Producción Científica, In the field of tissue engineering, the properties of the scaffolds are of crucial importance for the success of the application. Hybrid materials combine properties of the different components that constitute them. In this study hybrid gels of elastin-like recombinamer (ELR) and fibrin were prepared with a range on polymer concentrations and ELR-to-fibrin ratios. The correlation between SEM micrographs, porosity, swelling ratio and rheological properties was discussed and a poroelastic mechanism was suggested to explain the mechanical behavior of the hybrid gels. Applicability as scaffold material for cardiovascular tissue engineering was shown by the realization of cell-laden matrixes which supported the synthesis of collagens as revealed by immunohistochemical analysis. As a proof of concept, a tissue-engineered heart valve was fabricated by injection moulding and cultivated in a bioreactor for 3 weeks under dynamic conditions. Останнім часом підвищену увагу дослідників в області матеріалознавства привертають плівки халькогенідних сполук групи А2В6, таких як ZnTe, CdSe, ZnS та ін., а також напівмагнітних твердих розчинів на їх основі - Zn1-xMnxTe Cd1-xMnxSe та Zn1-xMnxS. Ці матеріали знаходять широке використання у мікро- та оптоелектроніці, геліоенергетиці та спінтроніці. Останнім часом вони також застосовуються як матеріал ефективних детекторів жорсткого випромінювання та віконні шари плівкових сонячних елементів. Необхідно зазначити суттевий вплив фазового та структурного стану плівок даних сполук на їх оптичні та електрофізичні властивості.

Однією з основних характеристик віконних шарів плівкових сонячних перетворювачів є їх оптична прозорість у широкому інтервалі довжин хвиль. Найбільш потенційно привабливими матеріалами для такого застосування є широкозонні напівпровідники групи A2B6 та тверді розчини на їх основі, в тому числі – Zn1-xMnxTe. Цей матеріал має p-тип провідності, що дозволяє використовувати поглинаючі шари n-типу, велику ширину забороненої зони (ЗЗ). Керована зміна концентрації марганцю дозволяє змінювати період гратки розчину, що дозволяє отримувати гетеропереходи для створення приладів мікроелектроніки та геліоенергетики з границею розділу близькою до ідеальної. У даній роботі досліджено залежність оптичних властивостей плівок твердих розчинів Zn1-xMnxTe від часу їх осадження та температури підкладки.

Останнім часом значно зріс інтерес вчених в області матеріалознавства до отримання і дослідження нових плівкових матеріалів для оптоелектроніки, геліоенергетики та спінтроніки. До таких матеріалів відносять халькогенідні сполуки групи А2В6, а також напівмагнітні тверді розчини на їх основі, одним з яких є Zn[1-x]Mn[x]Te. Особливості даного матеріалу дозволяють використовувати його як віконні шари сонячних елементах. Проте оптичні властивості цієї сполуки вивчені недостатньо.

Останнім часом увагу багатьох дослідників в області матеріалознавства привертають плівки халькогенідних сполук групи А2В6, таких як ZnTe, CdSe, ZnS та ін., а також напівмагнітних твердих розчинів на їх основі - Zn1-xMnxTe, Cd1-xMnxSe та Zn1-xMnxS. Ці шари знаходять широке використання у мікро- та оптоелектроніці, геліоенергетиці та спінтроніці. Завдяки своїм унікальним фотолюмінесцентним особливостям ці матеріали дозволяють створювати ефективні світлодіоди, вони можуть також використовуватися як матеріали детекторів та віконні шари плівкових сонячних елементів. При цьому при отриманні плівкових зразків існує суттєва залежність їх оптичних та електрофізичних властивостей від структурного та елементного стану.

Some optical properties of Zn1-xMnxTe films, obtained by close-spaced vacuum sublimation technique at different conditions are investigated. Measuring of optical characteristics layers was carried out by spectrophotometric analysis. This research allowed to obtained spectral distributions of transmittance, reflectance and absorption coefficients of films and to expect band-gap energy of material.

Today the main goals for photovoltaic industry are improvement of solar cell parameters and decreasing its cost. Author describes an experiment in manufacturing conditions that proves satisfactory results and achieves the both mentioned goals of photovoltaic industry.

The paper deals with the investigations of structural properties of Zn1-xMnxTe lms, which were fabricated under various deposition conditions using the thermal evaporation method in a closed volume. В роботі представлені дані по розрахунку складових швидкості руху точок на робочих поверхнях кінцевих фрез при їх магнітно-абразивній обробці за схемою «кільцева ванна». Для гвинтової канавки найбільше підходить обробка в режимі натікання при куті нахилу фрези відносно осі «кільцевої ванни» рівному p=30-60°. Задня поверхня бокової кромки піддається ефективному полірування при русі фрези в обох напрямках під час обробки, незалежно від кута установки фрези в оправці. Задня поверхня торцевої кромки ефективно оброблюється лише в режимі натікання при куті p>10°. The following paper shows the results of mathematical calculations of speed components of points on the tool surfaces of endmills, during their magneto-abrasive machining in the ring-type working area. The rotation speed of an endmill around the axis of ring bath influences the intensity of the preparation dramatically. At the same time axial rotation of a tool serves for the immixture of the polishing powder in the contact zone. The most suitable preparation conditions for the chip flute are reached during the magneto-abrasive machining in the drilling direction with the tilt angle from about p=30-60°. Clearance surface of periphery cutting edges of the endmill is being efficiently polished during its machining in both directions and independent from the degree of a tilt angle. Clearance surface of the end cutting edge can be effectively polished only during the tool movement in the drilling direction, tilt angle should be chosen as p>10°. В работе представлены данные по расчету составляющих скорости движения точек на рабочих поверхностях концевых фрез при их магнитно-абразивной обработке по схеме «кольцевая ванна». Для винтовой канавки наиболее подходящей является обработка в режиме натекания при угле наклона фрезы относительно оси «кольцевой ванны» равному p=30-60°. Задняя поверхность боковой кромки поддается эффективному полированию при движении фрезы в обоих направлениях во время обработки, независимо от угла установки фрезы в оправке. Задняя поверхность торцевой кромки эффективно обрабатывается только в режиме натекания при угле p>10°.

Manganese-doped A2(1-x)MnxB6 diluted magnetic semiconductors have recently attracted a great attention as a new class of semiconductors, because they exhibit an interesting combination of magnetic and semiconductor properties. Zn1-xMnxTe films were deposited by the closed space vacuum sublimation method on the glass substrates. Particle induced X-ray emission method was applied for determination of the film chemical composition. Structural investigations of the films were performed using X-ray diffractometer with CuKα radiation. The obtained results enabled to determine the effect of the growth conditions on the main structural parameters (lattice parameters, SDS, microdeformation levels) and chemical compositions of the films.

The substructural characteristics of Zn1-xMnxTe films deposited by closed space vacuum sublimation method under various condensation conditions are investigated. Sizes of the coherent scattering domain size, microdeformation degree, staking fault defects’ concentration in the condensates, the averaged dislocation density at the subgrain boundaries and in their bulk as well as the total dislocation concentration are determined by the physical broadening of the X-ray lines using the Cauchy and gauss approximations and the threefold function convolution method. The calculations are compared with data for undoped ZnTe. It is found out that the Mn-doping causes some degradation of structural characteristics of the condensates compared with undoped layers. Constant increase of human population result in more and more people living in emergency dangerous regions. In order to protect them from possible emergencies we need effective solution for decision taking in case of emergencies, because lack of time for taking decision and possible lack of data. One among possible methods of taking such decisions is shown in this article.

In the presented work the problem of generalized natural environment model of emergency monitoring is presented. The approach, based on using CASE-based technologies is proposed for methodology development in solving this problem. Usage of CASE-based technology and knowledge databases allow for quick and interactive monitoring of current natural environment state and allow to develop adequate model for just-in- time possible emergency modeling.

It is of scientific interest to consider the monastic and monastic vision of church-religious, socio-political, ethno-religious problems of the pre-war era in Ukrainian lands. Interest is dictated by the following factors and reasons. First, monastic centers from the time of Kievan Rus remained one of the most stable in the society and in their mass created a fairly representative network of peculiar indicators of the spiritual state of the Russian (Ukrainian, Byelorussian) community in the regions. Secondly, through these spiritual centers there was a large-scale reproduction in the generations of the whole world-view complex, which included not only church-religious, but also ideological, socio-political orientations, moral and cultural values, ethno-national traditions, etc. Third, it was from monasticism that the higher clergy formed, which then determined the position and course of the church as a whole. Fourth, the monasteries, in the face of socio-political transience and uncertainty, actually became the gatherers, producers and guardians of the spiritual achievements of the Russian community.
