Primary ovarian ectopic pregnancy is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy which has an estimated prevalence ranging from 1:7000 to 1:70,000 accounting for almost 3 % of all ectopic cases. A 37-year-old woman was referred to our hospital intermittent vaginal spotting, recurrent abdominal pain that was getting worse, and 3 days of vaginal bleeding with clot passage. Her general condition was good and her vital signs were normal. She felt tenderness in an abdominal examination and had a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Transvaginal ultrasonography showed an ectopic gestational sac, in her right ovary. Our final diagnosis was ectopic ovarian pregnancy and we successfully treated her with methotrexate. After 3 doses of methotrexate administration her beta human chorionic gonadotropin was negative and a sonographic examination was completely normal. Approximately 3% of all ectopic pregnancies are located in the ovaries. Preoperative diagnosis of this extremely rare condition is challenging, because the ectopic pregnancy often resembles cysts of the corpus luteum.

Inconel 718 is a hard-to-machine alloy with very poor machinability and low thermal conductivity. Machining of such alloy is a critical manufacturing issue that should be carefully controlled to obtain machined components with acceptable accuracy and surface integrity. In this paper, hybrid machine learning (ML) models are developed to predict the induced residual stresses (RSes) during turning of Inconel 718 alloy. The developed models are composed of a traditional artificial neural network (ANN) incorporated with bio-inspired optimizers, namely pigeon optimization algorithm (POA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). These optimizers are used to fine-tune the ANN parameters to enhance its prediction accuracy. The models were trained using measured RSes at different cutting conditions. The effects of the cutting conditions, such as cutting speed, cutting depth, and feed rate on the induced RSes are also investigated. The predicted RSes obtained by the developed models were compared with the measured ones as well as with those predicted by traditional ANN. The prediction accuracy of the models was statistically evaluated using seven statistical measures. The ANN–POA and ANN–PSO outperformed the traditional ANN. The coefficient of determination of ANN–POA, ANN–PSO, and ANN was 0.991, 0.938, and 0.585, respectively, while root mean square error was 11.870, 31.487, and 119.437, respectively.

Various VM migration-based approaches are modeled for better VM placement but remain the challenge because of inappropriate load balancing. Thus, workload prediction-based VM migration is introduced to improve the energy efficiency of the system. Importantly, load prediction is very important to enhance resource allocation and utilization. Chaotic Fruitfly Rider Neural Network is devised by combining Rider neural network and chaotic Fruitfly optimization algorithm to predict load. Moreover, the fitness for predicting the load is based on old-time load, resource constraint, and network parameters. Once the load is predicted, the power optimization is performed using VM migration and optimal switching strategy. When the load is found overloaded, the VM migration is performed using the proposed Harris Hawks spider monkey optimization (HHSMO). Thus, the optimal finding of VM for executing the removed task is found out using the proposed HHSMO. The fitness function utilized for the VM migration is based on power, load, and resource parameter. If the load predicted is underloaded, the optimal switch ON/OFF is done optimally by switch ON/OFF the servers using the proposed HHSMO algorithm. Through the migration and switching strategy, the power consumption is optimized. The performance of the proposed model is evaluated in terms of power consumption, load, and resource utilization. The proposed HHSMO achieves the minimal power consumption of 0.0181, the minimal load of 0.002, and the minimal resource utilization of 0.0376.

Non-laminated glass fiber-reinforced epoxy composites (GFREC) have shown promising applications in various engineering fields. In this study, an experimental investigation followed by artificial intelligent modeling is carried out on the drilling of GFREC under two cooling conditions, namely internal and external. The damage factor of the drilled holes and the temperature of the drill tip were considered as main process responses. The experiments were conducted under different combinations of feed, spindle speed and coolant pressure. All holes were drilled using fresh tungsten carbide twist drills coated by TiN/TiAlN layer. A fine-tuned random vector functional link network (RVFL) model incorporated with a new optimizer called parasitism-predation algorithm (PPA) was developed to model the drilling process. PPA acts as an advanced metaheuristic optimizer to obtain the best model variables of RVFL. The developed model was compared with the stand-alone RVFL as well as the fined-tuned RVFL using particle swarm optimizer (PSO). RVFL-PPA outperformed other models in terms of coefficient of determination, root mean square error and other measures. The coefficient of determination of RVFL-PPA for different responses and cooling conditions ranges between 0.995 and 1.

Objective: The focus of this research has been to improve efficacy, decrease tolerance and increase the irinotecan pharmacokinetic profile. Methods: Proniosomesformulated with various surfactants, cholesterol and dicetyl phosphate using the slurry method. A slurry process was used to prepare proniosomes with maltodextrin as the carrier by using surfactants span 20, span 60, tween 20 and tween 80. Results: The preparations were characterized in terms of shape and specific surface area, entrapment efficacy, in vitro release studies, in vivo tissue diffusion and stability testing. The proniosome surface was found to be smoother in nature showing thin and compact layer with skim milk powder. For formulation 2 (73.94±2.8%), the maximum entrapment efficacy was found. Conclusion: The formulation 3 obtained the desired maximum release profile within 24 hours (98.06%). The in vivo tissue distribution studies for the proniosomes reveal that the drug was preferentially targeted to liver followed by the alveolus and lymphatic system.Stability studies have indicated that the most acceptable condition for storage of the formulation 2 was 4o C. Proniosomes provide an acceptable method to the carrier for targeted therapy. These can be held at specific sites and can release the drug for a prolonged period of time.

The present investigation “Influence of liquid and carrier based biofertilizers on growth, yield and quality of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.)”was laid out in randomized block design with two factors and three levels comprising of nine treatment combinations in three replications at Horticultural Research Station, Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari during Rabi, 2018. The application of 80 % recommended dose of fertilizers along with liquid biofertilizers resulted in significant higher differences in number of fruits per cluster (4.90), number of fruits per plant (60.0), fruit set % (98.34), fruit length (5.83 cm), fruit width (5.45 cm), average fruit weight (96.96 g), fruit yield per plant (7.27 kg), TSS (4.670 Brix), ascorbic acid content (16.53 mg/100 g), lycopene content (31.72 mg/100g) and titrable acidity (0.53 %) when compared to other treatment combinations.

In this review article, our main focus is on some important approaches (floating, bioadhesive, high density, swellable and magnetic systems) which are helpful in gastro retention of different dosage forms for treatment of peptic ulcer. Various factors such as composition of meal, nature of meal, gender, age, posture, size, shape, density of the dosage form influence the efficiency of above approaches. Currently, a lot of work is running to improve different types of gastro retentive delivery systems of a wide range of drugs and compensate the effects of above factors. In the future, it is anticipated that they will become of growing significance, finally leading to improved efficiency of various types of pharmacotherapies.

Based on the preliminary tests on the M30 concrete as a moderately substitution of the blue metal aggregate with PCB Trimmers. Different substitution rates of 0%, 5.5%, 11% and 16.5% of 20 mm PCB Trimmers Mix 1–50% of 10 mm PCB Trimmers additional based on 20 mm PCB Trimmers percentage with 10% fly ash, Mix 2–50% of 10 mm additional based on 20 mm PCB Trimmers percentage without fly ash, Mix 3–25% of 10 mm PCB Trimmers additional based on 20 mm PCB Trimmers percentage with 10% fly ash, Mix 4–25% of 10 mm additional based on 20 mm PCB Trimmers percentage without fly ash. Compressive, Flexural and Split Tensile tests shows improved by an optimal proportion of coarse aggregates being combined with 20 mm and with additional 10 mm PCB Trimmers with Fly Ash compared to standard concrete both with and without Fly ash.

The Optimum assay method condition was mobile phase Acetate Buffer (50mM) pH 5.4: Methanol (11:89), Flow rate: 0.9 ml/min, Lambda Max: 207. The separation was achieved in the Eclip Plus C-18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5μm) at ambient temperature. The retention time of Boceprevir was found to be 4.2 min. The method evaluation was performed according to the (Q2R1) ICH guideline.
