Imajući u vidu heterogenost svojstava zavarenog spoja, a naročito uske zone pod uticajem toplote, u ovoj disertaciji je eksperimentalno ispitivano i analizirano ponašanje niskolegiranog čelika povišene čvrstoće (HSLA) u uslovima niskocikličnog zamora, na glatkim okruglim epruvetama iz osnovnog metala i epruvetama dobijenim termičkom simulacijom zone pod uticajem toplote. Takođe je ispitivano ponašanje osnovnog metala i simulirane zone pod uticajem toplote u uslovima dejstva kavitacije. Čelik, Nionikral 70 (NN-70), odabran u ovoj disertaciji za istraživanje ponašanja pri zamornom opterećenju i dejstvu kavitacije, spada u grupu niskolegiranih čelika povišene čvrstoće koji se, između ostalog, primenjuju u brodogradnji kao i za izradu posuda pod pritiskom. Ciljevi istraživanja su da se, u odsustvu pouzdanijih teorija o zamaranju i kavitaciji, pogodnom metodom ispitivanja, tj. simuliranjem strukture materijala i dejstva opterećenja odnosno deformacija, u laboratorijskim uslovima na odgovarajućim uzorcima - epruvetama, dođe do rezultata koji su posredno ili neposredno primenljivi u proračunima i da se dobijeni rezultati eventualno iskoriste i za fundamentalna proučavanja tokova procesa zamaranja i kavitacije kako osnovnog metala, tako i zone uticaja toplote zavarenih spojeva. In this dissertation the experimentally investigated and analyzed behavior of a low-alloyed high strength steel exposed to the low cycle fatigue is done. Taking into account the welded joint properties heterogeneity, especially its narrow heat-affected zone, experiments were performed on two kinds of specimens: smooth round specimens made of parent material (PM) and specimens obtained by thermal simulation of the heat-affected zone (SHAZ). The behavior of PM and SHAZ affected by cavitation were also investigated. Steel designated as Nionicral 70 (NN-70), selected in this dissertation to investigate the behavior of fatigue and cavitations’ loads, belongs to a group of lowalloy steels of high strength, which are, among other things, applied in shipbuilding as well as for the production of pressure vessels. The research aims are that, in the absence of more reliable theories of fatigue and cavitation, a suitable test method, i.e. simulating the structure of the material and the load and/or deformation in laboratory conditions on the appropriate specimens, results are obtained which are directly or indirectly applicable in the calculations, and that the obtained results are possibly used for the fundamental study of the fatigue and cavitation processes of the parent material, as well as its heat-affected zone in welded joints.

U ovom radu je izvršeno nanošenje hidroksiapatitnih (HA) prevlaka primenom visokoenergetskog laminarnog plazma sprej postupka. Glavni ciljevi rada su bili: (i) da se ispita uticaj nekoliko parametara procesa nanošenja na hemijska, strukturna i morfološka svojstva HA prevlaka i (ii) da se ispita uticaj ljudskih proteina albumin i gama globulin na početni stadijum procesa biomineralizacije koji se javlja na površini dobijenih HA prevlaka u modifikovanim Kokubo rastvorima (simulirane telesne tečnosti) u kojima je vrednost pH bila aktivno regulisana pomoću CO2... In the present work, hydroxyapatite coatings (HACs) were deposited by using the high power laminar plasma spray process. Major objectives were: (i) to estimate effects of several deposition parameters on chemical, structural, and morphological properties of HACs and (ii) to evaluate effects of human proteins albumin and gamma globulin on the early stage of the biomineralization process on the surface of HACs in modified Kokubo solutions (simulated body fluids) in which the pH value was actively regulated using CO2.

Ovaj rad je imao za cilj da ustanovi mogućnost elektrotaloženja aluminijuma pri potpotencijalima (underpotential deposition - UPD) na cirkonijumu, paladijumu i vanadijumu iz ekvimolarnih rastopa bezvodnog aluminijum(III)-hlorida i natrijum-hlorida na temperaturama znatno nižim od onih neophodnih za uobičajenu metalurgiju aluminijuma. U slučaju da dolazi do taloženja aluminijuma, elektrohemijskim metodama i metodama karakterizacije materijala utvrdila bi se pojava eventualno formiranih legura. Preliminarna procena izvedena na osnovu trenutne literature je ustanovila da bi se taloženje aluminijuma pri potpotencijalima trebalo odvijati na podlozi od paladijuma, verovatno na podlozi od vanadijuma i najverovatnije ne na podlozi od cirkonijuma. Paladijum, vanadijum i cirkonijum, kao radne elektrode, ispitivane su u okviru sistema koji je sadržao ekvimolarni rastop bezvodnog aluminijum(III)-hlorida i natrijum-hlorida, na temperaturama od 200°C, 250°C i 300°C u inertnoj atmosferi argona. Elektrohemijske studije površina paladijuma, vanadijuma i cirkonijuma pokazale su da dolazi do taloženje aluminijuma pri potpotencijalima. Dalja analiza cikličkih voltamograma, krivih „otvorenog kola“ i polarizacije su pokazale pojavu formiranja površinskih legura. Ovi nalazi su potvrđeni EDX, EDS, XRD i AFM rezultatima. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata, dostupnih faznih dijagrama i dostupne literature, sledeće površinske faze su identifikovane kao formirane legure: - AlPd, Al3Pd2 i Al3Pd4 za podlogu od Pd, - Al23V4, Al8V5 i AlV3 za podlogu od V, - AlZr, AlZr2, Al2Zr, Al3Zr5, Al3Zr2 i Al3Zr za podlogu od Zr. Prikazani su parametri procesa za industrijsku primenu. Iako nije optimalan za masovnu proizvodnju, dati proces bi se mogao konzistentno primeniti u slučajevima gde bi cilj bio razvijanje površinskih legura na prethodno termalno ili mehanički formiranim komponentama. This work looked to estabilish the possibility of underpotential deposition (UPD) of aluminum onto palladium, vanadium and zirconium samples from equimolar melts of anhydrous aluminum chloride and sodium chloride at temperature that are significantly less than those of conventional alluminum metallurgy. Also, if any deposits were to be generated, confirmation was to be conducted if any alloy formation was to take place by use of electrochemical and material characterization techniques. Preliminary assessment based on the current literature on the topic concluded that UPD deposition should occur on palladium potentially would occur on vanadium and mostly would not occur on the zirconium substrates. Palladium, vanadium and zirconium substrates as working electrodes were evaluated within systems containing melts consisting of anhydrous aluminum chloride and sodium chloride, at temperatures of 200°C, 250°C and 300°C in inert argon atmosphere. Palladium, vanadium and zirconium substrate electrochemical studies showed aluminium UPD took place. Further evaluation of cyclic voltammograms, “open circuit” and polarization curves showed that surface alloy formation occurred as well. These findings were confirmed by EDX, EDS, XRD and AFM characterization results. Based on these results and current phase diagrams and other contemporary literature, following phases were identified as resulting alloys: - AlPd, Al3Pd2 and Al3Pd4 for Pd substrate, - Al23V4, Al8V5 and AlV3 for V substrate, - AlZr, AlZr2, Al2Zr, Al3Zr5, Al3Zr2, and Al3Zr for Zr substrate. General parameters for potential proces industrialization were considered. While not optimal for mass production, this proces can be applied consistently and repeatably for specialized, targeted applications of introducing surface alloys to already thermally or mechanically formed components.

У раду је испитан УТИЦАЈ ПАРАМЕТАРА ЗАВАРИВАЊА НА СВОЈСТВА ЗАВАРЕНИХ СПОЈЕВА АЛУМИНИЈУМСКИХ ЛЕГУРА ДОБИЈЕНИХ ПОСТУПКОМ ЗАВАРИВАЊА ТРЕЊЕМ АЛАТОМ. Коришћене су две комерцијалне алуминијумске легуре, 5052-Н32 и 2024-Т351, које су испоручене као плоче дебљљине 8mm. Како би се оценио утицај унете енергије на понашање материјала и квалитет завареног споја у раду су варирани параметри заваривања, при чему се однос брзине ротације и брзине заваривања (Vrot/Vzav) кретао од 3,16 до 51,30. Брзина ротације алата износила је 450, 600, 750, 950, 1180 и 1500 obr/min а брзина заваривања је варирана је од 23 до 380 mm/min. Угао нагиба алата износио је 10. Сматра се да однос Vrot/Vzav указује да ли је за дате параметре заваривања могуће добити спој без присуства грешака, али не и какве ће он механичке карактеристике поседовати. Резултати ове дисертације указују да се на основу овог односа може само оријентационо претпоставити понашање споја. Иако се иста или приближно иста вредност односа Vrot/Vzav може остварити применом различитих параметара заваривања (нпр. 1180/116=10,17; 950/93=10,21; 750/73=10,27), добијени резултати дају основу да се претпостави да се услови одигравања процеса заваривања и формирања споја феноменолошки разликују. Поред односа Vrot/Vzav, велику улогу у добијању споја задовољавајућег квалитета има величина и константност притисне силе у вертикалном правцу. Повећање брзине ротације алата (Vrot) има позитиван утицај на механичке карактеристике завареног споја. Смањење брзине заваривања проузрокује деградацију изгледа површине споја услед прегоревања материјала. Смањење брзине заваривања има позитивног ефекта на повећање величине угла савијања при коме долази до појаве прслине. Резултати одређивања енергије удара указују да смањење брзине заваривања позитивно утиче на повећње жилавост споја. Са друге стране при Vrot=1180 obr/min са смањењем брзине заваривања долази до... INFLUENCE OF WELDING PARAMETERS ON JOINT PROPERTIES OF FRICTION STIR WELDED ALUMINUM ALLOYS was studied in this work. Two commercial Al alloys 5052-Н32 and 2024-Т351 were received as 8 mm thick plates. In order to evaluate the influence of heat input during welding on alloys behavior and properties of weld joint, welding parameters were varied in broadly. Achieved ratio between rotation and welding speed was between 3,16 and 51,30, i.e. rotation rate was 450, 600, 750, 950, 1180 and 1500 rev/min, while welding speed was between 23 and 380 mm/min. The pin angle was 10. The welded joints were tested by means of both non-destructive (visual, penetrant and X-ray inspection) and destructive (metallographic, tension and hardness) testing. In all specimens typical zones are revealed, with corresponding differences in grain size. The obtained results suggested that weld appearance was more affected by rotation rate than by welding speed, due to differences in generated heat level. Increasing R/v ratio leads to higher, both, heat input (expressed as pseudo-heat index R2/v) and stirring increment, implying that the behavior is not uniform. Furthermore, it can be assumed that welding parameters and material flow have combined effect on weld appearance and they cannot be taken into consideration separately. Increasing R/v ratio leads to greater size of weld nugget—width and depth. This is due to a higher heat input and stirring increment owing to increased R/v ratio. Note that higher heat input improves material flow around tool pin. In other words, ‘‘revolutions per one millimeter’’ of the weld metal is increased by increasing R/v ratio. Therefore, a large amount of frictional heat and plastic-work are produced, and thus material easily flows and bigger NZ is formed. Different spacing between rings is related to the pin forward movement per revolution, i.e., at a rotation rate of 750 and 1180 r/min and welding speed of 116 mm/min. The grain size revealed in the NZ and part of TMAZ is very fine. Two medium carbon vanadium microalloyed foring steels with different content of carbon and titanium were investigated. Broad goals were to examine transformational behavior of the steels on continuous cooling at still air directly from austenitisation temperatures, to determine optimal regime to produce predominantly acicular ferrite structure and to examine it both by means of mechanical behavior and fracture properties at liquid nitrogen temperature. Main goal was to establish micromehanism of cleavage fracture of the steels with predominantly acicular ferrite structure, and to measure critical parameters of cleavage fracture – critical fracture stress and effective fracture surface energy. The influence of vanadium and nitrogen on microstructure and mechanical properties of medium-carbon steels has been studied by means of metallography and mechanical testing. Vanadium addition to the low nitrogen steel suppresses the formation of ferrite-pearlite following the low reheating temperatures and microstructure consists of bainitic sheaves. For high reheating temperatures, dominantly acicular ferrite structure in both the low nitrogen and the high nitrogen vanadium steels is obtained. The results suggest that vanadium in solid solution promotes the formation of bainite, whereas the effect of nitrogen is related to the precipitation of VN particles in austenite with high potency for intragranular nucleation of acicular ferrite and to the precipitation of V(C,N) particles in ferrite with high potency for precipitation strengthening. Addition of both vanadium and nitrogen considerably increases the strength level. The aim of this work was to establish deformation behaviour of two vanadium microalloyed medium carbon steels with different contents of carbon and titanium by tensile testing at 77 K. Samples were reheated at 1250°C/30 min and continuously cooled at still air. Beside acicular ferrite as dominant morphology in both microstructures, the steel with lower content of carbon and negligible amount of titanium contains considerable fraction of grain boundary ferrite and pearlite... U radu su ispitivanana dva srednjeugljenična čelika za kovanje, mikrolegirana vanadijumom, koji se međusobno razlikuju po sadržaju titana i ugljenika. V– mikrolegirani čelik sadrži 0,26%C, označen je kao „V19“, i Ti–V– mikrolegirani čelik mikrolegiran je titanom i sadrži 0,31%C, označen kao „TiV22“. Cilj rada bio je da se ispitaju transformacione karakteristike srednjeugljeničnih mikrolegiranih čelika pri kontinuiranom hlađenju na vazduhu, direktno sa temperature austenitizacije, da se odrede uslovi postizanja strukture acikularnog ferita i da se odrede kritični parametri loma cepanjem na temperaturi tečnog azota za ovu strukturu. Čelici su isporučeni kao toplovaljane šipke. Analizom mikrostruktura koje su postignute pri kontinuiranom hlađenju na mirnom vazduhu, direktno sa različitih temperatura austenitizacije, određen je termički režim pripreme uzoraka za ispitivanje. Pripremljeni uzorci čelika sa strukturom acikularnog ferita ispitivani su na temperaturi tečnog azota jednoosnim zatezanjem i savijanjem u četiri tačke. Za ispitivanje savijanjem u četiri tačke korišćene su epruvete sa zarezom po Grifitsu i Ovenu. Temperatura tečnog azota odabrana je radi ispitivanja u uslovima potpuno krtog loma i određivanja kritičnog napona loma. Određivanje kritičnog napona loma obuhvata fraktografiju i modelovanje savijanja u četiri tačke metodom konačnih elemenata. Rezultati jednoosnog zateznog ispitivanja na temperaturi tečnog azota poslužili su kao ulazni podaci za modelovanje. Modelovanjem je izračunata raspodela napona i deformacija u uzorku, u trenutku loma, pri savijanju u četiri tačke. U opsegu temperatura austenitizacije između 850°C i 1300°C, za pripremu uzoraka za ispittivanje izabrana je temperatura od 1250°C. Nakon hlađenja na mirnom vazduhu sa 1250°C, struktura čelika legiranog vanadijumom i sa nižim sadržajem ugljenika (čelik V19) sastoji se od ferita, perlita i acikularnog ferita, dok se struktura čelika legiranog titanom i vanadijumom, sa višim sadržajem ugljenika (čelik TiV22), pretežno sastoji od acikularnog ferita...

У раду су испитиванана два средњеугљенична челика за ковање, микролегирана ванадијумом, који се међусобно разликују по садржају титана и угљеника. V– микролегирани челик садржи 0,26%C, означен je као „V19“, и Ti–V– микролегирани челик микролегиран је титаном и садржи 0,31%C, означен као „TiV22“. Циљ рада био је да се испитају трансформационе карактеристике средњеугљеничних микролегираних челика при континуираном хлађењу на ваздуху, директно са температуре аустенитизације, да се одреде услови постизања структуре ацикуларног ферита и да се одреде критични параметри лома цепањем на температури течног азота за ову структуру. Челици су испоручени као топловаљане шипке. Анализом микроструктура које су постигнуте при континуираном хлађењу на мирном ваздуху, директно са различитих температура аустенитизације, одређен је термички режим припреме узорака за испитивање. Припремљени узорци челика са структуром ацикуларног ферита испитивани су на температури течног азота једноосним затезањем и савијањем у четири тачке. За испитивање савијањем у четири тачке коришћене су епрувете са зарезом по Грифитсу и Овену. Температура течног азота одабрана је ради испитивања у условима потпуно кртог лома и одређивања критичног напона лома. Одређивање критичног напона лома обухвата фрактографију и моделовање савијања у четири тачке методом коначних елемената. Резултати једноосног затезног испитивања на температури течног азота послужили су као улазни подаци за моделовање. Моделовањем је израчуната расподела напона и деформација у узорку, у тренутку лома, при савијању у четири тачке. У опсегу температура аустенитизације између 850°C и 1300°C, за припрему узорака за испиттивање изабрана је температура од 1250°C. Након хлађења на мирном ваздуху са 1250°C, структура челика легираног ванадијумом и са нижим садржајем угљеника (челик V19) састоји се од ферита, перлита и ацикуларног ферита, док се структура челика легираног титаном и ванадијумом, са вишим садржајем угљеника (челик TiV22), претежно састоји од ацикуларног ферита... У раду су испитана два средњеугљенична челика микролегирана ванадијумом, који се међусобно разликују по садржају титана, азота и угљеника, V-N (0.256%C, 0.0235%N, 0%Ti) и Ti-V-N (0.309%C, 0.221%N, 0.011%Ti ) челици. Челици су испоручени као топловаљане шипке са кованим крајевима. У првој фази је урађена серија узорака у циљу одређивања величине полазног аустенитног зрна, у опсегу 950-1250°С. У циљу добијања дијаграма изотермалног разлагања урађена је серија узорака који су изотермално третирани на температурама између 350 и 600°С. Сви узорци су прво прогревани на 1100°С. Након изотермалног третмана, узорци су каљени у води, а затим сечени на половине, брушени, полирани и нагрижени по стандардној процедури. Након детаљног посматрања на оптичком микроскопу, изабрани узорци су посматрани на скенинг електронском микроскопу. Узорци који су коришћени за металографска испитивања су искоришћени за мерење тврдоће (једна половина) и за израду узорака за одређивање границе течења тестом притискивањем на уређају за испитивање једноосним затезањем. Утврђено је да је оптимална температура прогревања 1100°С, као и да се након каљења са 1100°С добија потпуно мартензитна структура. Нагли пораст величине зрна у челику без титана је последица одсуства честица TiN који блокирају границе зрна. Зато је за температуру прогревања одабрана 1100°С јер обезбеђује величину зрна од око 50μm која промовише ацикуларни ферит. Такође, у оквиру прелиминарних резултата, одређена је температура почетка мартензитне трансформације на 330 и 320°С, за челик са ванадијумом, односно челик са додатком титана. Различите морфологије добијене у току изотермалног разлагања су приказане на микрофотографијама. Резултати добијени у овој дисертацији указују да у целом температурном подручју 350-600°С разлагање аустенита започиње издвајањем ферита по границама полазних аустенитних зрна. У високотемпературном подручју гранични ферити у потпуности декоришу границе зрна, док се у нискотемпературном подручју viii поред граничних ферита јављају и беинитни снопови нуклеирани на границама зрна. Гранични ферити у високотемпературном настају дифузионим механизмом, пошто су температуре на којима се јављају довољно високе да омогуће дифузију. Њихова је карактеристика да расту дуж граница аустенитног зрна. Са друге стране, гранични ферити нискотемпературном подручју су идентификовани као Видманштетенов ферит, кога услед ниских температура на којима је отежана дифузија карактерише смицајни механизам и карактеристичани облик (облик плочице, иглице или труогласти облик) и које расту са границе ка унутрашњости зрна) и могу се нуклеирати и са већ претходно насталог феритног зрна. Са продужењем времена изотермалног разлагања, ови процеси се завршавају и почиње издвајање интрагрануларно нуклеираног ферита. У питању је ацикуларни ферит чија се морфологија разликује у зависности од тога у ком температурном подручју се јавља: на вишим температурама феритна зрна су игличаста и потпуно произвољно оријентисана, док су у нискотемпературном подручју иглице паралелне и чине снопове. Завршетком издвајања ацикуларног ферита, почиње издвајање перлита у оба челика. Количина перлита је веома мала, па је после 20 минута разлагање аустенита завршено и формиране су финалне микроструктуре. На нижим температурама структура се састојала из Видманштетеновог ферита, беинитних снопова и ацикуларног ферита у облику снопова, док су на вишим температурама присутни гранични алотриоморфи, игличасти ацикуларни ферит и перлит, уз присуство заосталог аустенита. Овако познавање промена на свакој од температура је омогућило конструисање дијаграма изотермалног разлагања. На оба ТТТ (ИР) дијаграма се запажају идентичне области, уз напомену да су криве на дијаграму челика са титаном померене ка дужим временима и на нешто више температуре. Нос криве за челик без титана је на испод 2 секунде на температури између 400 и 450°С, односно на 2 секунде на 450°С у челику са титаном. Резултати мерења тврдоће, границе течења су дати у табелама и приказани на дијаграмима. Испитивање тврдоће свих узорака и границе течења узорака са финалном структуром указује да су највеће тврдоће измерене за тестове са најкраћим временима, док се граница течења снижава од максималне вредности до минималне, а затим поново расте. Овакво понашање је доведено у везу са смањењем количине присустних беинитних ix снопова и видманштетеновог ферита. Са друге стране, на вишим температурама, пошто је присутан феномен недовршене (некомплетне) трансформације, услед каљења стабилисаног аустенита, тврдоћа поново расте. Граница течења показује веома слично понашање. У целом температурном подручју испитивања, челик са титаном има већи границу течења. Овакво понашање је доведено у везу У области од 350 do 450 °C граница течења опада. Добијене високе вредности указују на присуство фаза са великом густином дислокација, која је карактеристична за беинитне структуре. На температурама изнад 450°C у оба челика, долази до пораста границе течења. Ова појава је израженија у челику са титаном, што је доведено у везу са снажнијом стабилизацијом аустенита у челику са већим садржајем легирајућих елемената и повећаним садржајем перлита у структури. The aim of this work was to determine TTT diagrams of two mediumcarbon V microalloyed steels V-N (0.256%C, 0.0235%N, 0%Ti) and Ti-V-N (0.309%C, 0.221%N, 0.011%Ti ). The isothermal treatment was carried out at 350, 400, 450, 500, 550 and 600οC. These treatments were interrupted at different times in order to analyze the evolution of the microstructure. Isothermal decomposition of medium carbon vanadium microalloyed austenite was evaluated by optical and SEM metallography. In the first step, austenite grain size is establish in temperature range 850-1150 °C. Ti bearing steel exibits lower grain size at high temperatures. This effect is attributed to pinning effect of TiN particless. Nevertheless, temperature of 1100°C provided grain size very simillar to 60μm, value suggested as optimal for intragranular nucleation and formation of acicular ferrite. Isothermal treatment enabled plotting the TTT diagrams. In both diagrams, equal transformations are observed. Influence of Ti addition is not very clear; it is assumed that increased level on carbon has covered expected influence on intragranular nucleation. Four curves are found to be relevant for austenite decomposition in medium carbon Vmicroalloyed steels: (1) Grain boundary ferrite is the first phase to be generated at all temepratures. In the lower temperature range the widmanstetten ferrite is formed, while on higher temperatures grain boundary allotriomorphs are produced. This difference is attributed to displacive nature of transformation at lower and diffusional transformation at higher temperatures. (2) Second curve is related to nucleation of Intragranular ferrite (IGF). In the lower temperature range (350–400°C ) acicular ferrite plates are grouped in sheaves; at intermediate temperatures (450–500°C), a more interlocked microstructure of acicular ferrite was clearly observed, while microstructure generated at high temperatures (550–600°C) is characterized by polygonal idiomorphic ferrite. (3) Third curve is related to onset of pearlite. It occurs at temperatures ≥ 500°C, followed by an incomplete reaction phenomenon. vi (4) The transition between an acicular ferrite sheaf morphology and interlocked microstructure is observed to take place at 400/450°C. However the bainitic sheaves are frequently observed when the isothermal transformation time is increased at 400°C and temperature diminishes to 350°C. Finish of transformation was clearly observed at temperatures below 500°C. However at 550 and 600°C, incomplete reaction phenomenon occurs. This behaviour is attributed to carbon enrichment in austenite and decrease of driving force for austenite decomposition. Martensite start temperature is established to be 320°C and 330°C for Ti-V-N and V-N steels respectively. Slightly lower Ms temperature of Ti-V-N steel is attributed to higher content of carbon and Ti, elements that increase hardenability. The lower yield stress for Ti-free steel (V-N) compared with titanium –containig steels (Ti-VN) is attributed to lower carbon content compared with titanium-containing steel. Yield stress decreases from the maximum values for temperatures 350○C – 400○C for both steels investigated. It is assumed that it reflects dislocation strengthening associated with the presence of hard phases such as bainite, since the dislocation density of the ferrite increases with decreasing transformation temperature. at higher temperatures, At temperatures higher than 450°C, in both steel yield strength increases. This behaviour is more pronounced in Ti bearing steel and it is attributed to more effective stabilization of austenite in steel with higher carbon, as well as higher presence of pearlite.
