood vaccination programme. Data from Portugal, Greece and, to a lesser extent, Italy were sparse, thus improved surveillance is needed. Pneumococcal vaccination uptake, particularly among the elderly and adults with chronic and immunosuppressing conditions, should be improved, including shift to a higher-valency pneumococcal conjugate vaccine when available.

Resumen: Introducción: ACTIVLIM es un instrumento de medición de la limitación funcional en pacientes con enfermedades neuromusculares. El objetivo de este estudio es la adaptación transcultural y la validación psicométrica de la versión en castellano del ACTIVLIM en una muestra española de pacientes con miopatías hereditarias. Pacientes y método: Se elaboró una versión en castellano del cuestionario ACTIVLM mediante el método de traducción-retrotraducción. El cuestionario obtenido fue cumplimentado por 135 pacientes con miopatías hereditarias. Las propiedades psicométricas del mismo fueron evaluadas mediante el modelo Rasch. Se valoró la adecuación del rango mediante la estimación de efectos techo y suelo; la unidimensionalidad mediante análisis de componentes principales de los residuales del modelo y estadísticos infit y outfit; la fiabilidad mediante el índice de fiabilidad asociado al índice de separación y la invarianza mediante la estimación del funcionamiento diferencial. Asimismo, la validez de constructo se evaluó estimando la correlación con las escalas de Brooke, de Vignos, la medida de independencia funcional y el tiempo de Gowers, y la fiabilidad test-retest mediante el índice de correlación intraclase y con el plot del funcionamiento diferencial del ítem. Resultados: El análisis psicométrico de la versión en castellano del ACTIVLIM demostró ausencia de efecto suelo y moderado efecto techo, unidimensionalidad, una buena consistencia interna, validez externa de constructo y buena fiabilidad test-retest. Conclusión: La versión en castellano del ACTIVLIM es un instrumento de medición válido y fiable para evaluar las limitaciones en la actividad en pacientes con miopatías hereditarias. Conclusion: The Spanish-language version of ACTIVLIM is a valid and reliable measurement nstrument for assessing activity limitations in patients with inherited myopathies.
