Two new compounds (R)-6-((8S)-hydroxypropyl)-2-methyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyran-4-one (1) and (R)-6-((8R)-hydroxypropyl)-2-methyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyran-4-one (2), together with four known compounds were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Cladosporium halotolerans FS702. The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis including 1D/2D NMR, IR, UV, HRESIMS, ECD calculations as well as the modified Mosher's method. Cytotoxic assay results showed that compound 2 had significant cytotoxic activity against SF-268, MCF-7, HepG-2, and A549 cells lines with IC50 values of 0.16, 0.47, 0.33 and 0.23 µM, respectively. Traffic prediction has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. However, it is challenging due to the dynamic and heterogeneous spatial–temporal correlations. Most of the existing methods adopt the attention mechanism to capture the dynamic spatial features, but it is difficult for the attention mechanism to learn the real-time change of spatial dependencies, which restrict accurate spatial dependencies learning. Furthermore, most methods are out at elbows when solving heterogeneous spatial–temporal data. To overcome these problems, we propose a novel traffic prediction model called Dynamic spatial–temporal Heterogeneous Graph Convolution Network. Different from the existing methods, we have designed a dynamic localized graph and a corresponding adaptive localized graph convolution network, which are capable of simultaneously capturing dynamic and heterogeneous spatial correlations. We propose a gated adaptive temporal convolution network to capture the temporal heterogeneity of traffic data and enjoy global receptive fields. Finally, a global correlations fusion network is provided to incorporate the global spatial–temporal correlations. The effect of the combination of 10-Hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) and crizotinib (CRI) on EGFR- and KRAS-mutant lung cancer cells was investigated and the conjugates of the two drugs were synthesised. HCPT combined with CRI synergistically inhibited the cell growth and proliferation of H1975, HCC827, and H460 without aggravating adverse effect on the normal cells. The combination synergistically enhanced the cell apoptosis rate through releasing Cyto-C by activation of Bcl-2 family-mediated mitochondrial signalling, which was associate with inactivating of EGFR related downstream signalling pathways including AKT, ERK, JNK, and p38 MAPK. Based on this synergy, the conjugates of HCPT and CRI (compounds CH-1 and CH-2) with different chemical bonds were synthesised. Compound CH-1 exhibited stronger cytotoxicity than HCPT and CRI alone or in combination. To explore the suitable external carbon sources for Micro-pressure swirl Reactor (MPR), the experiment was run in parallel through two MPRs, using starch and glucose as carbon sources respectively. Research indicated that under the experimental operating conditions, using starch as the carbon source could more effectively promote the biological denitrification of the MPR system. Due to the structural characteristics of MPR and the slow degradation of starch, the demand for carbon source for denitrification was ensured during the operation cycle, so that the system obtained a better denitrification effect. The test results provided reference for the selection of the external carbon source of the MPR process.

First‐principles calculations based on density functional theory (DFT) are used to investigate the phase transition characteristics, electronic structures, and optical properties of pure and Co‐doped VO2 (M1 and R phase). Studies show that the metal‐to‐insulator phase transition temperature of VO2 is significantly reduced after Co doping, which is correlated to the decrease of bandgap value. Besides, the decrease of the energy required for electron transition of M1‐phase Co‐doped VO2 corresponds to the imaginary part of the dielectric peak moving to the low‐energy region. For both the M1‐ and R‐phase VO2, the visible light transmissivity of the Co‐doped VO2 is increased than that of pure VO2, which is beneficial to the application of VO2 film as visible windows. In addition, the absorptivity and reflectivity of Co‐doped R‐phase VO2 in the infrared light range are larger than those of M1‐phase VO2, indicating that the Co‐doped VO2 can block more infrared light at higher temperature to fulfill the purpose of lowering temperature. Spatial–temporal graph neural network has drawn more and more attention in recent years and is widely used to various real-world applications. However, learning the spatial–temporal graph neural network structure presents unique challenges including: (i) the dynamic spatial correlation; (ii) the dynamic temporal correlation. Even the existing methods take into account the spatial correlation, they still learn the static road network structure information, which cannot reflect the dynamic of road relations. Some of the works has focused on modeling the long-term time series, but the improvements have been limited tightly. To overcome these challenges, we proposed a novel approach called Multi-View Spatial–Temporal Graph Neural Network. Differ from the existing research, we designed a multi-view temporal transformer module to extract dynamic temporal correlation and enhance the expression of medium and long-term temporal features. We propose a multi-view spatial structure and a corresponding multi-view graph convolutional module, which are capable of simultaneously combining the features of static road network structure and dynamic changes. Phototherapy, including photothermal and photodynamic therapy, has gained extensive attention in the tumor treatment field recently, while synergistic therapy can significantly improve curative effects. However, a complicated photo-responsive nanosystem, different excitation wavelengths, and low tissue depth hindered its actual application. Herein, single near-infrared responsive PEGylated defective MoO2 nanocrystals were fabricated by a green hydrothermal method. The photothermal and photodynamic performances of the samples were presented in detail under a safe power of 1064 nm (NIR-II, 1.0 W cm−2). Interestingly, the photodynamic properties were prompted by the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) photothermal effect obviously, and the collaborative enhancement mechanism was explored in depth. Subsequently, the in vitro cytotoxicity was evaluated on the 4T1 cancer cells under NIR-II irradiation.
