The people of North Kayong Regency-West Kalimantan still uphold the culture of utilizing plants as food, known as North Kayong local vegetables. Preserving knowledge about existing local potential and its utilization can be done through education based on local wisdom or local potential. It can be employed as a tool to enhance the efficacy and significance of education while preserving the unique possibilities of every area. The K13 curriculum is a curriculum of change from conceptual learning to contextual learning. The education process according to regional potential can be done through encyclopaedia media that attracts readers because the encyclopedia contains explicit information and is accompanied by pictures with bright colours. analysis and development, the creation of a local vegetable-based encyclopedia of North Kayong Regency as a biology learning media using a development model (D&D) consisting of six stages, namely: problem identification, description of objectives, design and development, product trials, evaluation of trial results, and communication of trial outcomes. The outcomes of validation and students response trials to the encyclopedia media developed obtained perfect scores. Where the validation test received a value from media experts of 97.08% (very valid), material experts of 90.22% (very valid), and language experts of 88.14% (very valid). Students responded very well to the small-scale (78.83%) and large-scale (84.47%) trials.

Stenochlaena palustris (Burm.f.) Bedd., a fern species native to India, Southeast Asia, Polynesia, and Australia, has a long history of medical including as a diabetic therapy. This study aimed to isolate bioactive compounds from S. palustris ethyl acetate extract and assess their in vitro and in silico inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase and α-amylase. The successful separation of five flavonols, namely stenopalustroside A (1), tiliroside (2), kaempferol (3), quercetin (4), and rutin (5), was achieved through phytochemical analysis. The compounds exhibited a range of inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase and α-amylase, with IC50 values ranging from 40 to 250 µg/mL. Notably, the biological activities of compound 1 have been reported for the first time. Compound 4 was the most effective inhibitor of both enzymes among the isolated compounds. Studies performed in silico reveal that the interactions between amino acids in compounds 4 and 5 are remarkably comparable to those observed in the positive control. These compounds share this commonality, and as a result, they both have the potential to be active agents.

Let A be an abelian surface over ${\mathbb {Q}}$ whose geometric endomorphism ring is a maximal order in a non-split quaternion algebra. Inspired by Mazur’s theorem for elliptic curves, we show that the torsion subgroup of $A({\mathbb {Q}})$ is $12$ -torsion and has order at most $18$ . Under the additional assumption that A is of $ {\mathrm{GL}}_2$ -type, we give a complete classification of the possible torsion subgroups of $A({\mathbb {Q}})$ .

Study objectivesWomen who experienced childhood sexual abuse have higher rates of obesity, a risk factor for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). We assessed if prior childhood sexual abuse was more common in women with OSA vs. those in the control group, with possible mediation by obesity.MethodsIn a secondary analysis of a larger project, we studied 21 women with OSA (age mean ± SD 59 ± 12 years, body mass index [BMI] 33 ± 8 kg/m2, respiratory event index [REI] 25 ± 16 events/hour, and Epworth Sleepiness Scale [ESS] score 8 ± 5) and 21 women without OSA (age 53 ± 9 years, BMI 25 ± 5 kg/m2, REI [in 7/21 women] 1 ± 1 events/hour, and ESS score, 5 ± 3). We evaluated four categories of trauma (general, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse) with the Early Trauma Inventory Self-Report–Short Form (ETISR-SF). We assessed group differences in trauma scores with independent samples t-tests and multiple regressions. Parametric Sobel tests were used to model BMI as a mediator for individual trauma scores predicting OSA in women.ResultsEarly childhood sexual abuse reported on the ETISR-SF was 2.4 times more common in women with vs. without OSA (p = 0.02 for group difference). Other trauma scores were not significantly different between women with and without OSA. However, BMI was a significant mediator (p = 0.02) in predicting OSA in women who experienced childhood physical abuse.ConclusionChildhood sexual abuse was more common in women with vs. without OSA. BMI was a mediator for OSA of childhood physical but not sexual abuse. This preliminary hypothesis-generating study suggests that there may be physiological impacts of childhood trauma in women that predispose them to OSA.

Human cognition fundamentally depends on memory. Alzheimer’s disease exhibits a strong correlation with a decline in this factor. Phosphodiesterase-4 B (PDE4B) plays a crucial role in neurodegenerative disorders, and its inhibition is one of the promising approaches for memory enhancement. This study aimed to identify secondary metabolites in white cabbage, coffee, and red onion extracts and identify their molecular interaction with PDE4B by in silico and in vitro experiments. Crushed white cabbage and red onion were macerated separately with ethanol to yield respective extracts, and ground coffee was boiled with water to produce aqueous extract. Thin layer chromatography (TLC)–densitometry was used to examine the phytochemicals present in white cabbage, coffee, and red onion extracts. Molecular docking studies were performed to know the interaction of test compounds with PDE4B. TLC-densitometry analysis showed that chlorogenic acid and quercetin were detected as major compounds in coffee and red onion extracts, respectively. In silico studies revealed that alpha-tocopherol (binding free energy (∆Gbind) = −38.00 kcal/mol) has the strongest interaction with PDE4B whereas chlorogenic acid (∆Gbind = −21.50 kcal/mol) and quercetin (∆Gbind = −17.25 kcal/mol) exhibited moderate interaction. In vitro assay showed that the combination extracts (cabbage, coffee, and red onion) had a stronger activity (half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) = 0.12 ± 0.03 µM) than combination standards (sinigrin, chlorogenic acid, and quercetin) (IC50 = 0.17 ± 0.03 µM) and rolipram (IC50 = 0.15 ± 0.008 µM). Thus, the combination extracts are a promising cognitive enhancer by blocking PDE4B activity.

Gender-Affirming Care Providers (GACPs) for children and adolescents function within an intricate socio-political landscape that necessitates navigating legislative restrictions, institutional betrayals, and overarching societal prejudices. This manuscript presents a conceptual model that captures the multifaceted factors inducing moral distress among these professionals, including social workers, counselors, nurses, and physicians. Employing a system dynamics lens, our model delineates the complex interplay of legislative, societal, and institutional pressures with individual experiences, coping mechanisms, and resilience-building endeavors. While underscoring the pronounced challenges confronting pediatric GACPs—ranging from societal oversight to the long-term implications of decisions made during adolescence—we also highlight the pivotal role of identity concordance in enhancing patient-provider interactions. Shared identities between transgender and gender-diverse patients and providers can act as catalysts for fostering trust, bridging communication gaps, and serving as affirming representations of societal acceptance and success. Based on these insights, we offer robust recommendations including comprehensive institutional training, technological safeguards against online harassment, community alliances for multifaceted support, and intensified nationwide advocacy campaigns emphasizing the evidence-based nature of gender-affirming care. Through this comprehensive exploration, our aim extends beyond merely outlining challenges; we spotlight potent avenues for intervention, positive change, and reinforced support structures for GACPs. In sum, this paper contributes a profound understanding of the dynamics influencing GACPs, offering a clarion call for proactive measures to support these professionals and their patients in today's challenging socio-political environment.

The Dayak Simpakng community in Batu Daya village, Simpang Dua sub-district, has knowledge of making plaits by utilizing plants in the surrounding environment. The introduction of woven plants to students needs to be done to preserve the knowledge and woven plants of the Dayak Simpang tribe. This research aims to develop an encyclopedia of Dayak Simpang woven plants that is valid and feasible to use in learning. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research with the Borg and Gall model. The instruments used are validation sheets, questionnaires, observation sheets, and interview sheets. The data were analyzed using a Likert scale questionnaire. This research involved three material expert validators, three media expert validators, and three language expert validators. The development trials were conducted in small-scale trials and large-scale trials. A total of 42 students were involved in the trial with a division of 12 students in the small-scale trial, and 30 students in the large-scale test. The results of validation by material experts obtained 92.18% (very valid), the results of validation by media experts obtained 96.66% (very valid), and the results of linguist validation obtained 93.51% (very valid). Based on the results of the small-scale trial, the score was 85.06%, and the results of the large-scale trial obtained a score of 85.50%. These results show that the encyclopedia of woven plants is very feasible to use in learning and get a positive response.

Background Rest‐activity rhythms (RARs), a measure of circadian rhythmicity in the free‐living setting, are related to mortality risk, but evidence is limited on associations with cardiovascular disease (CVD) and its risk factors. Methods and Results Participants included 4521 adults from the 2013 to 2014 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey physical activity monitoring examination. Wrist‐worn ActiGraph GT3X+ data were used to estimate RARs. Multivariable logistic models evaluated associations of RARs with prevalent CVD, hypertension, obesity, and central adiposity. Participants (mean age, 49 years) in the highest versus lowest tertile of relative amplitude (greater circadian rhythmicity) had 39% to 62% lower odds of prevalent CVD, hypertension, obesity, and central adiposity. A more active wake period was associated with 19% to 72% lower CVD, hypertension, obesity, and central adiposity odds. Higher interdaily stability (regular sleep‐wake and rest‐activity patterns) was related to 52% and 23% lower CVD and obesity odds, respectively. In contrast, participants in the highest versus lowest tertile of intradaily variability (fragmented RAR and inefficient sleep) had >3‐fold and 24% higher CVD and obesity odds, respectively. A later and less restful sleep period was associated with 36% to 2‐fold higher CVD, hypertension, obesity, and central adiposity odds. Shift workers commonly suffer from disturbed sleep, which is known to affect mental health in other populations. Shift work disorder (SWD) is characterized by complaints of insomnia and/or excessive daytime sleepiness temporally associated with working non-standard schedules that occur during the usual time for sleep. Few studies have explored the extent to which workers with vs. without SWD experience worse mental health. We administered the Shift Work Disorder Screening Questionnaire to 60 adults engaged in various shift work schedules to categorize workers as being at high or low risk for SWD. Mental health outcomes were measured using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21). Linear regression was performed for each DASS-21 subscale, adjusting for age, sex, shift type, sleep duration, and frequency of alcohol use. Most participants (55 %) were at high risk for SWD. High-risk participants had higher depressive symptoms than low-risk participants, B = 3.59, 95 % CI [0.54, 6.65], p = .02. The estimated value for those at high risk for SWD corresponded to clinically significant mild depressive symptoms, (M = 13.43), compared to those at low risk, (M = 9.84). High risk for SWD was marginally associated with increased stress symptoms, B = 2.48, 95 % CI [-0.06, 5.02], p = .06. Our findings add to the body of evidence that SWD is associated with poor mental health outcomes. Providing interventions specific to the sleep impacts of SWD, including tailored cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, may improve shift workers’ mental health.

The endophytic fungi that live in endemic plants are a promising bio‐prospect as the producers of antibacterial compounds. This research is aimed to evaluate the endophytic fungi antibacterial compound from Mangifera casturi. The bioactive compounds of 13 endophytic fungi were extracted using ethyl acetate and evaluated for antibacterial activity using disk diffusion assay. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured using the serial broth dilution method. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to examine cell damage because of the extract. The antibacterial compounds were then detected using GC‐MS analysis. The endophytic fungi were identified morphologically and molecularly based on ITS rDNA sequencing Among the 13 isolates, the endophytic fungi identified as Botryosphaeria rhodina AK32 produced the antibacterial compounds that exhibited the highest activity and a broad spectrum. Moreover, they were capable against resistant bacteria, Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) with an MIC value of 1.56% for all the test bacteria. The mechanism of action of AK32 ethyl acetate extract seemed to affect the condition of bacterial cell walls, causing morphological alteration such as shrinkage of the cell, warted cells, and hollow cells. Based on GC‐MS, the antibacterial compounds of AK32 ethyl acetate extract were di‐n‐octyl phthalate, benzyl alcohol, high‐oleic (CAS) safflower oil, benzene acetonitrile, and benzotriazole.

Metalaksil dilaporkan sudah tidak efektif lagi dalam mengendalikan penyakit bulai pada jagung dan mulai digantikan dengan fungisida berbahan aktif dimetomorf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan fungisida asam fosfit, dimetomorf, dan metalaksil dalam pengendalian penyakit bulai jagung yang disebabkan oleh Peronosclerospora sorghi di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Mei hingga Oktober 2022 di Laboratorium Ilmu Penyakit Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung dan lahan petani di Balik Bukit, Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Pada percobaan ini ini diuji empat perlakuan (kontrol, asam fosfit, dimetomorf, dan metalaksil) yang disusun dalam rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan enam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asam fosfit dan dimetomorf efektif mengendalikan penyakit bulai dan secara signifikan meningkatkan produksi pada jagung varietas BISI-18 generasi kedua. Sementara itu, metalaksil tidak efeketif untuk mengendalikan penyakit bulai dan menghasilkan produksi yang sama dengan yang diperoleh dari tanaman kontrol (tanpa aplikasi fungisida).

Atorvastatin calcium is a potent active pharmaceutical ingredient that reduces blood cholesterol levels. However, oral bioavailability is low because it is difficult to dissolve in water. Therefore, further research to increase the solubility of the drug is needed to improve its bioavailability properties. This research aimed to increase the solubility of atorvastatin calcium through the formation of a multi-component solid. Furthermore, the drug was formed into a multi-component solid with dipicolinic acid as a coformer using the solvent evaporation-quenching method. A powder X-ray diffractometer (PXRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to characterize the solid. Also, the shake-flask method was used to analyze the solubility of the solid in distilled water. The results showed that atorvastatin calcium and dipicolinic acid formed a new multi-component solid of cocrystal type. The solubility of the atorvastatin calcium from the multi-component solid was 344.31 ± 37.09 mg/L, which was a significant increase of about 2.7-fold compared to the pure form.

The learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic presents a new paradigm, namely learning which was originally teacher-centered, shifting towards a students-centered learning paradigm by utilizing network media. Thus, it is necessary to coordinate cooperatively between teachers and students to create attractive, innovative, creative, and meaningful learning. However, in reality there are still obstacles faced but Indonesian language teachers, such as the not yet optimal application of the approach in the learning process in accordance with the latest curriculum and the absence of practical guidelines in activiting students in learning Indonesian during the pandemic and post-pandemic. Therefore, Community Service (PkM) activites aim to change the mindset of the Indonesian language teacher audience from teacher-centered learning to student-centered learning by applying a process approach, as well as improving the quality of student learning from learning about language to learning to use language. The method used in PkM is through the stages of problem identification and field studies, making books, training for teachers, practical training in the application of the process approach, as well as monitoring and evaluating the implementation of activities. The results of PkM activities can be concluded that partners understand and implement in practical exercises. Comments are based on PkM activities, namely that participants are enthusiastic about the material presented and hope that the training will continue to be developed by adding discussion topics and practice exercises to Indonesian language subject matter in Junior High Schools.

Changes that occur during pregnancy are normal events or processes. Not infrequently the mother has not been able to adapt to these changes so that the mother feels uncomfortable, if not addressed wisely it will have an impact on worry and anxiety that can interfere with the mother's daily activities. Prenatal yoga is one way to overcome or reduce these complaints, preparing pregnant women physically, mentally and spiritually to face the birth process. Teluk Kenidai Village is located in Kampar district where the people there are not familiar with prenatal yoga. After doing prenatal yoga, the majority of pregnant women feel that there has been a change in their complaints, such as reduced back/waist pain, cramps and reduced nausea, headaches and other complaints. Prenatal yoga can also be done by pregnant women while at home, even though not all yoga movements can be memorized, but by still doing some easy yoga movements to help pregnant women to overcome complaints during pregnancy.

Gempa bumi yang melanda Kabupaten Cianjur pada tanggal 21 November 2022 menyebabkan korban jiwa juga kerugian materi. Kerusakan yang ada pada fasilitas pendidikan mau tidak mau membuat pendidikan anak menjadi terganggu. Perlu adanya kerja sama dari semua pihak agar bencana yang terjadi dapat ditangani dengan baik. Mahasiswa memiliki peran membantu sekolah-sekolah darurat dalam memberikan pengajaran kepada anak-anak yang terdampak bencana. Pemberian pengajaran ini dilakukan baik dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran sebagaimana anak dapatkan di sekolah maupun dalam hal terkait psikososial anak. Metode menggunakan pendekatan dukungan psikososial. Sasarannya yaitu siswa SD Negeri Giriharja dan SD Negeri Sukmajayana di Kabupaten Cianjur. Pelaksana kegiatan ini yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Suryakacana Cianjur. Hasilnya yaitu Sudah ada perubahan dari segi psikososialnya yaitu anak-anak sudah mulai dalam kondisi normal dan minat belajarnya sudah mulai baik. Namun, hasil dari kegiatan literasi numerasi masih belum maksimal karena kondisi gempa dan sarana prasarana yang belum menunjang dengan baik.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has become a new stressor with significant pregnancy consequences, limiting access to health services. Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy (MBAT) has been proven to intervene in the body-mind-soul and improve mental health problems. However, no research has developed it into a form of artificial intelligence for use by pregnant women in supporting the current situation of access to health services. Purpose: This study aims to produce a system of MBAT based on artificial intelligence for early detection and to prove the effectiveness of improving mental health in pregnant women. Methods: This study employed Research & Development consisting of 4 stages, namely Literature Study, Development Stage, Validity Expert, and Trial. Results: The MBAT application has five features, from mental health information to history. The validity score of the application system is 87.33%. The trial results showed that the application effectively reduces stress levels by 91.26% and anxiety by 90.24%. Also, the application can predict the percentage reduction in stress and anxiety levels correctly and without errors using the decision tree. Conclusion: This application is helpful for pregnant women and health workers in detecting stress and anxiety levels early in pregnancy and improving mental health.

Abstract Bioactive glass (BAG) is a bone substitute that can be used in orthopaedic surgery. Following implantation, the BAG is expected to be replaced by bone via bone growth and gradual degradation of the BAG. However, the hydroxyapatite mineral forming on BAG resembles bone mineral, not providing sufficient contrast to distinguish the two in X-ray images. In this study, we co-registered coded-excitation scanning acoustic microscopy (CESAM), scanning white light interferometry (SWLI), and scanning electron microscopy with elemental analysis (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) (SEM–EDX) to investigate the bone growth and BAG reactions on a micron scale in a rabbit bone ex vivo. The acoustic impedance map recorded by the CESAM provides high elasticity-associated contrast to study materials and their combinations, while simultaneously producing a topography map of the sample. The acoustic impedance map correlated with the elemental analysis from SEM–EDX. SWLI also produces a topography map, but with higher resolution than CESAM. The two topography maps (CESAM and SWLI) were in good agreement. Furthermore, using information from both maps simultaneously produced by the CESAM (acoustic impedance and topography) allowed determining regions-of-interest related to bone formation around the BAG with greater ease than from either map alone. CESAM is therefore a promising tool for evaluating the degradation of bone substitutes and the bone healing process ex vivo.

Abstract Decision-making requires flexibility to rapidly switch one’s actions in response to sensory stimuli depending on information stored in memory. We identified cortical areas and neural activity patterns underlying this flexibility during virtual navigation, where mice switched navigation toward or away from a visual cue depending on its match to a remembered cue. Optogenetics screening identified V1, posterior parietal cortex (PPC), and retrosplenial cortex (RSC) as necessary for accurate decisions. Calcium imaging revealed neurons that can mediate rapid navigation switches by encoding a mixture of a current and remembered visual cue. These mixed selectivity neurons emerged through task learning and predicted the mouse’s choices by forming efficient population codes before correct, but not incorrect, choices. They were distributed across posterior cortex, even V1, and were densest in RSC and sparsest in PPC. We propose flexibility in navigation decisions arises from neurons that mix visual and memory information within a visual-parietal-retrosplenial network.

The effect of active sonars on marine mammal behaviour is a topic of considerable interest and scientific investigation. Some whales, including the largest species (blue whales, Balaenoptera musculus), can be impacted by mid-frequency (1–10 kHz) military sonars. Here we apply complementary experimental methods to provide the first experimentally controlled measurements of behavioural responses to military sonar and similar stimuli for a related endangered species, fin whales (Balaenoptera physalus). Analytical methods include: (i) principal component analysis paired with generalized additive mixed models; (ii) hidden Markov models; and (iii) structured expert elicitation using response severity metrics. These approaches provide complementary perspectives on the nature of potential changes within and across individuals. Behavioural changes were detected in five of 15 whales during controlled exposure experiments using mid-frequency active sonar or pseudorandom noise of similar frequency, duration and source and received level. No changes were detected during six control (no noise) sequences. Overall responses were more limited in occurrence, severity and duration than in blue whales and were less dependent upon contextual aspects of exposure and more contingent upon exposure received level. Quantifying the factors influencing marine mammal responses to sonar is critical in assessing and mitigating future impacts.

The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized at various precursor concentrations i.e. 0.05, 0.1, and 0.5 M by biosynthesis method based on Pometia pinnata Leaf Extracts. Initial nanoparticle concentration influenced the optical bandgap, shape, and structure of nanoparticles. The photodegradation process was carried out under UV illumination. The efficiency of MB degradation was determined by measuring the decrease in MB concentration and by analyzing the optical absorption at 663 nm recorded by UV-Vis spectroscopy. Results showed that the biosynthesized ZnO nanoparticles exhibited efficient photodegradation of MB, with a maximum degradation rate of 80% after 90 minutes of exposure to UV-C light. The study highlights the potential of Pometia pinnata leaf extracts as a low-cost and eco-friendly alternative for synthesizing ZnO nanoparticles for use in environmental remediation processes

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in economic development and sustainability. In Indonesia, SMEs account for a significant portion of the economy but face challenges in adapting to eco-innovation practices. To address this issue, this study examines the role of eco-regulation and government support in promoting eco-innovation adaptation among SMEs in Indonesia. We also explore the moderating effect of eco-environmental factors, including eco-customers, eco-managerial, eco-competition, and eco-process innovation. We collect data from 859 SMEs in Indonesia and use the Structural Equal Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the data. We measure eco-regulation and government support as independent variables and eco-environmental factors as moderating variables. We use eco-innovation adaptation as the dependent variable. Our results show that eco-regulation and government support have a positive effect on eco-environmental factors, except for eco-customers. We also find that eco-environmental factors have a positive impact on eco-innovation adaptation. Furthermore, we find that eco-regulation and government support indirectly influence eco-innovation adaptation through the mediation of eco-environmental factors. In conclusion, our study highlights the importance of eco-regulation and government support in promoting eco-innovation adaptation among SMEs in Indonesia. We find that eco-environmental factors mediate the relationship between eco-regulation and government support and eco-innovation adaptation. Our study provides valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance SMEs' eco-innovation practices and promote sustainable development.

AbstractThe present study examines the educational speech that appears in the upper secondary school curriculum. Teaching and the organisation of teaching is guided by the written reality of the curriculum.The Foucaultian approach is applied to study the discursive events, i.e. expressions presented as true. The study is based on the interest in the role of education policy and working life in the construction of the general Finnish upper secondary education curriculum. As an educational policy management document, the curriculum creates an aim for the reality of teaching and learning. It maintains values related to upper secondary education, in this case for career orientation, as discourses of task, fluency, anticipation, and activation. The working life discourses emphasise efforts to accelerate transitions in working life, bring forward career-related decisions, and glorify success and activity. This article discusses the emphasis the working life in the curriculum has for the ideal of Bildung in contemporary upper secondary school education.

AbstractDigital entrepreneurship is an interesting study in developed and developing countries as it plays a radical role in changing the economic landscape and facilitates creativity and innovation efforts for the growth of new entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine how digital entrepreneurship knowledge affects the digital entrepreneurial intentions of students. This research also explores the role of digital entrepreneurial alertness in mediating this relationship. We used a cross-sectional survey with a quantitative approach to convey the proposed hypotheses. A self-administrated survey of universities in Indonesia has participated in this survey. Later, the collected data were estimated using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that digital entrepreneurial education and digital entrepreneurial knowledge can promote students’ digital entrepreneurial intentions. The findings also remark a significant effect of digital entrepreneurial alertness as a moderating variable for digital entrepreneurial education, digital entrepreneurial knowledge and students’ digital entrepreneurial intentions. This research provides insights linked to psychological dimensions in the form of digital entrepreneurial knowledge and digital entrepreneurial alertness as one of the predictor variables, as well as mediators for enhancing students’ digital entrepreneurial intention.

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of financial development on greenhouse gas emissions in Indonesia during the period from 2000 to 2019. Using ordinary least squares with robust standard errors, the study revealed a positive and significant relationship between financial development and total greenhouse gas emissions. The study revealed a positive and significant relationship between financial development and total greenhouse gas emissions by employing utilizing a comprehensive financial development index. The findings indicate that higher levels of financial development by employing utilizing a comprehensive financial development index led to increased greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, sector-specific analyses demonstrated that financial development significantly and positively influences emissions across various sectors, including the energy sector, agriculture, forest, and other land uses, peatland fires, and waste. However, intriguingly, financial development was found to have a significant and negative impact on greenhouse gas emissions in the industrial processes and product use sector, suggesting its role in promoting sustainable practices and contributing to emissions reduction in this specific domain.

Kearifan lokal dalam strategi konservasi sumber daya laut merupakan kegiatan masyarakat dalam menjaga ekosistem laut. Beberapa kearifan lokal masyarakat di desa Batu Berian berhubungan dengan strategi konservasi sumber daya laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kearifan lokal masyarakat desa Batu Berian dalam strategi konservasi sumber daya laut yang dapat dijadikan sumber belajar pada materi Biologi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian kearifan lokal masyarakat desa Batu Berian dalam strategi konservasi sumber daya laut terdiri atas 6 pantangan yaitu, tundok kuali, buang air besar dan kecil sembarangan, buang ketupang di malam hari, merusak bakau, tujoh pangsek pakai besi, dan nyelup pinggon setelah makan di laut. Potensi kearifan lokal masyarakat desa Batu Berian sesuai dengan materi pokok SMP kelas VII dan SMA kelas X yaitu materi pencemaran lingkungan dan perusakan lingkungan. Kearifan lokal masyarakat desa Batu Berian dalam strategi konservasi sumber daya laut mendapat kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata persentase per aspek yaitu 98,33%. Disimpulkan, secara keseluruhan bahwa kearifan lokal masyarakat desa Batu Berian memiliki potensi sebagai sumber belajar

Augmented Reality displays realistic-looking 3D animations. Learning media utilizing Augmented Reality can assist students in comprehending Biology education, particularly ecosystem materials, with greater concreteness. This study reports the development of Augmented Reality learning media based on Assemblr Studio Web, known for its validity and positive response from students. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) approach with a 3D modification development model derived from the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan. The Augmented Reality learning media based on Assemblr Studio Web received highly valid assessments from subject matter experts (85.18%), media experts (90%), and language experts (80.83%). In a small-scale trial involving 27 students, a response rate of 78.51% (positive) was recorded, while in a large-scale trial with 63 students, the response rate was 76.4% (positive). It is concluded that the developed Augmented Reality learning media based on Assemblr Studio Web is highly suitable for use in the learning process and has received positive feedback from students.

IntroductionPatients and technologists commonly describe vertigo, dizziness, and imbalance near high-field magnets, e.g., 7-Tesla (T) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners. We sought a simple way to alleviate vertigo and dizziness in high-field MRI scanners by applying the understanding of the mechanisms behind magnetic vestibular stimulation and the innate characteristics of vestibular adaptation.MethodsWe first created a three-dimensional (3D) control systems model of the direct and indirect vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) pathways, including adaptation mechanisms. The goal was to develop a paradigm for human participants undergoing a 7T MRI scan to optimize the speed and acceleration of entry into and exit from the MRI bore to minimize unwanted vertigo. We then applied this paradigm from the model by recording 3D binocular eye movements (horizontal, vertical, and torsion) and the subjective experience of eight normal individuals within a 7T MRI. The independent variables were the duration of entry into and exit from the MRI bore, the time inside the MRI bore, and the magnetic field strength; the dependent variables were nystagmus slow-phase eye velocity (SPV) and the sensation of vertigo.ResultsIn the model, when the participant was exposed to a linearly increasing magnetic field strength, the per-peak (after entry into the MRI bore) and post-peak (after exiting the MRI bore) responses of nystagmus SPV were reduced with increasing duration of entry and exit, respectively. There was a greater effect on the per-peak response. The entry/exit duration and peak response were inversely related, and the nystagmus was decreased the most with the 5-min duration paradigm (the longest duration modeled). The experimental nystagmus pattern of the eight normal participants matched the model, with increasing entry duration having the strongest effect on the per-peak response of nystagmus SPV. Similarly, all participants described less vertigo with the longer duration entries.ConclusionIncreasing the duration of entry into and exit out of a 7T MRI scanner reduced or eliminated vertigo symptoms and reduced nystagmus peak SPV. Model simulations suggest that central processes of vestibular adaptation account for these effects. Therefore, 2-min entry and 20-s exit durations are a practical solution to mitigate vertigo and other discomforting symptoms associated with undergoing 7T MRI scans. In principle, these findings also apply to different magnet strengths.

This study explores the factors influencing the innovation process and examines regional innovation management in regency and city level organizations in Indonesia. Using secondary data from financial and innovation sources, the research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample is made up of 383 regencies and 95 cities in Indonesia. The POEMS framework, which assesses five elements, is used in the analysis: Person, Object, Environment, Message/Media, and Service. The findings highlight the importance of various dimensions, including leadership, vision, and mission; income levels and regional capital spending; transparent governance and accountability mechanisms; regulatory environment; and efficient service delivery. By contextualizing the findings within the existing literature, the study adds to the body of knowledge on regional innovation management. However, limitations include relying on secondary data and focusing on specific organizational levels in Indonesia. Future research should consider primary data collection and broader samples. In designing effective strategies and policies to promote regional innovation, the findings of the study provide insights for policy makers, practitioners, and researchers.

People often forget about plants as living organisms that are essential for life which characterizes plant blindness. Plant blindness can occur in students. The objectives of this study are identifying plant blindness in high school student in Hulu Gurung. This research was conducted in January 2023 in the even semester of 2022/2023. The population in this study were all students of SMPN 1 Hulu Gurung (Junior High School) and SMAN 1 Hulu Gurung (Senior High School). Sample selection using Simple Random Sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires and direct interviews. Methods for data analysis using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that students still lack knowledge about local vegetables. The percentage of students recognizing vegetables was 15% in senior high school students and 4% in junior high school students. There were 6 vegetable species that were not recognized at all, namely Solanum lasiocarpum, Ficus sp., Mangifera pajang, Polypodium sp., Ficus sp., and Smilax leucophylla. In the future local vegetables can be better recognized amidst the presence of imported vegetables. The diversity of local vegetable crops must be maintained through conservation strategies, one of which is to avoid plant blindness as early as possible.

Background: Noise has been reported to occur with relatively high frequency after conventional total knee arthroplasty (C-TKA), and this may impact the incidence of patient satisfaction and function. The purpose of this study was to compare the rate of patient-reported prosthetic noise generation after robotically-assisted TKA (RA-TKA) and C-TKA. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted of unilateral primary RA-TKAs and C-TKAs performed between 2018 and 2021. Patients completed a survey consisting of 4 Likert scale questions related to prosthetic noise generation and Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Score Joint Replacement and Forgotten Joint Score were assessed prospectively preoperatively and at a minimum of 1-year of clinical follow-up. Statistical analysis was done utilizing T-tests and chi-square tests, with statistical significance defined as a P-value < .05. Results: One hundred sixty-two RA-TKAs and 320 C-TKAs with similar baseline characteristics and functions were included. There were no significant differences in hearing or feeling grinding, popping, clicking, or clunking (40.7% vs 38.1%; P = .647) between groups. Most RA-TKAs and C-TKAs were not dissatisfied regarding noise generation (70.4% vs 73.1%; P = .596). In both cohorts, patients who reported noise generation had lower average Forgotten Joint Scores (45.5 vs 66.1; P < .001) and lower postoperative Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Score Joint Replacement scores (72.0 vs 81.4; P < .001) than those who did not experience noise generation. Conclusions: While RA-TKA may facilitate soft tissue balancing, there were no differences in prosthetic noise generation between RA-TKA and C-TKA. However, those who experience implant-generated noise have lower functional outcome scores.

Media biakan maggot BSF merupakan cara maggot dibudidayakan ada dua macam media biakan yakni media biakan basah dan media biakan kering. Media biakan basah bisa didapatkan dari sayuran, sampah rumah tangga maupun buah yang sudah terjadi pembusukan, sedangkan media biakan kering ialah media yang berasal dari bekatul, kotoran ayam, serbuk kayu dan sebagainya. Dengan adanya media biakan ini produktivitas dapat optimal, namun dikarenakan tidak semua dapat mengolah limbah sampah, dan juga kekurangannya bahan pakan, serta masyarakat yang belum banyak tau tentang maggot BSF ini, begitupun dengan pemerintah desa yang tidak ada respon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terhadap pendapatan maggot BSF antara media basah dan media kering di UMKM Ahmad Hidayah Farm Metode penelitian menggunakan uji T dengan pemenuhan sampel secara accidental sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa (1) penerimaan yang didapatkan oleh UMKM Ahmad Hidayahh Farm memiliki nilai rata-rata hasil produksi sebesar 32,5 Kg/ produksi dengan rata-rata penghasilan sebesar Rp 260.000 / produksi. (2) Dengan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa media kering berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan maggot BSF. Dengan sig. senilai 0,024 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05. (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa adanya sebuah perbedaan antara pendapatan variabel media basah dan juga media kering. Yang menunjukan bahwa pendapatan maggot BSF lebih dominan oleh media kering. Dikarenakan pada media basah ada sebuah kendala dari tidak adanya pasok bahan pangan juga terjadi kesalahan pada tahap fermentasi. Sedangkan media kering menjadi dominan karena adanya pasok dan tidak melalui fermentasi

Kitooligosakarida merupakan derivat dari kitosan yang memiliki sifat antimikroba dan dijadikan bahan aktif dalam cairan hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer bebas alkohol dapat menghindari terjadinya toleransi bakteri terhadap bahan kimia seperti alkohol dan mengurangi efek buruk alkohol bagi kulit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sediaan hand sanitizer kitooligosakarida dan efektivitasnya dalam membunuh mikroba. Serbuk kitooligosakarida ditambahkan dalam formulasi hand sanitizer dengan variasi berat 1 g (formula 1), 1,5 g (formula 2), dan 2 g (formula 3) menggunakan basis NaCMC, propilenglikol, essens, dan metil paraben. Evaluasi stabilitas fisik hand sanitizer berdasarkan warna, tekstur, aroma, pH, homogenitas, dan daya sebar. Uji daya hambat hand sanitizer diuji melalui metode disc diffusion dilanjutkan dengan perbandingan daya hambat melalui pengukuran diameter zona penghambatan dan uji one-way ANOVA. Uji penurunan angka koloni mikroba dengan metode swabbing dan dilanjutkan perbandingan rerata penurunan koloni mikroba melalui uji T berpasangan. Hasil evaluasi stabilitas fisik hand sanitizer memenuhi kriteria gel yang baik. Hasil uji formula 1 memiliki kriteria angka diameter zona hambat yang lemah pada S. aureus (14,33 cm) dan daya hambat sedang pada E. coli (17,33 cm), Formula 2 memiliki angka diameter zona hambat kuat sebesar 21,33 cm pada S. aureus dan 20,33 cm pada E. coli. Formula 3 menghasilkan zona hambat kuat, yaitu 20,67 cm pada S. aureus dan 22,33 cm pada E. coli. Hasil penurunan angka koloni mikroba sediaan hand sanitizer paling besar yaitu formula 3 sebesar 80,22%. Hand sanitizer kitooligosakarida menunjukkan kemampuan penurunan angka koloni mikroba dan dapat digunakan sebagai formulasi alternatif hand sanitizer.

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the income of traders with the work ethic as a moderating variable, a case study on religious tourism on the island of Java. Traders in the area of the Great Mosque of Demak were given questionnaires as part of the data collection process, the tomb of Sunan Kalijaga and the tomb of Raden Santri. The samples in this study were 40 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data were processed using the SPSS analysis tool version 16. The results showed that first, communication style, skills, length of business and business location, each partially, had no significant positive effect on trader income. Second, The income of traders is affected positively and significantly to some extent by business ethics.. Third, the work ethic variable is incapable to moderate the effect of communication style, skill, business length and business location partially on traders’ income. Fourth, the work ethic variable is able to moderate or strengthen the effect of Islamic business ethics on traders’ income.

Village Information System (SID) is an implementation of e-government by the village government. The right of village communities to get real-time information can be hampered due to the skills and abilities of human resources and out-of-date information. The activity is focused on updating Village data and facilities through survey primary data collection. The results of the survey are up-to-date data, are integrated, and can be accessed online. The process of entering data into the SID will be continued by the Village Government Officials who manage the SID, for this reason, there is a need for a special briefing for Village Government Officials in a training activity in updating data on village facilities and infrastructure. Workshops in the form of training, practice and question and answer were carried out with feedback in the form of questionnaires before and after the workshop to assess the success of the program. The survey data that is input to the SID includes health facilities, religious facilities, agriculture, animal husbandry, plantations, educational facilities, village tourism potential, and potential disasters along with their evacuation points. This updated data is expected to be a reference for compiling the Teratak Village Development and workshop activities have been able to improve the ability of village government.

Shrimp cultivation is a very profitable business in Gresik. However, shrimp farmers in Mojopuro Gede Village, Gresik admitted that they did not optimize their cultivation process. The farmer did not realize that water quality is essential to be considered in aquaculture. Based on these problems, the team held a community service in Mojopuro Gede Village, Gresik by introducing the water quality meter module and giving it to several shrimp farmers in the area. This activity was carried out so that the farmers can improve their cultivation process which has not been optimal and also introduce them to technological developments. Technology use in cultivation is expected to increase the quality of the farmers' crops. The implementation methods used in this activity are socialization and training. In this community service program, education has been given to the farmers so that they understand and care about the condition of their ponds in the cultivation process. The purpose of this program is for introducing the importance of technology in the cultivation process, even though it is actually not easy to provide education to shrimp farmers, especially traditional farmers. Therefore, related parties (NU Gresik Maritime Institute and Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of East Java Province) are expected to be more active in providing understanding to the farmers regarding the importance of applying technology in the cultivation process.

Research using artificial neural network methods has been developed as a tool that can help human tasks, one of which is for passion fruit UMKM entrepreneurs. The problem so far that has been faced by UMKM entrepreneurs of passion fruit is that it is difficult to identify ripe passion fruit with sweet and sour taste, because there are 6 colors of passion fruit and the color of passion fruit skin is visually slightly different, as well as the texture of maturity. The main purpose of this study was to identify the color structure and texture of the ripeness of passion fruit, in order to recognize the color and texture of the ripeness of passion fruit which is good for processing into syrup, jam, jelly, juice, passion fruit juice powder by entrepreneurs of UMKM of passion fruit. This study empirically tested the color and texture of the ripeness of 10 passion fruit using the perceptron artificial neural network learning method. The data is obtained from an image that will be entered into the program. The results of the identification process using the perceptron artificial neural network from the tests that have been carried out previously, the highest calculation results obtained with the best results using a learning rate of 0.8 and 500 epoch iterations and producing an accuracy of 80%.

Abstract Background Injuries can have detrimental impacts on mental health, even after physical recovery. In our Prospective Outcomes of Injury Study (POIS), 25% of participants experienced psychological distress (assessed using the Kessler 6) three months after a sentinel injury event (SIE), declining to 16% at 24 months post-SIE. Internationally, studies of hospitalised patients found distress persisted beyond 24 months post-injury and remained higher than the general population. However, most studies only assessed distress at one timepoint, relied on long-term recall, or were limited to small samples or specific injury types. Therefore, we aim to describe the prevalence of psychological distress 12 years post-SIE and to investigate pre-injury, injury-related and early post-injury characteristics associated with long-term distress. Methods POIS is a longitudinal cohort study of 2856 New Zealanders injured between 2007 and 2009, who were on the national injury insurer, Accident Compensation Corporation entitlement claims’ register. Of these, 2068 POIS participants completed an interview at 24 months and agreed to further contact. They were invited to a follow-up interview 12 years post-SIE which included the Kessler-6 (K6), the psychological distress outcome of interest. Data about a range of pre-injury, injury-related and early (3 months) post-injury characteristics were collected via earlier interviews or administrative data sources (e.g. hospital discharge data). Results Twelve years post-SIE, 1543 (75%) people were re-interviewed and 1526 completed the K6; n = 177 (12%) reported psychological distress. Multivariable modified Poisson regression models found pre-injury characteristics were associated with an increased risk of clinically relevant distress at 12 years, i.e. having inadequate income, identifying as Māori, Pacific or Asian and having one mental health condition. Early post-injury psychological distress and dissatisfaction with social relationships also increased risk. However, being older was associated with a reduced risk of distress. Conclusion Clinically relevant distress persists long-term post-injury among adults with varying injury severity, types and causes, and at higher prevalence than in the general population. Early identification of injured people at risk of long-term psychological distress provides opportunities for timely interventions to reduce psychological distress.

Background: All obstetrics or pregnant patients potentially require anesthesia during their delivery, both planned and emergency. The rate of cesarean deliveries in Indonesia has also increased from 9.8% to 17.6%. This study was conducted to provide a profile of anesthesia services in obstetric patients in Indonesian population. Materials and Methods: This observational prospective multicenter study was conducted from March to June 2022 in 67 hospitals in Indonesia. A total of 1731 subjects were enrolled. The study population consisted of patients who received obstetric anesthesia services during cesarean section. Data collection was conducted via the REDCap application. Results: A total of 1731 subjects were included in this study. Most cases were emergency surgeries (66.44%), with an American Society of Anesthesiologists classification of ASA II with emergency situation (53.96%). Spinal anesthesia was the most frequent technique (96.42%), although 1.16% of subjects had a conversion of anesthesia technique. The most common complication during the surgery, in the recovery room, and in the ward was hypotension (8.55%, 1.50%, and 0.58%, respectively), and the maternal mortality rate was 0.29%, with some identified causes being prolonged shock. A total of 120 (6.93%) subjects experienced postoperative care in the intensive care unit, whereas the remaining 1511 (93.17%) subjects did not. Conclusion: Anesthesia services in this study showed proper and representative results for obstetrics services in Indonesia. Our study demonstrated that single shot spinal anesthesia is the most commonly preferred mode of anesthesia for both elective and emergency cesarean delivery cases. However, there is still room for improvement in the anesthesia field, which should be continuously evaluated.

Background: Sepsis is a clinical syndrome with a high mortality rate which shows a direct relationship with the severity of the disease. Changes in procalcitonin levels in several studies are considered indicators of bacterial infection. The goal of this study was to prove that low procalcitonin clearance is a mortality predictor in sepsis patients who are given antibiotics in the intensive care unit. Materials and Methods: This was an analytic, observational, retrospective study, with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted by taking medical record data of sepsis patients who were treated with culture-specific antibiotics and then collecting data on changes in procalcitonin levels on the first day and 72 h antibiotics administration per antibiotic-sensitivity results. Patients were grouped with procalcitonin clearance

PURPOSE: Enhancing the number of entrepreneurs is a major study to combat economic and social problems. Psychological factors considered as effective stimulants for entrepreneurial behavior have attracted many researchers in the last decade. The purpose of this research attempts to examine how the influence of economic literacy can promote the intention of starting a new business among students and explore the role of entrepreneurial alertness in mediating this relationship. METHODOLOGY: The research adopted a quantitative approach in which hypotheses were statistically estimated using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) based on survey data using a self-administered questionnaire (n=450) from several universities in Indonesia. FINDINGS: The analysis indicates that economic literacy has a significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial alertness and intention to start a new business. Indeed, entrepreneurial alertness can mediate the relationship between economic literacy and the intention of starting a new business. However, among entrepreneurial alertness dimensions, scanning and search failed in determining the students’ intention of starting a new business. IMPLICATIONS: The result of this research can provide insight into the literature on the entrepreneurship theme and policymakers concerned with delivering new business creation. Besides, educational institutions can consider the matter of economic literacy to be part of their curricula in order to foster the students’ intention of starting a business. In addition, economic literacy also needs to be associated with examples relevant to entrepreneurial activities, especially in production, distribution, and online marketing. ORIGINALITY AND VALUE: The interesting findings of this paper serve as a reminder that entrepreneurial alertness is one of the predictor variables and mediators for raising the students’ intention. This implies that entrepreneurial alertness can be enhanced by economic literacy, as well as how they need to be used to improve course curriculum and the teaching pedagogy. Furthermore, educational institutions could provide business internship programs and entrepreneurship incubators to raise the students’ intention of starting business.

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menggali berbagai konsep yang terdapat dalam Gending Wandali sebagai upaya menelusuri sebuah model penciptaan dalam garap karawitan. Tulisan ini berawal dari perenungan penulis bahwa, sebuah gending tidak hanya berhenti pada bentuk abstrak yang hanya bisa didengarkan telinga dalam waktu yang singkat, akan tetapi di dalamnya penuh peasan dan makna yang ingin disampaikan penciptanya, baik tentang dirinya maupun tentang karya itu sendiri. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, penelusuran dokumen, serta audiovisual. Wandali singkatan dari Jawa, Sunda dan Bali yaitu sebuah gending yang diciptakan oleh Nartosabdo pada tahun 1970-an yang bernuansa Jawa, Sunda, dan Bali. Gending ini sangat populer pada zamannya, juga masih sering dipentaskan pada masa sekarang di dalam budaya Jawa. Meskipun pencipta gending ini sudah meninggal, namun isi pesan melalui teks yang ingin dikomunikasikan oleh penciptanya masih sangat relefan untuk dibahas. Inilah apa yang dikatakan Roland Barthes sebagai mitos yakni teks-teks yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan yang disampaikan melalui komunikasi. Pesan-pesan tersebut disampaikan melalui berbagai teks yang ada di dalam karya. Karya merekalah yang berbicara. Ketika teks-teks ini mapan, maka tidak menutup kemungkinan melahirkan sebuah model penciptaan karawitan yang baru. Model ini selanjutnya akan mudah dipalikasikan di dalam minat penciptaan karawitan. Analisis Wandali terfokus pada tafsir berbagai konsep yang diperoleh dari pencipta dan juga gendingnya. Berdasarkan konsep-konsep tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa wandali adalah salah satu model penciptaan karawitan yang bisa diterapkan oleh siapapun, termasuk para mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Seni.

Loddrok Rukun Famili is a performing arts group that has a long history of experience since the Japanese occupation and is one of the many ludruk groups that still exist today. This article tries to examine how the history of the ludruk Rukun Famili, as well as the dynamics of the storylines presented to describe the pattern of transitions in performances in each period, and how the influence of hegemony on the changes in the play brought about by the ludruk Rukun Famili resulted in a storyline that could not be separated from regime intervention. This study applies the historical method by utilizing various sources such as written archives, interviews and other sources. This study shows that the dynamic process of the storyline in the Rukun Famili is not only caused by a single factor but several factors such as modernization, changes in public interest and the political direction of each regime, based on these findings it is concluded that non-art factors then become considerations that influence the direction of change storyline of the Rukun Famili Loddrok Rukun Famili merupakan kelompok seni pertunjukan yang memiliki pengalaman sejarah cukup panjang terhitung sejak masa pendudukan Jepang dan merupakan salah satu di antara banyak kelompok ludruk yang masih eksis hingga saat ini. Artikel ini mencoba menelaah bagaimana kesejarahan ludruk Rukun Famili, serta dinamika alur cerita yang disuguhkan hingga menggambarkan pola transisi dalam pementasan di setiap periode, dan bagaimana pengaruh hegemoni terhadap perubahan lakon yang dibawakan oleh ludruk Rukun Famili berakibat pada alur cerita yang tak bisa lepas dari intervensi rezim. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode sejarah dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sumber seperti arsip tertulis, wawancara dan sumber lainnya. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses dinamika alur cerita pada Rukun Famili tidak hanya disebabkan oleh satu faktor tunggal melainkan beberapa faktor seperti modernisasi, perubahan minat masyarakat dan arah politik setiap rezim, berdasarkan temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor non kesenian kemudian menjadi pertimbangan yang mempengaruhi arah perubahan alur cerita dari Rukun Famili.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran flipped classroom lebih baik dari pada siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran biasa, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap siswa terhadap model pembelajaran flipped classroom. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dan desain penelitian adalah Nonequivalent control group design. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model flipped classroom dan kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran biasa. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MA Tanwiriyyah, adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak dua kelas dari tiga kelas dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil penelitian digunakan instrumen tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dan angket skala sikap. Pengolahan data untuk pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, 1) peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran flipped classroom lebih baik dari pada siswa yang menggunkan pembelajaran biasa; 2) sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang menggunakan model pembelajaran flipped classroom adalah positif.

This study aims to analyze the effect of interest in learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects after the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang. This study used quantitative research methods, with a population of 37 respondents, and made a research sample using convenience sampling techniques, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests, then analyzed by simple linear regression and multiple linear regression hypothesis tests. Based on the results of simple linear regression hypothesis analysis, student interest in learning obtained a value of R = 0.257. While the contribution contributed by student interest in learning (X1 ), to student learning outcomes (Y) = 0.066 = 6.6%, Furthermore, student learning motivation obtained a value of R = 0.149. While the contribution contributed by student learning motivation (X2 ), to student learning outcomes (Y) amounted to = 0.022 = 2.2%, this shows that student interest in learning and student learning motivation there is a positive and significant influence. The meaning of positive and significant is that between the variables of student interest in learning (X1) and student learning outcomes (Y) are unidirectional, the meaning of unidirectional here is that the more student interest in learning (X1) increases, the more student learning outcomes (Y) increase, on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects after the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang. Then the results of the multiple linear regression hypothesis analysis obtained a value of R = 0.0.318. Contributions made by Both of these variables on the variable (Y) amounted to = 10.1%, it can be concluded that, there is a positive and significant influence together (simultaneously) between student learning interest (X1) and student learning motivation (X2 ) on student learning outcomes (Y) in Fiqh subjects in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang.

In this paper, the flower-shaped ZnO particles have been prepared via microwave-assisted biosynthesis technique using an aqueous extract of Sandoricum koetjape peel at various irradiation powers, i.e. 180, 360, 540, and 720 Watt. The synthesized flower-shaped ZnO particles were characterized using UV-Vis spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction (XRD), and field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The UV-vis spectra exhibited ZnO absorption peaks in the UV region with band gap energy in the range of 3.25 - 3.29 eV. XRD analysis confirmed the hexagonal wurtzite crystal with the high purity of ZnO particles. The flower-shaped morphology of ZnO was evident in FESEM images with the decrease of particle diameter as the radiation power increased from 257 to 447 nm. ZnO prepared at 720 Watt (Z-720) succeeded in degrading 4-nitrophenol with the highest efficiency of 84.8 % after 240 min. Consequently, biosynthesis ZnO will have a great opportunity to be applied in degrading wastewater pollutants.

BACKGROUND: Cervical cancer has a high rate of morbidity and mortality in women with cancer. Recent studies have found that tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) is a potential source of anti-cancer agents. Hence, this study was conducted to determine the potential of Kasturi tobacco leaf resinoids as apoptotic agents against cervical cell malignancies, since it has not been fully elucidated before. METHODS: The phytochemical diversity of Kasturi tobacco resinoids was generated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis followed by spectral similarity to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) database. Cytotoxicity and proliferative activity of HeLa cells treated with Kasturi tobacco resinoids at various concentrations were evaluated by MTT assay. The expression of Caspase-3, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and heat shock protein 90 (HSP-90) in HeLa cells was analyzed by immunocytochemistry. Next, the migration ability of HeLa cells was observed by the scratch method. RESULTS: Kasturi tobacco resin contains 4,8,13-cyclotetradecatriene-1,3-diol, 1,5,9-trim with α-2,7,11-cembratriene-4,6-diol (α-CBD) structure in the form of a diterpenoid compound with the chemical formula C20H34O2 and a molecular weight of 306 Da. Kasturi tobacco resinoid with IC50 value of 2500 μg/mL inhibited proliferative activity during 72 hours. At a concentration of 1¼ IC50 and incubation for 48 hours, Caspase-3 expression increased by 74.1%, while COX-2 and HSP-90 expression decreased by 28.3% and 26.1%, respectively. HeLa cell migration was inhibited by Kasturi tobacco resinoid at 24 hours incubation. CONCLUSION: Kasturi tobacco resinoids with a concentration of 1¼ IC50 have potential as cervical anti-cancer agents by increasing Caspase-3 expression and decreasing COX-2 and HSP-90 expression within 48 hours.
