Methods engineering has become one of the most fundamental and important in the study of work for the continuous improvement of production lines. The objective of the study is to discuss the current state of the art of method engineering and the production chain under the PRISMA methodology. The registration of the protocol of systematic review of the current academic literature in this emerging field, allowed to establish the gaps of future research. The review was carried out by identifying relevant academic articles from leading journals using Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar and Dialnet databases by using filters and keywords such as "methods engineering", "methods engineering", "method study", "production chain", "production line" and "production line", only engineering and journal articles were taken into consideration. The search filter effect yielded articles that were available, but only 26 articles met the prerequisites. It is concluded that the invention of the study revealed how the different tools, techniques and instruments of methods engineering and the production line have an effect on the improvement of a company's productivity. Therefore, the countries that met the research disclosure requirements were China, Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico., La ingeniería de métodos se ha convertido en una de las más fundamentales e importantes dentro del estudio del trabajo para el mejoramiento continuo de las líneas o cadenas de producción. El objetivo de estudio es discutir el estado de arte actual de la ingeniería de métodos y la cadena de producción bajo la metodología PRISMA. El registro del protocolo de revisión sistemática de la literatura académica actual en este campo emergente, permitió establecer las brechas de investigación futura. La revisión se llevó a cabo mediante la identificación de artículos académicos relevantes de revistas líderes utilizando las bases de datos de Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Google académico y Dialnet mediante el uso de los filtros y palabras claves como “ingeniería de métodos”, “methods engineering”, “method study”, “cadena de producción”, “production line” y “línea de producción”, solo se tomó en consideración artículos de ingeniería y de revistas. El efecto de filtro de búsqueda arrojo artículos que estaban disponibles, pero solo 26 artículos cumplían los requisitos previos. Se concluye que la invención del estudio dio a conocer como las diferentes herramientas, técnicas e instrumentos de la ingeniería de métodos y la cadena de producción tienen efecto en la mejora de la productividad de una empresa. Por consiguiente, los países que sujetaron en requisitos de divulgación de la investigación fueron China, Ecuador, Argentina, Brasil y México.

Nowadays, several companies face the challenge of finding and applying new production methods that allow them to compete in a global market. Lean Manufacturing (LM) methodologies have become an option that adapts to different situations in the industry, providing an alternative to put an end to waste, optimizing processes and increasing profits, therefore, the objective of this research is determine the level of understanding and application of Lean principles in the elimination of waste through a systematic review of the literature on the possible adoption of these methodologies in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs). Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet and Dimensions were searched. Prospective and retrospective studies were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Twenty-five studies were meta-analyzed, which sought to answer the question: How does the design of lean production systems affect the management of moulting in SMEs? Concluding that a conceptualization framework of LM is fundamental for the management of active resources of small and medium-sized companies for its correct application. In addition, it focuses on significantly minimizing losses from manufacturing systems while maximizing value creation for the end customer., Hoy en día, varias empresas se enfrentan al reto de encontrar y aplicar nuevos métodos de producción que les permitan competir en un mercado global. Las metodologías Lean Manufacturing (LM) se han convertido en una opción que se adapta a las diferentes situaciones de la industria proporcionando una alternativa para poner fin a los desperdicios, optimizando procesos y aumentando los beneficios, por lo tanto, el objetivo de esta investigación es determinar el nivel de comprensión y aplicación de los principios Lean en la eliminación de los desperdicios a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre la posible adopción de estas metodologías en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PyMEs) manufactureras. Se realizaron búsquedas en Scopus, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet y Dimensions. Los estudios prospectivos y retrospectivos fueron seleccionados según criterios de inclusión y de exclusión. Se metanalizaron veinte y cinco estudios, que buscaron dar respuesta a la interrogante sobre ¿Cómo afecta el diseño de los sistemas de producción ajustada a la gestión de muda en las PYMES? Concluyendo así que un marco de conceptualización de LM es fundamental para la gestión de recursos activos de las pequeñas y medianas empresas para su correcta aplicación. Además, de que enfoca en minimizar significativamente las pérdidas de los sistemas de manufactura al mismo tiempo que maximiza la creación de valor para el cliente final.

Maize and grass silages are important dietary components for ruminant livestock that influence the quality of animal products for human consumption, such as milk, in many parts of the world. Infection of plants by fungi able to produce mycotoxins, either in the field or post-harvest, can result in a decrease of silage nutritional quality and, consequently, in milk quality. In this study, 45 maize and grass silage samples were collected from 25 dairy farms located in the north of Portugal. The occurrence of fungi was evaluated in samples, the most frequently isolated species being Aspergillus fumigatus, Dipodascus geotrichum, Mucor circinelloides, Penicillium paneum, and Aspergillus flavus. The mycotoxigenic profile of the fungal species was studied using the ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry–ion trap–time-of-flight (UHPLC–MS–IT–TOF) detection. In addition, a new method based on a QuEChERS extraction followed by the UHPLC- tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) detection was developed for simultaneous analysis of 39 mycotoxins in silage. A high co-occurrence of Fusarium mycotoxins was found, although at low levels of contamination. Deoxynivalenol and beauvericin were found in more than 82% of maize silage samples. It can be highlighted the low occurrence of Penicillium and Aspergillus toxins in the maize and grass silages studied despite the frequent detection of species of both genera
