Venetoclax monotherapy is an effective option for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Venetoclax has also been used in non-myeloablative conditioning allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for high-risk AML with a tolerable toxicity profile. However, the efficacy and safety of a venetoclax-containing myeloablative conditioning (MAC) allo-HSCT regimen for high-risk AML have not been evaluated. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of a MAC regimen containing venetoclax for high-risk AML. From 25 February 2021 to 4 September 2022, a total of 31 patients with high-risk AML who underwent allo-HSCT and a MAC regimen with venetoclax were analyzed. At the time of transplantation, 21 patients were in first complete remission (CR1), 4 were in a second complete remission (CR2), and 6 in non-remission (NR). Twenty-four patients (77.4%) were minimal residual disease (MRD)-positive before transplant. The FLT3-ITD gene mutation was present in 51.6% of patients. NUP98 rearrangement, MLL rearrangement or MLL-PTD and DEK::CAN fusion genes were found in 5 (16.1%), 7(22.6%) and 2 (6.5%) patients, respectively. Twenty-nine (93.6%) patients underwent haploidentical allo-HSCT. The median follow-up time was 278 days (range: 52–632 days). The 100-day cumulative incidence of grade 3 to 4 acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) was 16.1% (95%CI, 7.2–36.0%). The 180-day cumulative incidence of moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) was 7.1% (95%CI, 1.9–26.9%). Cumulative incidence of 100-day cytomegalovirus (CMV) viraemia and 100-day Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) viraemia was 61.6% (95%CI, 46.5–81.4%) and 3.2% (95%CI, 0.4–22.2%), respectively. The 600-day overall survival (OS) and leukemia-free survival (LFS) were 80.9% (95%CI, 63.5–93.6%) and 81.3% (95%CI, 64.2–93.7%), respectively. The 600-day relapse incidence (RI) and non-relapse mortality (NRM) was 6.9% (95%CI, 1.8–26.3%) and 11.7% (95%CI, 3.9–35.0%). The imbalance between the supply and demand of pediatric medical resources and health management services in our country has been a long-standing issue, primary healthcare institutions are particularly prominent in this context. How to achieve integration and optimization of pediatric medical resources at the grassroots medical and health institutions is an urgent problem that needs to be addressed. This article primarily summarizes and analyzes the concept and framework of integrated health management services for children, including children's health assessment, early intervention, long-term follow-up, and case studies and practical experiences. Through a review of domestic and international literature, it concludes feasible models of integrated health services for children. This review suggests that integrated health management services have broad potential and promising applications, providing personalized and efficient health management and intervention for children.

Abstract Acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI) is common in mechanically ventilated (MV) patients, but the potential association between ventilatory pressure parameters and AGI grade and their impact on mortality remains unclear. This study aimed to explore the association between ventilatory pressure parameters and AGI grade, and their interaction on all-cause mortality in MV patients. This study was a secondary analysis of a multicenter, prospective, observational study that enrolled adult patients with an expected duration of mechanical ventilation ≥ 48 h from 14 general intensive care units in Zhejiang Province between March and August 2014. The AGI grade was assessed daily on the basis of gastrointestinal symptoms, intra-abdominal pressures, and feeding intolerance in the first week of admission to the ICU. This study included 331 patients (69.2% men; mean age, 64.6 ± 18.9 years). Multivariate regression analysis showed that plateau pressure (Pplat) (OR 1.044, 95% CI 1.009–1.081, P = 0.013), serum creatinine (OR 1.003, 95% CI 1.001–1.006, P = 0.042) and APACHE II score (OR 1.035, 95% CI 1.021–1.072, P = 0.045) were independently associated with global AGI grade III/IV within 7 days of ICU admission. Objective At present, a relatively systematic, mature and rapid excavation construction method for the connection passage construction in hard rock stratum has not been formed yet. Due to the small cross-section and limited operating space in the connection passage, construction with the conventional construction method is less efficient with significant construction risks. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the technology of controlled blasting in the connection passage of metro shield section in hard rock stratum. Method Taking the connection passage in a shield section of Fuzhou Metro Line 4 as a case study, the controlled blasting technology suitable for this project is proposed. According to the engineering characteristics of the project, the calculating parameters required by the maximum single blast charge for a single-section are set up. In addition, based on the distance between the designed connection passage and the objects to be protected, three levels of maximum single-section charges are calculated, and the schemes for blasting hole design, charge structure design and charge blockage are proposed. Six ground settlement measuring points are selected on the ground above the connection passage, and the settlement curves of the six points during construction are obtained to analyze the influence of blasting on ground settlement. Result & Conclusion The measures of reserving protection layers, treating rock masses as rock walls, shallow hole differential blasting, and digital micro-difference initiation being taken in the process of construction, effectively reduce the explosion impact and blasting vibration, achieving the preset goal of safe blasting and rapid excavation.

【Objective】 Drainage modulus is an important parameter for designing drainage systems in farmland. Taking Suibin county in Sanjiang Plain as an example, this paper analyzes its runoff and drainage modulus. 【Method】 The study site was an area prone to waterlogging. We first calculated the runoff (RO) using historical data on precipitation, pumping stations and land usage, and then estimated it using the runoff generation method (RGM) and the SCS-CN method (RSCS). The drainage modulus associated with each runoff was calculated using both empirical formulae (QE) and the average draining method (QA). The runoff and drainage modulus calculated by different methods were tested against measured data in the field. 【Result】 In the same year and under the same rainfall return period, the measured runoff increased with rainfall duration, while under the same rainfall duration and the same rainfall return period, it decreased with passage of years. The runoff and drainage modulus calculated from different methods differed from the experimentally measured data. For heavy rainfalls, the runoff estimated from different methods was ranked in the order of RGM>RSCS>RO, while for other rainfalls, it was ranked in the order of RSCSQE, whereas for rainfalls lasting 3 days, QA

Fengyun meteorological satellites have undergone a series of significant developments over the past 50 years. Two generations, four types, and 21 Fengyun satellites have been developed and launched, with 9 currently operational in orbit. The data obtained from Fengyun satellites is employed in a multitude of applications, including weather forecasting, meteorological disaster prevention and reduction, climate change, global environmental monitoring, and space weather. These data products and services are made available to the global community, resulting in tangible social and economic benefits. In 2023, two Fengyun meteorological satellites were successfully launched. This report presents an overview of the two recently launched Fengyun satellites and currently in orbit Fengyun satellites, including an evaluation of their remote sensing instruments since 2022. Additionally, it addresses the subject of Fengyun satellite data archiving, data services, application services, international cooperation, and supporting activities. Furthermore, the development prospects have been outlined.

In order to investigate the regulatory effect of B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) on cell apoptosis and water retention in postmortem Qinchuan beef, the longissimus dorsi muscle of Qinchuan cattle was injected with either 200 μmol/L glycochenodeoxycholic acid (GCDA) or 10 μmol/L 2-ethyl-3-methylpentanamide (ABT-737) solution and aged at 4 ℃ postmortem. After 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 120 h, the changes in Bcl-2 and Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) contents, the concentrations of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial calcium ion, voltage-dependent anion channel protein 1 (VDAC1) expression, calpain content, the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway and water retention were determined. The results showed that at 6 h after slaughter, the Bcl-2 content of the GCDA-treated group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01), the calcium ion concentration in the endoplasmic reticulum was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and cooking loss was significantly lower in both treatment groups than the control group (P < 0.05). At 12 and 24 h post-slaughter, the Bcl-2 content of the ABT-737-treated group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). At 12 and 120 h post-slaughter, the endoplasmic reticulum calcium ion, mitochondrial calcium ion and calpain levels in the ABT-737-treated group were significantly greater than those in the control group (P < 0.01). During 0–120 h post-slaughter, the total expression of VDAC1 in both treatment groups was lower than that in the control group. In summary, during the postmortem aging of Qinchuan beef, under the regulation of Bcl-2, calcium overload occurs through VDAC1-facilitated calcium transport, resulting in the activation of calpain, and the overloading of Ca2+ in mitochondria promotes the activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3, thus inducing cell apoptosis. The higher the degrees of cell apoptosis and caspase activation, the higher the degree of degradation of myofibrillar proteins, and the poorer the water-holding capacity of the meat.
