Recent incidents of book challenges have reinforced the need for libraries to offer Holocaust education for young readers. This article discusses three categories of books for younger readers. Picture books, for children four to eight years old, are centered around a single character and run about 1,000 words. Books for middle readers, those aged nine to eleven, often run 100 − 150 pages and feature a larger case of characters. Finally, books for young adults deal with more mature themes and address adolescent concerns. Books from each category are profiled. The article provides historical context for each book, examine their contents, and highlights popular reviews of each book All books in this bibliography informs younger readers about the Holocaust, and many show how difficult it was for survivors of the Holocaust to return home again. This timely translation of an interview with Daniel Bensaïd was originally published as "La politique et l'histoire" in the journal Libre Choix in 1998 (no longer in circulation). In the interview Daniel Bensaïd responds to questions and comments posed by Michel Surya on a number of pressing problematics and paradoxes that revolve around his then recently published book Le pari mélancolique, which provokes readers to interrogate the epistemic separations among the social fields of history, politics, and literature. The interview addresses such themes as historicization including the plurality of times and comparisons in history; European identity and nonnational citizenship in the context of neoliberal "economic automatism and ethical consolation," Eurocentrism, and an always already globalizing world; and the melancholic wager and role of aesthetics in revolutionary politics. This essay investigates the status of "reification" in the work of Marcel Broodthaers, particularly in the 1971 "Section Financière" of his Musée d'Art Moderne, Départment des Aigles. It will pose finance and debt as social forms through which Broodthaers both experienced reification concretely and attempted to register its forming pressure upon the artwork's conditions of possibility. The article argues that it was Broodthaers's understanding of reification that allowed him, at a crux in the history of finance represented by the end of the Bretton Woods agreement in 1971, to posit art as a speculative investment at once uncoupled from the concrete limitations of production and ever-more-tightly ensnared by the economic power of debt. The history of reception is suffering from a fundamental misunderstanding. Since the publication of Truth and Method , everyone has had the impression that reception history is just another exegetical technique. However, the heart of Gadamer's argument is not the history of the effects of the text, but the historicity of understanding: a text is seized only within the limits of the historical situation of its interpreter. To demonstrate this point, this paper takes the example of the Markan ending. Surprisingly, a 16th-century Thomistic theologian, Cajetan, and a contemporary commentary are so close that one might think they are defending the same view of the text. Both intend to maintain the canonicity of verses 9–20, but both point out that it may be adventurous to build any doctrine or practice on these verses alone. But the context is different, obviously. The first one tries to justify a conception of faith that does not depend directly on miracles; the second one affirms a hermeneutic centred on the interpreter's response, being wary of its ecclesiological drifts. In Jesus and the Eyewitnesses , Richard Bauckham argues that the popularity of personal names in Gospels-Acts corresponds remarkably well to name popularity among late ancient Palestinian Jews and that this can only be the case if Gospels-Acts characters are in most cases historical as opposed to invented in the process of 'anonymous community transmission'. We re-examine Bauckham's conclusions, asserted with a remarkably high level of confidence but almost entirely without an actual statistical evaluation of his onomastic data, and perform the appropriate statistical analysis on the most recent onomastic dataset. We show that Bauckham's thesis offers no advantage in explaining the observed correspondence between name popularity in Gospels-Acts and in the contemporary Palestinian Jewish population over an alternative model of 'anonymous community transmission'. Literature requires multiplying interest in it through its teaching, which conceives it as an object of knowledge, capable of providing the keys to deepening understanding about the rich and varied, current and future, network of culture-society. Such teaching, in its character related to history or an interdisciplinary perspective and orientation, can and should contribute to that purpose. The possibilities offered by the historical novel and/or strong links with history to work on these relationships are of great importance at all levels of education. This more than any other novel typology, is an exceptional source of historical knowledge, capable of being used for knowledge of the past, the present, and the projection of the human being, at least towards the immediate future. Likewise, it contributes to the formation of a humanistic culture in the students, with the consequent foreshadowing of ethical and aesthetic values, and what is even better, to the creation of ideo-political values when the students come in contact with the historical memory of the people. The Finnish geodesist and self-taught ethnographer Karl Nickul (1900-1980) studied the Indigenous toponymy among the Skolt Sámi in northeastern Finland. This article analyses Nickul's early publications and international correspondence, focusing on the ways Nickul framed Sámi notions of the past as reflected in their toponymy. Nickul argued that the Sámi possessed the 'moral right' to name their own region and advocated for keeping these names in cartographic representations. According to Nickul, studying and documenting Sámi place names was a gateway to the mental imagery of the Sámi. Place names did not merely reflect the area 'as it was', but also reflected ancient events, beliefs, and livelihoods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The present collection examines the ways in which Indigenous peoples--the Sámi, Khanty, Nenets, and Tyva--deal with the past and how their conceptualisations of the past entangle with dominant ideologies in Russia and Finland, human-environment relations, and the colonial experiences they navigated. The researchers summarised here employ the notion of historicity, which is understood in François Hartog's terms as a 'temporal experience'. In this collection, we expand this notion towards a relational nature of 'temporal experiences', where 'their' and 'our' historicities are not necessarily 'the same' or culturally determined, but have been situated in long-term peaceful and conflictual encounters. Through those encounters, the diversity of meanings of the past were shaped and developed within and between local communities and communities of scholars. This collection comprises pieces by scholars from folklore studies, ethnology, cultural studies, and history, who analyse Indigenous historicities through extensive archival and field research. This article discusses Nenets epic songs, focusing on two texts collected at the beginning of the twentieth century in relation to the divergent historicities they represent. The process of gathering and publishing folklore is analysed as folklorisation, whereby the texts have come to represent a negation of the modern, but not giving voice to the singers or their communities. Nenets epic songs have served Finnish nationalism and Russian imperialism in creating hierarchies between Finns and their linguistic relatives and between different Russian ethnic groups, including Russians and the Nenets. The process of traditionalisation is discussed as a local strategy of recreating meaningful narration that relates both to tradition and other contextually relevant discourses. The songs discussed are shown to depict not specific past events, but rather Nenets historical experiences and understandings about their subaltern position and agency within the imperial context. This article examines the historicity of Luke 13:10-17 and 14:1-6, both of which contain healing miracles of Jesus attested only in Luke. The article proceeds by first considering the coherence of these pericopes with material widely accepted as reflecting activity of the historical Jesus. Details within these pericopes are then examined for their potential historical significance. Finally, common objections to historicity are considered. Although the evidence for these singly attested healings is incapable of 'proving' their historicity, it suggests that Luke's source for these healings contains historical information that he handled no more or less responsibly than he handled Mark. General utterances (alfaz al-'umum) are described as words that express more than one singular at the same time in terms of the meaning they contain. Schools have adopted different approaches about the value of showing these singulars that general utterances contain. Accordingly, while al-Hanafi scholars accepted that the indication of general utterances was certain, the majority of scholars claimed that the indication of these general utterances implied suspicion. This difference of opinion about the indicator of general utterances was not limited to the theoretical field and became a source for the provisions in different fields. While al-Shafi'i scholars argue that the indication of general utterances is not certain, they have argued that the general addresses are addressed to the addressees in the period of revelation, and that these addresses do not cover all the people who will come until the Day of Judgment. Today, some academics who defend historicity get involved in the discussion at this point and present these arguments as reference sources of historicity. In the same way, they argue that scholars who claim that the indication of the general utterances is not certain have put forward some views that lead to historicity. This article seeks to discuss the educational field in the Anthropocene, a time when human presence, especially in the last 2 centuries, has been causing catastrophic impacts on the life of the planet. To this end, it problematizes the modern Western tradition of thought, which places the human (a type of human) at the center of the world and does not consider that other beings have historicity and, therefore, as agent beings. It takes the forest as an in-between place that allows the elaboration of other and new subjectivation strategies in this world in ruins. Finally, it explores some possibilities of composition between the educational field, notably governed by a Eurocentric view of the world, and Amerindian thought, as a way of conjecturing another possible world for humans and extra-humans. This article discusses a misuse of the argument from silence to deny historical detail in New Testament study. It starts with a description of the argument from silence and its misuse, followed with an example to show its fallacious nature. Then it outlines two specific case studies of the misuse with respect to studies of 1 Thessalonians: the existence of Jews and a synagogue in Thessalonica, and the supposed non-Pauline interpolation of 1 Thess 2:13–16. How can historical change be thought, in a very concrete way? How do we philosophically arrive at concepts that represent this change and at the same time grant reliability in an idealistic sense? This means that idealities must endure in the course of history and at the same time grant the possibility of historical change. If the problem of historicity is addressed in this way, a theory of history has to mediate between statics and dynamics. It has to grant both the stability and dynamics that are needed to 'transport' thoughts across generations and epochs. As I intend to show, Hans Blumenberg's concept of historicity is based on these assumptions. The article starts from a transcendental account of the lifeworld and links it to Edmund Husserl's Urstiftung in order to illustrate how historicity and historical change can be conceptualized philosophically. Corporeality and historicity in our very experience are focal points of the phenomenological movement as it becomes attentive to human existence. In existential and hermeneutic phenomenology, historicity is understood as experienced meaning: temporality. This actualizes the Aristotelian conception of historical development as the realization of power potentials, where culture and reason are associated with human nature. Of interest is also the post-Hegelian thinking of history as both de-centered and centered existence. In the face of contemporary difficulties (ever since Hegel) in grasping historicity as connected nature and reason, phenomenology points to the bodily intentionality, with which meaning as well as experience are structured on different levels of being in human existence: aesthetic presence, body-in-the-world, speech, praxis, action, and thinking. This paper attempts to coin a term “displayness” to emphasis the internal form of spatiotemporal display. In contemporary Asia, its displayness is argued to be the critical dynamics. Noticeably, this displayness implies a postcolonial perspective to question contemporary Asia’s complicated built heteroglossia. In other words, due to the inescapable marriage between the external cultural politics and the local essence, the Asian built environment showcases not only a binary identification of these two forces but also an emergent new identity in between, which, arguably, is identifiable of being urban Asian. The commercial exhibitions temporarily built along or within major shopping centres are the examples. This paper intends to face and analyse these temporary and seemingly superficial built objects as representations of the registered historicity of contemporary Asia. This paper analyses selected cases of temporary commercial exhibitions in Singapore and Taiwan which reflect the economic-political intervention into the Asian built environment, both as architectural landmarks and from the collective sense of urbanism. As a methodology, the architectural manifestations delivered as a form of understanding are analysed from the assistance of these temporal exhibitions’ ephemeral character, and this form is argued as a display of contemporary Asia’s postcoloniality reflected through its built historicity.

A Hermeneutical Approach to the Holy Quran in the Context of Surah al-Mâûn Abstract Surah al-Mâûn is one of those disputed surahs of the Holy Quran. To begin with, it’s a matter of controversy whether the Surah belongs to the Mecca or Medina periods of Prophecy. Beside those who believe that the Surah, which consists of seven verses, was revealed at Medina in total, while there are also some mufassirs who think that three verses of the Surah were revealed at Mecca, and the remaining at Medina. It’s obvious that the origin of the dispute is the differentiation among various riwayats coming from the Sahabah. Furthermore, various arguments have been made about the meaning of such words as “sahûn” and “mâûn” included in the Surah; and the identity of the people mentioned in the Surah is a severely disputed question. This study prefers trying to understand the dispute by focusing on its historical background than solving it. By that, we analyze and understand the data, from which the dispute arises; thus, try to make it more comprehensible. The reason why we prefer focusing to understand the dispute than solving it is our wish to set forth an example of hermeneutical approach to the Holy Quran. By that example, our objective is to emphasize the significance of the comprehensive approach to the Quranic tafsir in general. As a matter of fact, such an endeavor will show that we need a new point of view not only for the Surah al-Mâûn but for any problems faced in the field of Quranic tafsir. We believe that this point of view is the original point of view of the first generation, whom history made us forgot. Ayrıca sûrede geçen “sâhûn” ve “mâ‘ûn” gibi sözcüklerin anlamı konusunda farklı görüşler olduğu gibi sûrede kendilerinden bahsedilenlerin kimler oldukları konusunda da ciddi görüş ayrılıkları bulunmaktadır. Biz bu çalışmamızda söz konusu ihtilafları çözmeye çalışmak yerine tarihsel arka planına odaklanarak anlamayı deneyeceğiz. Bununla ihtilaflara zemin teşkil eden verileri analiz ederek onları anlaşılır hale getirmeye çalışacağız. Bu çalışmanın sûredeki ihtilafları çözmek yerine onları anlamaya odaklanmasının nedeni, Kur’ân hermenötiğine dair bir örnek ortaya koymaktır. Bu örnekle, genel manada Kur’ân’ın anlaşılması ve tefsirinde anlamacı yaklaşımın önemini vurgulamış olacağız. Nitekim bu deneme sonucunda sadece Mâ’ûn sûresinde değil, genel manada Kur’ân tefsirinde karşılaşılan sorunlar için farklı bir bakış açısına ihtiyaç duyulduğu görülecektir. In this essay, I theorize my 2022 site-specific performance at 604 Iberville Street in New Orleans as a case study in slow and backward queer storytelling performance. In my performance, I embody logics of intimacy to story the 1973 arson attack at the Upstairs Lounge which resulted in the death of 32 queer people, which at the time was the largest single loss of queer life on U.S. soil. George Town in Penang is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Malaysia. This article explores the case study of George Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Penang, Malaysia, focusing on its exemplary qualities. Including George Town in the UNESCO World Historical List 2008 was a notable achievement in historic preservation and urban growth. The primary aim of this essay is to analyse the effective strategies used in the preservation of George Town's cultural, architectural, and historical authenticity while concurrently fostering sustainable growth by two main primary entities: the City Council of Penang Island (MBPP) and George Town World Heritage Incorporated (GTWHI). Implementing these conservation programmes has not only resulted in preserving the city's physical and intangible history but has also revitalised its historic districts, thereby converting them into thriving centres for artistic expression, cultural activities, and tourist attractions. This article thoroughly examines relevant literature, policy papers, and onsite observations to elucidate the significant methods, problems, and results that have characterised George Town's progression as a World Heritage Site. The insights derived from the experience of George Town provide useful lessons for other cultural sites seeking to achieve a peaceful equilibrium between preservation, conservation, and future development. Husserl's conception of theology and God is a lesser noticed aspect in his phenomenological system. This paper is devoted to a return to Husserl's text, reconstructing the implicit threads and essential features of his phenomenological theology. First, I will outline the general features of a phenomenology of religion and theology, arguing that it is not without historicity, which is not in conflict with the essentialism that phenomenology has always pursued. Then, Sec. 2 focuses on the analysis of teleology, considering which is the true teleology leading to God, pointing out that it ultimately resorts to an ethical approach. Sec. 3 and 4 provide an in-depth textual analysis mainly based on the Grenzprobleme der Phänomenologie, concluding that they are all fundamentally ethical-relevant and capable of being in harmony with each other. Last, I will respond to some criticisms of Husserl's conception of God, the most major of which are Mall's and Held's. Of course, I do not mean to suggest that Husserl has perfectly integrated his project of theology and God into the phenomenology program—it is precisely these criticisms that motivate us to reconstruct Husserl's fragmented narrative into a self-consistent system. This study engages with the historical understanding of colonial violence followed by environmental disasters during World War II on Andaman Island. In the mid-twentieth century, the residents of Andaman Island were caught up in a battle between the British and the Japanese empires. These colonisers enslaved the locals, grabbed their land, and pillaged the natural resources. Instead of learning from the indigenous people who had established a community without disrupting the balance of nature, they continued to distract nature and enslavement of the local inhabitants. This research examines a central theme of environmental violence inherent to the colonial project through the shared heterogeneous experience of the Aboriginals. By employing the concept of 'environmental violence', this study critiques the violence sabotaged by British and Japanese colonisers to determine the changes in the lives of the fictional characters in Khan's novel. The findings reveal that Uzma Aslam Khan's The Miraculous True History of Nomi Ali (2019) might be better considered the historical colonial violence and the rights of the Indigenous people on Andaman Island are the critical components of the activist campaign for the return of their culture, history, and lands. It further reveals that colonial violence is responsible for the perpetuation of recent environmental disasters on Andaman Island. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To obliterate history from any narrative model, you must flatten that model so that no temporal change is possible. One way to do this is to remove instances of conflict, another is to render conflict perpetual. The latter is the move made by Game of Thrones, a television drama treated here as an antiutopian text, a model of twenty-first century epic fantasy in its surrender not of morality but of historicity. For philosophical hermeneutics, understanding is a universal phenomenon, which, therefore, is not restricted to procedural rules or any method. However, the former faces a problem when, on the one hand, it pretends to be a non-methodical way of understanding and, on the other hand, at the same time, it defends some "rules" for a proper understanding. That said, this article aims to elucidate this ambiguity and to show some possible consequences. First, we briefly show the argument in defense of the universality of hermeneutics and, therefore, how the natural sciences would be implied by it. Next, we point to some of the normative aspects that seem to compose the understanding phenomenon, as presented to us by Gadamer. Finally, we conclude that a dialogue between philosophical hermeneutics and the natural sciences is necessary not only for interpretative purposes, overcoming possible conflicts and contradictions of this philosophy, but also for contributing to scientific activity in general, making it - perhaps - more conscious and vigilant about its historicity. In this brief interview, the French historian Roger Chartier (Lyon, 1945) covers a series of concepts related to three of the major areas to which he has devoted most of his academic work over the last four decades. The first deals with the figure of the author and in it a conceptual arc is authenticated that goes from new technologies applied to literary production and changes in authorial models to a return to the classics. The second axis focuses on the book as a support for texts and is an attempt to cover the different materialities of said object (physical, electronic or audiobook books). The third axis, in this case a single broad question, reflects the relationships between the historiographical and literary sciences, how they intersect, and ways to approach the historicity of texts. The landscape is shaped over time by those practices that society makes on the space. It is for some authors the first expression of cultural heritage for a community, since it protects components, values ​​and meanings. It is both expression and appropriation of a community and it can be represented through various manifestations, such as the writings for which it serves as inspiration. The letters of couplets are a means for the study of the landscape that allows revealing the historicity that they protect. The aim of this article is to strengthen the sound landscape approach in the study of the spatiality of General Daniel Cerri, in the district of Bahía Blanca, in the southwest of Buenos Aires. The methodology used corresponds to the analysis of discourse and representations. The case presented makes it possible to contribute to the study of the landscape from an approach that prioritizes the sensations and values ​​that it generates for representation by the local actors themselves in the line of qualitative study. Likewise, considering the landscape as the maximum exponent of cultural heritage opens the possibility of discussion so that the landscape is a holistic methodological approach and not just another conceptual category. Although participatory heritage has become a 'buzzword' of cultural policy, it remains a challenging field for related practice. Set at Naxos Island, Greece, the research presented in this article forms part of a bigger project exploring the values and meaning-making processes in rural landscape, currently at risk of neglect and over-tourism. Here, we test the usability of the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) as a tool for allowing citizens to deliberate and devise community desirable actions for the protection and invigoration of rural monuments. As we discuss, apart from enriching our participatory 'toolbox', NGT can offer some insight into bottom-up processes of valuing the past and producing its historicity. Furthermore, our workshop participants initiate a dialogue, wherein they advocate for 'hands-on' solutions, which although fit largely with standard heritage management practice, are rearranged in alternative hierarchies; an atypical organisation of actions that reflects community aspirations to preserve a yet unsettled type of heritage that is currently 'in-the-making'. This supports our main theoretical argument that participatory approaches shall not be treated instrumentally but positioned as part of a wider prefigurative politics project to resist dominant conservative and positivist processes of heritagisation. Various Orhodox scholars and delegates participated in the WCC study process on moral discernment and in the preparation of the Faith and Order document "Facilitating Dialogue to Build Koinonia". Decisive for the moral discernment in Orho-doxy is the understanding of the revelation of God in its historicity, the triptychon liturgy-eucharist-eschatology, spirituality and the hierarchical structures of the Church. Orthodox Ethics faces special challenges related to the encounter of the Eastern Church with modernity in general, the attitude of the Church towards pluralism and democracy, the presence of strongly fundamentalist and anti-Western voices and an aggressive homophobia in various Orthodox contexts. "Facilitating Dialogue to Build Koinonia" is a hermeneutic tool that may help the Orhodox to better understand the contextual factors related to the approaches of other Churches on morality and ethics, without solving the systematic theological issues that led to divisions, it is necessary for the WCC to create tools for a broader reception of the fruits of the study process. In this article, I present a five-part critique of the main aspects of the second edition of Music Matters by David Elliott and Marissa Silverman. This edition further develops their praxial philosophy, comprising topics on the nature and value of music education from a normative perspective, which in turn is developed to suit all musical education contexts. My analysis is organized in five main arguments concerning, first, an absence of historicity; second, the adoption of universalist premises; third, the inconsistency between the concepts of personhood and musical value; fourth, the adoption of a normative philosophy; and fifth, the relation between synthesis and content in the chapters. I argue that the book is constructed from a universalistic perspective and that its premises have epistemological inconsistencies. I offer a critical analysis of this extensive work for the purpose of engaging in a dialogue about themes which are relevant to the further development of philosophical thought in music education. The author analyzes women's artistic practices, framed as manifestations of environmental art of memory of violence and destruction - both political violence directed against people and violence directed against nature. The analyzed artists appear not so much as contemporary incarnations of Benjaminian angel of history, but rather as figures who while turning backwards descent into the depths, and as such not so much look at the debris as they penetrate it. Their practice is seen here as learning from the coexistence with the matter of the past and the past of the matter - the theoretical tool that the author employs is that of the postindustrial heap (hałda). The author shows how, by analyzing the works of such artists as Joanna Rajkowska, Karolina Grzywnowicz, Diana Lelonek, one can think differently about the relationship with the past and even the very idea of historicity today. To oversimplify quite a bit, scholars’ presentation of Hegel’s teleology constitutes a continuum according to how more-or-less secured the progress towards the goal is supposed to be, which tracks roughly the nature of the end and its necessity. In this article, rather than focus on the end and progress towards it, we will focus on the means and structure of teleological relationships on Hegel’s account. This focus follows from an essential feature of Hegel’s discussion of teleology in the Logic, in which teleology is introduced to solve a problem in the individuation of entities. It will turn out that the fullest actualization of the end is in the durable means, which is also thereby individuated. And it will turn out that the paradigmatic historical means—the state—is tensed, as it were, between the end and its realization that makes it synchronically historical. This synchronic historicity is missing in the usual progressive and thus diachronic accounts of the teleological process of history. But first we step back even farther (at least historically). We begin by taking up the two most important philosophical accounts of teleology for Hegel, namely those of Aristotle and Kant. Then we go to Hegel’s Logic for his reconstruction of teleological processes against the background of the explanatory need for individuation. We focus on four aspects of Hegel’s account: that teleology is a structure of reciprocal interaction, that the purpose is an immanent governing principle, that change is the price of immanence, and that the durable means is the teleological object par excellence. Finally, we trace these features through Hegel’s account of world history and conclude with some brief remarks on the historicity of the state described in the Philosophy of Right. This article queries the sociopolitical implications of a wave of popular interest in the legacy of the Mamluk dynasty (1250–1517) in post-2013 Egypt. Although the era's sultans have traditionally been derided in mainstream culture as tyrannical 'foreign' leaders, they have recently been reframed as the last nationalist rulers before the Ottoman invasion. This revised characterization underpins the newfound fascination with their socio-political legacy, which has manifested in various cultural productions, including a new television series, Mamalik al-Nar (Kingdoms of Fire). In this article, we analyze the show's content, its popularity in Egypt, the debates it has generated on social media and the regional production and distribution networks in which it is embedded. Through this analysis, we argue that the series—and the Mamluk 'revivalism' to which it is connected—is part of an unresolved debate about what it means to be Egyptian today. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ignacio Ellacuría was brutally murdered in November the 16th, 1989 by the hands of El Salvador’s Armed Forces; ten years later in 1999, a quick but detailed “schema” of Xavier Zubiri’s anthropology, which he had used for a course he taught between July and August 1968 at the Centro de Estudios Superiores para el Desarrollo (CESDE) in Medellín, was published within the second volume which collected the Jesuit’s philosophical writings. The “schema” brings together many of those theses that form the basis of his most important work, and which came out posthumously, “Filosofía de la realidad histórica” (1990); this was developed in close comparison with the thought of the great Spanish philosopher whose Ellacuría was student and collaborator. The historiographical reconstruction of the salient passages of Ellacuría’s research on the relationship between historicity and history in the broader Zubiri anthropological context makes possible to highlight some peculiar aspects of the Jesuit’s thought, which is not merely limited to offer a new and different line of interpretation of Zubiri’s thought. The prominence of the idea of history as a transition within the social body, characteristic of the human experience, offers a new perspective, all internal to the Ibero-American philosophy of liberation, and at the same time, allows us to trace new and different sources in Ellacuría’s philosophical production.
