The success of electrification will rely on the development of new electric vehicles able to tackle main challenges being high cost, autonomy and also safety. As a consequence, critical choices need to be made as soon as the development and prototyping phase. Modelling can then play a crucial role in order to anticipate and validate the choices made. This is the guideline of the DEMOBASE Project in order to develop an innovating EV concept meeting new market demand. In this poster we will focus on the 0D modelling of the battery thermal behaviour in nominal and abuse conditions. Can 0D approaches give a help for the pack design in the first steps of conception?

De nombreux défis : réduction des impacts négatifs, renforcement des effets positifs sur les écosystèmes, changement climatique, renchérissement du coût de l’énergie, impliquent des évolutions du métier d’agriculteur comme du métier de conseiller. Le projet CHANGER a testé l’intérêt et la faisabilité de dispositifs d’échanges entre conseillers au sein même de leur organisation. Ces dispositifs sont conçus pour leur permettre de développer une action efficace, et qui fait sens pour eux dans les situations d’accompagnement des agriculteurs visant le changement vers des pratiques et systèmes plus respectueux de l’environnement. Le projet met en évidence les dynamiques liées à la mise en place de ces dispositifs divers. Ces derniers partagent le souci de fonder les échanges sur les situations de travail et privilégient l’accès à l’activité en situation. C’est aussi ce point qui a organisé le travail avec des responsables de services de conseil et soutenu la proposition d’un module de formation dans l’enseignement supérieur., Reduction of the negative impacts, strengthening of the positive effects on the ecosystems, the climate change and price increase of the energy cost: such challenges result in changes for farmers as well as for advisors. The project CHANGER was built to test and assess the feasibility of workplace learning through devices supporting advisors’ exchanges on their profession. Such devices were designed to support them in developing an effective action which makes sense for them in new situations raised by the need for farmers to move towards more sustainable practices and systems. The project highlights the dynamics related to the performance of the tested devices. While these ones were diverse, they nevertheless all ground the exchanges on work analysis and enable the access to the activity performed [br/] n real work situations. It is also this last point which was at the core of the work carried on with middle managers and which supports the proposal of a training session for young engineers.

The creation of pit lakes is usually an acceptable solution from the landscaping point of view for voids left by discontinued open-pit mines. However, without rehabilitation, these voids represent a potential environmental risk. The aim of the present work was to assess, for the first time, the water quality, i.e., physicochemical characteristics, metal and metalloid (MM) content, and ecotoxicity of the waters of the El Cobre Blue Lagoon, a pit lake formed in an open-pit copper mine in Cuba. Potential effects of rainy season vs. dry season and spatial location (different depths) on water characteristics were considered. Results revealed that water contained was moderately acidic (pH=4.6 +/- 0.2), with high electrical conductivity (EC=3.02 +/- 0.03mScm(-1)), whatever the season. Dissolved oxygen (DO=9.9 +/- 2.0mgL(-1)), total dissolved solid (TDS=7003 +/- 245mgL(-1)), and sulfate concentration (6556 +/- 1410mgL(-1)) in the El Cobre Blue Lagoon water were above acceptable limits for sources of surface water as recommended by Cuban standard (NC 1021:2014). High copper (43.6 +/- 1.7mgL(-1)) and manganese (24.1 +/- 1.1mgL(-1)) contents were detected. BackgroundThe proportion of older people has dramatically increased in recent decades. Moreover, social and demographic trends show a global increase of older people at risk of loneliness and lack of social relationships. The objective of this study was to evaluate the process, the effectiveness and the cost-effectiveness of a planned 22 weekly group sessions called School of Health for Older People to reduce social isolation.MethodsThis is a mixed methods multi-approach evaluation that includes: 1) A qualitative evaluation among coordinators and participants taking part in the intervention, through in depth-interviews and focus groups, respectively. The main topics covered will be positive and negative aspects of the intervention, suggestions for its improvement, opinions on different aspects of the intervention, and perceived benefits; 2) A quantitative quasi-experimental design, comparing a group of individuals taking part in the intervention with another group with similar characteristics not receiving the intervention. Data will be collected at the beginning and at the end of the intervention. Social support will be measured through questions drawn from the Medical Outcomes Study and the National Social Life, Health, and Aging Project questionnaires. Psychological morbidity will be measured through Goldberg's General Health Questionnaire, and Health-related Quality of Life will be measured through the EuroQoL questionnaire. Information on visits to the primary care center in the years before and after the intervention will be obtained from the electronic records of the primary care centers; 3) A cost-utility analysis, which will be conducted from a health system (primary care) perspective, including direct costs of the program and the primary care health services used. The effects of the intervention will be measured on quality-adjusted life years.DiscussionThere is an urgent need for studies assessing the effectiveness and the efficiency of potential interventions to reduce social isolation among older persons. The results of this study will help to fill the knowledge gap in this area and might be especially useful for the development of social and public health policies and programs for older people in disadvantaged neighborhoods in urban areas.Trial registrationNCT03142048 retrospectively registered (April 11, 2017).

L’objet de notre étude est l’analyse croisée des dimensions sémantique et prosodique de ok dans des dialogues en français oral. Pour ce faire, notre analyse revêtira deux volets, l’un consacré à la sémantique et le second à la prosodie. Les exemples utilisés sont tirés de Frantext, de l’émission de téléréalité française « Maison à vendre », mais aussi d’un corpus expérimental créé dans le cadre d’une expérience de psychologie impliquant des dialogues finalisés entre des paires de participants. Dans un premier temps nous proposerons une organisation des différents sens de ok selon le degré de compréhension exprimé (à l’aide d’un continuum allant de la compréhension mutuelle à l’incompréhension), en cherchant à observer ce qu’il y a de commun à tous ces emplois. Dans une seconde partie, nous étudierons la part de la dimension prosodique dans l’interprétation de ok en lien notamment avec les états mentaux des locuteurs et le décours temporel de l’action en cours de réalisation La conclusion portera sur les chevauchements potentiels entre les deux approches, mais nous veillerons également à mettre en avant la spécificité de chacune d’entre elles. The current study focuses on the production of okay (ok in French) in French spoken dialogues. We investigate the use of this discourse marker from two different perspectives. Our examples are taken from Frantext, from the French TV show "Maison à vendre", but also from an experimental corpus created in a psychology experiment involving goal-oriented dialogues between pairs of participants. On the one hand, a semantic approach seeks to list the different uses of okay in dialogue by placing them on a continuum between mutual comprehension and miscomprehension. On the other hand, a prosodic approach seeks to link the different uses of okay to the speaker's state of mind, in particular by focusing on the correspondence between the production of okay and the timescale of the action performed by the dialogue partners. We conclude by pointing out potential overlaps between the two approaches while highlighting the specificity of each of them. 25

International audience; The food and water challenges to be faced in the Mediterranean Basin, particularly those on the southern and eastern shores, are daunting. They form a complex nexus of problems and require policies pursuing several important potentially conflicting goals at the same time: reducing or limiting food import dependency through increased agricultural production in environmentally sustainable ways while protecting the natural resource base and keeping food affordable for poorer populations. The worrisome trends affecting countries on the southern and eastern shores of the common sea can also have seriously negative consequences in the North which explains why the North-South collaboration has a long tradition in the region. But, as the case of water management institutions shows, ineffective advocacy for trade liberalization has led to conflicts and tensions on various issues and has distracted attention from potentially much more fruitful areas of collaboration.
