The purpose of this article is to analyze the behavior of football clubs that compete in the main soccer championships in Brazil regarding the protection of their distinctive symbols, in the form of trademark registration with the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI. Trademark registration in Brazil is guaranteed by Law n. 9,279 of May 14, 1996, called the Industrial Property Law and gives legal support to football clubs so that they can protect their distinctive symbols, contributing to the strategic management of brand of clubs. Trademark protection guarantees clubs the ability to enter into licensing, assignment and use agreements within the legal framework, contributing to the development of clubs and their marketing strategies. O presente artigo tem como finalidade analisar o comportamento dos clubes de futebol que disputam os principais campeonatos de futebol no Brasil no que se refere à proteção de seus símbolos distintivos, sob forma de registro de marca junto ao Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI). O registro de marcas no Brasil é garantido pela na Lei n. 9.279, de 14 de maio de 1996, chamada de Lei de Propriedade Industrial que dá respaldo legal aos clubes de futebol para que possam proteger os seus símbolos distintivos, contribuindo para a gestão estratégica de marca dos clubes. A proteção da marca garante aos clubes a possibilidade de firmar contratos de licenciamento, cessão e uso das marcas dentro da legalidade, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento dos clubes e de suas estratégias mercadológicas.

Background: Anti-TNF drugs are a fundamental part of the treatment of Crohn’s disease (CD), so identifying factors related to loss of response is of great importance in clinical practice. Aim: Identify potential factors related to loss of response to anti-TNF agents in Crohn’s disease patients. Methods: This is a prospective study of CD patients attending a specialized outpatient clinic using a specific form, including patients with more than one year of follow-up on anti-TNF (Infliximab, Adalimumab or Certolizumab pegol). Pesquisa do Estado do Amazonas The dissertation presented here aims as a general objective; investigate the formation process of Science concepts in the methods of teaching from the use of a non-formal space in Manaus, part of the following scientific problem: How the use of a non-formal space, in biology teaching, can be useful for the formation of concepts? That question reminds us from the following guiding: In which way this interaction between learner interaction, subject and environment can imply in the formation of concepts in what remind us of biology? In that way: What is the way of non-formal space of the Museum of Amaz??nia ??? MUSA ??? can be useful as an instrument from teaching-learning from the formation of scientific concepts? Starting in these assumptions, we show the following specific objects: Relate the student knowledge and the formal theorist with the subjects and non-formal spaces, mediated by the teacher and subsidized by experimentation. And even more: Verificate how the non-formal space of the MUSA enables the teacher and the teaching-learning; therefore the research followed the following steps: bibliographic survey, investigation of potentialities of the informal space where was the research done, data collect, reading, interpretation and data analysis; whose data collect was made using: semi-structured questionnaire, as well as audio capture data processing will be carried out through the discursive textual analysis. The research proposes to contribute scientifically as a research study of the teaching-learning process with regard to training of concepts from the use of a non-formal. The study is justified by the need to investigate how these processes occur and what instruments can contribute to the success of students learning. A disserta????o ora apresentada tem como objetivo geral; investigar o processo de forma????o de conceitos cient??ficos no ensino da Biologia a partir do uso de um espa??o n??o formal na cidade de Manaus. Parte do seguinte problema cient??fico: De que modo ?? utiliza????o de um espa??o n??o formal, no ensino da biologia, pode contribuir para a forma????o de seus conceitos cient??ficos. Este questionamento nos remeteram aos seguintes norteadores: em que medida a intera????o entre aprendiz, sujeitos e ambiente pode implicar na forma????o de conceitos no que diz respeito ?? biologia? Outrossim: de que maneira o espa??o n??o formal do Museu da Amaz??nia - MUSA pode ser utilizado como instrumento de ensino e aprendizagem para a forma????o de conceitos cient??ficos? Partindo desses pressupostos apresentamos os seguintes objetivos espec??ficos: Relacionar o conhecimento do aluno e o te??rico formal com os sujeitos e os espa??os n??o formais, mediado pelo professor e subsidiado pela experimenta????o. E ainda: Verificar como o espa??o n??o formal do MUSA possibilita ao professor de biologia utiliz??-lo com recurso no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Para tanto a pesquisa seguiu as seguintes etapas: levantamento bibliogr??fico, investiga????o das potencialidades do espa??o n??o formal onde ocorreu a pesquisa, coleta de dados, leitura, interpreta????o e an??lise dos dados; cuja coleta de dados foi realizada utilizando-se: question??rios semiestruturados, entrevistas semiestruturadas, bem como a capta????o de ??udio; o tratamento dos dados foi realizado atrav??s da an??lise textual discursiva. A pesquisa prop??s contribuir cientificamente como um estudo de investiga????o do processo ensino-aprendizagem no que tange a forma????o de conceitos a partir do uso de um espa??o n??o formal. Justificou-se o estudo pela necessidade de investigar como esses processos ocorrem e que instrumentos podem contribuir para o sucesso da aprendizagem dos alunos.

O intuito do exame será demonstrar como o periódico se utilizou de denúncias às contradições entre doutrina e prática cristã para, através das representações, tentar questionar a mentalidade clerical vigente na sociedade de então, com base em ideais libertários tal como a laicização do Estado. Este trabalho se orienta pela abordagem teórica ligada à história da leitura, em que a história da imprensa é compreendida como um campo de interesse onde se cruzam os âmbitos da produção, difusão e recepção dos impressos, na acepção de Robert Darnton, e os sentidos que tomam as ideias e imaginários por eles difundidos bem como suas articulações socioculturais. A abordagem metodológica consistirá em recolher e compilar imagens; organizá-las e classificálas de acordo com critérios previamente estabelecidos, de preferência, sugeridos pela fonte; e por fim, fazer a análise e divulgação dos resultados. O presente trabalho foi realizado com apoio da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - Brasil (CAPES) - Código de Financiamento 001. A pesquisa é um desdobramento do projeto IC/FAPESP “Sob a luz dos infames: anticlericalismo nas representações iconográficas do jornal A Lanterna – folha anticlerical e de combate (1909-1916)”. This research aims to comprehend the function that caricatures fulfilled inside the strategy of combat against clericalism by the paulista newspaper A Lanterna – folha anticlerical e de combate, during its second phase, from 1909 to 1916. The purpose of this exam will be to demonstrate how the journal made use of denounces of the contradictions between Christian doctrine and practice in order to, through the representations, attempt to question the clerical mentality of society in that time, based on libertarian ideas such as laicization of the State. This work is oriented by the theoretical approach linked to the history of reading, in which the history of the press is comprehended as a field of interest where the ambits of production, diffusion and reception of the printed material crisscross, in Robert Darnton’s thinking, and the senses that ideas and imaginary diffused by him take, as well as its sociocultural articulations. The methodological approach will consist in collecting and compiling images; organizing and sorting them according to previously established criteria, preferably suggested by the source; and lastly, make the analysis and publishing of the results. CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior Ao longo da trajetória dos escritos filosóficos de Theodor W. Adorno se torna perceptível as diferentes formas com a qual ele se lançava nas reflexões materialistas e dialéticas sobre a natureza. Destacamos a conferência: A ideia de história natural de 1932 e a obra intitulada Dialética do esclarecimento, escrita na década de 1940. Por sua vez, naquela que seria sua última obra escrita e publicada postumamente no começo dos anos de 1970, a Teoria estética, essas questões retornam enquanto uma forma de pensar a natureza como categoria estética indispensável para uma teoria das obras de arte, o refúgio do comportamento mimético. Deste modo, nosso objetivo se inscreve na perspectiva de analisar o belo natural e sua relação com as obras de arte, a partir de sua obra tardia. Uma vez que ele retoma não apenas discussões da sua fase de juventude, mas também as considerações do belo natural presente na tradição estética alemã da virada do século XVIII para o XIX nos laçamos na análise dessa tradição sempre tomando como ponto de partida o posicionamento de Adorno. Com essa leitura, somos possibilitados a entender como ele ressignifica o belo na natureza e assim podermos nos lançar em algumas obras literárias que o autor se manteve atento e de que modo elas nos possibilitam a entender a importância desta categoria estética. Por fim, entendemos que ele pôde conferir a essa concepção de belo um novo e mais importante significado, sobretudo, para o seu projeto filosófico inserido em uma teoria crítica da sociedade. Throughout the trajectory of the philosophical writings of Theodor W. Adorno becomes perceptible the different forms with a materialistic and dialectical reflection on nature. We highlight the conference: The idea of the natural history of 1932 and the book entitled Dialectic of enlightenment, written in the decade of 1940. On the other hand, in what would be his last written work and published posthumously in the early 1970s, aesthetic theory, these issues return as a way of thinking of nature as an aesthetic category indispensable for a theory of works of art, the refuge of mimetic behavior. In this way, our objective is inscribed in the perspective of analyzing the beautiful natural and its relation with the works of art, from its late work. Since he takes up not only discussions of his youthful phase but also the considerations of the beautiful natural present in the German aesthetic tradition from the turn of the eighteenth century to the nineteenth, we are drawn in the analysis of this tradition always taking as a starting point the position of Adorno. With this reading, we are enabled to understand how it resigns the beautiful in nature and thus we can launch ourselves in some literary works that the author has been attentive and in what way they enable us to understand the importance of this aesthetic category. Finally, we understand that he was able to give this conception of beauty a new and more important meaning, above all, to his philosophical project inserted in a critical theory of society.
