Finally, an applied project is contemplated, presented to the Poza Rica City Council, on what the possible improvements for these spaces would be, if they were to be rehabilitated with architectural objects that modify the conditions of the place for use throughout the day., El diseño de cubiertas ligeras (velarías, tensegrity y plegables) es una alternativa para rescatar áreas verdes en la ciudad de Poza Rica, Veracruz. El objetivo del estudio fue rehabilitar los parques en la mencionada ciudad, ya que en la zona norte del estado el clima es extremadamente caluroso, y este efecto constante afecta a los habitantes de la ciudad, pues, debido a ello no se pueden usar con frecuencia estas áreas de recreación. Por tanto, una de las premisas de esta investigación serán las condiciones climáticas de la zona, y también, las condiciones de infraestructura que hay en el lugar donde los habitantes hacen su actividad. Evaluadas dichas condiciones, se plantearán los primeros requisitos y parámetros para el mejoramiento de la infraestructura de esas áreas urbanas; esto, a su vez, conlleva obtener un propuesta de diseño que se desarrollará en dos fases: la primera es el análisis del sitio y su contexto, y la segunda, el desarrollo de modelos arquitectónicos que se adapten al contexto climático y urbano de la zona, para así dar uso a estas superficies que pueden mejorar la calidad de vida y la convivencia social en la mancha urbana de la ciudad. Por último, se contempla un proyecto aplicado, presentado al Ayuntamiento de Poza Rica, sobre cómo serían las mejoras posible para estos espacios, si se llegase a rehabilitarlos con objetos arquitectónicos que modifiquen las condiciones del lugar para su uso durante todo el día.

This research work develops from the problem statement, which lies in the problems of design, construction and operation that involve the continued use of traditional processes in 2D and how these affect the quality of projects and the profitability of the companies that execute them; it was proposed to use management models based on new technologies to optimize processes and resources at all stages of a housing construction project maximizing its profitability and quality; aiming to achieve a high performance building. It is justified by the results of success stories and lessons learned from different experts and projects worldwide. The construction processes drive the application of new technologies that help to have a better understanding and analysis of field information and on that basis the technical aspects are designed using: (i) BIM (Building Information Modeling), defined as a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a building, being a reliable source of information from its conception to its demolition; (ii) Lean Construction, defined as a methodology based on continuous improvement, minimizing losses and maximizing the value of the final product; and (iii) VDC (Virtual Design and Construction)., El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolla desde el planteamiento del problema, el cual radica en los problemas de diseño, construcción y operación que conllevan el seguir empleando procesos tradicionales en 2D y como estos afectan la calidad de los proyectos y en la rentabilidad de las empresas que lo ejecutan; se planteó emplear modelos de gestión basados en nuevas tecnologías que permitan optimizar los procesos y recursos en todas las etapas de un proyecto de construcción de viviendas maximizando su rentabilidad y calidad; teniendo como propósito lograr un edificio de alto rendimiento. Se justifica por los resultados de casos de éxitos y lecciones aprendidas de diferentes expertos y proyectos a nivel mundial. Los procesos constructivos impulsan a la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías que ayuden a tener una mejor comprensión y análisis de la información de campo y sobre esa base se diseñan los aspectos técnicos empleando: (i) BIM (Building Information Modeling,), definida como una representación digital de las características físicas y funcionales de una edificación, siendo fuente confiable de información desde su concepción hasta su demolición; (ii) Lean Construction, definida como una metodología basada en la mejora continua, en minimizar pérdidas y maximizar el valor del producto final; y (iii) VDC (Virtual Design and Construction).

Purpose: To provide a bibliometric analysis on quality management in bridge development. Theoretical framework: The quality management system consists of a set of guidelines based on the PHVA cycle. This system allows controlling the processes where the quality policy must be aligned with the objectives with their respective indicators, in such a way that it can meet the needs and expectations of the client and interested parties (Norma ISO 9001, 2015). The Quality Management System is a way of structuring and organizing operations to direct and ensure the proper functioning of the organization, so that it is more profitable, competitive and adaptable to new and changing market situations (Méndez et al., 2006). The objective of this article was to determine the impact of organizational commitment (CO) and job satisfaction (SL) on the job performance (DL) of workers, through a bibliographic review, analyzing, understanding and interpreting the information obtained from different articles. research, carried out in various labor, occupational and professional sectors. The study was aligned to the interpretive-hermeneutic paradigm, where the interrelationships of the constructs (CO, SL and DL) were described, analyzed, understood and interpreted. The research tends to a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), since the description, understanding and interpretation of the bibliographic review on the variables under study was carried out, through the use of bibliometrics. Regarding the methodology, the documentary research method was used. For the search and selection of scientific literature, Scopus was used as a bibliographic manager and bibliometrics for the study of scientific publications and whose unit of analysis is the scientific article. The results, based on a sample of 92 articles, during the last 19 years, that the number of published studies and citations has increased progressively. Additionally, the results reveal the positive impact of the CO and SL variables on the DL, in the same way, the mediation of the components of the commitment and satisfaction of the employees for the continuous improvement of their performance at work; This implies achievement of a positive reputation, prestige and organizational or business image, in short, organizational behavior with sustainable development., El objetivo del presente artículo fue determinar el impacto del compromiso organizacional (CO) y satisfacción laboral (SL) en el desempeño laboral (DL) de los trabajadores, a través de la revisión bibliográfica, analizando, comprendiendo e interpretando la información obtenida de distintos artículos de investigación, realizadas en diversos sectores laborales, ocupacionales y profesionales. El estudio se alineó al paradigma interpretativo-hermenéutico, donde se describió, analizó, comprendió e interpretó las interrelaciones de los constructos (CO, SL y DL). La investigación tiende al enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo), pues, se realizó la descripción, comprensión e interpretación de la revisión bibliográfica sobre las variables en estudio, mediante el uso de la bibliometría. Respecto a la metodología, se utilizó el método de la investigación documental. Para la búsqueda y selección de la literatura científica se utilizó el Scopus como gestor bibliográfico y la bibliometría para el estudio de las publicaciones científicas y cuya unidad de análisis es el artículo científico. Los resultados, basados en una muestra de 92 artículos, durante los últimos 19 años, que la cantidad de estudios divulgados y de citas se ha incrementado de manera progresiva. Adicionalmente, los resultados revelan el impacto positivo de las variables CO y SL sobre el DL, del mismo modo, la mediación de los componentes del compromiso y satisfacción de los empleados para la mejora continua del desempeño de estos en el trabajo; esto implica logro de reputación positiva, prestigio e imagen organizacional o empresarial, en síntesis, el comportamiento organizacional con desarrollo sostenible.

El servicio público en Colombia —y el Sector TIC no es la excepción— se caracteriza por periodos finitos de gestión, en donde diferentes situaciones intervienen en la llegada de líderes a los cargos de dirección y en la conformación de los equipos de trabajo, debiendo lidiar —entre muchos otros aspectos— con las reglas de contratación pública y de vinculación de funcionarios al aparato estatal. Aunque la gestión de política pública y regulatoria en el Sector TIC depende en buena medida del conjunto de habilidades que poseen las personas que ocupan posiciones de dirección, sin duda un factor relevante —tal vez el más relevante— para lograr que el paso por las entidades públicas sea exitoso es la conformación de los equipos de trabajo, en donde, por lo general, personas de diferentes perfiles nutren la gestión pública con su formación, experiencia y conocimiento. A través de una investigación cualitativa, se definen aspectos metodológicos a ser tenidos en cuenta para la conformación de equipos en entidades públicas del Sector TIC, buscando facilitar el desarrollo de las funciones a cargo de las personas que ocupan cargos directivos, con énfasis en habilidades de liderazgo, técnicas de gestión de proyectos y características de los equipos, de modo que la gestión de política pública y regulatoria pueda realizarse de manera más eficiente., Public (civil) service in Colombia —and the ICT Sector is no exception— is characterized by fixed management periods, where different situations intervene in the arrival of leaders to management positions and team forming, dealing —among many other issues— with hiring rules and procedures for the enrollment of public servants. Through qualitative research, methodological aspects are defined to be considered for team forming in public entities of the ICT Sector, seeking to facilitate the development of tasks in charge of people occupying directive positions, emphasizing on leadership skills, project management techniques and team attributes, so the management of public and regulatory policy can be carried out more efficiently.

The purpose of the article is to carry out a bibliometric analysis of organizational performance, to recognize the main existing research topics, and establish future research challenges. The results, based on a sample of 960 articles, show that the number of papers and citations has grown steadily. The most productive and relevant journals, countries, institutions, and authors are presented using bibliometric performance indicators. The results of this research can be useful for both expert researchers and those who are new to this line of research. Likewise, these results highlight all the aspects involved in research on organizational performance, analyzing its temporal and methodological characterization, as well as the most prolific authors who have participated in its study, the reference journals, or the academic institutions that have led the scientific analysis of this business topic. Likewise, it has been possible to identify three main areas in which research on this line of research has focused: business, management, and accounting; economics, econometrics, and finance; and social sciences. In addition, a complete, synthesized, and organized summary of the different definitions, perspectives, and research trends is presented., El propósito del artículo es realizar un análisis bibliométrico acerca del desempeño organizacional a nivel mundial, para reconocer los principales temas de investigación existentes y establecer futuros retos de investigación. Los resultados basados en una muestra de 960 artículos evidencian que el número de trabajos y de citas ha crecido de forma constante. Las revistas, países, instituciones y autores más productivos y relevantes (Sweis, R.J. y Bedis; H.S.) se presentan mediante indicadores bibliométricos de rendimiento. Los hallazgos de esta investigación pueden ser útiles tanto para investigadores expertos como para aquellos que inician en esta línea de investigación. Asimismo, estos resultados ponen de manifiesto todos los aspectos implicados en la investigación acerca del desempeño organizacional, analizando su caracterización temporal y metodológica, así como los autores más prolíficos (Sweis, R.J. y Bedis; H.S.) que han participado en su estudio, las revistas de referencia o las instituciones académicas que han liderado el análisis científico de esta temática empresarial. Asimismo, se han podido identificar tres grandes áreas en las que se han centrado la investigación sobre esta línea de investigación: empresa, gestión y contabilidad; economía, econometría y finanzas; y ciencias sociales. Además, se presenta un resumen completo, sintetizado y organizado de las distintas definciones, perspectivas y tendencias de investigación.

The objective of this study was to design an online questionnaire for the study of engagement in language learning during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic based on the theoretical framework provided by Fredricks et al. (2004) and Mercer and Dörnyei (2020). The content was validated using the Content Validity Coefficient (CVC=.95), and the reliability (a=.91) was obtained through a pilot study (n=29) carried out in a language center affiliated to the Autonomous University of Baja California during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. On average, the participants showed a good level of engagement (m=152.86). The results provide validity and reliability to this 37-item instrument., El objetivo de este estudio fue diseñar un cuestionario en línea para el estudio del engagement en el aprendizaje de lenguas durante la pandemia por SARS-CoV-2 basado en los supuestos teóricos de Fredricks et al. (2004) y Mercer y Dörnyei (2020). El contenido fue validado por medio del juicio de expertos usando el Coeficiente de Validez de Contenido (CVC=.95), y la fiabilidad (a=.91) se obtuvo del estudio piloto (n=29) que se llevó a cabo en un centro de enseñanza de lenguas adjunto a la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California en el marco de la pandemia por SARS-CoV-2. En promedio, los participantes mostraron un nivel bueno de engagement (m=152.86). Los resultados permiten sustentar la validez y fiabilidad de este instrumento de 37 ítems., L’objectif de cette étude était de concevoir un questionnaire en ligne pour l’étude de l’engagement dans l’apprentissage des langues pendant la pandémie de SRAS-CoV-2 sur la base du cadre théorique fourni par Fredricks et al. Le contenu a été validé en utilisant le Coefficient Validité de Contenu (CVC=.95), et la fiabilité (a=.91) a été obtenue par une étude préliminaire (n=29) effectuée à un centré de langue filiale à l'Université Autonome de Basse Californie pendant la pandémie de SRAS- CoV-2. En moyenne, les participants ont montré un bon niveau d'engagement (m=152,86). Les résultats fournissent la validité et la fiabilité à cet instrument de 37 items.
