From the proposed research and references we have determined Facebook's Prophet algorithm as our forecasting algorithm because it is predicting at better accuracy, low error rate, handles messy data, doesn’t bother for null values and better fitting.

Background and Aim: The majority of chronic pain patients suffer from pain emanating from the spine and adjacent structures. Spasticity has the potential to negatively influence quality of life (QOL) through restricting activities of daily living. Hence the aim of present study were to study the efficacy of epidural steroid injection in pain control and to study the role of epidural steroid in reduction of spasticity in post traumatic spasticity in spinal cord injury patients. Materials & Methods: A total of 230 patients attending our hospital for a period of three years were evaluated and followed up. Of the total included patients, 200 patients were having either back pain, sciatica, neck pain with or without radiculopathy and 30 patients were having post traumatic spinal cord injury with spasticity. All the patients were assessed for spasticity according to modified Ashworth scale. All the patients were given epidural steroid at regular interval of 21 days at paraplegia clinic.

Cyclea peltata is a shrub belongs to Menispermiaceae family and is commonly known as “Pedal” or “Pada thalli”. The plant has been used since ancient times in traditional medicine as a healing herb for the treatment of various ailments such as skin infections, wounds, antipyretic, diuretic, diabetes, asthma, jaundice and snakebite poisoning. The objective of the present study was to characterize the active phytochemical constituents present in the aqueous, methanolic and n-hexane, dichloromethane, nbutanol, water fractions of methanolic extracts of C. peltata. To analyse the potent bioactive compounds, present in the extracts and fractions, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy was used. The qualitative phytochemical screening unveiled the presence of steroids, alkaloids, glycosides, flavonoids, terpenoids, saponins in aqueous extract and alkaloids, phenols, tannins, flavonoids, terpenoids, saponins in methanolic extract. The fractions of C. peltata showed the presence of alkaloids, phenols, tannins, flavonoids, terpenoids, saponins. The Infrared Spectroscopy profiling showed the presence of alcohols, phenols, amines, carboxylic acids, aldehydes, ketones, alkenes, alkanes and aromatic compounds. From the study, it is concluded that the bioactive compounds present in the extracts and fractions of C. peltata was alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids and terpenoids which is responsible for the diverse pharmacological properties.

BACKGROUND: The goal of this study was to identify and characterize cell-cell interactions that facilitate endothelial tip cell fusion downstream of BMP (bone morphogenic protein)-mediated venous plexus formation. METHODS: High resolution and time-lapse imaging of transgenic reporter lines and loss-of-function studies were carried out to study the involvement of mesenchymal stromal cells during venous angiogenesis. RESULTS: BMP-responsive stromal cells facilitate timely and precise fusion of venous tip cells during developmental angiogenesis. CONCLUSIONS: Stromal cells are required for anastomosis of venous tip cells in the embryonic caudal hematopoietic tissue.

Purpose:Pediatric diffuse midline glioma (DMG) are highly malignant tumors with poor clinical outcomes. Over 70% of patients with DMG harbor the histone 3 p.K27M (H3K27M) mutation, which correlates with a poorer clinical outcome, and is also used as a criterion for enrollment in clinical trials. Because complete surgical resection of DMG is not an option, biopsy at presentation is feasible, but rebiopsy at time of progression is rare. While imaging and clinical-based disease monitoring is the standard of care, molecular-based longitudinal characterization of these tumors is almost nonexistent. To overcome these hurdles, we examined whether liquid biopsy allows measurement of disease response to precision therapy.Experimental Design:We established a sensitive and specific methodology that detects major driver mutations associated with pediatric DMGs using droplet digital PCR (n = 48 subjects, n = 110 specimens). Quantification of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) for H3K27M was used for longitudinal assessment of disease response compared with centrally reviewed MRI data.Results:H3K27M was identified in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma in 88% of patients with DMG, with CSF being the most enriched for ctDNA. We demonstrated the feasibility of multiplexing for detection of H3K27M, and additional driver mutations in patient's tumor and matched CSF, maximizing the utility of a single source of liquid biome. A significant decrease in H3K27M plasma ctDNA agreed with MRI assessment of tumor response to radiotherapy in 83% (10/12) of patients.Conclusions:Our liquid biopsy approach provides a molecularly based tool for tumor characterization, and is the first to indicate clinical utility of ctDNA for longitudinal surveillance of DMGs.

Nutrient foramen is an opening in the shaft of the humerus, which is the point of entry of nutrient artery that supplies the medullary cavity. It plays an important role in healing of fracture. To determine number, location with respect to the surfaces and the zones, direction of entry, the size and distance of nutrient foramen from distal ends and from the midpoint of humerus, the length of humerus.86 dried bones were taken, measurements of the bone were taken by using digital sliding caliper except the total length of humerus which was measured by using an osteometric board. In this analytical study the data was noted and the statistical analysis was done by using the mean range and standard deviation.The humeri had one foramen in most specimen which were mainly noted on the anteromedial surface and medial border. The mean diameter was 0.814±0.213. The foraminal index had a mean value of 56.835±7.802%. The Landmark index had a mean value of 56.299±7.750%.Our study provides details about the nutrient foramina that will benefit clinicians in surgical procedures, Orthopedic procedures like bone grafting and in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
