Recently, in regards to vehicle steering control system based on steer by wire (SBW), the relationship between the vehicle response and steering input could change flexibly. There are some previous studies (e.g. H∞, LQG, Model Matching etc. ) to similar researches, but these researches are mutually exclusive for the desired response and robustness. We report the evaluation results of the robust steering control law by combination of model matching and optimal observer, which can realize compatible of vehicle desired response and robust characteristics to steer input disturbance simultaneously. Generally, this offered system can accommodate to develop the SBW system which realize compatible of vehicle desired response and robust characteristics to steer input disturbance simultaneously. Especially, the function to eliminate the input disturbance allows the efficient design to develop the vehicle control law realize compatible of the maneuverability and dynamic stability involving the static stability characteristics. The control plant, which abstracts the actual vehicle characteristics by linear bicycle model using the linear cornering stiffness, is positioned as the evaluation tool to verify the desired response and the robustness of offered control law. Although this linear bicycle model plant is positioned for the evaluation tool, in accordance with this research developing, we would verify the effect of this control law to the actual vehicle characteristics.

In order to solve the problems of large error and low performance of traditional progressive image model matching information checking methods, an automatic progressive image model matching information checking method based on machine learning is proposed. The generation method of progressive image is analyzed, and the target image sample is obtained. On this basis, machine learning algorithm is used to segment progressive image samples. In each image segmentation part, crawler technology is used to automatically collect progressive image model matching information, and under the constraint of image model matching information checking standard, automatic checking of progressive image model matching information is realized from geometric structure, image content and other aspects. Experimental results show that the verification error of the design method is reduced by 0.687 Mb, and the quality of progressive image is improved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Traditional business process-extraction models mainly rely on structured data such as logs, which are difficult to apply to unstructured data such as images and videos, making it impossible to perform process extractions in many data scenarios. Moreover, the generated process model lacks analysis consistency of the process model, resulting in a single understanding of the process model. To solve these two problems, a method of extracting process models from videos and analyzing the consistency of process models is proposed. Video data are widely used to capture the actual performance of business operations and are key sources of business data. Video data preprocessing, action placement and recognition, predetermined models, and conformance verification are all included in a method for extracting a process model from videos and analyzing the consistency between the process model and the predefined model. Finally, the similarity was calculated using graph edit distances and adjacency relationships ( GED_NAR ). The experimental results showed that the process model mined from the video was better in line with how the business was actually carried out than the process model derived from the noisy process logs.

In recent years, with the rapid growth of State Grid digitization, it has become necessary to perform three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of power elements with high efficiency and precision to achieve full coverage when simulating important transmission lines. Limited by the performance of acquisition equipment and the environment, the actual scanned point cloud usually has problems such as noise interference and data loss, presenting a great challenge for 3D reconstruction. This study proposes a model-driven 3D reconstruction method based on Airborne LiDAR point cloud data. Firstly, power pylon redirection is realized based on the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm. Secondly, the vertical and horizontal distribution characteristics of the power pylon point cloud and the graphical characteristics of the overall two-dimensional (2D) orthographic projection are analyzed to determine segmentation positions and the key segmentation position of the power pylon. The 2D alpha shape algorithm is adopted to obtain the pylon body contour points, and then the pylon feature points are extracted and corrected. Based on feature points, the components of original pylon and model pylon are registered, and the distance between the original point cloud and the model point cloud is calculated at the same time. Finally, the model with the highest matching degree is regarded as the reconstructed model of the pylon. The main advantages of the proposed method include: (1) identifying the key segmentation position according to the graphical characteristics; (2) for some pylons with much missing data, the complete model can be accurately reconstructed. The average RMSE (Root-Mean-Square Error) of all power pylon components in this study was 15.4 cm. The experimental results reveal that the effects of power pylon structure segmentation and reconstruction are satisfactory, which provides method and model support for digital management and security analysis of transmission lines.

Whenever additional states of a plant can be measured, closing nested feedback loops can be exploited in a variety of ways. The goal here is to reduce the bandwidth of feedback controllers and thus reduce the amplification of sensor noise that can otherwise spoil the expected performance when the actuator saturates. This can be particularly relevant for demanding tracking specifications and large plant uncertainties. In this context, the current work proposes a novel model-matching control architecture with a feedforward controller and two feedback controllers, which is accompanied by a new robust design method in the frequency domain of Quantitative Feedback Theory (QFT). The use of a feedforward controller reduces the amount of feedback to the minimum necessary to constrain the spread of the tracking error responses as specified. Furthermore, this amount of feedback is quantitatively distributed along the frequency between the inner and outer loops to reduce the total sensor noise at the control input as much as possible. A theoretical example illustrates the method and highlights the advantages of the new architecture over two other previously feasible QFT solutions: one with double feedback and another with single feedback plus feedforward. The importance of choosing the correct switching frequency between loops is also demonstrated. This paper proposes a systematic feedback controller design methodology for multi-input multi-output (MIMO) uncertain systems using the quantitative feedback theory (QFT). To achieve this goal, the model matching problem was considered and the inversion feedforward controller was designed to improve control performance while reducing the demand on feedback control alone. The proposed method is formulated based on the concept of equivalent disturbance attenuation (EDA) approach in which the uncertain system problem is converted into an external disturbance rejection problem based on a nominal system. This proposed approach exhibiting non-sequential design method result in the suboptimal solution showing design simplicity and computational efficiency compared to the existing method. In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology, the MIMO magnetic levitation system as adopted and control performances such as time response were presented in both time and frequency domains.

Translating in vitro results from experiments with cancer cell lines to clinical applications requires the selection of appropriate cell line models. Here we present MFmap (model fidelity map), a machine learning model to simultaneously predict the cancer subtype of a cell line and its similarity to an individual tumour sample. The MFmap is a semi-supervised generative model, which compresses high dimensional gene expression, copy number variation and mutation data into cancer subtype informed low dimensional latent representations. The accuracy (test set F1 score >90%) of the MFmap subtype prediction is validated in ten different cancer datasets. We use breast cancer and glioblastoma cohorts as examples to show how subtype specific drug sensitivity can be translated to individual tumour samples. The low dimensional latent representations extracted by MFmap explain known and novel subtype specific features and enable the analysis of cell-state transformations between different subtypes. From a methodological perspective, we report that MFmap is a semi-supervised method which simultaneously achieves good generative and predictive performance and thus opens opportunities in other areas of computational biology.
