The Eastern Orthodox Church has a long history of women's ordination to the diaconate. Equally consistent is the absence of female priesthood and female episcopate. This article inquires – theoretically, as it is not a call to action – whether there are any theological reasons for this latter absence, or whether it is based exclusively on precedent and practice. Such an inquiry first presupposes an introduction to the history of the female diaconate in the East in order to establish that Ordination is not restricted to males. Second, it necessitates a historical approach to the question of women's ordination to the priesthood, short as this history might be. Third, it challenges theological arguments against women's ordination from the perspective of Eastern Christology, soteriology, anthropology, sacramental theology, and the relationship between theology and culture. The article concludes with some practical considerations regarding the negative consequences of the excessive masculinization of the Church. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Such abstracts cannot offer a clear picture of the study essence if economic, linguistic, or political barriers prevent access to the full text. In order to enrich abstract content and to avoid typographic space waste, a formula is suggested to provide, in one single line of symbols and figures, all the necessary data for statistical interpretation at two evolution moments: the first significative control (6 months) and the final one.Conclusion: The current manner of results reporting in surgical glaucoma abstracts is subject to too little standardization, allowing insufficiently data-supported statements. Abstracts, especially those printed in small-circulation language journals, should be conceived and standardized in such a manner that any abstract review reader is capable of grasping the essence of the study at first glance. The suggested manner of reporting results would bring satisfaction to all areas of the process. Publishers would save typographic space, readers would find all the necessary data for statistical analysis and comparison with other studies, and authors would be convinced that the essence of their work would penetrate in spite of any economic, linguistic, or political barriers.Keywords: glaucoma, reporting results, IOP, abstract construction, standardization formula

Since years, the core motivation for travelling to Bucovina was culture and nature.In the last period of time was a pressure for a continue development of tourism within the region. The government and tourism stakeholders are making a major commitment to developing the sector. Despite the good intentions, due a misunderstanding of tourism complexity, are invested efforts in developing tourism offers that are not necessary addressing to a tourism need. For this purpose, a reconfirmation of motivation of tourists coming to Bucovina was needed.

The EU and its Member States are currently working on concrete measures to guarantee Europe's security and strengthen the EU's external borders. The war between Russia and Ukraine has created several challenges for border police forces and border security, in general, mainly at the external borders of EU. The recent global threats such as the increase of illegal immigration, the high risks of terrorism and cross border criminality and the war itself created the essential need for exchanging cross-border information in order to prevent, detect, and investigate cross border criminality across Europe and the neighbouring countries. FRONTEX Agency closely monitors the EU's external borders. It also works with Member States to quickly identify and address any security threats at external borders. The Border Guard and the Coast Guard at European level support: managing migration more effectively, safeguarding the principle of free movement of persons, improving EU internal security etc. Strengthening the EU's external borders and cooperation with third countries are some of the concerns expressed by the new EU strategy regarding the Security Union, for the period 2020-2025. The paper is focusing on different issues related to organised crime and security threats aiming at finding out solutions in the context of Frontex operational responses which is serving those multiple purposes to better respond and tackle wide range of threats encountered at the EU external borders. The Oligocene fish fauna of the Romanian Eastern Carpathians is of great interest for the study of the extinct European perciform fish assemblages because their diversity and fine preservation. Amongst these deposits, some exceptional fossil localities such as the recently discovered outcrop from the Coza Valley and the well-known historical locations (sites) from Piatra-Neamț and Suslănești, often offer new insights about the Paratethys fish faunas. Herein, we report for the first time the discovery of a fish skeleton originating from the Bituminous Marls Formation exposed in the Coza Valley (Vrancea Half-Window, Marginal Folds Nappe) that we refer to †Dicentrarchus oligocenicus, sp. nov.. Also, we review an existing specimen previously misidentified as †Morone major (Agassiz) found in the Lower Dysodilic Shales Formation of Piatra-Neamț (Bistrița-Râșca Half-Window, Marginal Folds Nappe) that will be referred henceforth to the Percoidei incertae sedis. While the new species described herein has been classified as belonging to the family Moronidae because of obvious meristic, morphometric and osteological features, the other species has been removed from this family due to the lack of diagnostic characters. Remarks on how †Dicentrarchus oligocenicus, sp. nov. differs from all extant and extinct representatives of moronid fishes are given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

They are a preferred approach by housekeepers, with change coming from the bottom up. Quality circles are useful in the implementation of quality systems, in the process of continuous managerial education, in the implementation of best practice guidelines.
