Gamification is the process of adding game-like features and mechanics in nongame contexts, such as learning, training, or marketing, to make them more engaging, enjoyable, and effective. This scoping review aims to investigate the impact of gamification on student motivation and identify the most frequently used and effective elements of gamification in educational contexts. A systematic search was conducted using five databases: Emerald, Scopus, Sage, Garuda, and Google Scholar. The preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and metaanalyses extension for scoping reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines were followed. The review included 25 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The findings suggest that gamification can positively influence student motivation and engagement. However, the effectiveness of gamification elements varies across different contexts and learners. Points, levels, and leaderboards are among the most commonly used elements, but their impact on intrinsic motivation remains debatable. The review highlights the need for further research to understand the specific factors that contribute to the success or failure of gamification in education. The insights gained from this review can serve as a foundation for developing effective gamification-based educational materials that cater to the diverse needs of learners and foster their motivation to learn. Universities must adapt to 21st-century skills, emphasizing character education to foster holistic student development. This study aimed to enhance students' character of responsibility in the Pancasila course through the Citizenship Project-Based Learning (CPBL) model. Employing the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, the study involved planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, with data collected via observations and questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The CPBL model significantly improved students' ability to take responsibility for individual and group tasks, solve problems, provide solutions, and deliver effective project presentations. Students showcased enhanced critical thinking, teamwork, accountability in task completion, and creative problem-solving, as reflected in group portfolios and video presentations. The learning process fostered higher engagement, collaboration, and the development of a responsible character aligned with Pancasila values. This study highlights the CPBL model's potential as a practical framework for integrating character education into higher education. It strengthens critical thinking and collaboration and equips students with the competencies necessary for societal contribution and national development. The model offers a replicable approach to embedding Pancasila values in educational practices, making it a valuable tool for fostering responsibility and holistic character development in university students. The inner membrane associated protein of 30 kDa (IM30), a member of the endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT‐III) superfamily, is crucially involved in the biogenesis and maintenance of thylakoid membranes in cyanobacteria and chloroplasts. In solution, IM30 assembles into various large oligomeric barrel‐ or tube‐like structures, whereas upon membrane binding it forms large, flat carpet structures. Dynamic localization of the protein in solution, to membranes and changes of the oligomeric states are crucial for its in vivo function. ESCRT‐III proteins are known to form oligomeric structures that are dynamically assembled from monomeric/smaller oligomeric proteins, and thus these smaller building blocks must be assembled sequentially in a highly orchestrated manner, a still poorly understood process. The impact of IM30 oligomerization on function remains difficult to study due to its high intrinsic tendency to homo‐oligomerize. Here, we used molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the stability of individual helices in IM30 and identified unstable regions that may provide structural flexibility. Urea‐mediated disassembly of the IM30 barrel structures was spectroscopically monitored, as well as changes in the protein's tertiary and secondary structure. The experimental data were finally compared to a three‐state model that describes oligomer disassembly and monomer unfolding. In this study, we identified a highly stable conserved structural core of ESCRT‐III proteins and discuss the advantages of having flexible intermediate structures and their putative relevance for ESCRT‐III proteins. This study aims to analyze the effect of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy on customer satisfaction as well as the effect of relationship and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of gas stations self-service during the covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. Respondents from this study were customers of gas stations self-service in Bekasi, amounting to 150 samples. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS v13 and AMOS v20 tools. The results showed that the variables of reliability, assurance and responsiveness influenced customer satisfaction with gas stations and self-service but variables had tangible and empathy no effect on customer satisfaction, while the variables of customer satisfaction and relationship had an effect on customer loyalty with a system self-service. Nepal harbors a rich diversity of cultures and traditions, including the unique practice of creating an indigenous grain called Marcha by various ethnic groups such as Newar, Tamang, Sherpa, Rai, Limbu, Gurung, Magar, and Tharu people. In the eastern region of Nepal, Marcha producers utilize over 42 different plants, including Vernonia cinerea, Clematis grewiae, Polygala arillata, Buddleja asiatica, Inula sp., Scoparia, and more, which shows regional diversity. The primary objective of the study was to explore the diversity of yeast present in Marcha samples. The studied Marcha samples were collected from 10 different geographic regions of Nepal, which included altogether 27 samples. The isolates were grouped into Groups A, B, and C based on morphological and physiological characteristics. Notably, Group B yeast displayed high amylase production, an enzyme responsible for starch breakdown, and exhibited the ability to produce ethanol. To further investigate the potential of these isolates, stress exclusion tests were conducted, with 30 isolates (70%) showing positive responses. The yeast isolates demonstrated resilience to high glucose concentrations of up to 36% (w/v) at a pH above 3 and a temperature of 37°C, which is the ideal growth condition. The study observed a direct correlation between the yeast isolates' ethanol production capabilities and their tolerance to different ethanol concentrations. Considering that all tested Marcha samples contained yeast capable of starch degradation and ethanol production, it was expected that these yeast isolates would actively participate in the fermentation of starch‐based alcohol. Anaerobic soil disinfestation (ASD) is a novel, eco-friendly method to improve soil health. This method creates oxygen-free conditions by adding organic amendments as a carbon source, saturating the soil to field capacity, and then covering it with plastic. These anaerobic conditions reduce soilborne pathogens, enhance microbial diversity, and increase crop productivity. This review provides an overview of the different organic amendments used in ASD, their impact on managing soilborne pathogens, the role of beneficial microbiomes, and the challenges associated with adopting ASD. Rapid urban development, along with high population growth in Indonesia, has forced some communities to move away from the city center. At the same time, the city needs space for its waste, which is typically deposited in landfill sites. In both cases, the city outskirts have become favored sites for development. As a result, some communities now find themselves living adjacent to a landfill site and must cope with its air pollution. This study assesses the application of a vertical greenery system (VGS) acting as a microbial air quality filter for community houses located near the landfill site in Kampung Nambo in South Tangerang, Indonesia. Six types of plants were selected for analysis. The study found that Hedera helix was the most effective plant for filtering microbes from the air; the highest recording was reaching 717.3 CFU/m³ (day 10). The study also highlighted the presence of solar radiation, additional shading, and natural ventilation combined with the VGS help to improve air quality. Higher temperatures can reduce the microorganisms, thus impacting the number of bacteria and fungi. Every 1 W/m² increase in solar radiation can reduce bacteria by 1.98 to 2.16 CFU/m³. Furthermore, the insights of this study should encourage both governmental decision-makers and the broader community to reexamine the importance of vertical greening in settlements adjacent to a landfill. This study aims to analyze the influence of dividend policy on the value of companies with profitability as an intervening variable in companies that are members of LQ45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). LQ45 is a stock index consisting of 45 selected companies with high liquidity and large market capitalization. A dividend policy is a company's decision to distribute profits to shareholders, which can affect the market's perception of the company's value. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), which reflects a company's ability to generate profits from the assets it owns. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data taken from the annual financial statements of LQ45 companies during the 2019-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression methods to test the relationship between dividend policy, profitability, and company value. The results of the study show that the dividend policy has a significant positive influence on the company's value, both directly and through profitability as an intervening variable. This finding has implications for company management in designing optimal dividend policies to increase company value, as well as for investors in considering dividend policies and profitability as important factors in making investment decisions. Background: There has been a notable shift in career theory, whereby traditional career paths, which were largely determined by an employee's initial training and investment from the employer, have shifted towards modern career paths that are largely guided by the employee themselves. This shift is accompanied by a change in the contemporary workforce, where success is now characterised by a stronger focus on subjective aspects. Purpose: This study investigates the impact of perceived organizational support and perceived employability on the subjective career success among independent workers in Hajj and Umrah travel companies in West Sumatra. It also explores the parallel mediating effects of perceived internal and external employability. Design/methodology/approach: This quantitative investigation was conducted using a survey approach. The study involved 210 participants, and data collection was conducted through the utilisation of a questionnaire. To test the hypotheses, a quantitative approach incorporating structural equation modelling (SEM) was employed using SmartPLS 4.0. Findings/Result: The research findings indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive influence on subjective career success. We also discovered that perceived external employability influenced subjective career success, whereas perceived internal employability did not. The results also show that perceived external employability plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and subjective career success. Conclusion: The research findings indicate that individuals exhibit a higher level of sensitivity towards their subjective career success when it comes to external options, as opposed to internal ones.
