The systematic theoretic study on quantitative evaluation of mine closure is still blank, although some experts and scholars have taken unceasing efforts to the research of assessing theories and methods, and achieved some successes. Effect assessing index for closed mine reclamation are direct reflection of implementation of mine closure planning and relevant circumstances, being used to describe feature values of overall quantity and quality of the planning contents. The principles to establish the index system are made. The classification and contents of the index system are discussed. According to the values range of various index, and contrasting to background value related to quality index, the result grades of elements assessing can be divided. The whole result grade of assessing can be taken. A series of blend films with different ratio of poly(4-vinylpyridine) (PVP) to lignin were subjected to dynamic DSC and TGA measurement under nitrogen atmosphere at various heating rates. DSC curves showed that the glass transition temperatures of these blends decreased with the increase of lignin content. TGA studies indicated that the lignin content produced obvious effect on the thermal stability of these blends. The kinetic model function of the thermal decomposition of these blends obeyed the Avrami-Erofeev model equation, g(α) = [-ln(1-α)]1/m. Hookworm infection as well as other intestinal nematodiases are endemic to Sichuan Province in China. In order to research the prevalence and intensity of these infections we visited two villages in Hejiang County (southern Sichuan Province) and Santai County (northwestern Sichuan Province) between July and October of 1997. Fecal examinations were performed on adult villagers over the age of 15 years (currently children under this age are dewormed annually with anthelmintic drugs). Among 310 residents of Lugao Village (Hejiang County), 87, 63 and 60% were infected with hookworm, Ascaris or Trichuris, respectively. The prevalence of hookworm determined to rise linearly with age (r=0.97). High intensity infections with hookworm still occur in this region as 22% of the residents have over 3000 eggs per gram (PEG) of feces as determined by quantitative egg counts. The majority of these individuals harbored mixed infection with Necator americanus and Ancylostoma duodenale, although the former predominated when adult hookworms were collected from 30 village residents treated with pyrantel pamoate. In contrast, among the 334 Xinjian villagers examined (Santai County) the majority harbored predominantly light hookworm infections—66.1% of the residents has less than 400 EPG by quantitative fecal examination and only 3.7% exhibited greater than 3000 EPG. Again, N. americanus was the predominant hookworm seen after worm expulsion. We have round that despite economic development which is occurring in some parts of China, significant hookworm infections and clinical hookworm anemia still exist in areas of Sichuan Province. In Hejiang County we found that the intensity of hookworm infection has actually risen within the last 10 years. Hookworm is a medical problem among the elderly in Sichuan.

Electric loading system is an important part of flight simulator. A control scheme based on proportional integral differential neural network (PIDNN) is proposed against the highly nonlinear and vulnerable of flight simulator electric loading system, and simulated by Matlab. Firstly analyze and study the model of the electric loading system, and theoretically analyze its disturbance from outside environment, and consequently ratiocinate the system formula. Then take use of superior adaptive function of PIDNN controller to control the model. The simulation experiment result shows that the PIDNN has nice properties of static and dynamic and robustness, so it can meet the need of real-time control, and is good preference for the electric loading system.

The technologies of Wireless local networks and cellular network are very popular and more and more service under the integrated heterogeneous environment. Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) is considered as an ideal to support the communication between them by enabling a mobile client to freely switch the IP address in different networks. In this paper, we propose an extended analytical model for SCTP which consider the congestion window and scaleable of congestion control mechanism. A great advantage of our model is that estabishing a relationship between the throughput and congestion control mechanism. Furthermore, the analytical model provides a useful tool to improve congestion control mechanism of SCTP.

Product lifecycle management (PLM) is recognized as one of the leading technologies to facilitate companies overcome ever-increasing challenges. The concept and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management have drawn much attention in both industry and academia. This technology offers companies a novel way to rapidly plan the research, manufacture, sale of the production. So the enterprise can deliver up new products and services much faster and cheaper in an integrated way. This paper introduces the conception of PLM into the project of the RADAR management system and provides the solution according to the demand of Radar Corporation. In this PLM system, we can manage every process of the life circle that includes making, running, repairing, maintenance, destroying by designing serial code, it also establish a stable foundation for CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) integrate of corporation in the future.

Trust Negotiation (TN) is an approach to establishing trust relationship between strangers by disclosing iteratively credentials and access control policies. In open and distributed environment, while TN brings convenience in resource sharing, it still has some shortcomings, such as easy to fail in negotiation, difficult to track users' deed and so on. In ATN, access control policy plays a key role in protecting resources from unauthorized access. In practice, a policy may contain sensitive information, and its disclosure may cause damages. In order to protect the sensitive policy or its content, the policy is usually designed complex. Even worse, the policy may be self contradictory, which would lead the negotiation to fail. To solve such a problem, a new approach for checking policy consistency is proposed in the paper. In the approach, we analyze why the policy inconsistency happens and specify how to avoid it by simplifying a compound policy. Meanwhile, the approach is proved useful to hide policy by presenting some useful theorems to generate minimal policy set and credential set.
