The justification for selection of grounded theory as the appropriate research method is already furnished in Paper titled – “Choosing Grounded Theory and Frame Work Analysis as the Appropriate Qualitative Methods for Research”. The researcher applies Predefined codes and Categories of codes to the data collected. The relevant questions to be asked are derived from the conceptual lens formulated by the researcher in the Paper titled – “Constructing an Innovation Adoption Conceptual Lens/Preliminary Frame Work for Further Testing in Upstream Oil and Gas”. The qualitative data analysis results in a “Preliminary Frame work” pertaining to Upstream Oil and Gas Innovation Adoption from which the variables can be extracted. The Research Objectives are already furnished in the paper titled – “Systematically Arriving at the Research Topic for Study in Oil and Gas”. Qualitative Data Analysis furnished in this paper answers the Research Objective 1 – The Variables are identified. This Preliminary frame work goes as an input to the Framework analysis for answering Research Objective 2.

In this chapter, we present a novel frame work for handling bipolar fuzzy soft information by combining the theory of bipolar fuzzy soft sets with graphs. We present certain notions of bipolar fuzzy soft graphs. We investigate some of their properties. We discuss several applications of the bipolar fuzzy soft graphs in multiple criteria decision-making problems. We also develop algorithms in each multiple criteria decision-making problem. This chapter is based on [18].

Surface Electrogastrogram (sEGG) examination is a noninvasive method based on recording the electrical signals of stomach muscles that can be used for investigation of a stomach wave propagation. sEGG records by placing electrodes on the abdominal skin. The recording of gastric dysrhythmias is an important tool for the clinician when patients have symptoms that suggest gastric dysfunction such as unexplained nausea, bloating, postprandial fullness, and early satiety. On the other hand, these upper gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms are nonspecific, and diseases or disorders of other organ such as esophagus, gallbladder, small bowel, colon, and non-GI diseases also can be considered. The progress of the EGG based application is very slow as EGG still suffers from several limitations. The aim of this study is to review the Electrogastrogram detection, analyzing methods and its application to enter the clinical world with recommendations for future study.

The paper is devoted to the first complex research of ice glaciation in the frame work of a huge territory of the Siberia. Different types of underground cavities by the origin of the coldness and accumulation of snow and ice are considered; the morphological types of cave ice deposits are distinguished; the volumes of cave glaciation by the geographical regions are given. Taking into consideration the genesis of cave ice and the morphological peculiarities of cave ice deposits, a system of topographical signs for the presentation of cave glaciation on the maps is proposed. The assessment of ice cave degradation during the 30-year period of observations is displayed.

The initial reaction to the India’s criticism and rejection of BRI was Chinese officials attempt to convince India about the benefits of joining the BRI. It is depicted as an economic initiative from which Indian industries can benefit from. But Chinese officials find it impossible to explain the difference between existing economic relations between India and China and what difference will it make if India said that it will join the BRI. Under the frame work of the BRI narrative, Chinese scholars discussed at length Indian initiatives which can be linked up with BRI, such as BCIM. Chinese experts deliberated on India’s counter initiatives such as Mausam and called for the linking up of these initiatives. However, Chinese scholars also warned India not to put hurdles for the BRI.

Chinese scholars under the frame work of BRI discuss the promises and perils of doing business in India. They try to depict India as an “economic bully” referring to anti-dumping duties and restrictions on Chinese companies like Huawei.

This work presents autonomous electrical fire-detection and localization using computer vision based techniques. The proposed work uses YOLO v2 to extract the electrical fire features more effectively than other conventional and machine learning approaches. This working model is tested on commercial and residential building as well as indoor and outdoor environments. This framework has achieved high detection accuracy and low false alarm rate. Besides, the proposed frame work can be used for early real-time electrical fire detection in surveillance videos and we present experimental results for electrical fire localization in CCTV footage using the deep learning architecture proposed in this work.

This motivating analysis aims to present the thermal mechanism for mixed convection flow of Reiner–Philippoff nanofluid with assessment of entropy generation. The thermal performances of nanomaterials have been modified by utilizing the nonuniform heat source/sink, Ohmic dissipations and thermal radiation consequences. The assumed surface is assumed to be porous with non-Darcian porous medium. The modified Cattaneo–Christov relations are followed to modify the mass and heat equations. The invoking of similarity variables results in differential equations in nonlinear and coupled form. A MATLAB-based shooting algorithm is employed to access the numerical simulations. The physical aspect of thermal model is graphically addressed for endorsed flow parameters. The importance of entropy generation is visualized with associated mathematical relations and physical explanations. The numerical values are obtained for the assessment of heat and mass transfer phenomenon.

One of the best feature of the book is that it includes many drill materials and assignments. Books are one of the reasons for the variation in the results of Indonesian student achievement. So it is essential to conduct an analytical study of existing textbooks, especially in terms of the implementation of the cognitive level contained in the exercises.This study aimed to describe the cognitive level of biology exercise questions in science textbooks based on TIMSS 2015 frameworks. The method of this research was a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This study used two science textbooks with a different publisher, namely book A and book B, which the most used in South Jakarta Junior High School. The instrument used was sheets document analysis. To analyze the questions used indicators in the TIMSS framework as a guide. The result showed that biology exercise questions in book A were contained 54,45% knowing domain, 29,25% applying domain, and 16,3% reasoning domain, while in book B was contained 80,2% knowing domain, 13,43% applying domain, and 6,33% reasoning domain.

During the Ottoman Empire, a waterway without a Black Sea connection has been suggested through Sakarya River, Sapanca Lake and Gulf of Izmit and has been attempted six times. A natural connection between the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara through that route has been proven according to findings of the drills taken for “the Osman Gazi Bridge” in 1990. Samples belonging to nine deep drills made for the bridge have been investigated in the four years and the results were compiled in the book “Quaternary sequence in the Gulf of Izmit. New data obtained from the recent drills made in the frame work of the bridge Project have strongly supported the previous results. In 1997, considering the paleontological findings of the Gulf of Izmit drills, which were completed in 1995, it has been indicated that Izmit Channel naturally opened and closed five times during Quaternary, between 800.000 and 80.000 years bp. 1-Regarding this information, the subject has been presented for the first time with the abstract titled “Back to the past for the future” (in Turkish), In Sea of Marmara Researchers Workshop-III, which was held in Ankara 1997. 2-It was presented to the International scientific community during The Geological Society of America, Annual Meeting, which was held in Salt Lake City, Utah (USA) in 20-23 October 1997, with the abstract titled “Back to the past for the future”. 3-In February 1998, it was proposed as KAP (Kuzeybati Anadolu Projesi, Northwestern Anatolia Project) to the 9th President of the Republic Mr. Suleyman Demirel. 4-The subject was also proposed to Undersecretariat of Maritime Affairs, Undersecretariat of DPT (State Planning Organization), Undersecretariat of Ministry of Transportation Izmit Metropolitan Municipality and Sakarya Municipality. 5-More than 10 articles were published in various journals. 6-Before the general elections in 2002, “New Izmit Channel Project” was taken to the “Government Program” prepared by the Dogru Yol Party. 7-It was accepted by DPT and in 22.01.2005 it was proposed as one of the “10 projects for Turkey’s future” in “5. Solutions of Turkey’s Problems Conference”. 8-Besides, a “Registration Certificate” related to “New Izmit Channel Project” was acquired from TR Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Copyrights and Cinema (date: 17 June 2009, article no: B. 16.0. THS. 10.03.00/15995). 9-Detailed information given by Ord. Prof. Ismail Hakki Uzuncarsili, were quoted from his work published in “Belleten Dergisi” Volume 4, issue 14-15, April-July 1940.

Rejuvenation technique on cable insulation failures is a hot topic in improving production benefits for electric related enterprises. Breaking the traditional thought of repair action without extensive former damage in scale of the cable insulation, the proposed technique starts from the local standard geometry elimination on insulation or sheaths around cable insulation failure section(s). And then, one standard injection molding technique is applied for rejuvenation on eliminated insulation no matter of the failure resulting from water tree or local mechanical damage or other modes. By this advancement, an injection molding technique is perfectly developed for rejuvenation on cable insulation failure. Frame work on this technigue is hear introduced and it consists of three branches including injection molding material development, standard injection plastic molding technique, and coded quality approval regularities. Realizability and reliability of the present technigue have been verified by sampling testing to expect to be wide applied in production.

It is the purpose of this work to try to review and explain some of the recent changes, recently, introduced into the Brazilian labor law frame work, and brought by the Federal Law number 13.467, dated July 13, 2017, which has been the foundation of The Labor Reform in Brazil, as well as the Executive Act number 881/2019 (so called the Economic Liberty Executive Act) which was converted into the Federal Law number 13.874, dated September 20, 2019. It has become necessary to read such law changes in the context of international legal frameworks, and check if all of them went through the check and balances of conventionality control and review. This way, it is one of the goals of this work to understand what a conventionality control is, and if the above mentioned recent changes in the Brazilian Labor Law have complied with international declarations and conventions, as well as addressing possible solutions

Two heterofunctional azo reactive dyes (R1 & R2) containing both sulphatoethylsulphone and triazine as chromophoric group were computationally designed having improved dyeing and fastness properties. The designed dyes were synthesized via condensation and diazotization reaction. The spectrophotometer, FT-IR and mass spectrometry were used for the structure elucidation of synthesized dyes. The geometries of designed dyes R1 and R2 were optimized without imposing any constraint with B3LYP and CAM-B3LYP at 6-31G (d,p) under the frame work of density functional theory. Exhaust and pad methods were used for the application of the azo dyes on cotton fabric at different dyeing conditions to assess their colorimetric properties and results were compared with the commercial reactive red 195 dye which were in good agreement. Reactive red 195 was used as standard because of structural similarity with these new azo dyes. Exhaustion, fixation parameters and fastness properties of these dyes have been evaluated to define their efficiency and these properties were found comparable with market available dyes. So these dyes are recommended to use for cellulosic fabric dyeing commercially.

The present study made an attempt to know the significant relationship between the respondents’ demographic variables and their attitude regarding supply chain management supply chain frame work in Construction Industry. 100 samples were selected randomly from Chennai, TamilNadu. Based on the objectives certain hypotheses were formulated. Statistical tools such as one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Correlation method was used to analyse the data. Questionnaire and interview method was used to collect the necessary data. Result proved that there is a significant relationship between demographic graphic variables and attitude regarding Supply chain management. Type of firm and qualification is highly significant. It is inferred that above 10 years’ experience group obtained higher mean value. So this group have favorable attitude regarding SCM.

For this intention we establish common fixed point results for two pairs of weakly compatible mappings satisfying the contractive condition of rational type in the frame work of complex valued metric spaces.

Este trabajo busca una aproximacion descriptiva de nuestro lado de la frontera colombo-peruana, con el fin de generar un marco conceptual ligado al territorio que permita estudiar las fronteras del pais como espacios vivos, llenos de procesos dinamicos (legales e ilegales) y no estaticos y dependientes de Bogota, muy propios de la geopolitica. Esto, con el fin de determinar las reales capacidades de integracion politica y economica de los espacios fronterizos colombianos. Partimos de la hipotesis que sostiene que la configuracion geografica y economica de los espacios fronterizos colombianos imposibilita la integracion con sus pares. Abstract This investigation seeks to make a descriptive approach of the Colombian territory from the Colombian-Peru border with the purpose of generating a conceptual frame work bound to the territory which allow to study the borders of Colombia as living territories, full of dynamic processes (legals and illegals) and not statics and dependent on Bogota, that is typical of geopolitics. This, in order to determine the actual capacities of political and economic integration of the Colombian border areas starting from the hypothesis that the geographical and economic configuration of space precludes Colombian border integration with their partners.

The purpose of the study is to provide frame work of efficient diagnostic and treatment protocol for the people with malpositioned pelvic which causes imbalance of body. Study subjects were grouped as experimental, comparison and control group. Each group consisted of five men and five women randomly assigned. Experimental group was to be tested with Thompson Terminal Technique, its corrective effect and the effect of maintaining the treatment. There were 43.01%p difference in effectiveness of the applied technique between Thompson Terminal Technique and Muscle Energy Technique. It indicates that Thompson Terminal Technique is more effective in treating pelvic misalignment than Muscle Energy Technique. As a result, the use of chiropractic and resistance exercises is proven to be effective for treating the imbalance of body. Also, to maximize the effect of treatment, it is preferable to apply Muscle Energy Technique after applying the Thompson Terminal Technique.

An academician Zolotova– pointed out five communicative registers of speech: reproductive, informative, generative, voluntive and reactive. They may be taken as means of teaching of expressing author`s position. In the work is described functioning of these communicative registers of speech in semantic types of a text, suggested by Passov. In the frame work of each type is shown functioning of the most frequently used registers, defining the role of a speaker toward to the information of a text: “the person who observes”, “the person who participates in social events”, “the person who gives information”, “the person who encourages”, “the person who reacts to some events” and “the person who generates information”. In the connection of functioning of registers of speech in the text the described examples of marked language means . The 21st century is the age when the revolution of digital technology enables two-way communication and when emotional values are emphasized. Thus, it exerts influence on the fashion industry and fashion communication. Along with fashion shows, advertising and displays, many fashion brands have increased the use of fashion films. For that reason, this study examines the characteristics of fashion films made by fashion brands, based on the frame work of persuasion communication. For the research, literature reviews and internet website research were done and films of Chanel, Prada, Kenzo and Alexander Wang were analyzed. The definition and types of fashion films were redefined as terminology varied throughout previous studies prior to analyzing each case. As a result, a fashion film would be redefined as ‘a digital image which a fashion brand publishes to consumers for the promotion of brand comprehension’. Also, five fashion film types, ‘short film’, ‘campaign film’, ‘animation film’, ‘brand film’ and ‘show film’ were redefined. The analysis provided three communication characteristics: reliability, engagement and intuition. First, reliability is attained when a fashion brand (sender) delivers brand message to consumers (receiver) consistently and unitedly. Second, engagement is attained when the type of fashion film (channel) delivers creative image features such as format, music, video technique to attract consumers`` interest. Lastly, intuition is attained when a fashion brand (sender) delivers a message akin to brand identity and deepens consumers`` understanding. In addition, this study tried to identify the unique usage tendency of brands that could serve as practice gui-delines for other fashion brands.

This research investigates the Impact of PAK-INDIA Textile trade on Economy of Pakistan. Data were collected from GTAP-7 database. Data were  collected from 70 Textile exporters by using simple random technique and data were analyzed by using GEM-software. Different simulation run on GTAP-7 database and various tariff rates appliedThe first scenario is when normal trading relation with India will be restored; it means that both countries will give the MFN (Most Favored Nations) status to each other. In the second scenario, the SAFTA will be operative and there will be free trade between India and Pakistan and both countries will remove all tariffs and custom duties from each others’ imports. The Global trade analysis GTAP model is used to analyze the possible impact of SAFTA on Pakistan in a multi country, multi sector applied General equilibrium frame work. Results based on this research reveal that on SAFTA, grounds, here will be net export benefits in Pakistan’s economy.

Camel production in the world has continued taking a centre stage in livestock economics and food security. More conspicuously is the prominence of Camel hide production for specialized leather artifacts worldwide. Of Interest has been the growth of the Camel milk, meat and hide industry in Eastern Africa. Previous areas that had not registered Camel slaughter particularly in the urban and peri-urban areas have become areas of interest with gradual increase demonstrated in this study. However the decline in prices worldwide, poor production technique, inadequate policy and legal frame work and disincentives have been a ‘bottleneck’, in the rapid and potential wealth creating Camel hide industry in Eastern Africa. Indeed with appropriate strategy the potential is rife for the development of the Industry, if appropriate interventions are developed for the cited challenges. The increase of camel meat in urban environment is an indicator that the industry is poised to grow even further. Thus the urgency to attend to the evolving needs is equally critical by all the stakeholders, core or no-core.

The Circular Restricted Three-Body Problem (CRTBP) with more massive primary as an oblate spheroid with its equatorial plane coincident with the plane of motion of the primaries is considered to generate the halo orbits around L1 and L2 for the seven satellites (Mimas, Enceladus, Tethys, Dione, Rhea, Titan and Iapetus) of Saturn in the frame work of CRTBP. It is found that the oblateness effect of Saturn on the halo orbits of the satellites closer to Saturn has significant effect compared to the satellites away from it. The halo orbits L1 and L2 are found to move towards Saturn with oblateness.

The semileptonicBs(B)→K2⁎(a2,f2)lν,l=τ,μ, transitions are investigated in the frame work of the three-point QCD sum rules. Considering the quark condensate contributions, the relevant form factors of these transitions are estimated. The branching ratios of these channel modes are also calculated at different values of the continuum thresholds of the tensor mesons and compared with the obtained data for other approaches.

The aim of this paper is to present best proximity point results of (α -η;ψ)- proximal mappings satisfying local contractive conditions on a closed ball in the framework of complete metric spaces. An example is also presented to validate the result proved herein. As an application of our results, we prove existence of best proximity points of locally contractive mappings in the frame work of metric spaces endowed with binary relation. Our results extend and generalize various comparable results in the existing literature.

The study aims to study knowledge management as an effective tool for the development of administrative and service performance at the Municipality of Gaza, and to investigate the factor (infrastructure, intellectual capital, organization culture) that influence knowledge management implementation. The frame work illustrates knowledge process (acquisition, sharing and implementation) and the factors that influence the success of this process. The research has utilized a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. A questionnaire has been developed and tested by a pilot study and then distributed personally to a sample consisting of 240 employees and have 94% response rate. The study finds that 67.26% of the Municipality of Gaza staff agreed that there is a statistical significant effect of Knowledge Management implementation on development of administrative and service performance, this reveals that Knowledge Management is an effective tool and strongly affect performance. The study recommends initiating a new core center as an infrastructure for knowledge creation and sharing with an experienced team who has not only management skills but a broad knowledge of the Municipality of Gaza strategy, rules, services and practices.

Transition to green economy sets new requirements and challenges for the types of jobs, skills and knowledge. The paper analyzes and evaluates the importance of categories of green professions by sectors in Bulgaria. The main applied methodical approach for analysis and evaluation of green professions is a system approach. Assessment and analysis of the importance of categories of green professions by sectors is made on the basis of structured interviews with municipal experts from regional government structures involved in the process of implementation of green jobs in the country. According to aggregated and analyzed information are proposed policy recommendations and general conclusions related to implementation of training programs for green employment, use of the best European and world practices for the application of new green professions, improvement of consulting services, changing legal frame work of green jobs, etc.

Research has affirmed that recovery from serious mental illnesses (SMI), such as schizophrenia, is a common outcome and often involves subjective changes in the experience of self, one's identity, and one's sense of agency in the world. Although many different interventions have been developed and validated, efforts to consider how those interventions should be integrated to assist people to direct their own recovery have been limited. This article considers the 5 case reports of psychotherapy presented in this special issue that have sought to integrate scientifically valid approaches within a recovery frame work. Exploring shared themes, this article suggests that a common set of processes exists between these examples of integrative work. These include therapist acceptance of a vulnerable stance in the face of uncertainty, which rejects stigma and remains open to knowing the person. This ultimately allows the kinds of meaning to be made jointly between the therapist and client that promote recovery.

Nigeria is one of the developing countries with a very weak and incomprehensive regulatory framework for clinical trials. Past abuses of human subjects in clinical trials and cases of negligence and outright fraud necessitate the need for a stronger legal framework. An outbreak of meningitis in Nigeria in 1996 led to clinical trial of Trovan Drugs by Pfizer, which left many of the research subjects seriously impaired. Some died while some suffered paralysis and brain damage. It was obvious Nigeria has a weak regulatory frame work from the incident that took place in the mentioned above at the Infectious Dieses Hospital (IDH) Kano. Available literatures have also shown that at the time of the trial in Kano, there was no ethics committee to ensure ethics review process and monitor the ongoing trial. Objectives: This research aimed at examining the Nigerian regulatory framework to bring out its weaknesses. It will also examine the strength and weakness of the current regulatory agencies, and suggest better regulatory framework that will make Nigerians less vulnerable to manipulation and fraud in clinical trials. Methodology: Library research is used to study both primary and secondary legal resources. Finding: Lack of standard regulatory body and lack unified legal framework is the cause of failure to protect human subject in Nigeria.

The central aim of this study was to investigate an approach whereby students’ online social networking produces positive psychological outcomes. Basically, Facebook is a social site that is open to all and closely integrated into the daily experience of most undergraduate students in Malaysia. This study conducted to analyse the association between the number of Facebook friends and the amount of time spent on Facebook with life satisfaction. The purpose of the current study was to investigate what gratifications Malaysian students obtain from Facebook uses. The present study also probed to find out whether gratification obtaining from Facebook uses predicts life satisfaction. In doing so, the theory of the uses and gratification and the theory of the life satisfaction were adopted as theoretical frame work. Our findings of 798 participants, conducting a factor analysis, explored respectively the following gratifications behind Facebook uses: entertainment, communication, social investigation social attention, shared identity and information seeking. Furthermore, using the regression equation, this study failed to find direct association between number of Facebook friends and amount of time using with life satisfaction. The number of Facebook friends while controlling by Facebook motivations could predict life satisfaction. So, it is propounded the view that general uses of social networking sites don’t meet the psychological effects, but the type of certain interaction is the matter. Finally, the findings of this study detected shared identity and social attention as two obtaining gratification that predicted students’ life satisfaction.

The effectiveness of a local reagent as gas hydrate inhibitor has been evaluated using a bench scale high pressure apparatus. The effectiveness of methanol (MeOH) a conventional gas hydrate inhibitor was used as a bench mark for the evaluation of the Local Reagent's (LR) effectiveness. Various weight percentages of the local reagent were experimented in a 0.5-inch internal diameter 316 stainless steel pipe bench-scale high pressure apparatus enclosed in a 4-inch PVC pipe and skid mounted on an external metal frame work. Pressure and temperature profiles and inhibition efficiency plots showed that the Local Reagent (LR) performed better than the conventional inhibitor methanol in almost all the weight percentages (except 1 wt.%). The optimum weight percentage for inhibition required was shown to be 2 wt.%. The average inhibition efficiency of the LR is 80%, MeOH is 66% while that of 3 and 4 wt.% is 80.7%. The LR locally sourced, is obtained from plant material (Phyto chemical analysis showed the presence of phenolic compound such as tannins, phenols, saponins, alkaloids and flavonoids that aided its effectiveness) and is less expensive than methanol which is toxic to both the environment and living things. The LR is recommended for further development as gas hydrate inhibitor.

This study aims to identify the utterances and to explore the language acquisition for 2.5 years old boy in its syntactical pattern. The duration of this research is four months by observing and recording the words expression pronounced by the boy. Based on the finding, this boy firmly acquires the language mostly by nature (innate ability). However, the positive environment enables him to develop the child’s language fluency. Both nature and environment have important roles in the child language acquisition. It is in line with the theoretical frame work of language acquisition that in general language acquisition is shaped and influenced mainly by two factors: biological (innate ability) and environmental factors. Awhile the type of the utterances spoken by the boy aged 2.5 years old consisting of declarative 48 %, interrogative 29%, imperative 21%, and exclamation utterances 2%. In the syntactical pattern, the boy mostly speaks using the predicate utterances pattern (P), subject-predicate (S-P), then predicate-subject (P-S). The predicate (P) and subject-predicate (S-P) pattern of utterances are the most frequently spoken by boy. The boy is accustomed to and easily expresses his intentions with those two patterns that have represented a complete utterance according to what the boy intended.

An improved semi-analytic approach to the barrier penetration probability is developed in the frame work of the Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) approximation. It is used to calculate decay half-lives and preformation probabilities for a set of 304 cluster emitters in the range 87 ≤ Z ≤ 96 and a set of 390 α-emitters in the range 52 ≤ Z ≤ 120. For cluster decay, the validity of our approach is tested against Coulomb and proximity potential model (CPPM) by comparing decay half-lives and barrier penetration probabilities. Our results are found to be in a good agreement with CPPM calculations and with the available experimental data. In case of α-decay, our calculations are tested against the experimental data and also a very good agreement is achieved. In both cases, results are also compared with calculations of some other well known universal decay laws that are used in many recent studies. Our approach shows a better agreement with experimental data than most of the other models. Our study is extended to calculate the assault frequency and preformation probability of the cluster inside the parent nucleus. A strong correlation is obtained for all these parameters with each other. Neutron shell closures are found to be more important in the cluster decay process than proton shell closure. It is also noted that the odd-even staggering behavior dominates the decay processes involving the emission of clusters with odd neutron number.

The purpose of this research is find out how consumer disputes are resolved in Indonesia and legal discource in the frame work oft he consumer’s disputere solution which have lawcertainty.it can be concluded that the pluralityof consumer disputesettlement in Indonesia has ledtoconvoluted mechanisms and procedures in settling disputes. Dispute settlement through Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen/Consumers Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is not final and binding. Through this article, it is recommendedto utilise Small Claims Procedures that combines informal and formal mechanisms in order to achieve legal certainty in the settlement of consumer disputes in Indonesia.

This paper aimed at exploring reasons to why policies change in Nigeria. It defined policy as action taken toward problem solving by government or an organization. It also defined policy change as the replacement of one or more existing policies with another. The paper adopted advocacy coalition framework as theoretical frame work and explained policy change. The theory explained that policy change occurs through interactions between wide external changes or shocks to the political system and the success of the ideas in the coalitions, which may cause actors in the advocacy coalition to shift coalitions. More so, the paper discussed six reasons to why policies change in Nigeria, these reasons are: failure of the existing policy to accomplish it set objective, political instability, ineffective and corrupt political leadership, policy diffusion, change in structure and socio-economic factors. And finally the paper recommended that for a policy to fully achieve its set goal and objective, there should be continuity of policy implementation irrespective of the person or political party in office, proper assessment and implementation of policy will also reduce the risk of policy failure and also policy makers should have the people at heart and not use the predicament of the people for personal gain.

Background: The etiopathogenesis and diagnosis of cancer has intrigued modern oncology researchers for decades, and it is still a rapidly growing area in medicine. Cancer is not a single disease, but rather a collection of related diseases which is diagnosed on the basis of aberrant cellular changes. Since this is established by the modern medical science, it becomes important to understand it from the perspective of Ayurveda. Despite the fact that there are a few endeavors in this area, there is no common agreement among the experts. The current article is an effort to fulfill this knowledge gap. Aims and objectives: To understand the cancer systematically in the frame work of Ayurveda and propose its probable Samprapti (pathogenic process) based on clinical observations. Materials and methods: It is based on the clinical observation and detailed examination of 400 cancer patients, following modern and Ayurvedic methods in an institution dedicated to oncology. Results: After careful study of each type of cases of cancer at its all stages to understand the natural history and clinical behavior, Ayurvedic pathogenesis, diagnosis with possible etiologic association has been arrived at. Three main conditions, namely Udara (enlargement of abdomen), Gulma (lump in abdomen) and Vidradhi (abscess) can be equated with cancer. Conclusion: Modern diagnosis of cancer cannot be equated with any single disease entity mentioned in the Ayurvedic literature. Udara-Gulma-Vidradhi is the abdominal tumors present as benign and possess cancerous potential.

EMC is a permanent challenge for many items associated with radio communications. Inside this large frame work, human exposure issue should be always considered. For that, it is worth of knowing the impact on the short and on the long term of electromagnetic field irradiation over biological tissues of human body. The present paper is a study over the estimation of specific absorption rate (SAR) on a developed 3D model of the human body in case of exposure to electromagnetic fields generated by mobile communications in some areas (indoor and outdoor) with specific instrumentation (Spectran HF-60105 V4 spectrum analyzer with HyperLOG 60100 antenna). The SAR values was determined by simulation using the CST MW Studio® software and the values were compared with limits values for SAR imposed by ICNIRP (1998) restriction limits and European Directive 2004/40/CE standards, adopted also in Romania by HG number 1136 from 30 august 2006. Additionally, the RSAR, while dealing with simultaneous exposure to different frequency fields should be considered.

This paper outlines the frame work for an isolated Odia digit recognition. The HTK toolkit which consider the Hidden Markov Model (HMM), as the base for developing the system. The recording environment is simple and created using the HTK tool. Initially the system is trained for 900 signals of 10 Odia digits spoken by 10 different speakers. The work done on this paper also signifies the role of HTK tool commands, applied in various levels of the system advancement. 10 samples, (each sample consists of 10 untrained signal) from the untrained 100 signals are considered for testing at each time. The trial results show that the average performance of our system is encouraging.

The present work performs self-consistent ab-initio calculation through full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method within the frame work of the spin-polarized density functional theory (DFT), to study the structural, electronic, magnetic and elastic properties of the double perovskite Sr2MnWO6 using generalized gradient approximation (GGA) described by Perdew–Burke–Ernzerhof (PBE), GGA + U and mBJ-GGA. The obtained results show that Sr2WMnO6 is stable in the ferrimagnetic state; the electronic properties show a half-metallic behavior using GGA + U and mBJ-GGA. Elastic properties show that our compound is fragile, stiff and anisotropic.
