UAV swarm operations are developing rapidly towards intelligence and actual combat, which will pose a huge threat on the future battlefield. Therefore, research on anti-UAV swarm operations is imperative. This paper analyzes the development history, research progress, and actual combat application of UAV swarms and sorts out the research status of foreign anti-UAV swarm operations from three aspects: detection and tracking, hard damage, and soft kill methods. Hard damage include conventional weapons, directed energy weapons, and armed combat drone, and soft kills include electronic jamming and deception control. Finally, the future development trend of anti-drone swarm warfare is proposed, including seamless and comprehensive detection and early warning, efficient intelligent decision-making and deployment, the coordination of new conventional weapons, the combination of soft and hard damage, multi-dimensional intelligent system operations, and standard formulation are urgently needed.

With the continuous improvement of the performance of unmanned aerial vehicles and the extensive use of tactical methods, the cooperative operation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) swarm has brought new challenges to the current air defense system. By combing and analyzing the application cases of UAV swarm warfare in recent years, this paper summarizes the characteristics of current UAV swarm warfare application, and explains the necessity and urgency of developing anti UAV swarm warfare command and control system. In addition, this paper analyzes the current situation of the command and control system of anti UAV swarm warfare in the world's military powers, and on this basis, puts forward some enlightenment suggestions for the development of the future anti UAV swarm warfare command and control system.

AbstractIntroduction: Poor oral hygiene is linked to high risks of many systemic diseases, including cancers. Oral dysbiosis is closely associated with poor oral hygiene, causing tooth loss, gingivitis, and periodontitis. We provide a summary of studies and discuss the risk factors for oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) from a microbial perspective in this review.Methods: A literature search of studies published before December 31, 2022 from PubMed, Web of Science, and The Cochrane Library was performed. The search strategies included the following keywords: (1) oral care, oral health, oral hygiene, dental health, dental hygiene, tooth loss, teeth loss, tooth absence, missing teeth, edentulism, tooth brushing, mouthwash, and tooth cleaning; (2) esophageal, esophagus, oesophagus, and oesophageal; (3) cancer, carcinoma, tumor, and neoplasm.Discussion: Poor oral health, indicated by infrequent tooth brushing, chronic periodontitis, and tooth loss, has been associated with an increased risk of squamous dysplasia and ESCC. Oral microbial diversity and composition are profoundly dysregulated during oesophageal tumorigenesis. Similar to the oral microbiota, the oesophageal microbiota varies distinctly in multiple bacterial taxa in ESCC and gastric cardia adenocarcinoma, both of which have high co-occurrence rates in the “Oesophageal Cancer Belt”. In addition, the potential roles of oncogenic viruses in ESCC have also been discussed. We also briefly explore the potential mechanisms underlying the tumor-promoting role of dysregulated microbiota for the development of therapeutic targeting strategies.Conclusion: Poor oral health is an established risk indicator of ESCC. The dysbiosis of microbiota in upper gastrointestinal tract that highly resembles the oral microbial ecosystem but with distinct features at individual sites contributes to the development and progression of ESCC.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture at Sifeng for pediatric anorexia. Methods: The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of acupuncture at Sifeng for pediatric anorexia from their beginning to October 2022 were looked up in the seven databases. The Cochrane risk of bias evaluation tool was applied to the risk of bias analysis of the included studies. A meta-analysis of the total efficiency, score of food intake reduction, time to normalize food intake, body weight, leptin levels, and blood zinc levels was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software. The GRADE criteria were applied to assess the evidence's quality. Results: A total of 24 RCTs were included, involving 2202 children. The allocation of concealment, blinding, and selective reporting has a high or unclear risk of bias. All experiments compared acupuncture at Sifeng with traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine. The results showed that, compared with medicine, acupuncture at Sifeng could significantly improve the total efficiency (OR=6.44, 95%CI [4.78,8.66]), lower the score of food intake reduction (MD=−0.69, 95%CI [−1.00, −0.39]), decrease leptin levels (MD=−5.19, 95%CI [−8.09, −2.29]) and time to normal food intake (MD=−2.22, 95%CI [−2.42, −2.01]), increase blood zinc (MD=0.79, 95%CI [0.21, 1.37]) and body weight (MD=1.28, 95%CI [0.85, 1.72]). Seven studies found that the treatment was safe both during and after. Based on the GRADE criteria, the quality of the evidence for the majority of indicators was extremely poor. Conclusion: The low certainty of evidence suggested that acupuncture at Sifeng was effective and safe in the therapy of pediatric anorexia. Future high-quality clinical studies are needed to provide more reliable evidence of the effectiveness and safety of the therapy.

Quantum signal processing (QSP) is a powerful quantum algorithm to exactly implement matrix polynomials on quantum computers. Asymptotic analysis of quantum algorithms based on QSP has shown that asymptotically optimal results can in principle be obtained for a range of tasks, such as Hamiltonian simulation and the quantum linear system problem. A further benefit of QSP is that it uses a minimal number of ancilla qubits, which facilitates its implementation on near-to-intermediate term quantum architectures. However, there is so far no classically stable algorithm allowing computation of the phase factors that are needed to build QSP circuits. Existing methods require the use of variable precision arithmetic and can only be applied to polynomials of a relatively low degree. We present here an optimization-based method that can accurately compute the phase factors using standard double precision arithmetic operations. We demonstrate the performance of this approach with applications to Hamiltonian simulation, eigenvalue filtering, and quantum linear system problems. Our numerical results show that the optimization algorithm can find phase factors to accurately approximate polynomials of a degree larger than 10000 with errors below 10-12.
