Muitas organizações reconhecem a importância e aplicam a Gestão do Conhecimento (GC) para melhorarem o desempenho e obterem vantagens competitivas. Nas organizações públicas, sua adoção representa utilizar um modelo de gestão voltado para melhoria da prestação de seus serviços, inclusive nas instituições de ensino, pelo fato destas lidarem com o conhecimento e este ser a razão de existirem. Mas antes de implementar a GC, as organizações devem realizar uma análise prévia quanto aos aspectos relacionados à dinâmica do conhecimento internamente. Neste sentido, o presente estudo teve como objetivo diagnosticar o nível de maturidade em GC do sistema de educação a distância (EaD) de uma instituição federal de ensino na região Sul Fluminense. A pesquisa foi classificada como qualitativa e quantitativa, de natureza exploratório-descritiva e aplicada, por meio de um estudo de caso. A coleta dos dados se deu por questionário, adaptado do modelo de instrumento de avaliação da GC proposto por Batista (2012) para o contexto da EaD, aplicado aos coordenadores geral, de cursos e de tutoria do sistema, para avaliar o nível de maturidade em GC. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que o nível de maturidade em GC do universo estudado é de iniciação, o que indica que, com base na classificação do modelo utilizado, se reconhece a necessidade de gerenciar o conhecimento e a importância da GC para a EaD e para a instituição, bem como de seus benefícios, a partir da aplicação de práticas e técnicas que permitam a gestão adequada do conhecimento aplicável à modalidade naquele universo. We prove that for $1$-motives defined over an algebraically closed subfield of $\C$, viewed as Nori motives, the motivic Galois group is the Mumford-Tate group. We prove the weak functoriality of (big) Cohen-Macaulay algebras, which controls the whole skein of "homological conjectures" in commutative algebra [H1][HH2]. Namely, for any local homomorphism $ R\to R'$ of complete local domains, there exists a compatible homomorphism between some Cohen-Macaulay $R$-algebra and some Cohen-Macaulay $R'$-algebra. When $R$ contains a field, this is already known [[3.9]{HH2}]. When $R$ is of mixed characteristic, our strategy of proof is reminiscent of G. Dietz's refined treatment [D] of weak functoriality of Cohen-Macaulay algebras in characteristic $p$; in fact, developing a "tilting argument" due to K. This is a systematic study of the behaviour of finite coverings of (affine) schemes with regard to two Grothendieck topologies: the canonical topology and the fpqc topology. The history of the problem takes roots in the foundations of Grothendieck topologies, passes through main strides in Commutative Algebra and leads to new Mathematics up to perfectoids and prisms. We first review the canonical topology of affine schemes and show, keeping with Olivier's lost work, that it coincides with the effective descent topology; covering maps are given by universally injective ring maps, which we discuss in detail. We then give a "catalogue raisonn\'e" of examples of finite coverings which separate the canonical, fpqc and fppf topologies. The key result is that finite coverings of regular schemes are coverings for the canonical topology, and even for the fpqc topology (but not necessarily for the fppf topology). We discuss a "weakly functorial" aspect of this result. "Splinters" are those affine Noetherian schemes for which every finite covering is a covering for the canonical topology. We also investigate their mysterious fpqc analogs, and prove that in prime characteristic, they are all regular. This leads us to the problem of descent of regularity by (non-necessarily flat) morphisms $f$ which are coverings for the fpqc topology, which is settled thanks to a recent theorem of Bhatt-Iyengar-Ma., Comment: Final version, accepted in Ann. M. Hochster conjectured that any finite extension of a regular commutative ring splits as a module. Building on his reduction to the case of an unramified complete regular local ring R of mixed characteristic, we propose a proof in the framework of P. Scholze's perfectoid theory. The main ingredients are the perfectoid " Abhyankar lemma" and an analysis of Kummer extensions of R by a thickening technique., RÉSUMÉ. M. Hochster a conjecturé que pour toute extension finie S d'un anneau com-mutatif régulier R, la suite exacte de R-modules 0 → R → S → S/R → 0 est scindée. En nous appuyant sur sa réduction au cas d'un anneau local régulier R complet non rami-fié d'inégale caractéristique, nous proposons une démonstration de cette conjecture dans le contexte de la théorie perfectoïde de P. Scholze. Les deux ingrédients-clé sont le « lemme d'Abhyankar » perfectoïde et l'analyse des extensions kummériennes de R par une technique d'épaississement sur des voisinages tubulaires.

O presente estudo teve por objetivo identificar os entraves no processo de transferência de tecnologia entre a Embrapa Agroindústria de Alimentos, empresa pública de pesquisa, e o setor produtivo brasileiro. Inicialmente foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico para identificar os principais problemas gerais relacionados ao processo de transferência de tecnologias, que resultaram num rol de fatores restritivos. Para se atingir o objetivo central foram ouvidos os principais atores envolvidos neste processo: os pesquisadores e analistas da Embrapa, a geradora de tecnologias, e os proprietários das empresas, os receptores das tecnologias. A busca de informações no campo contou com um roteiro de entrevistas semi-estruturado, construído com base no levantamento bibliográfico. Por meio de um método qualitativo, a análise de conteúdo, foram analisadas as experiências e opiniões dos respondentes considerando as seguintes variáveis: (a) orientação para o produto ou para o mercado quando da geração de tecnologias, (b) proteção intelectual, (c) nível de capacitação dos profissionais envolvidos, (d) infra-estrutura para a geração de tecnologias, (e) disponibilidade dos recursos financeiros, (f) burocracia organizacional, (g) nível de informação nas empresas (h) percepção de risco. Com base nos relatos analisados há indícios de que entre os principais entraves para a transferência de tecnologia neste caso estão: (a) a burocracia organizacional da Embrapa, (b) a falta de mão de obra capacitada nas empresas, (c) a burocracia das fontes de financiamento, (d) a orientação de tecnologias para o produto, (e) a falta de conhecimentos complementares para a comercialização de tecnologias, (f) a baixa interação da Embrapa com o mercado, (g) a falta de estrutura local para administrar a comercialização de patentes e (h) a baixa capacidade para inovação tecnológica. Ao final do trabalho são apresentados sugestões de melhoria para o processo de transferência de tecnologias da Embrapa. This study had the objective of identifying barriers in the technology transfer process between Embrapa Food Technology, a public research institute, and the Brazilian productive sector. A literature review was conducted in order to identify the main general problems related to the technology transfer process, which resulted in a number of restrictive factors. To achieve the central objective, the main actors involved in this process were heard: Embrapa’s researchers and technology transfer technicians (who generate the technology) and the owners of the companies (who receive the technology). The search for field information had a semi-structured procedure, which was based on the literature review. Through a qualitative method, the analysis of contents, the experiences and views of respondents were analyzed considering the following variables: (a) product or market orientation, at the moment of the technology generation, (b) intellectual property, (c) level of training of the professionals involved, (d) infrastructure for technology generation, (e) availability of financial resources, (f) organizational bureaucracy, (g) level of information at the companies and (h) risk perception. Based on the reports examined, there is evidence that among the main barriers for the technology transfer in this case could be mentioned: (a) Embrapa organizational bureaucracy, (b) lack of trained personnel in the companies, (c) funding sources buraucracy, (d) product-oriented technology, (e) lack of complementary expertise for the commercialization of technologies, (f) low interaction between Embrapa and the market, (g) lack of local structure to manage the commercialization of patents and (h) insufficient training for technological innovation. Suggestions for the improvement of the technology transfer process within Embrapa Food Technology are presented at the end of the work.
