Introduction: The harmful use of alcohol can lead to destructive mental disorders, therefore it is critical to address factors contributing to their development and maintenance. Objectives: We aimed to identify whether family history is predictive of earlier initiation of drinking or more rapid transition to dependence. Moreover, we examined the time span between at-risk behaviour and onset of alcoholism, the main reason alcohol consumption became a pattern, as well as the patients' awareness of their addiction. Methods: Using cross-sectional data from a male patient-based cohort of 110 alcoholics admitted in a Department of "Prof. Dr. Al. Obregia" Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in 2019, we evaluated the chronology of addiction development using our own assisted survey questionnaire. Social-demographic data, age at first alcohol use, age at onset of alcoholism, family history and perceived reason for alcohol consumption pattern were collected. Patients were also asked whether they consider themselves addicted. Results: As predicted, family history was linked with early initiation of drinking, although transition to alcohol dependence was similar across patients without a family history. The approximate time frame between at-risk behaviour and onset of alcoholism was 15 years, whereas the main reason for addiction was coping with stress. A significantly amount of patients did not consider they had an addiction problem. Frequently, patients described symptoms of depression/anxiety prior to addiction development. Conclusions: Family history of alcoholism can be used when predicting earlier initiation of drinking. An at-risk group could be identified by evaluating comorbid symptomatology and environmental factors such as stress. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The present paper considers the presentation of practical solutions for the realization of smart location, materialized through research on solutions for monitoring parameters and solutions for these locations. In this paper we present: description of the concept of smart location, structures and architectures, realization of a pilot installation of smart location and data aquisition. For these researches was used to monitor electro-mechanical radiation of its own design. We obtained the following results: realization and design of the elements of the housing components with the 123D Design program, processing with the Cura program, obtaining g-code files for transfer to 3D printing, monitors in real time and detects errors or deficiencies in location. The main objective of this paper is to propose a model of technical solution for an smart location, which can be applicable in the maritime field, respectively to ships in the engine room or other location onboard.

The paper presents a real power delivery system with essential consumers safety analysis. The two levels voltage networks 6kV and 0,4kV are modeled with the help of Edsa software and short-circuit simulation is conducted in order to obtain the computed values of the currents to all the network buses. The results are used to implement a technical solution for an important safety improvement of the analysed system.

The goals of the paper are to conduct the simulation and to analyze the power flow in a real complex industrial system. Professional Edsa digital simulation for the case study has the purpose to determine and to control/correct the operational state of the power system. The steps of the analysis are: AC Object Oriented Load Flow, AC Advanced Power Flow with integrated Motor Torque, AC Load Flow Error Checker, AC Motor Starting Load Flow Method, Standard Motor Torque and Performance.

Purpose of study: Through this study we want to show the specific notion of leadership in sports training. Modeling the training process in sport training can be achieved by applying neuro - linguistic techniques, mental training techniques. Methods: We have applied the following test methods: AP2 - focusing attention, AD-distributive attention, MA-spiritual observation. Findings and results: The study took place in groups of junior practitioners of skiing. Tests were applied to participants Ski Clubs Championship of Romania in April 2013, aged 11-15 years. The main objective of mental training through techniques neuro - linguistic is to support individual and group sporting activity in any situation: workout or competition in order to increase performance capacity. Other mental training objectives pursued in this study are: increasing attention and concentration reduce anxiety and stress. Conclusion: The results show us the profile of the junior skier. It will determine how we can apply the neuro-linguistic programming techniques for each skier.
