Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative granulomatous disease caused by an anaerobic Gram positive germ, Actinomyces. From 1994 to 1999, 21 cases of actinomycosis have been diagnosed in our laboratory. The main localisations were cervicofacial and gynecologic the diagnosis relies on histopathologic examination that shows actinomycosic granules.

Seborrheic keratosis are one of the most common benign epidermic tumors in clinical practice. Malignant transformation is exceptional and occurs by the involvement of human papilloma virus. We report a case of seborrheic keratosis of the armpit in a 55 year-old woman whose biopsy revealed the presence of a basal cell carcinoma.

We report a case of papillary adenofibroma of the uterine corpus in a 31 year-old woman who was initially examined for vaginal bleeding. Pelvic examination showed a large polypoid mass protruding through the cervix canal. A pelvic ultrasound revealed a polypoid cystic mass apparently arising from the uterus. A polypectomy was performed. The tumor was composed histologically by begin epithelial and mesenchymal components. Uterine adenofibroma is a extremely rare tumor which considered to be a mixed tumor of Müllerian origin. This lesion appears to be clinically and histologically benign but must be differentiated from other malignant lesions of the uterus, particularly from the adenosarcoma.

Primary hypertrophic antro-pyloric stenosis in adults is a misleading anatomic and radioclinical entity. It consists of hypertrophy of the internal muscular layer. Distal gastrectomy is the only effective treatment of the symptomatic form and allows a pathologic study of the gastrectomy, thus ruling out most causes of obstruction, including neoplastic ones. Its congenital origin has not been established. We report the case of a 59 year-old man who had primary hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.

The pancreas is an uncommon site of metastasis for renal cell carcinoma. We report 2 cases of patients who underwent total and subtotal pancreatectomy 13 and 10 years after resection of the primary tumor. One of the patients already had liver and cerebellum metastasis, the second one had a solitary metastasis to the pancreas. In both cases, tumoral proliferation invaded the lumen of the Wirsung, and in one case was prominent through the papillae.

We report a case of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix in a 32 year old women who present a Peutz Jeghers syndrome. This patient also had fibroadenoma of the breast and dystrophic mastopathy. This case represent an example of predisposition to developing tumors of the Peutz Jeghers syndrome.
