A melhoria na eficiência dos aparelhos de formação depende, em grande medida, da garantia de que pessoas competentes queiram trabalhar como professores e que seu ensino tenha alta qualidade. Ou seja, um requisito fundamental para promover um ensino de qualidade é que a opção pela docência seja feita por pessoas motivadas, com alto nível de conhecimento e habilidades, sendo importante que ela seja uma profissão competitiva, para disputar com outras ocupações essas pessoas talentosas. Dessa forma, compreender a relação dos atributos de atração profissional, pecuniários e não pecuniários, como elementos na escolha ocupacional que afetam a disponibilidade e retenção desses profissionais para a educação, é imprescindível para o planejamento e a gestão de recursos humanos na área. O objetivo desse estudo é mapear as evidências da literatura nacional e internacional sobre os elementos de atratividade da carreira docente.

Troposphere is one of the most limiting sources of error in the accuracy of 15 Precise Point Positioning method. This work aims to analyze the effects of tropospheric 16 delay on this positioning technique by applying the Bernese scientific program to GNSS 17 data belonging to the Brazilian Network for Continuous Monitoring of GNSS Systems. 18 GNSS data are related to several climatic zones, including Amazon region, referring to four 19 seasons. The data were processed considering six strategies, each one using different 20 troposphere models and mapping functions for analysis. Results were evaluated according 21 to the Root Mean Square, estimated for 15 processing days for each season, involving 89 22 GNSS stations. Results show that the greatest effects of the tropospheric delay occurred in 23 the equatorial region, related to the altimetric component, in all seasons of the year. This 24 climatic zone is under a strong influence of the Amazon region, which presents high annual 25 humidity values. In addition, it can occur a great humidity variation in this region, which 26 can compromise the process of estimating wet component of tropospheric delay. Finally, 27 results showed that the best processing strategy was the use of the Vienna mapping function 28 in conjunction with corrections based on the Numerical Weather Forecast model., Troposphere is one of the most limiting sources of error in the accuracy of Precise Point Positioning method. The tropospheric delay is generated by the influence of the hydrostatic and dry atmosphere. Corresponds to about 2.3 m at zenith for hydrostatic component, 1 to 35 cm at zenith for wet component. Although the wet component is generally smaller, its temporal and spatial variation is much greater, which makes its modeling difficult. GNSS data are related to several climatic zones, including Amazon region, referring to four seasons. The data were processed considering six strategies, each one using different troposphere models and mapping functions for analysis. Results were evaluated according to the Root Mean Square, estimated for 15 processing days for each season, involving 89 GNSS stations. For the planimetric result, the best result was obtained in the frequency histogram in which the Hopfield model was used for the hydrostatic component and the Hopfield mapping function for the estimated wet component (5% of the sample with an accuracy greater than 3 cm). The best processing method in relation to the altimetric component was obtained using the Vienna mapping function - VMF1, together with the Zenith Tropospheric Delay (ZTD) corrections based on the Numerical Weather Forecast/European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecast (NWF /ECMWF) model (94.2% of the sample accuracy less than 3 cm). Results show that the greatest effects of the tropospheric delay occurred in the equatorial region, related to the altimetric component, in all seasons of the year. Objectives: Motor functional neurological disorder (mFND) is a condition where individuals may experience difficulties such as tremors, gait impairments, and paralysis which are not explained by identified structural damage to the brain. Studies on chronic conditions have suggested that psychological interventions such as compassion-focused therapy (CFT) may be effective in improving well-being in people with mFND. However, no evidence is currently available on psychotherapy for older people with mFND. Methods: A 12-session CFT intervention was delivered to an 81-year-old British male with mFND. Standardized measures were administered at baseline and post-intervention. Results: At post-intervention, a 30% decrease in perceived psychological impact of mFND was found, along with clinically significant changes in anxiety and depression. Good levels of feasibility and acceptability were also observed. Conclusions: To our knowledge, this is the first evidence of the feasibility, acceptability, and potential effectiveness of CFT for psychological difficulties linked with mFND, as well as the first evidence for any psychotherapy with an older adult with mFND. Clinical Implications: CFT shows the potential to be effective, feasible, and acceptable for treating difficulties linked with mFND in older people. However, further high-quality investigations based on experimental designs are needed to build on the present preliminary findings.

Devido ao aperfeiçoamento da precisão do posicionamento com GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) e à instalação de grandes redes de operação contínua, longas séries temporais de coordenadas do GNSS agora são amplamente utilizadas para conhecer uma variedade de processos de deformação da Terra. Logo, uma tarefa que passou a ser muito utilizada é a determinação de velocidades de estações das redes de monitoramento contínuo, tendo diversas aplicações na geodésia. As componentes de velocidades de uma estação podem ser determinadas de modo simplificado, como resultado de uma regressão linear simples, assumindo que o comportamento da velocidade de uma estação responde a um modelo linear. Porém, para obter precisão melhor, é importante considerar que a velocidade da estação não esteja relacionada apenas à tendência, mas também em função da sazonalidade e de ruídos. É comum pressupor a presença de ruídos brancos em uma série temporal de coordenadas GNSS, porém, é importante estudar ruídos da lei de potência para determinar o tipo de ruído em cada série. Dessa forma, este trabalho teve como objetivo realizar a determinação de velocidades das estações considerando tendência, sazonalidade e tipos de ruídos presentes nas séries. Os estudos foram realizados a partir de 94 estações pertencentes à RBMC (Rede Brasileira de Monitoramento Contínuo dos Sistemas GNSS), pós-processadas no serviço online IBGE-PPP (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatísticas - Posicionamento por Ponto Preciso) e análises das séries de coordenadas executada no software SARI (Señales y Análisis de Ruido Interactivo). Os resultados mostram que não há diferenças significativas na obtenção das velocidades planimétricas das estações quando é negligenciada a sazonalidade, bem como mostram que as análises de ruídos não afetam as velocidades das estações analisadas nesta pesquisa.

From a climate change perspective, the governance of natural common-pool resources—the commons—is a key point in the challenge of transitioning to sustainability. This paper presents the main strategic advances of the São Paulo Urban Living Laboratory (ULL) regarding Food, Energy and Water (FEW Nexus) analysis and modelling at the border of a high biodiverse forest in a peri-urban region in southeast Brazil. It is a replicable and scalable method concerning FEW governance. The FEW Nexus is an analytical guide to actions that will enable a colossal set of innovative processes that the transition to sustainability presupposes. Sustainable governance of the FEW dimensions, seen as an innovation-based process, is approached by a decision making tool to understand the past and future dynamics of the system. The governance framework is based on a multi-criteria and multi-attribute set of sustainability-relevant factors used as indicators to model complex system dynamics (SD) and the stakeholders’ future expectations through a Delphi approach. Based on the three main dimensions of the Ecosystem Services Approach—Physical and Material Conditions, Attributes of Communities, and Rules-in-Use—the tool comprises thirteen specific sustainability indicators such as water and carbon footprints, land use social development, payment for ecosystem services, and land use gain indices. Its development was designed to generate a long-term network of socioenvironmental stakeholders’ decision making processes and collective learning about a higher level of sustainable systems. System Dynamics modelling demonstrates the associations between sustainability indicators and the impacts of payment for ecosystem services on the land use social development index, or on the trophic state index. The Delphi foresight approach, using the Promethee-Gaia method, allows us to understand the positions of multiple agents regarding the transition process. In this context, decision making tools can be very useful and effective in answering the “how to” questions of ULLs and paving the way for transition, providing collective planning and decision support frameworks for sustainability transition management.

No Posicionamento por Ponto Preciso (PPP), as coordenadas estimadas na época do levantamento são referenciadas à materialização do sistema de referência global utilizada nas órbitas dos satélites, atualmente IGb14 (época de coleta dos dados). No entanto, sistemas geodésicos regionais são adotados em diferentes países, como no Brasil, que adota o SIRGAS2000 (época 2000,4). Uma forma de lidar com estas diferenças, é a utilização da transformação de Helmert em conjunto com um modelo de velocidades (que também possui um sistema de referência) para a compatibilização tanto do referencial, quanto da época. Este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar o desempenho dos modelos VEMOS2009 e VEMOS2017 na aplicação do procedimento de redução de coordenadas para o posicionamento GNSS de alta precisão, considerando ou não a compatibilização do referencial das velocidades obtidas. Utilizou-se dados GNSS em formato RINEX de 175 estações da RBMC processados com o serviço online IBGE-PPP. Diante dos resultados encontrados, pôde-se verificar que a compatibilização de referencial das velocidades se mostrou eficaz para o processo de redução das coordenadas obtidas no IBGE-PPP. Das 1513 coordenadas obtidas com cada uma das quatro velocidades, a VEMOS2009-CCR apresentou 62,92% das menores discrepâncias, seguida pela VEMOS2017-CCR com 29,54%, VEMOS2009-SCR com 7,21% e VEMOS2017-SCR com 0,33%. Em relação à diminuição das discrepâncias após a compatibilização de referencial das velocidades, verificou-se que, para o VEMOS2009, 85,86% das coordenadas apresentaram uma menor discrepância após a atualização. Já para o VEMOS2017 essa diminuição ocorreu em 98,61% das coordenadas.
