159. Research on application of network slice technology in mine communication network

Abstract

Aiming at problems of low resource sharing efficiency, difficult maintenance and upgrade, and inflexible and inefficient vertical service deployment and configuration caused by multi-source heterogeneous structure of mine communication network, network slice(NS) technology was applied to mine communication network. Mine communication network architecture based on NS was constructed. Deployment of NS in mine communication network is divided into service instance layer, network slice instance(NSI) layer and resource layer, which respectively correspond to application layer, transmission layer and perception layer in mine communication network. The service instance layer is responsible for underground service creation and life cycle maintenance. By abstracting device into independent NS, the NSI layer generates customizable, logically independent and service isolated NSI for customized use by service subscribers with different requirements. The resource layer is responsible for providing computing, storage, forwarding, wireless access and other functions to the NSI layer. By dynamically modifying key performance indicators parameters of each network in NS template, management of NSI life cycle is realized, which meets service requirements of customization and flexible use of NS. Through dynamic configuration and management of NSI isolation attributes and global operation of NSI isolation requirements, NS isolation is realized to achieve purpose of non-interference among services carried by NS. NS was divided according to latency sensitive, bandwidth sensitive and connection quantity sensitive underground services, and NS working state under typical underground services was given, which could meet flexible configuration requirements of mine communication network for differentiated vertical services.

168. Seeking False Hard Negatives for Graph Contrastive Learning

Abstract

Graph Contrastive Learning (GCL) has achieved great success in self-supervised representation learning throughout positive and negative pairs based on graph neural networks (GNNs), where one critical issue lies in how to handle the false hard negatives that share the large similarity to the same referenced class as the anchor, which is critical to message passing of GNNs to exploit the graph structure. However, the existing arts either mistakenly identify or miss the false hard negatives, hence resulting into poor node representation. Building on this, there are several crucial bottlenecks – Where do false hard negatives exist upon the anchor? How to well seek false hard negatives? Whether are more false hard negatives better? To answer these questions, in this paper, we propose a novel Locally Weighted Graph Contrastive Learning method, named LocWGCL, while revealing that false hard negatives are primarily distributed in the first-order and second-order neighborhoods of the anchor. Benefiting from the tightness between the first-order nodes and the anchor, representation similarity is calculated to select false hard negatives. For the second-order case, false hard negatives are identified, such that they share the similar passed message with the anchor over the common first-order nodes, along with the large similarity. Upon the seeking process, we devise a weighted strategy to false hard negatives for better node representation. Empirical studies verify the advantages of LocWGCL over the state-of-the-arts on six benchmarks.

Janus particles with different compositions and properties segmented to different regions on the surface of one objector provide more opportunities for interfacial engineering. As a novel interfacial active material, Janus particles integrate the amphiphilic properties of molecular surfactants and the Pickering effect of homogeneous particles. In this research, the outstanding properties of Janus particles on various interfaces are examined from both theoretical and practical perspectives, and the advantages of Janus particles over molecular surfactants and homogeneous particle surfactants are analyzed. 189. Prewavelet Solution to Poisson Equations

Abstract

Finite element method is one of powerful numerical methods to solve PDE. Usually, if a finite element solution to a Poisson equation based on a triangulation of the underlying domain is not accurate enough, one will discard the solution and then refine the triangulation uniformly and compute a new finite element solution over the refined triangulation. It is wasteful to discard the original finite element solution. We propose a prewavelet method to save the original solution by adding a prewavelet subsolution to obtain the refined level finite element solution. To increase the accuracy of numerical solution to Poisson equations, we can keep adding prewavelet subsolutions. Our prewavelets are orthogonal in the $H^1$ norm and they are compactly supported except for one globally supported basis function in a rectangular domain. We have implemented these prewavelet basis functions in MATLAB and used them for numerical solution of Poisson equation with Dirichlet boundary conditions. Numerical simulation demonstrates that our prewavelet solution is much more efficient than the standard finite element method.

Abstract

Pleural tuberculosis (TB), together with lymphatic TB, constitutes more than half of all extrapulmonary cases. Pleural effusions (PEs) in TB are representative of lymphocytic PEs which are dominated by T cells. However, the mechanism underlying T lymphocytes homing and accumulation in PEs is still incompletely understood. Here we performed a comparative analysis of cytokine abundance in PEs from TB patients and non-TB patients by protein array analysis and observed that MCP-2/CCL8 is highly expressed in the TB-PEs as compared to peripheral blood. Meanwhile, we observed that CCR5, the primary receptor used by MCP-2/CCL8, is mostly expressed on pleural CD4(+) T lymphocytes. Furthermore, we found that infection with either Mycobacterium bovis Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) or Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv induced production of MCP-2/CCL8 at both transcriptional and protein level in Raw264.7 and THP-1 macrophage cells, mouse peritoneal macrophages as well as human PBMC monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMs). The induction of MCP-2/CCL8 by mycobacteria is dependent on the activation of TLR2/PI3K/Akt and p38 signaling pathway. We conclude that accumulation of MCP-2/CCL8 in TB-PEs may function as a biomarker for TB diagnosis.
