Overweight and obesity influence many people and cause a severe economic burden on healthcare costs worldwide. However, efficient and long-lasting anti-obesity approaches have not been still established, partly owing to the lack of suitable in vitromodels. Particularly, since recent advancements have revealed the effect of the abundant innervation in adipose tissue on the thermogenic capacity, the neutralized adipose tissue model for anti-obesity research has been becoming a new research interest. Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting is a new strategy for fabricating 3D cell-laden model constructs that mimic the structural and functional characteristics of various tissues as well as providing an in vitromodel with a similar architecture and microenvironment to the native tissue. Our study aimed to investigate the effect of neural cells integrated into 3D co-axial bioprinted human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ADMSC)-induced adipose tissue structures on adipogenesis for the fat metabolism research. Compared to 2D and MIX cultures, the bioprinted core-shell constructs provided high cell viability, long-term cell survival, and cell-cell interactions with a suitable physiological microenvironment to support the successful induction of engineered adipose tissue. Moreover, the effect of neural cells integrated into bioprinted constructs was confirmed by small lipid droplets and increased fat metabolism-related proteins in the co-culture of neural cells and ADMSCs compared to the pure culture of ADMSCs. These results suggest that innervation in bioprinted adipose constructs can regulate fat metabolism and provide a promising strategy for the establishment of 3D in vitromodels of fat metabolism for medical study on anti-obesity.

The density of oil mist in this paper is an important factor of oil mist lubrication technology, according to which the effect of lubrication will be known and from which the study on atomization effect will also benefit. In general, the oil mist density of oil mist lubrication system in working condition is 3-12g/ m3 , the median diameter is 1-3 [1], which is difficult to measure with conventional detection methods. The paper takes advantage of optical rotation principle as a measuring method for density of oil mist and achieves a good experimental result.

We report the results of the broadband dielectric constant and loss tangent of the new complex perovskites Ba3MnTa2O9 with the test frequency f in different ranges from 1 kHz to 15 GHz. For the test frequency f below 1 MHz, the dielectric constant and loss tangent of the specimens were measured using a LCR meter with four-terminal configuration. The measurements at frequencies between 50 MHz and 1 GHz were performed by the lumped impedance method, which uses an impedance analyzer to measure the complex impedance of the specimen. At frequencies above 1 GHz, two samples with diameter 9 mm and different thicknesses (2.73 mm and 5.42 mm) were measured by a home-made Hakki-Coleman resonator. The TE011 resonant peaks were found and identified with an Agilent PNA net-work analyzer. The dielectric constants were found to remain almost constant with the test frequency at room temperature. The calculated values of the real part dielectric constants are 17.74 and 17.53 at 9.86 GHz and 15.43 GHz, respectively. The unloaded Q factors deduced from curve fitting of the peaks are both around 200.

Hydraulic grinding saw is a kind of important equipment broadly used in billet precise cutting in metallurgical industry. In order to improve productivity significantly, control feeding speed reasonably, at the same time to compensate the variation of driving torque caused by the change of contacting area between grinding wheel and slab, thus to obtain the optimized match between the feed of the grinding wheel and the driving motor, the application of hydraulic servo system in the control of the feeding speed of grinding wheel is discussed in this thesis. This article introduces the principle of hydraulic grinding saw, brings out the project of constant power PID control based on the relationship between driving torque and motor current. The transfer function of the hydraulic servo system, the optimized PID controller is also worked out. According to the result of simulation analysis, the controlling factors can be well obtained.
