By exploring the economic data in 31 Chinese provinces during 2006–2018, this paper discovers that: (1) inclusive finance narrows the urban-rural income gap mainly by improving financial quality; (2) urbanization outweighs inclusive finance in reducing the urban-rural income gap; (3) urbanization and inclusive finance (exclusive of financial quality) weaken each other in bridging the urban-rural income gap. In this work, a lattice Boltzmann (LB) model is proposed to study the capillary rise phenomena of two‐phase immiscible non‐Newtonian power‐law fluids. The main advantage of the LB model is that it not only allows us to solve the problems of two‐phase flow with a large density difference, but also can overcome the numerical instability caused by the change of relaxation time in the collision operator. In this model, two LB evolution equations are used to solve the conservative Allen–Cahn equation for capturing phase interface and incompressible Navier–Stokes equations for non‐Newtonian power‐law fluid dynamics. Some benchmark examples, including a droplet spreading on a smooth wall and two‐phase power‐law fluid flows between parallel plates, are used to test present LB model, and the results show that the present model is efficient and accurate in the study of two‐phase power‐law fluid flows. Furthermore, we pay attention to the phenomena of capillary rise of non‐Newtonian fluids, and carry out a parametric study on the effects of the gravity, viscosity, contact angle, power‐law index, and displaced fluids. Abstract Background There are limited data on accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI) using external beam techniques. Moreover, there are recent reports of increased fibrosis and unacceptable cosmesis with APBI using external beam with BID fractionation. We adopted a once daily regimen of APBI with fractionation similar to that shown to be effective in a Canadian randomized trial of whole breast irradiation. It is unclear whether patients with DCIS or invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) are suitable for APBI. Methods The retrospective cohort included 310 patients with 312 tumors of T1-T2N0-N1micM0 invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC), ILC, or Tis (DCIS) treated with APBI via external beam. Most patients were treated using IMRT with 16 daily fractions of 270 cGy to a dose of 4320 cGy. The target volume included the lumpectomy cavity plus 1.0 cm to account for microscopic disease and an additional 0.5 to 1.0 cm for setup uncertainty and breathing motion. Ipsilateral breast failure (IBF) was pathologically confirmed as a local failure (LF) or an elsewhere failure (EF). Results Median follow-up was 49 months. Among the 312 cases, 213 were IDC, 31 ILC, and 68 DCIS. Median tumor size was 1.0 cm. There were 9 IBFs (2.9%) including 5 LFs and 4 EFs. The IBF rates among patients with IDC, ILC, and DCIS were 2.4%, 3.2%, and 4.4%, respectively, with no significant difference between histologies. When patients were analyzed by the ASTRO APBI consensus statement risk groups, 32% of treated cases were considered suitable, 50% cautionary, and 18% unsuitable. The IBF rates among suitable, cautionary, and unsuitable patients were 4.0%, 2.6%, and 1.8%, respectively, with no significant difference between risk groups. Acute skin reactions were rare and long-term cosmetic outcome was very good to excellent. Conclusions External beam APBI with once daily fractionation has a low rate of IBF consistent with other published APBI studies. The ASTRO risk stratification did not differentiate a subset of patients with a higher rate of IBF. APBI may be an appropriate treatment for women with DCIS and ILC.

Aplosporella javeedii is a pathogenic fungus that causes canker and dieback of jujube in China. In this study, we report a new mycovirus, Aplosporella javeedii partitivirus 1 (AjPV1), isolated from A. javeedii strain NX55-3. The AjPV1 genome contains two double-stranded RNA elements (dsRNA1 and dsRNA2). The size of dsRNA1 is 2,360 bp, and it encodes a putative RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp), while dsRNA2 is 2,301 bp in length and encodes a putative capsid protein (CP). The sequences of RdRp and CP have significant similarity to those of members of the family Partitiviridae. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed that AjPV1 is a new member of the family Partitiviridae that is related to members of the genus Betapartitivirus. The 2′,3′-cycling ribonuclease (RNase) genes are catalysts of RNA cleavage and include the RNase T2 gene family. RNase T2 genes perform important roles in plants and have been conserved in the genome of eukaryotic organisms. In this study we identified 21 EURNS genes in Eucommia ulmoides Oliver (E. ulmoides) and analyzed their structure, chromosomal location, phylogenetic tree, gene duplication, stress-related cis-elements, and expression patterns in different tissues. The length of 21 predicted EURNS proteins ranged from 143 to 374 amino acids (aa), their molecular weight (MW) ranged from 16.21 to 42.38 kDa, and their isoelectric point (PI) value ranged from 5.08 to 9.09. Two classifications (class I and class III) were obtained from the conserved domains analysis and phylogenetic tree. EURNS proteins contained a total of 15 motifs. Motif 1, motif 2, motif 3, and motif 7 were distributed in multiple sequences and were similar to the conserved domain of RNase T2. EURNS genes with similar structure and the predicted EURNS proteins with conserved motif compositions are in the same group in the phylogenetic tree. The results of RT-PCR and transcription data showed that EURNS genes have tissue-specific expression and exhibited obvious trends in different developmental stages. Gene duplication analysis results indicated that segment duplication may be the dominant duplication mode in this gene family. This study provides a theoretical basis for research on the RNase T2 gene family and lays a foundation for the further study of EURNS genes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
