Unfolding behaviour of different allelic variants of high Mrglutenin subunits has been studied by transverse urea gradient gel electrophoresis, a system in which a gradient of urea (from 0 to 8 M) is generated perpendicularly to the direction of migration. A different unfolding pattern is observed between x- and y-type subunits. The former type of subunits generally present a broad unfolding pattern without any clear transition, as urea concentration increases, suggesting the existence of several conformational intermediates. On the contrary most of the y-type subunits present an unfolding pattern showing an abrupt decrease in mobility, with a single inflection point at the midpoint of the transition indicative of a protein unfolding in a single, cooperative, two-state transition. Native and bacterial expressed subunits, differing for the size of the repetitive domain, were used to assess the role of variation in size of such region on unfolding behaviour. Free energy values associated to unfolding process were calculated for most of the y-type subunits presenting a two state transition. In particular, different values were found for subunit Dy10 and Dy12, with the former being larger than the latter, suggesting a different stability of the two subunits. Possible implications for qualitative differences associated to allelic subunits are also discussed.

This dissertation investigates what are the key component of digital platforms in relation to a wider process of urban transformation. The thesis aims to contribute to an understanding of the multiple forms that digital platforms can take by focusing on alternative spatial articulation and modes of production. By systematising the various normative claims to sharing economy, in which digital platforms and makerspaces are inscribed, I analyse discourses and practices in different urban contexts. After looking at the definitions of sharing economy, digital platforms, and makerspaces as given in the literature, the thesis proposes the concept of Urban Digital Platform (UDP). A UDP is oriented to citizen participation and facilitates the exchange of goods and services at a smaller, generally urban scale: they are both of and for the city and its inhabitants. Through detailed examinations of different cases such as short-term-rent platforms, makerspaces, civic crowdfunding platforms, and care provision and mutual help platforms, I have aimed to expand existing knowledge about the relationship between media technology and the city. The empirical material has been deployed to broaden the academic and societal debates concerning digital platforms. Indeed, the relevance of such enquiries is not limited solely to the academic world, for the practices examined here might have considerable implications for wider social issues such as participation, inclusion and exclusion, and the future development of our cities more broadly.

Purpose of this study is to describe main reporting tools at the basis of the ethical-social sphere of the company, aimed at concretely representing the activities promoted in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility, creating cohesion between different aspects, linked to company dynamics. The concept of CSR is spread as a strategic tool aimed at creating a more competitive and socially cohesive society. Based on the main theoretical concepts in support of sustainability and CSR and, in relation to the company's strategic choices, the urgent need for companies to communicate their "sustainable" commitment. This is how they are born a series of documents related to non financial reporting, which tend to split the different aspects of the concept of sustainability and CSR using different interpretations. From this study, based on the main economic theories that led to the creation of real non-financial reporting models, a complete vision derives from these reporting tools, whose main function is expressed in the "measurement" of corporate performance. sustainable, through the adoption of internationally known reference models (GRI Standard- Global Reporting Initiative). Specifically, the explanation of the models adopted focuses on the Sustainability Reports (Non-Financial Statements) prepared in 2017 by a small sample of Italian companies, operating in the fashion sector, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. The analyzed documents reported a series of information, the source of a research activity aimed at different aspects (stakeholder involvement, certifications acquired, Governance, environmental protection, etc.); the purpose is to understand how this document and therefore, the information contained therein, affect the company's economic activities, influencing different aspects (quality of the products offered, satisfaction of the interlocutors) and how much "importance" is given to today sustainable information and the communication of this type of information, in the national economic scenario

La presente indagine fornisce informazioni sulla customer satisfaction dei servizi offerti da Sanitaservice ASL FG s.r.l.. Lo studio consente di confrontare l’andamento del fenomeno relativo agli anni 2017 e 2018 e di analizzare i punti di forza e di debolezza per ogni servizio e per le singole dimensioni esaminate. La ricerca ha coinvolto i direttori amministrativi e/o sanitari, i primari di tutti i reparti e, ove presenti, i caposala o coordinatori infermieristici della ASL Foggia. Dal confronto fra i dati relativi al 2017 e quelli relativi al 2018 risulta evidente un incremento della soddisfazione del personale ASL FG rispetto ai servizi erogati da Sanitaservice ASL FG s.r.l..

International audience; En France, le calcul de deux indicateurs simples (les proportions de cadres et d’ouvriers-employés parmi les actifs diplômés du supérieur âgés de 25-54 ans) à l’échelle des arrondissements (330 unités territoriales) montre le lien qui existe entre, d’une part, l’augmentation de la proportion de diplômés du supérieur au sein de la population active et, d’autre part, la difficulté croissante et de plus en plus inégale selon les territoires de l’accès aux fonctions de cadres pour ces derniers. La mise en oeuvre de cette méthode à l’échelle des 110 provinces italiennes révèle que c’est également le cas en Italie. Mais, sur le plan méthodologique, l’importance des migrations internes sud-nord révèle aussi lagrande sensibilité des deux indicateurs utilisés aux migrations. Les résultats ne peuvent alors être correctement interprétés sans une analyse démographique des effets de sélection induits par les migrations. Toutefois, loin de fragiliser les résultats pour la France, la mise en évidence des limites de ces indicateurs les conforte au contraire.
