Tingginya angka prevalensi dan morbiditas dari nyeri haid dengan insidensi didunia rata-rata antara 16,8 – 81%, di Indonesia sebesar 64,8% dan di Bandar Lampung menempati urutan pertama keluhan yang sering dialami wanita pada tahun 2014, Konsumsi minuman herbal seperti air kelapa muda dapat mengurangi nyeri haid. Diketahui pengaruh pemberian air kelapa muda terhadap nyeri haid pada remaja putri Di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020.Dengan metode penelitian quasi eksperimen, subjek penelitian adalah remaja putri kelas IX SMKN 1 Bandar Lampung berjumlah 40 responden. Data dikumpulkan sejak tanggal 7 Februari - 1 juli 2020, dianalisis data menggunakan uji t-independent. Didapatkan hasil penelitian nilai rata-rata nyeri menstruasi kelompok intervensi sebesar 4,10 dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 6,15. Didapatkan mengkonsumsi air kelapa muda berpengaruh terhadap nyeri haid remaja putri di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung, secara statistik mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna dengan p-value=0.000 atau

Corona virus infection is lethal and life threatening to human life, for prevention it is necessary to carry out quarantined for a portion of susceptible, exposed, and infected population, this kind of quarantine is intended to reduce the spread of the corona virus. The optimal control that will be carried out in this research is conducting quarantine for a portion of susceptible, exposed, and infected individuals. This control function will be applied to the dynamic modelling of Covid-19 spread using Pontryagin Minimum Principle. We will describe the formulation of dynamic system of Covid-19 spread with optimal control, then we use Pontryagin Minimum Principle to find optimal solution of the control. The optimal control will aim to minimize the number of infected population and control measures. Numerical experiments will be performed to illustrate and compare the graph of Covid-19 spread model with and without control.

The results of the initial survey in January 2019 at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Desa Merak Batin Natar District, South Lampung Regency, that in January there were 52 post partum mothers, of the 52 post partum mothers 40 of them had perineal injuries, 37 due to spontaneous rupture and 3 due to episiotomy. Purpose was to determine the effect of postpartum gymnastics on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in 2019. Methods Quantitative research type methods, pre-experimental research design with a static group comparison approach. The population was 52 postpartum mothers. The research sample was 30 people divided into 2 groups, namely 15 people as the experimental group and 15 people as the control group. With a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis with dependent T-test. The results of univariate and bivariate analysis showed that the average duration of healing of perineal wounds in postpartum women who did postpartum exercise at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in 2019, was 1.33 and in the control group was 4 , 60. The conclusion is that there is an effect of postpartum gymnastics on the healing of perineal wounds in post-partum mothers at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in 2019. Masalah yang paling sering muncul pada ibu bersalin adalah nyeri persalinan. Apabila tidak di atasi akan menimbulkan kecemasan, ketakutan serta stress pada ibu yang akan meningkatkan lagi intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan. Nyeri selama proses persalinan yang disertai dengan ketakutan akan memperlambat proses persalinan. Nyeri persalinan akan menimbulkan hiperventilasi, meningkatkan konsumsi oksigen, menimbulkan alkalosis respiratorik, vasokontriksi pembuluh darah dalam uterus dan asidosis pada fetus. Meningkatkan noradrenalin akan menurunkan darah ke plasenta dan menurunkan kontraksi uterus sehingga mengganggu keselamatan ibu dan fetus dan keberhasilan partus pervaginam. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi (napas dalam) dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan. Jenis penelitia kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Teknik sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Sasaran dalam penelitian seluruh ibu bersalin kala 1 pembukaan 4 – 7 cm, sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Tempat penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Praktik Mandiri Bidan D Kota Bandar Lampung pada 16 Februari – 30 Juni 2019. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, analisa data bivariate dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian rata- rata nyeri persalinan sebelum diberikan terapi relaksasi (nafas dalam) adalah 6.7 dengan standar deviasi 0.8. Background: National coverage of Rubella-Measles immunization in December 2019 was 87.33%. The coverage of Rubella-Measles 2nd immunization in Southeast Sulawesi Province with the lowest achievement was in Konawe Islands Regency. at 26.35%. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with measles-rubella 2nd immunization in Konawe Islands Regency. Methods: The design of this study is a quantitative study with a comparative study approach, namely a form of research that compares two groups or more of a certain variable. The study population was 1119 children aged 25 to 30 months, while the study sample was 152 children aged 25 to 30 months, and respondents were mothers who had children aged 25 to 30 months who were selected as samples. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Descriptive data analysis, inferential analysis, and odds ratio with Chi-square statistical tests were used. Result: The results of the study there is a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.000; OR = 1.1) with Rubella Measles immunization. Conclusion: There is a knowledge relationship with measles-rubella 2 immunization in Konawe Islands District.

Background: Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) of energy is a problem that is often encountered in pregnant women, this often occurs due to malnutrition in the long term, especially those related to carbohydrates and fats that are not consumed. Research purposes; For the effect of eating one egg a day on the nutritional status of pregnant women in CED in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2020. Methods: Using a quasi-experimental design, the total sample was 36 CED pregnant women, in the working area of ??Primary health care Nambo and Primary health care Abeli. Intervention Egg delivery was carried out for 8 weeks, measured LBW and BW every 2 weeks, measurements were carried out 5 times, namely before the intervention, after weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8. Data analysis used independent t test, paired test and oneway statistical test. anova. Result: Using the independent t test, the results were there were no differences between the body weight (BW) and Upper Arm Circumference (UAC) interventions and the group before the study. Furthermore, the paired test results obtained differences in weight and LBW before and after offering eggs to the intervention group. Background: The incidence of infectious diseases in the world, Indonesia and provinces is still relatively high. Based on WHO data (2017), the top ten diseases that cause death are under 5 years of age, including HIV / AIDS 4%, diarrhea 18%, measles 1%, malaria 8%, pneumonia 16%, premature 12%, birth asphyxia 9%. , neonatal sepsis 6%, congenital abnormalities 4%, and accident 3%. In Indonesia, the incidence of infectious diseases is still high and some have experienced an increase in cases from the previous year. The data from the East Kolaka Health Service Profile shows that Accute Respiratory Infection (ARI) has increased by 55%, the number of sufferers is 84, while diarrheal disease has increased by 24%, the number of sufferers is 839, and TB disease has increased by 65% The number of patients 129. Methods: This type of research is a cross sectional study. The population of this study were all programmers in the working area of ??the East Kolaka Health Service as many as 48 programmers. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling using the Lemeshow formula. Data were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using the Chi Square test. Background: Indonesia has the highest prevalence of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD)in 2013. NCD which is always listed in the top 10 diseases in Southeast Sulawesi is hypertension and diabetes mellitus. NCD Integrated Post is an effort to detect and overcome the early presence of NCD threat factors. However, there has been a decrease in the prevalence of integrated post visits from 2017 to 2018 at the Barangka Public Health Centre. The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of NCD Integrated Post in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency. Methods: This type of research uses a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted from November to December 2019. The population in this study were all people in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre, Buton Regency in 2018 with ages> 15 to 59 years, namely 3,584 people. The number of the samples was 134 respondents. A questionnaire was used as the method of data collection. Results: The results showed that the chi square of cadre support X2 count =36,460> X2 table value = 3,841 and health status is X2 count = 32,308> table X2 value = 3,841. Therefore, all variables are influencing the utilization of NCD Integrated Post. Conclusion: Health status and cadre influenced significantly the community in utilizing NCD Integrated Post at the Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency.

The research aimed to produce empirical evidence about the validity and reliability of subjective well-being instruments by modifying the instruments. The research’s subjects were 394 early adolescent respondents ranging in age from 12-13 years old in Sleman regency, Yogyakarta, using a random sampling technique. The validity of subjective well-being instruments was measured by using expert judgment and calculating Gregory’s formula. Instrument reliability was measured by Cronbach’s Alpha calculation. The results show that the subjective wellbeing instrument in the modified early adolescents has good validity and reliability so that the modification of this instrument can be used to measure the condition of subjective well-being in early adolescents in Indonesia.

Latar Belakang: Dismenore menempati urutan pertama keluhan yang sering dialami wanita, sebesar 65.3% selain siklus menstruasi yang tidak teratur. Prevalensi dismenore lebih tinggi pada kelompok usia remaja 10-20 tahun sebesar 71.4%. Berdasarkan hasil pre survey kepada 30 siswi melalui tehnik wawancara didapat 21 orang (70%) siswi mengatakan sering mengalami gejala nyeri perut pada saat menjelang dan saat menstruasi berlangsung sehingga menyebabkan rata-rata dalam sebuah absensi kehadiran pada saat proses belajar mengajar ataupun istirahat di rumah 1-2 hari. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terapi zinc dalam menurunkan nyeri Menstruasi (Dysmenorhea) Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen yaitu kegiatan percobaan (experiment), Quasy Eksperimen yaitu Intact Group Comparison. Populasi sebanyak 203siswi. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol 20 orang, 20 orang untuk kelompok intervensi. Pengambilan sample teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data univariat untuk mengetahui rata-rata nyeri pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol, analisa bivariat menggunakan uji T-test independent Hasil: Hasil penelitian adalah diketahui rata-rata nyerisaat Menstruasi (Dysmenorhea) pada kelompok diberi zinc yaitu sebesar 4,86. Diketahui rata-rata nyerisaat Menstruasi (Dysmenorhea) pada kelompok tidak diberi zinc yaitu sebesar 6,50. Hasil uji t didapat p value 0,000< 0,05. Kesimpulan: Diketahui ada pengaruh terapi zinc dalam menurunkan rasa nyeri saat Menstruasi (Dysmenorhea) Terapi Zinc Dalam Menurunkan Nyeri Menstruasi (Dysmenorrhea)Saran Bagi tenaga kesehatan diharapkan untuk dapat memberikan promosi kesehatan mengenai penanganan nyeri haid pada remaja putri melalui konseling, KIE, media masa, dan leaflet terutama pada remaja putri yang mengalami nyeri haid agar mengkonsumsi zinc untuk mengurangi nyeri menstruasi. Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Fama-French five-factor and momentum factor on Islamic stock portfolio excess returns listed in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Methodology – This study used return data from ISSI group, starting from January 2013 to December 2017, which are then formed into time series data with excess monthly stock portfolio. This study adapted the Fama and French (2015) methodology using 2x3 and 2x2 to form the portfolio and applied Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with monthly data frequency to test the relevance of the model to the expected stock return of 183 companies. Findings – The results showed that the risk premium, the book-to-market ratio which is proxied by High Minus Low (HML), the investment that is proxied by Conservative Minus Aggressive (CMA), and the momentum which is proxied by Up Minus Down (UMD) has a positive effect on the excess return of the company's stock portfolio registered in Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the period. While, the size and profitability variable do not affect the expected stock return. Research limitations – The results of this study provides relevant information about the relationship between risk and stock return using Fama and French five-factor model and momentum. However, future researchers can expand the scale of the research by adding research periods and using daily return research data. It is intended that the results are more representative of the actual market conditions at the moment. Originality – Researches on the factors that influence the selection of Islamic stock portfolios based on excess return using Fama-French five-factor including the momentum factor are still limited. This study contributes to the asset pricing development by investigating factors influencing performance of ISSI’s portfolio excess return using five-factor model and momentum factor.

Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di toko tersebut dan diambil secara acak berjumlah 60 orang, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier, yang nantinya dianalisis dan disimpulkan. Adapun hasilnya adalah Berdasarkan perhitungan di atas dapat dilihat bahwa bauran pemasaran ritel dan harapan pelanngan berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. This paper tries to explore the empowering model through the function of cassava commodity as an increase of prosperous people in Giricahyo Village, Gunungkidul. Through a community-based research approach, qualitatively, a workshop for cassava commodity development has become the trend in the empowerment program. The framework to change the way of positivistic paradigm to shift more than holistic, synergic, and transdisciplinary can be claimed as a new model of social intervention. Furthermore, the study finds that assistance people can be optimized when it is paradigm implemented in the community development process. This article argues that the innovation of cassava processed in various creativity can appear new understood and knowledge for people to restricted productivity. Society has been motivated to open a new enterprise product. However, social welfare can not evaluate in this program. Optimization of cassava processed has become snack produce that it can be a solution of increasing prosperous people with the evaluation of the program.Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi model pemberdayaan melalui pemanfaatan komoditas ketela sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Giricahyo, Gunungkidul. Melalui pendekatan community-based research, secara kualitatif, pelatihan pengembangan komoditas ketela menjadi trend dalam program pemberdayaan. Kerangka kerja dari perubahan cara pandang pemikiran positivistik ke arah yang lebih holistik, sinergis, dan transdisipliner dapat diklaim sebagai model intervensi sosial baru. Karena itu, studi ini menemukan pendampingan masyarakat dapat berjalan optimal ketika paradigma tersebut diterapkan dalam proses pemberdayaan. Artikel ini berargumentasi bahwa inovasi olahan ketela dengan beragam varian kreativitas dapat memunculkan pemahaman dan wawasan baru bagi masyarakat dalam produksi yang terbatas. Masyarakat telah termotivasi untuk membuka usaha baru. Namun demikian, tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat tidak dapat diukur dalam program ini. Pengoptimalan pengolahan ketela menjadi makanan ringan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan capaian evaluasi yang terukur.

Latar belakang : ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI saja pada bayi sampai 6 bulan tanpa tambahan cairan ataupun makanan lain. Berdasarkan persentase bayi yang mendapat ASI ekslusif di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan pada tahun 2016 sebesar 74,9% (6.494 bayi) mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya yang mencapai 93,8% (19.722 bayi). Hal ini berarti capaian ASI eksklusif sudah melampaui target sebesar 70%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2017 mengalami penurunan sebesar 59,7% berarti apaian ASI eksklusif belum melampaui target sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan presurvey peneliti bulan Mei 2019 di PMB Chatarina Erna. P, Amd.Keb bahwa dari 54 orang ibu menyusui bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan dianjurkan oleh pedoman internasional yang didasarkan pada bukti ilmiah tentang manfaat ASI baik bagi bayi, ibu, keluarga, maupun negara Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian asi eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di PMB Chatarina Erna. P, Amd.Keb Katibung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019. Metode Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Seluruh ibu yang memiiliki bayi usia 0-6 bulan di PMB Chatarina Erna. P, Amd.Keb Katibung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan bulan Maret – Mei Tahun 2019 sebanyak 54 orang. teknik sampling yang digunakan total sampling . Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian diketahui pemberian pemberian ASI Eksklusif sebanyak 20 orang (37,0%), Motivasi yang mendukung sebanyak 39 orang (72,2%), Pengetahuan kurang baik sebanyak 33 orang (61,1%). Tidak ada hubungan antara teknik menyusui dengan pemberian asi eksklusif dengan nilai p-value = 0, 364. Tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan pemberian asi eksklusif dengan nilai p-value = 0, 507. Kesimpulan Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pemberian asi eksklusif dengan nilai p-value = 0, 000. Saran Bagi ibu diharapkan para ibu menyusui menambah pengetahuan, wawasan dan mencari informasi yang sebanyakbanyaknya tentang cara menyusui yang benar serta meningkatkan hubungan antar individu yang nantinya bisa berbagai informasi, pengalaman serta saling mendukung dalam memberikan ASI kepada anaknya. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a retrovirus that attacks the immune system and subsequently leading to AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome). CD4+ T cells are among the immune systems destroyed by HIV. The HIV transmission from cell to cell is an infection process of spreading HIV-1 infection. The study developed a mathematical model by considering the contact between HIV-1-infected CD4+ T cells and healthy CD4+ T cells, incorporating antiretroviral treatment. The stability of equilibriums for the model was studied. The local stability for disease-free equilibrium and the global stability for endemic equilibrium were studied. Numerical simulations were presented to examine the implication of antiretroviral therapy. Simulation results showed that reverse transcriptase inhibitor (RTI) therapy was more effective compared to protease inhibitor (PI) therapy in increasing the number of healthy CD4+ T cells.

Latar Belakang Kejadian kanker serviks dapat dicegah dengan deteksi dini lesi prakanker. Data yang didapat di Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjung Bintang Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang bulan september – desember 2018, dari 430 wanita usia subur yang melakukan pap smear dan IVA, sebanyak 2 orang (0,46%) terdeteksi kanker rahim stadium 1b, 57 orang (13,4%) mengalami lesi pra kanker serviks. Tujuan penelitian diketahui pengaruh penyuluhan tentang kanker servik terhadap pengetahuan dan motivasi pemeriksaan IVA pada wus di wilayah puskesmas tanjung bintang kecamatan tanjung bintang kabupaten lampung selatan tahun 2019 Metode Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan rancangan Quasi Eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh Wanita usia subur berjumlah 11.361 dengan sampel sebanyak 39 orang, pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Objek dalam penelitian ini pengetahuan, morivasi dan pengetahuan menggunakan data primer langsung dari responden. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Mei – 21 Juni 2019 di Wilayah Puskesmas Tanjung Bintang Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian Rata-rata pengetahuan ibu sebelum penyuluhan adalah 10,28 dengan standar deviasi 2,224 dan setelah penyuluhan adalah 17,41 dengan standar deviasi 1,773. Rata-rata motivasi ibu sebelum penyuluhan adalah 43,59 dengan standar deviasi 7,556 dan setelah penyuluhan adalah 62,26 dengan standar deviasi 6,142. Kesimpulan Ada Pengaruh penyuluhan tentang kanker servik terhadap Pengetahuan (p-value = 0,000 (p-value < α = 0,05) dan Motivasi (p-value = 0,000) pada WUS . Saran lebih meningkatkan ketrampilan kepada petugas dilapangan tentang teknik penyuluhan, serta memberikan fasilitas untuk penyuluhan yang lebih memadai hingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kepada wanita usia subur Kata kunci: kanker servik, pengetahuan, motivasi, penyuluhan

Labor pain and anxiety levels in the mothers inpartu active phase of the first stage at Metro medical center, Lampung-Indonesia Background : Anxious feeling whom mother felt at give birth process would influence toward painful sensation in giving a birth. The presurvey result that done at Metro medical center, finding of 7 mother who give birth, most of them (71,4 %) had anxious level that was medium, and there were of 4 mother (57, 2%) had a light pain, and of 3 was a medium pain. Purpose : Knowing the correlation of labor pain and anxiety levels in the mothers inpartu active phase of the first stage at medical center, Metro Lampung-Indonesia Methods : A quantitative with cross sectional and the sample of 31 inpartu active phase by using accidental sampling method. Instrument for painful intensity used Baurbanis painful scale and for anxious level’s by using State-trait anxiety inventory (STAI) Form Y-1. This research had done on March-July 2018 and data analyses used person product moment test. Result : Finding that the average of anxious level inpartu mother was of 51.35 and the average of pain score was of 4,68. Conclusion : There was correlation between of labor pain and anxiety levels in the mothers inpartu active phase of the first stage at medical center, Metro Lampung-Indonesia. Medical care provider to be give more information regarding the birth physiology in order to mother could prevent anxious feeling during giving birth process. Hasil prasurvey yang dilakukan di BPS P Kota Metro menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 ibu bersalin, sebagain besar (71,4%) memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang dan sebanyak 4 ibu bersalin (57,2%) memiliki intensitas ringan, 3 ibu (42,8%) memiliki intensitas nyeri sedang. Tujuan: Diketahuinya hubungan tingkat kecemasan terhadap nyeri pada ibu inpartu kala I fase aktif di BPS P Kota Metro. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin di BPS P pada bulan juni 2018 sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel berjumlah 31. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data intensitas nyeri menggunakan skala nyeri Bourbanis, sedangkan pengumpulan data tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin dilakukan menggunakan State-trait anxiety inventory (STAI) Form Y-1. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018. Analisa data menggunakan uji person product moment. Hasil: Diperoleh rata-rata tingkat kecemasan ibu inpartu adalah 51,35 dan rata-rata skor nyeri yang dirasakan adalah 4,68. Simpulan: Adanya hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan nyeri ibu inpartu kala I fase aktif. Bagi ibu yang akan menjalani proses persalinan hendaknya menggali informasi tentang fisiologis persalinan agar ibu bersalin mampu mencegah terjadinya kecemasan selama proses persalinan.

Background: Dug wells provide water from soil layer that is close to the surface of the soil, therefore it is susceptible to contamination through seepage from human waste, animals, and for domestic household use. This study aimed to determine the relationships between septic tank construction, dug well distance, and number of E. coli in Rahandauna Village, Ken­dari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional stu­dy was carried out at Rahandouna Village, Poa­sia Sub-District, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, in July 2019. The sample for this study was 70 units of dug well. The dependent variable was E. coli. The independent variables were septic tank construction and distance of dug well. Acceptable levels of E. coli are mea­sured in Most Probable Number (MPN)/100 ml. The distance of the septic tank to the dug well was measured in meter. The data were analyzed by Chi square. Acrylamide is metabolized by the CYP2E1 enzyme in the body to form glycidamides, an epoxide that is reactive to DNA and can form carcinogenic adducts. Therefore, exposure to acrylamide can potentially cause cancer. This study aims to analyze the levels of acrylamide and glycidamide in dried blood spot samples of smokers using propanamide as an internal standard and non-smokers as the control subjects.Methods: Dried blood spot samples were extracted using the protein precipitation method and then analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Mass detection was performed using positive type electro spray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring type with m/z 72.0> 55.02 for acrylamide, 88.1> 45.0 for glycidamide, and 74.0> 57.1 for propanamide as the internal standard.Results: Acrylamide and glycidamide levels in the dried blood spot sample of smokers ranged between 3.91 – 10.25 μg/mL and 1.006– 3.58 μg/mL, respectively. Data of the non-smokers on acrylamide and glycidamide levels were 0.75– 3.16 μg/mL and 0– 0.91 μg/mL.Discussion: The significant value of acrylamide and glycidamide between smokers and non-smokers was p < 0.05, which showed that there is a significant difference between acrylamide and glycidamide concentration in smokers and non-smoker subjects. The results of this study suggest that dried blood spots can be used to determine acrylamide and glycidamide levels in humans. Theoretically, acrylamide and glycidamide concentration should correlate to each other; however in reality, there are other factors (such as CYP2E1 polymorphism, dietary intake, etc) that can cause variation in their respective concentration.Keywords: acrylamide, dried blood spot, glycidamide, LC-MS/MS, smoker

Berdasarkan data di atas dapat diketahui, bahwa tingkat minat belajar siswa terhadap pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD N Cijeler III masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian lagi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SDN Cijeler III, melalui permainan flash card. dengan permainan flash card, minat belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas I SD N Cijeler III dapat ditingkatkan secara optimal. Peningkatan aktivitas siswa pembelajaran bahasa indonesia dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor yang pada pada pra tindakan masih terdapat 11 subjek atau 73,33 % dengan skor K (Kurang) dan hanya 4 subjek atau 26,67 % saja dengan skor C (Cukup) sebelum menerapkan permainan flash card, dengan menerapkan permainan flash card pada siklus I hasil tersebut dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 2 atau 13,33 % dengan skor B (Baik), 7 atau 46,67 % dengan skor C (Cukup), dan hanya 6 atau 40% dengan skor K (Kurang). Pada siklus II hasil tersebut dapat ditingkatkan lagi, terdapat 5 subjek atau 33,33 % dengan skor B (Baik), 8 atau 53,34 % dengan skor C (Cukup). Dan 2 atau 13.33 % dengan skor K (Kurang). Jadi secara umum 86,67 % dari 15 subjek yang diteliti telah memiliki minat yang tinggi pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, sementara 2 atau 13,33% saja yang masih memiliki minat rendah terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Latar Belakang : Kelas Ibu Hamil (KIH) adalah kelompok belajar ibu-ibu hamil dengan anggota maksimal 10 orang yang merupakan sarana untuk belajar bersama. Puskesmas Menur merupakan puskesmas yang terendah cakupan K4 66,93% dari target 90%. Jumlah peserta dari kelas ibu hamil sendiri 3,4%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi ibu dalam kelas ibu terhadap cakupan K4. Metode dan Bahan Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel sebanyak 44 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Variabel Independent yang diukur adalah partisipasi ibu dalam kelas ibu hamil sedangkan variabel dependent adalah cakupan K4. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengukur partisipasi ibu dalam kelas ibu hamil dan cakupan K4 dengan mengobservasi dari buku KIA dan kohort. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rho’ dengan α= 0,05. Hasil : S ebagian besar ibu hamil (65,9%) memiliki partisipasi baik, ibu hamil yang berpartisipasi baik sebagian besar (61,4%) cakupan K4 lengkap, dan ibu hamil yang berpartisipasi kurang sebagian kecil (13,6%) cakupan K4 tidak lengkap. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada siswa kelas VI di SDN Medokan Ayu II / 615 Surabaya Tahun 2018/2019 Tahun Akademik dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VI SDN Medokan Ayu II / 615 Surabaya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengamatan sebelum tindakan atau kondisi awal sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan adalah 31,8% atau 10 siswa dari 29 siswa yang termasuk dalam persentase ketuntasan klasikal dengan rata-rata kemandirian belajar siswa sebanyak 14,6 kemandirian belajar kelas. Siklus I menghasilkan skor rata-rata dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa 48,2% atau sebanyak 14 siswa dari 29 siswa. Pada siklus II, kemandirian belajar kelas rata-rata adalah 93% sebanyak 27 siswa dari 29. Dengan demikian, secara klasik kemandirian belajar siswa telah mencapai indikator kinerja dalam penelitian.
