In this study, the magnesium aluminum layered double hydroxide intercalated with sodium dodecyl sulfate (Mg‐Al S‐LDH) was synthesized by using a roasting–restoration method based on the Mg‐Al LDH precursor, and their effectiveness in removing Cu2+ from aqueous solutions was investigated. Detailed microstructural characterization of these adsorption materials involved employing X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms (N2 ad/desorption), and thermogravimetric‐differential thermal gravimetric analysis (TG‐DTG). The experimental results revealed that Mg‐Al S‐LDH displayed a plate‐like layered structure with a larger surface area and enhanced adsorption ability. Specifically, the maximum adsorption capacity, reaching 96.15 mg ⋅ g−1, was achieved at a temperature of 298 K, accompanied by a rapid adsorption rate. The adsorption kinetics adhered to the pseudo‐second‐order model, suggesting that chemisorption controlled the adsorption behavior. Furthermore, the adsorption of Cu2+ followed the Freundlich model, signifying a multi‐site adsorption mechanism onto the surface and layers of Mg‐Al S‐LDH. Thermodynamic investigations indicated that higher temperatures facilitated Cu2+ dissolution and strengthened the affinity with Mg‐Al S‐LDH, with a positive ΔHΘ value suggesting that the Cu2+ adsorption process was endothermic and temperature‐enhancing. Ion selectivity experiments demonstrated that Cd2+ and Pb2+ ions had a significant impact on Cu2+ adsorption, while the effects of Zn2+ and Fe2+ ions were less pronounced. The primary adsorption mechanisms of Cu2+ onto Mg‐Al S‐LDH encompassed precipitation, complexation on the surface and layers, and isomorphous substitution. This study sheds light on the promising potential of Mg‐Al S‐LDH as an effective adsorbent for heavy metal removal and provides valuable insights into its adsorption mechanisms and performance in different environmental conditions. Background: Liver metastasis is one of the most common causes of death in patients with colorectal cancer. Therefore, improving the treatment effect of liver metastatic carcinoma of colorectal cancer is also one of the effective ways to improve the survival time of patients with colorectal cancer. The main treatment method for liver metastasis of colorectal cancer is preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy through intravenous administration. However, no one has reported a conversion therapy approach for the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastases patients through arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with targeted agents and PD-1 monoclonal antibody. This case reports a conversion therapy method of liver metastases of colorectal cancer by hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC), sintilimab injection combined with lenvatinib to achieve radical resection of liver metastatic carcinoma after treatment. Case presentation: The patient was a 69-year-old man who had previously undergone laparoscopic left hemicolectomy for descending colorectal cancer and multiple interventional and surgical treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma. During this treatment, the patient underwent radiological and serological tests, and primary liver cancer was considered at the initial diagnosis stage. Therefore, this liver malignant tumor lesion was treated according to the primary liver cancer treatment protocol before surgical resection. Therefore, the patient received HAIC combined with sintilimab injection and lenvatinib. After three treatment cycles, radiological examination showed no obvious tumor activity, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) decreased to normal, protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist II (PIVKA II) decreased significantly, and the curative effect was evaluated as complete remission. Subsequently, we performed surgical resection of this liver lesion. The pathological response of left lobe tumor was partial remission (PR). Most of the tumors were necrotic and the necrosis rate was greater than 95%. A small amount of live tumor tissue remains (<5%). The pathological classification of this tumor was confirmed as moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemical staining of multiple tumor indicators in the pathology department. No significant adverse drug events were observed in this patient during treatment. Conclusion: Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with sintilimab injection and lenvatinib conversion therapy provides the opportunity for radical surgical resection of colorectal cancer liver metastases. When impaired bones are grafted with bone scaffolds, the behaviors of osteoblast are dependent on the implant materials and surface morphology. To this end, we modulated the surface morphology of scaffolds that promote cell growth. In this study, ice-template and spraying method methods are employed to coat different proportions of PDA and PPy over the PLA/PVA weaving scaffolds, after which HA is Coated over via the electrochemical deposition, forming weaving scaffolds with electrically conductive PDA/PPy/HA coating. The test results indicate that with a PPy/PDA concentration ratio is 30, the PPy particles are more uniformly distributed on the fiber surface. The scaffolds are wrapped in a HA coating layer with a high purity, and calcium and phosphorus elements are evenly dispersed with a Ca/P ratio being 1.69. Owing to the synergistic effect between PDA and PPy coating, the scaffolds demonstrate excellent electrochemical stability and electrochemical activity. The biological activity of the scaffold increased to 274.66% under electrical stimulation. The new thinking proposed by this study extends the worth of applying textile structure to the medical field, the application of which highly increases the prospect of bone tissue engineering. The selective recognition of target ions in water is very important and the development of novel water-soluble chemosensor is still an intriguing challenge. Herein, a novel water-soluble fluorescent sensor based on aspartic acid (Asp) functionalized 1,8-naphthalimide derivative (Asp-NI) has been designed and synthesized. The sensor Asp-NI could dissolve in water and successively detect [Fe.sup.3+] and [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-] in water solution with high selectivity and sensitivity. The detection limits are 4.97 X [10.sup.-7] mol/L for [Fe.sup.3+] and 5.27 X [10.sup.-6] mol/L for [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-]. Other coexistent competitive metal ions ([Hg.sup.2+],[Ag.sup.+],[Ca.sup.2+],[Cu.sup.2+],[Co.sup.2+], [Ni.sup.2+],[Cd.sup.2+],[Pb.sup.2+],[Zn.sup.2+],[Cr.sup.3+], and [Mg.sup.2+]) showed no interference in the [Fe.sup.3+] detection process. The sensor Asp-NI could act as a [Fe.sup.3+] and [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-] controlled 'On-Off-On' fluorescent switch. More interestingly, the [Fe.sup.3+] induced fluorescence quenching process could be totally reversed by the addition of [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-], this 'On-Off-On' switching process could be repeated several times with little fluorescence loss. Notably, the actual usage of sensor Asp-NI was further demonstrated by test kits. Dans le cadre des presents travaux, nous avons concu et synthetise un nouveau capteur de fluorescence hydrosoluble fonde sur un derive de 1,8-naphtalimide fonctionnalise par un groupe acide aspartique (Asp-NI). Le capteur Asp-NI etait soluble dans l'eau et permettait de detecter successivement des ions [Fe.sup.3+] et [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-] en solution dans l'eau avec une selectivite et une sensibilite elevees. La limite de detection des ions [Fe.sup.3+] etait de 4,97 X [10.sup.-7] mol/L et celle des ions [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-],de5,27X[10.sup.-6] mol/L. Nous n'avons observe aucune interference avec d'autres ions metalliques en presence ([Hg.sup.2+],[Ag.sup.+], [Ca.sup.2+],[Cu.sup.2+],[Co.sup.2+],[Ni.sup.2+],[Cd.sup.2+],[Pb.sup.2+],[Zn.sup.2+],[Cr.sup.3+] et [Mg.sup.2+]) dans le processus de detection des ions [Fe.sup.3+]. Le capteur Asp-NI pouvait agir comme interrupteur de fluorescence de type << marche-arret-marche >> commande par les ions [Fe.sup.3+] et [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-]. Fait encore plus interessant, le processus d'extinction de fluorescence induit par les ions [Fe.sup.3+] pouvait etre completement renverse par l'ajout d'ions [H.sub.2][[PO.sub.4].sup.-]; ce processus d'alternance << marche-arret-marche >> pouvait etre repete plusieurs fois sans perte notable de fluorescence.
