Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan sikap dan kreativitas kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 87 responden. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online dengan menggunakan google form. Hasil data yang diperoleh dan diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, kreativitas kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan kreativitas kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intention with entrepreneurship attitude and creativity as mediation variables. The sample of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Tarumanagara. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method amounting to 87 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed online using G-form. The result of data obtained were processed using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on attitude entrepreneurship, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on creativity entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, attitude entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, creativity entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention with attitude entrepreneurship as a mediating variable and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention with creativity entrepreneurship as a mediating variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana variabel dukungan sosial (PCS), empati kepada sesama (ETO), dan efikasi diri (PSE) mempengaruhi minat kewirausahaan sosial (SEI). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 mahasiswa di Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Temuan menunjukan dukungan sosial, empati kepada sesama, dan efikasi diri mempengaruhi minat kewirausahaan sosial mahasiswa di Universitas Tarumanagara. The findings show that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial creativity did affect student’s entrepreneurial intention in Tarumanagara University.

Pasar online atau e-marketplace berkembang sangat pesat hingga merambah ke berbagai bidang, hal ini tentunya menjadi peluang untuk pelaku usaha. Peluang ini juga berlaku bagi pelaku usaha (vendor) wedding organizer, Wedding organizer (WO) adalah suatu penyelenggara acara pernikahan yang menyediakan jasa diantaranya berupa foto prewedding, tata rias pengantin, busana pengantin, dekorasi pelaminan pengantin, serta catering untuk acara pernikahan. pelaku usaha di bidang wedding organizer masih kurang maksimal dalam menjalankan bisnisnya karena banyaknya vendor wedding organizer yang memasarkan jasanya melalui media sosial tertentu, dan juga calon pengantin haruslah datang ke tempat perusahaan wedding organizer. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan bagi pelanggan dalam mencari vendor yang terpercaya, dan mengalami kesulitan untuk membandingkan baik dari segi harga, atau pelayanan – pelayanan yang lain. hal ini diperlukan adanya wadah sebagai penyambung antara pelaku bisnis wedding organizer dan pelanggan, sehingga perlu adanya aplikasi e-marketplace untuk wedding organizer yang berbasis android. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu metode waterfall, dimulai dari Requirement, Design, Implementation, Verification, dan Mintenance. Dengan tujuan mempermudah vendor memasarkan jasanya serta mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai jasa wedding organizer.

Kemampuan literasi digital perangkat desa merupakan aspek yang paling utama dalam mendukung proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Aplikasi sistem informasi desa yang dikembangkan secara mandiri oleh Pemerintah Desa Mengen Kecamatan Tamanan dan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nurul Jadid, hal ini karena perangkat desa belum memahami penggunaan Sistem Informasi Desa. Pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi desa Berbasis Digital Kepada Perangkat Desa Mengen Kecamatan Tamanan dibutuhkan oleh perangkat desa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital perangkat desa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital perangkat Desa Mengen Kecamatan Tamanan yang merupakan desa binaan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nurul Jadid. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode pelatihan dan tutorial yang dilakukan dengan 6 tahapan, yaitu 1) Studi Pendahuluan, 2) Penyusunan Rencana, 3) Identifikasi, 4) Pelaksanaan, 5) Pendampingan dan 6) Evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan Pelatihan Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Desa Berbasis Digital Kepada Perangkat Desa Mengen Kecamatan Tamanan menghasilkan peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan perangkat desa setelah mengikuti seluruh rangkaian materi yang diberikan

Penelitian ini berangkat dari implementasi kebijakan Standar Pelayanan Minimal di RSUD Pringsewu, yang berfokus pada pengamatan bagaimana serangkaian gambaran dan keadaan mengenai dinamika proses peningkatan mutu pelayanan publik, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari pelaksanaaan kebijakan yang diberikan sehingga dapat merumuskan model implementasi kebijakan yang dapat mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Implementasi kebijakan standar pelayanan minimal di RSUD Pringsewu, yaitu suatu penggalan proses kebijakan yang berisi upaya mengubah target menjadi hasil yang terdapat di dalam SPM RS dan instrumen SNARS dengan kesesuaiannya.. Pada dimensi 1) produktivitas, terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan yang fluktuatif dan secara keseluruhan jenis pelayanan belum mecapai ambang batas baku mutu SPM RS, 2) linieritas, penyusunan SOP RS belum linier dengan SPM RS, kesesuaian pemenuhan istrumen sudah mencapai diatas 80%, dan kesesuaian dengan dimensi mutu IOM, 2001 masih ditemukan pelayanan yang tidak adil, 3) efisiensi, pencapaian BOR sangat rendah yaitu 29% sedangkan indikator efisiensi lainnya menurun dan dibawah standar, 4) PCC, dan 5) SPGDT merupakan dimensi temuan yang mempengaruhi partisipasi dan kolaborasi dalam implementasi kebijakan pelayanan PMKP. Sedangkan faktor dalam implementasi kebijakan adalah 1) substansi kebijakan, penyusunan isi kebijakan belum selaras, 2) perilaku petugas pelaksana, belum semua petugas pelaksana konsisten melaksanakan tugasnya, 3) interaksi jejaring kerja, hubungan kerja sama lintas sektor belum efektif dan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, 4) partisipasi kelompok sasaran, tingkat kepuasan masih rendah dan layanan pengaduan belum berjalan baik, 5) sumberdaya, ketersediaan sumberdaya belum mengakomodasi kebutuhan rumah sakit, 6) budaya keselamatan pasien, dan, 7) kepemimpinan merupakan faktor lain yang ditemukan peneliti sebagai faktor yang memperngaruhi implementasi kebijakan di rumah sakit.

Arsip merupakan kumpulan dokumen yang disimpan secara sistematis karena mempunyai kegunaan agar setiap kali diperlukan dapat dengan cepat ditemukan kembali. Sistem kearsipan pada LSP Universitas Nurul Jadid selama ini masih menggunakan pengarsipan secara manual yaitu dengan menyimpan dokumen seperti, dokumen pengurus, asesor, asesi dan dokumen Tempat Uji Kompetensi (TUK) disebuah lemari penyimpan atau filling cabinet, map, rak dan lainnya sehingga dalam pencarian dokumen akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Selain itu sistem kearsipan pada LSP Universitas Nurul Jadid (LSP UNUJA) juga masih menggunakan pengarsipan yang mengandalkan sebuah komputer yang berperan sebagai server yang hanya dapat diakses pada saat terhubung kedalam satu jaringan lokal sehingga pengurus tidak mampu mengakses data dari luar dan harus ke kantor LSP. LSP UNUJA adalah salah satu lembaga yang berperan melakukan sertifikasi profesi mahasiswa Universitas Nurul Jadid. LSP UNUJA saat ini sedang berkembang sehingga data semakin kompleks seperti data asesor, asesi dan data TUK. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan tersebut maka sangat penting adanya sebuah sistem kearsipan yang mampu menjawab segala kendala dan masalah pada LSP UNUJA. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk pengumpulan data serta metode research and development (R&D) digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Kearsipan Dokumen Elektronik Berbasis Web di LSP UNUJA yang dapat mempermudah proses dokumentasi dokumen LSP UNUJA.

The use of industrial prisons is a strategy that is essential to reaching the objective of training prisoners. The goal of the industrial jail program is to better the attitudes and behaviors of prisoners while also preparing them by giving them knowledge and skills. The continued industrial activities will also help achieve the goal of increasing the independence of the prison organizations and having an impact on both the community's and the prisoners' wellbeing. This study aims to shed light on how Indonesian industrial prisons operate, the issues they encounter, and the development of suitable replacement models for industrial jail programs. This study employs a qualitative methodology. The analysis's main tool is a feasibility study with a welfare criminology approach. The administration of industrial prisons is still closely linked to the administration of the bureaucracy, and the incompetence of convicts and the difficulty of financial accountability prevent effective development of industrial operations. Therefore, one step that must be taken for this program to have an influence on public welfare is to construct an acceptable industrial prison model by taking into account current legislation and expert engagement. making it so that industrial activity don't develop enough. Mikroemulsi merupakan salah satu sistem penghantaran yang baik. Mikroemulsi dengan bahan alam sudah banyak dikembangkan antara lain kubis dan pegagan. Pemilihan basis sediaan berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik fisik sediaan mikroemulsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi basis terhadap stabilitas fisik sediaan mikroemulsi kombinasi ekstrak etanol kubis dan pegagan. Sediaan mikroemulsi dibuat 3 formula yaitu FI, FII, dan FIII, dengan variasi konsentrasi basis meliputi tween 80, minyak zaitun gliserin, dan alkohol 95%. FI perbandingan tween 36 %, alkohol 9%, minyak zaitun 6%, dan gliserin 32,66%, FII perbandingan tween 40%, alkohol 10%, minyak zaitun 6%, dan gliserin 29,33% sedangkan FIII perbandingan tween 44 %, alkohol 11%, minyak zaitun 6%, dan gliserin 26%. Uji stabilitas fisik yang dilakukan pada sediaan mikroemulsi antara lain uji organoleptis, uji pH, uji bobot jenis, uji redispersi, uji heating, dan uji ukuran partikel. Hasil evaluasi diperoleh data bahwa ketiga formula memenuhi persyaratan ukuran partikel sediaan mikroemulsi. Ukuran partikel FI, FII, FIII berturut-turut adalah 340,0 nm; 533 nm dan 22,2 nm. Nilai pH sediaan ketiga formula memenuhi persyaratan yaitu 6, bobot jenis berkisar antara 1,085-1,098 g/mL. Sediaan FI, FII, dan FIII stabil dalam penyimpanan sampai dengan suhu 600C. Hasil uji redispersi menunjukkan bahwa formula II merupakan sediaan yang stabil selama penyimpanan 8 minggu. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah variasi konsentrasi basis berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas mikroemulsi kombinasi ekstrak etanol kubis dan pegagan.

Tanaman cabe (Capsicum annuum L) merupakan tanaman sayuran yang tergolong tanaman tahunan berbentuk perdu. Penyakit tanaman adalah gangguan pada tanaman yang disebabkan oleh mikro organisme (virus, bakteri, protozoa, jamur, cacing nematoda). Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah minimnya pengetahuan petani dalam mendiagnosa penyakit yang sedang dialami pada tanaman cabe. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Forward Chaining. Metode ini digunakan sebagai sebagai salah satu teknik inferensi dalam sistem pakar ini, dikarenakan data dan fakta dalam melakukan proses penelitian telah didapatkan dan dari data atau fakta tersebut dapat dibuat sebuah sistem yang akan memberikan sebuah konklusi atau solusi berdasarkan atas sekumpulan data dan fakta tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teknik inferensi ini pula peluang dalam mendapatkan suatu konklusi yang lebih spesifik dapat dengan mudah didapatkan.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman cabe menggunakan metode Forward Chaining berbasis web sehingga dapat membantu petani dalam mendiagnosa penyakit tanaman cabe. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model waterfal, model waterfall (air terjun) artinya menyediakan pendekatan alur perangkat lunak yang terurut dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, uji sistem dan perawatan. Hasil pengujian terhadap user, dapat di simpulkan bahwa aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman cabe menggunakan metode Forward Chaining berbasis web telah 68% baik untuk digunakan.

The development of financial products continues to grow, and users of financial products are increasing yearly. However, the increasing use of financial products is not matched by their good financial attitudes and knowledge. It can be seen from the high financial inclusion of the Indonesian people but their low literacy level. The literacy level is measured using attitude and behavior indicators in this case. This study examines whether financial knowledge, attitude, and locus of control affect the financial management behavior of employees in West Jakarta. This study used a descriptive research design, and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents according to the criteria. Data processing is done using PLS Algorithm on Smart-PLS. This study is to examine whether there is an influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge, and locus of control on the financial management behavior of employees in West Jakarta.

Corruption is a problem for this country. As an unusual crime, corruption must be eradicated in an unusual way. Eradication of corruption must be carried out as early as possible. Familiarizing anti-corruption behavior from an early age is expected to be a wave-breaker for anti-corruption in the future. The younger generation of the next generation, the leaders of the future leadership team, will play a strategic role in eradicating corruption. The chain of corruption that is already very strong must be broken by the younger generation. Therefore, the role of the younger generation in breaking the chain of corruption is very important. The functioning of mitochondria within eukaryotic cells has evolved dramatically as a result of evolution. Recent research has revealed mitochondria form plasticity to keep the cell's needs and function.CONTENT: Mitochondria have long been regarded as the cell's "powerhouse," providing energy for cell metabolism through oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS). A lot of physiological processes were known to be mediated by mitochondria including immunity and autophagy, cell death mechanism, and stem cell reprogramming. Mitochondria can change their shape to form a tubular network that is controlled by fission and fusion processes. Mitochondrial dynamics is the equilibrium between these two opposing processes that regulates mitochondrial number, size, and positioning within the cytoplasm.SUMMARY: All of these discoveries opened up new research avenues and revealed new targets for targeted medication development. BACKGROUND: Millions of cells in multicellular organisms regenerate every day to replace aged and died cells. Effective cell clearance (efferocytosis) is critical for tissue homeostasis, as the human body recycles its cellular components. We summarize what is known about the mechanisms of efferocytosis and how it impacts the physiology of the organism, effects on inflammation and the adaptive immune response, as well as the consequences of defects in this critical homeostatic mechanism in this review.CONTENT: Cell death is the process by which the human body replaces aged or damaged cells with new ones. It can be triggered by genetically encoded machinery or regulated cell death, or by specific pharmacologic or genetic interventions, resulting in accidental cell death. Dying cells release signals that entice phagocytes to engulf them in a process known as efferocytosis. Efferocytosis is a multistep process involving the release of “find me” and “eat me” signals and destruction of death cells by phagocytes. Different types of cell death including apoptosis and necroptosis can express pro- or anti-inflammatory signals via macrophage activity modulation.SUMMARY: Failed or ineffective efferocytosis can result in disruption of tissue homeostasis, which can contribute to the development of chronic inflammatory diseases such as atherosclerosis, obesity, diabetes, and heart failure. Salah satu sekolah yangmenggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality sebagai media pembelajaran adalah SMPN 1Tamanan Bondowoso.Pada aplikasi tersebut hanya terbatas pada penyampaian materi kerangka dan pergerakan pada sendi-sendi.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan adanya pengembangan dari aplikasi augmentedreality tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu Konsep (concept), Perancangan (Design), Pengumpulan bahan (MaterialCollecting), Pembuatan (Assembly), Uji Coba (Testing). Hasil dari penelitian in i adalah sebuahPengembangan Aplikasi Augmented Reality Materi Sistem Gerak Manusia Pada Mata Pelajaran IPABerbasis Android yang dapat di gunakan pada smartphone android dilengkapi dengan unsur teks, gambar,animasi, dan audio. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of openness to experience and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention and examine the moderating role of entrepreneurship education and gender on the influence between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. The sample in this study was obtained by cross-sectional study and purposive sampling method using a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 104 students at one university in West Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that openness to experience has a positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship education has a positive and insignificant effect as a moderating variable on the effect of entrepreneurial self. -efficacy on entrepreneurial intention and gender have a positive and insignificant effect as moderating variables on the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. Students who have high curiosity and openness tend to be interested in trying new things to build a business and this does not depend on gender. Universities through their teaching staff are required to be able to inspire in creating individual entrepreneurial self-efficacy, through the task of making business models & direct business practices will provide an overview of the business world to strengthen students' intentions to become entrepreneurs and present teachers who are business practitioners judged to be able to act as role models. BACKGROUND: A lot of contemporary cancer research has concentrated on genetic influence. However, cancer also involves biochemical changes, such as metabolic adaptation to support the aberrant cell proliferation.CONTENT: The fast cell proliferation in cancer cells enforce a metabolic re-arrangement to promote their long-term survival. The increased glucose uptake and fermentation of glucose to lactate are common features of this altered metabolism known as “the Warburg effect”. These metabolic pathways regulation enable cancer cells to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in an efficient way. Epigenetic and metabolic changes also both affect molecular rewiring in cancer cells and promote cancer development and progression.SUMMARY: Metabolic rewiring and epigenetic remodeling establishing a direct link between metabolism and nuclear transcription to promote the survival of tumor cells. Despite technological advances in cancer treatment, especially in radiotherapy, many efforts are being made in improving cancer cell radio-sensitivity to increase therapeutic ratio and overcome cancer cell radio-resistance. In the present review, we evaluated the anticancer mechanism of Annona muricata L. (AM) leaves extract and its bioactive compounds such as annonaceous acetogenins, annomuricin, annonacin, or curcumin; and further correlated them with the potential of the mechanism to increase or to reduce cancer cells radio-sensitivity based on literature investigation. We see that AM has a promising future potential as a radio-sensitizer agent.

BACKGROUND: Metabolomics is a developed technology that comprehensively analyzes the metabolites in biological specimens. It appears to be a prospective method in the practice of precision medicine.CONTENT: Metabolomic technologies currently surpass beyond the traditional clinical chemistry techniques. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence of physical evidence, room atmosphere, and price on customer loyalty. Data type of research is quantitative explanation research instruments using questionnaires. Sampel for this research is 100 respondents who were Bogor resident visited and make purchase in Warunk Upnormal Bogor. Analitycal tool used regression analysis and testing hipotesis in this research using formula t count with result physical evidence (5,343>1,66), room atmosphere (-0,6101,66) and f count with result (31,909>2,70) with SPSS program version 23 for macintosh. Based on the result of the research noted that physical evidence and price have positive effect and significant on customer loyalty while room atmosphere have no effect on customer loyalty and all three independent variable can determine changes in value from dependent variable as big as 49,9%. While partially, physical evidence variable have positive effect and significant on customer loyalty, room atmosphere variable have no effect on customer loyalty, and price variable have positive effect and significant on customer loyalty. This shows that there is a direct influence between independent variable and dependent variable simultaneously while partially, physical evidence and price have direct influence on customer loyalty while room atmosphere have no direct influence on customer loyalty. Sistem pakar merupakan suatu aplikasi komputerisasi yang berusaha menirukan proses penalaran dari seorang ahli dalam memecahkan masalah spesifik dan membuat suatu keputusan atau kesimpulan karena pengetahuannya disimpan didalam basis pengetahuan untuk diproses pemecahan masalah. Dasar dari sistem pakar bagaimana memindahkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang pakar ke komputer dan bagaimana membuat keputusan serta mengambil kesimpulan berdasarkan pengetahuan itu. Seiring berkembangannya zaman, bidang kedokteran telah memanfaatkan teknologi dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan yang lebih baik dalam pendiagnosaan penyakit, salah satunya penyakit mata. Karena mata merupakan salah satu panca indra yang penting untuk berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Jika mata mengalami gangguan dan kita mengabaikannya, bisa saja itu merupakan gejala awal penyakit mata yang dapat berakibat fatal.

BACKGROUND: Hormesis was initially defined as a phenomenon where a small dose of harmful agent exposure to living organisms gives beneficial effects. The dose and time of this ‘tress’ exposure has become the object of investigation across the broad range of biomedical studies.CONTENT: Hormesis characterized by the biphasic dose-effect or time-effect relationship for any substance. Some hormetic mechanisms performed biological plasticity, involve oxidative damage which instead induce antioxidant enzyme production in various cells. Early-life stress can increase resilience in later life and lack of stress can lead to vulnerability. Many stressors like dietary factors and natural environmental toxins can be occupied for healthy growth or homeostasis, which exemplifies how illness is the doorway to health.SUMMARY: Hormesis reconcile many paradoxical phenomena exert opposite effects of the same substance, either a xenobiotic or an endogenous substance, a hormone or a metabolite, a genetic manipulation or an epigenetic alteration, an experimental intervention or a natural event. Human bodies are highly adaptive. A resilient body would be resulted after the ‘training’. Jurnal Lahan Suboptimal : Journal of Suboptimal Lands 9(2): 199-207.Indonesia imported very high amount of date palm fruits about 9.99 million kg or US$ 13.18 M, because of that it is necessary to develop a research about date palm seedling nursery and investigation of female date, since this is a dioecious plant. The aim of this investigation was to find out characteristics of female date seedling and the effects of seedling age and compost on seedling growth. There were 2 steps in this research: the first was application of compost on seedling (without and plus compost treatments) and the age of seedling (15 and 30 days old) for transplanting into polybag, the growth ability of plant was monitored. The second step was transplanting seedling at 30 days old into pan for investigation female date, which 20 seedlings were planted in one pan and replicated 3 times. Results showed that compost increased roots and leaves growth on seedling. Transplanted at 30 days old seedling had the ability to grow about 95% compared to 15 days old was only 45%. It was found that female seedling was about 25% and the rest (75%) was male or sterile. It is needed further investigation on growing female seedling in the field and can it produce fruit.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Koro Koro Karaoke Keluarga Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu menjelaskan dan menguraikan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari hasil angket dan bersifat asosiatif untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausalitas antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden dipilih secara accidental sampling yang merupakan pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa pada Koro Koro Karaoke Keluarga Pekanbaru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, promosi dan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel harga dan promosiberpengaruh secara signifikan, sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Koro Koro Karaoke Keluarga Pekanbaru. BACKGROUND: Hypothalamus is the master regulator of body’s systemic homeostasis including energy balance, body temperature, sleep, blood pressure, and circadian rhythms. This review article will highlight the shifting of the old paradigm of obesityinflammation-metabolic syndrome, which was focused on visceral organs and systemic inflammation, into a new model involving microinflammation in the master regulator of endocrine system, i.e., hypothalamus.CONTENT: Since the early stage of over-nutritional conditions and aging process, microinflammation in hypothalamus has started to emerge, due to the activation of several proinflammatory signaling pathways, especially the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK)-mediated nuclear transcriptional programs. Together with intracellular organelle stress signals, these pathways develop a chronic microinflammatory environment in the hypothalamus leading to obesity and metabolic disorders.SUMMARY: Hypothalamic inflammation has been noted not only as an important driver of impaired energy balance, but also contribute in altered neurocircuit functions and promote obesity-associated metabolic impairment.KEYWORDS: hypothalamus, inflammation, metabolism, obesity, metabolic syndrome

BACKGROUND: Since our conception to death, we were permanently exposed to nutrition. Indeed, food intake is the key of the environmental factor that modulates our gene. Nutrigenomics focus on how common dietary chemicals altering an individual’s genetic makeup including genome, proteome, and metabolome. While nutrigenetics refer to how the genetic variation gives different responses to nutrients.CONTENT: Nutrigenomics applied the high-throughput genomic-related tools to find out the influence of nutrients on the genes’ expression. While nutrigenetics (nutritional genetics) focus on the heterogenous response of gene variants to nutrients and dietary factors. Application nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics, integrated with system biology result in a precision nutrition as a relevant precise personal dietary change recommendation, thus will increase the motivation and sustain to whom the intervention is being delivered.SUMMARY: Individual diet recommendation is not simple. Many factors and tools should be involved adequately. Shallow water table (SWT) is an acute problem in cultivating vegetables at riparian wetland during transitional period from dry to rainy season. SWT limits volume of aerobic rhizosphere and reduces oxygen availability. Meanwhile, 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) has been known for its effectiveness in offsetting negative effects of abiotic stresses. The aim of this study was to evaluate effectiveness of ALA application at pre- or during continuous 20-day SWT exposure in snap bean. SWT exposures were set at depth of 5 cm (SWT-5), 10 cm (SWT-10) and 15 cm (SWT-15) below substrate surface. ALA was applied at 4 days before SWT initiation (14 DAP), mid of SWT exposure period (28 DAP), or at end of SWT exposure (38 DAP). Results of this study indicated that SWT exposure affected growth of shoots and roots, leaf water status, proline content, and SPAD value in snap bean plant. Shallowest water table (SWT-5) caused the most severe effects. Effectiveness of ALA application was depended on time difference between ALA application and onset of SWT exposure. ALA application did not significantly improve recovery of snap bean plants after SWT exposure was terminated.

This study aims to describe the creative thinking skills of accounting education students in making test instruments through project-based learning. This research is a descriptive study with data collection using documentation study techniques and tests conducted at the end of the learning program. The study was conducted on 81 accounting education students who were divided into 26 groups. The results of this study indicate the ability to think creatively in groups in either category, 16 groups (61.54%) are able to make questions with various categories. based on tests given to individual students, it showed 28 students (34.57%) the ability of students to think creatively in either category.

Soil drought occurrence during dry season has been the main constraint, besides prolonged flooding during rainy season, in increasing cropping intensity and rice productivity in tropical riparian wetland. Use of drought tolerant rice genotype might be a suitable option for overcoming such problem. This study focused on the effects of gradual soil drying during early vegetative growth stage on morphological and physiological traits of five Oryza glaberrima genotypes, namely RAM12, RAM14, RAM59, RAM97 and RAM101, and two Oryza sativa subsp japonica genotypes, i.e. Koshihikari and Minamihatamochi. The plants were subjected to 6 d of gradual soil drying condition from 15 days after transplanting (DAT) to 20 DAT, and were allowed to recover until 22 DAT. Gradual soil drying reduced plant growth as indicated by dry mass accumulation. Drought reduced stomatal conductance and increased leaf rolling score of all the genotypes. All the genotypes showed comparable response on stomatal conductance, but O. glaberrima genotypes performed higher in leaf rolling recovery. Meanwhile, O. sativa genotypes decreased total leaf area and specific leaf area, but increased specific leaf weight in order to avoid further damages due to drought stress. Drought tolerance mechanisms in RAM101, RAM12, RAM59 and RAM14 were associated with leaf morpho-physiological responses, root traits and dry biomass accumulation. BACKGROUND: Irisin is secreted by our muscle during physical exercise, which has been recently studied to be linked with lipid metabolism. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of irisin that interact with the oxidized-low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels that are affected by moderate intensity exercise in obese men aged ≥50 years.METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study with 70 obese men whose age ≥50 years old as participants. Participants were classified into two groups of men with and without physical exercised, based on American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Irisin and ox-LDL plasma levels were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), meanwhile the HDL-C serum level was analyzed using homogenous enzymatic methods.RESULTS: The result showed an association between the duration of physical exercise per week and irisin level (R=0.584, p0.05).CONCLUSION: Moderate-intensity physical exercise may decrease cardiovascular risk and improve the quality of life among obese subjects aged ≥50 years old, which was indicated by the decrease of ox-LDL and the increase of irisin level. Pelajaran yang disesuaikan antara materi seni musik dan seni tari karena tujuan seni budaya di sekolah umum bukanlah menjadi seniman, melainkan diharapkan mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman seni musik dan seni tari. Dalam proses komunikasi intrapersonal serta peningkatan kreativitas gerak tari yang dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah pengetahuan seni musik kepada mahasiswa dapat menumbuhkan kepekaan kepekaan audio yang telah dipelajarinya sebelum gerak tari dengan iringan musik yang terlebih dahulu mereka pelajari sebelumnya. Kepekaan rasa, pikir, dan kecintaan seni dapat mereka tumbuhkan serta kerjasama antara mata kuliah pengetahuan seni music dengan mahasiswa, dengan adanya rangsangan audio hasil bunyi recorder dan gerak hand signs tadi dapat dijadikan bahan untuk memotivasi gerak tari. Dengan demikian arah pendidikan seni sebenarnya pada perubahan sikap mahasiswa serta diharapkan mahasiswa dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dasar tentang kedua seni yang mereka pelajari antara seni musik dan seni tari penting bagi penyesuaian diri akan kehidupan masa depan. Perkembangan dari segi kreativitas ini harus diimbangi dengan peningkatan sarana bahan ajar yang menyangkut media di STKIP-PGRI Banjarmasin. Dalam seni budaya, gerak tari dan penggunaan rangsangan audio perlu dilakukan secara terus-menerus dan berkesinambungan karena tingkat keseringan yang terjadi pada mahasiswa akan mempengaruhi kepekaan mahasiswa dalam berproses gerak tari. Pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar seni bisa berjalan dengan baik, hal ini karena didukung dengan sikap mahasiswa yang sangat antusias dalam belajar, ketertiban dalam mengikuti pelajaran, selain itu juga faktor utama dari dosen yang bisa menerapkan metode yang tepat. Dengan adanya proses pembelajaran ini, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kreativitas dan kepekaan.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat secara otomatis menuntut peningkatan kualitas sumber daya tenaga pondok pesantrean dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Dengan sistem informasi dapat menunjang perkembangan pesantren terdepan dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi yayasan pondok pesantren. Oleh karena itu Yayasan Pondok Pesantrean Nurul Hikmah yang mendukung menyediakan fasilitas sistem informasi. Saat ini pondok pesantrean telah dapat menggunakan Internet namun pemanfaatan jaringan Internet ini masih belum maksimal. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah model waterfall atau juga disebut model air terjun. Metode ini sering digunakan karena dalam tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakuan secara sistematis dan berurutan. Dari hasil pengabdian yang telah lakukan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hikmah Besuki Situbondo. Aplikasi tersebut dapat membantu pesantrean dalam mengelola pusat informasi yang akan disampaikan oleh pengurus pesantren kepada masyarakat, alumni dan wali santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hikmah Besuki Situbondo. Dengan adanya sistem ini wali santri, alumni dan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang valid terkat dengan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hikmah.

Permasalahan kesehatan diindonesia sangat kompleks khususnya terkait obat masih banyak ditemui di masyarakat. Permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan obat terjadi karena masyarakat kurang paham tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat yang baik dan benar. Salah satu cara pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar adalah dengan menerapkan program DAGUSIBU (DApatkan, GUnakan, SImpan, BUang) obat. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh, masyarakat di Ledok Timoho ini belum pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang DAGUSIBU obat, sehingga perlu dilaksanakan sosialisasi tentang DAGUSIBU obat. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat membagikan informasi tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat yang benar kepada warga masyarakat di Kotamadya Yogyakarta khususnya warga Ledok Timoho. Metode sosialisasi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pengenalan masalah, pelaksanaan sosialisasi DAGUSIBU obat dengan cara penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan pambagian buku saku DAGUSIBU obat. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang DAGUSIBU obat berjalan dengan lancar, dan tingkat kehadiran peserta sebanyak 85,6% dari seluruh undangan. Peserta yang hadir dalam sosialisasi sangat antusias dalam mendengarkan penjelasan dan aktif bertanya terkait penggunaan obat dan penanganannya, hal tersebut dapat menunjang terwujudnya program pemerintah dalam peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat sekitar Ledok Timoho. Sosialisasi ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang pengelolaan obat dengan baik dan benar serta diharapkan dapat menerapkan pengetahuan tentang obat tersebut dalam lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat. Background: Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) is a rare retinal genetic disease without available treatment to date. Previous studies show growth factor and regenerative ability of secretome from cultured allogeneic umbilical chord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSC). This studyaimed to report multifocal electroretinography of retinal photoreceptor responsefrom RP patients, before and after injection of secretome from allogeneicUC MSC.Patients and Methods: Four subjects with severely damage retina (visual field defect of 25 %- 50% in initial Humphrey perimetry examination) were recruited and givenperibulbar injection of secretome from allogeneic cultured UC-MSC. Visual acuity, visual field examination, multifocal electroretinogram of retinal photoreceptor examination were observed before and periodically after injection until six months periodResults: Overall, we observed subtle changes in N1 and P1 amplitude and implicit time only in ring 1 at 1, 3 and 6 month post secretome injection. Conclusion: Peribulbar injection of allogeneic UC-MSC secretome had very miminal influence on photoreceptor activity in late-stage RP patients.
