In this work we use the method of lower and upper solutions to develop an iterative technique, which is not necessarily monotone, and combined with a fixed point theorem to prove the existence of at least one solution of nonlinear fractional differential equations with nonlocal boundary conditions of integral type. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a developing technology in the world of communication and embedded systems. The IoT consists of a wireless sensor network with Internet service. The data size of the sensor node is small, but the routing of the data and energy consumption are important issues that need to be advocated. The Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) plays a very important role in IoT services. In MANET, nodes are moving within the network. So, routes are created dynamically on demand and do not have any centralized units. The route optimization method addresses issues like selecting the best routes in terms of overhead, loop free, traffic control, balancing, throughput, route maintenance, and so on. In this paper, IoT routes are created between sensors to sink through MANET nodes with WSN routing ideology. The Krill Herd and Feed Forward Optimization (KH-FFO)-based method discovers the routes. The Krill herd algorithm clusters the network. This method increases network speed and reduces energy waste. Feed-forward optimization involves learning all the nodes in the network and identifying the shortest and most energy-efficient route from source to sink. The overall performance of the KH-FFO protocol has improved the network's capacity, reduced packet loss, and increased the energy utilization of the nodes in the network. The ns-3 simulation for KH-FFO is tested in different node densities and observed energy utilization is increased by 28%, network life is increased by 7%, Packet delivery ratio improved by 7.5%, the End-to-End delay improved by 31% and the Throughput is 3%. The purpose of this research article is to point out some fallacies in the statements of the main results of Rao et al. [Bull. Maths. Stat. Res] and Berrah et al. [AIMS Mathematics, 4(3)(2023), 1019{1033] and give a genuine contractive condition in the framework of complex valued b-metric spaces. We also introduce interpolative rational contractions in complex valued b-metric spaces and prove some fixed point results for such contractions. A non-trivial example is also provided to demonstrate the validity of obtained theorems. As an application, we investigate the existence of solutions for integral equations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Let G be a simple connected graph having finite number of vertices (nodes). Let a coloring game is played on the nodes of G by two players, Alice and Bob alternately assign colors to the nodes such that the adjacent nodes receive different colors with Alice taking first turn. Bob wins the game if he is succeeded to assign k distinct colors in the neighborhood of some vertex, where k is the available number of colors, otherwise Alice wins. The game chromatic number of G is the minimum number of colors that are needed for Alice to win this coloring game and is denoted by Xg(G). In this paper, the game chromatic number Xg(G) for some interconnecting networks such as infinite honeycomb network, elementary wall of infinite height and infinite octagonal network is determined. The authors consider Hammerstein-type integral equations for the purpose of obtaining new results on the uniqueness of solutions on an infinite interval. The approach used in the proofs is based on the technique called progressive contractions due to T. A. Burton. Here the authors apply the Burtons method to a general Hammerstein type integral equation that also yields the existence of solutions. In most of the existing literature, investigators prove uniqueness of solutions of integral equations by applying some type of fixed point theorem which can be tedious and challenging, often patching together solutions on short intervals after making complicated translations. In this article, using the progressive contractions throughout three simple short steps, each of the three steps is an elementary contraction mapping on a short interval, we improve the technique due to T. A. Burton for a general Hammerstein type integral equation and obtain the uniqueness of solutions on an infinite interval. This article explores F-commutative algebra (A, .) with Poisson structure defined by a non-Lie algebra bivector Q. We analyse the Lichnerowicz-Poisson coboundary δ*Q and its implications as quasi-Poisson structure, where the Schouten bracket does not vanishes, complicating cohomology computations. The examined open question is whether the deviating term is coboundary of Poisson cohomology. Our main objectives are to construct Poisson subalgebra on which twisted term δ²Q (Q) vanishes and, to study the existence of Poisson structures P on Poisson ideal satisfying condition δ²P(.) = δ²Q(Q). The quantitation and characterization of indigenous bacteria of a deep aquifer, located in the southwestern United States and contaminated with halogenated aliphatic compounds, was undertaken. Water samples were obtained aseptically from depths of 45 to 151 m from four sites that ranged from 260 to 1,800 m in distance from the location of contaminant release. Sediment samples were also obtained from the proximal and distal sites for analyses. Results for aerobic and anaerobic colony-forming units were obtained on four agar media that were used to retrieve heterotrophs, oligotrophs, and pseudomonads. Most probable number estimates were obtained from a liquid medium favorable for oligotrophs. Representative isolates were tested against Biolog plates (Biolog, Inc., Hayward, Calif.) for patterns of carbon source utilization. Of 103 Gram-negative (GN) isolates, 48 could not be identified and the others were only tentatively identified via the Biolog database, and none of the 35 Gram-positive (GP) isolates were identifiable. However, the metabolic patterns were subjected to average cluster linkage analyses; the GN and GP bacteria were separable into eight and four groups, respectively. The oligotroph group comprised one-third of the GN and one-half of the GP isolates. The consensus carbon source utilization pattern for each group was determined and will be useful in future characterization of additional aquifer bacterial isolates. Although predominantly aerobic and oligotrophic, the microbial community of this aquifer was highly diverse with discernible viability and metabolic features of the microbiota distinctive to each of the four water and two sediment samples. A small, pristinely preserved specimen recently collected from the Dolese Brothers limestone quarry near Richards Spur, Oklahoma provides evidence for the presence of a new early Permian parareptile at this locality. The specimen includes an articulated, nearly complete skull roof, and with the right premaxilla, right quadratojugal, most of the right palate, as well as the right epipterygoid and the sphenethmoid preserved inside. Although similar in many respects to the other contemporary parareptiles Acleistorhinus, Delorhynchus and Colobomycter, it can be distinguished from other acleistorhinids by the presence of a number of autapomorphies related to its dentition. Phylogenetic analysis places it closer to Delorhynchus and Colobomycter within Acleistorhinidae than to Acleistorhinus pteroticus. Unique aspects of the present specimen include the pronounced anterior extension of the lacrimal bone, largely homodont dentition composed of simple conical crowns with slight recurvature in the premaxillary and anterior maxillary teeth, and simple conical crowns in posterior maxillary dentition. The discovery of this new parareptile along with the surprisingly large number of acleistorhinids at Richards Spur highlights the importance of the unique fissure and vertical cave system at this site. No other early Permian site has provided such a wide diversity of parareptilian taxa, part of a complex community of terrestrial vertebrates. The coalition in a graph G consists of two disjoint sets of vertices V1 and V2, neither of which is a dominating set but whose union V1 ∪ V2, is a dominating set. A coalition partition in a graph G is a vertex partition π = {V1, V2, . . ., Vk} such that every set Vi ∈ π is not a dominating set but forms a coalition with another set Vj ∈ π which is not a dominating set. Objective To analyze relevant data on the burden of appendicitis among individuals aged 70 and above in China from 1990 to 2019, describe its current status and epidemiological trends, and provide scientific evidence for exploring prevention and treatment strategies for appendicitis in the elderly population in China. Methods Utilizing the 2019 Global Burden of Disease data, this study analyzed the incidence, mortality, and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) of appendicitis in individuals aged 70 and above in China from 1990 to 2019. The Join point regression model was used to calculate the average annual percentage change (AAPC). Results From 1990 to 2019, the incidence of appendicitis among individuals aged 70 and above in China exhibited a year-on-year increasing trend, with the most significant rise occurring between 2000 and 2005. In contrast, both the mortality rate and DALY rate showed a declining trend during the same period, with a substantial decrease starting in 2004. However, the decline rate has slowed down since 2008. Among different gender and age group compositions, the highest incidence was observed in the 70-74 age group, with a higher incidence in females compared to males. Conversely, the highest mortality and DALY rates were found in the 85-89 age group, with both rates being higher in males than in females. Conclusion Since 1990, the burden of mortality and DALY due to appendicitis among individuals aged 70 and above in China has gradually decreased, yet the incidence remains at a relatively high level. Therefore, it is essential for China to adopt various prevention and treatment strategies for the elderly population to reduce the disease burden of appendicitis in those aged 70 and above.
