Abstract

We reported a green and simple Cu-catalyzed method for the efficient synthesis of 2-chloro-7-cyclopentyl-N,N-dimethyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carboxamide as the key intermediate in the synthetic approaches to pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives from 5-bromo-2,4-dichloropyrimidine through two routes in four steps and five steps, respectively. This method provided green and economical approaches toward numerous pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives.

Abstract

Given a maneuvering control strategy for air-breathing hypersonic vehicle, which adopt the compound integrated flight/propulsion guidance and control method, further excavation the capability of scramjet to run stable and low fuel consumption, on this basis, implement accelerate snake maneuver, improve the survival probability of weapons, guarantee the practical application ability of the project. Take one certain type of air-breathing hypersonic vehicle as an example, on the basis of an accurate simulation model, several groups of simulation analysis are carried out, the simulation results show that the method is effective and reliable.

Abstract

Main observation and conclusion: Methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) has become a major threat on public health because of the increase of clinically isolated strains that exhibit resistance to many antibiotics. Therefore, development of new antibiotics for the treatment of MRSA infection is a sustained challenge. We have previously identified a ring‐opened bengamide analogue L472‐2 that displays moderate activity against the growth of S. aureus. In our previous work, we started from L472‐2 and identified a class of analogues containing alkynyl groups which have the potential to activate SaClpP activity but moderate antibacterial activity. Herein, we focused on the antibacterial activity of L472‐2, and a novel series of ring‐opened bengamide analogues were synthesized and their activities were evaluated against MRSA. By conducting a compact analysis of the structure‐activity relationships (SAR) of these analogues, we found that an adamantane ethanol ester bengamide 2j showed excellent antibacterial activity towards six S. aureus strains, including MRSA, while it does not activate ClpP. Therefore, these bengamide analogues represent a new class of candidates that suppress MRSA viability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

Intumescent flame retardant (IFR) has received the considerable attention ascribed to the inherent advantages including non‐halogen, low toxicity, low smoke release and environmentally friendly. In this work, a novel charring agent poly (piperazine phenylaminophosphamide) named as PPTA was successfully synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Then, a series of flame‐retardant EP samples were prepared by blending with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and PPTA. Combustion tests include oxygen Index (LOI), vertical Burning Test (UL‐94) and cone calorimeter testing，these test results showed that PPTA greatly enhances the flame retardancy of EP/APP. According to detailed results, EP containing 10 wt% APP had a LOI value of 30.2%，but had no enhancement on UL‐94 rating. However, after both 7.5 wt% APP and 2.5 wt% PPTA were added, EP‐7 passed UL‐94 V‐0 rating with a LOI value of 33.0%. Moreover, the peak heat release rate (PHRR) and peak of smoke product rate (PSPR) of EP‐7 were greatly decreased. Meanwhile, the flame‐retardant mechanism of EP‐7 was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis/infrared spectrometry (TG‐IR) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Abstract

Fracture-cave reservoirs in carbonate rocks are characterized by a large difference in fracture and cavity size, and a sharp variation in lithology and velocity, thereby resulting in complex diffraction responses. Some small-scale fractures and caves cause weak diffraction energy and would be obscured by the continuous reflection layer in the imaging section, thereby making them difficult to identify. This paper develops a diffraction wave imaging method in the dip domain, which can improve the resolution of small-scale diffractors in the imaging section. Common imaging gathers (CIGs) in the dip domain are extracted by Gaussian beam migration. In accordance with the geometric differences of the diffraction being quasilinear and the reflection being quasiparabolic in the dip-domain CIGs, we use slope analysis technique to filter waves and use Hanning window function to improve the diffraction wave separation level. The diffraction dip-domain CIGs are stacked horizontally to obtain diffraction imaging results. Wavefield separation analysis and numerical modeling results show that the slope analysis method, together with Hanning window filtering, can better suppress noise to obtain the diffraction dip-domain CIGs, thereby improving the clarity of the diffractors in the diffraction imaging section.
