Investor decision behavior in any pandemic, Covid-19 always goes through rationally. In reality or practically, the investment decisions made by millennials (generation Y) are not always rational. The sole purpose of the topic under study is to investigate a spectrum of millennial (generation Y) investors’ behavioral factors that affect investment decisions during a pandemic. This study adopted secondary sources for data collection. The secondary data is gathered through published research papers in peer-reviewed journals, scholarly journals, magazines, news, and books, as well as published data from the government. The major findings reveal that millennials (generation Y) financially deal with more confusion and disagreements when dealing with various patterns of informed conduct or behavior in contrast to other generations. Also, if taken a step further, the outcomes imply a much more important aspect regarding investors' behavior, financial investments, and economic growth: that they were all affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. It caused anxiety and uncertainty among players in the market. Behavioral factors and heuristics like the overconfidence and attitude effect, and herding factors are considered to have also influenced investors' decisions. Furthermore, the market behavior factors of price change, market information, past trend, customer preference, and underlying stock fundamentals have an impact on individual investor decision behavior.

Jafra (Bixa orellana L.) seed which is also known as a “annatto” or “achiote” at different parts of the world has the various applications as a natural dye, and condiment in food preparations. During the course of its utilization, jafra seed undergoes various processing operations such as drying, cleaning, grading, conveying, soaking, grinding, etc. which need the various physical and aerodynamic properties for its proper processing. Keeping in view of these needs physical and aerodynamic properties of jafra seeds as a function of moisture at five different levels were determined. The physical and aerodynamic properties of the jafra seeds measured were size and shape, thousand grain weight, bulk density, true density, and angle of repose. The terminal velocity (aerodynamic property) was measured and the drag coefficient was calculated. The above physical and aerodynamic properties of jafra seeds were measured as a function of moisture content in the range of 11.71 to 35.08% d.b. Most of the physical properties of jafra seeds were increased with an increase in moisture content in the experimental moisture content range. However, the bulk density and true density of jafra seeds were decreased with an increase in moisture content. Regression equations for various parameters of jafra seeds as a function of moisture content (M) in the experimental moisture content range were fitted. The regression relationships have high coefficient of determination (R2). The physical and aerodynamic property data in the present research will help in design of the processes and process equipment for jafra seeds processing.

Background Socio-economic issues; such as social economic inequality, sustainability of resources, and environmental concern are major social concerns and the call for economic reforms to address these issues is growing louder. Sharing economy, as a socio-economic system, presents a solution to the current linear economic model having the potential to address the aforementioned socio-economic issues. Sharing, being environmentally friendly and sustainable in nature, bridges the gap of social economic inequality prevalent in society. The attributes of the sharing economy are different from the traditional economic model which is more “social” in nature, hence making social marketing techniques more suitable than the conventional marketing approach. Focus of the Article The conceptual paper is focused on the application of social marketing in the sharing economy to address socio-economic issues and in doing so presents a framework to achieve its goal. Research Question How can social marketing effectively influence social behavioural changes as they relate to socio-economic changes? Program Design/Approach The framework developed outlines three levels of intervention for the successful implementation of social marketing in the sharing economy. The downstream intervention focuses on influencing consumer behavioural traits necessary for the adoption of the sharing economy by applying an appropriate marketing mix strategy. The upstream intervention focuses on policy and lawmakers, social and economic institutions, environmental groups, advocacy bodies, and lobbying organisations capable of addressing the root cause of the issue. The midstream intervention focuses on integrating upstream intervention with downstream through service providers. Importance to the Social Marketing Field The research paper extends social marketing application from influencing social behavioural issues to addressing and influencing socio-economic issues with its proposed application in sharing economy. The study provides a framework to address key socio-economic (social economic inequality) and consumer behavioural issues (materialism and ownership) that are prevalent in society. Method The proposed social marketing framework for the sharing economy is created after carrying out a systematic literature review on social marketing and sharing economy. The extant literature analysis focussed on key definitional parameters and their evolution over time. With the identification of key elements and benchmark framework, the three levels of social marketing intervention are developed and presented for the actionable implementation of a successful marketing strategy. Future Research The research paper provides an initial framework for the social marketing intervention in the sharing economy and in influencing socio-economic change which opens the door for future research direction; what additional upstream and midstream social marketing intervention is necessary to bring socio-cultural and socio-economic change to tackle the issue of social economic inequality? Objective: Effect of constraint induced movement therapy versus motor relearning programme to enhance upper limb motor function in stroke patients Design: Quasi experimental study Settings: The present study was conducted at OPD of University College of Physiotherapy, Faridkot, IPD and OPD of Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery of Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot,Punjab. Participants: A total of 30 post-stroke patients with upper limb impairment were randomly allocated into two equal groups comprises 15 patients each.Group A received constraint induced movement therapy and Group B received motor relearning programme. The total duration of intervention was 1 hour per session and frequency of 8 weeks, with 5 sessions per week. Main Outcome Measures: The outcome measures included were Motor Assessment Scale (MAS) and Modified Rankin Scale (MRS). Results: The present study revealed that both parameters within the groups had significantly improved in the preintervention analysis. However, post- intervention scores of all the parameters of Group A revealed considerable high improvement at a significant level of (p Conclusion: Group A (CIMT) shows significantly more improvement as compared to group B (MRP) in terms of motor function and degree of disability.

Effect of multi-strain probiotic along with dietary and lifestyle modifications in the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) has rarely been reported. We thus aimed to investigate the effect of multi-strain probiotic (Lactobacillus acidophilus UBLA-34, L. rhamnosus UBLR-58, L. reuteri UBLRu-87 (each of 2 billion colony forming units (CFU)); L. plantarum UBLP-40, L. casei UBLC-42, L. fermentum UBLF-31, Bifidobacterium bifidum UBBB-55 (each of 1 billion CFU) and fructo-oligosaccharides (100 mg)) and dietary and lifestyle modifications on restoration of menstrual regularity, weight reduction, metabolic and hormonal profile in women with PCOS.A 104 participants (age 18-40 years) were randomly allocated to receive probiotic or placebo capsules for 6 months. Baseline and end line assessment were performed for menstrual cycle regularity, ultrasonography scan for ovaries, total testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEAS), insulin, luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone (LH/FSH) ratio, fasting blood sugar (FBS), homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), weight reduction, waist-/hip circumference (WC, HC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), and body mass index (BMI). Plasma lipopolysaccharide and effect of intervention on quality of life was investigated. Diet and exercise were controlled during the trial.Probiotic supplement along with dietary and lifestyle modifications significantly regularised menstrual cycle (p 0.023), improved levels of total testosterone (p 0.043), WC (p 0.030), WHR (p 0.027) and menstrual domain of quality of life (p 0.034) as compared to placebo. An investigation was carried out to examine the storage behaviour and biochemical quality of pear (Pyrus communis L.) fruits cv. Carmen raised on Quince C rootstock as affected by pre-harvest foliar application of salicylic acid and calcium chloride treatments. The treatments consisted of four levels each of salicylic acid (0, 100, 150 and 200 ppm) and Calcium chloride (0, 0.20, 0.25 and 0.30 %). The experiment was laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design in factorial arrangements with three replications. The treatments were applied as a foliar spray at 3, 6 and 9 weeks after the petal fall. Control plants were sprayed with water. After harvest, fruits were stored under ambient conditions for 7, 14 and 21 days. Postharvest physiological loss in weight (PLW), rotting percentage, total soluble solids, total sugars and reducing sugars in fruits was increased. In contrast, fruit firmness, titratable acidity and ascorbic acid content decreased with an increase over storage periods. Salicylic acid @ 200 ppm and calcium chloride @ 0.30 % resulted minimum physiological loss in weight and rotting percentage. Also, salicylic acid @ 200 ppm and calcium chloride @ 0.30 % were effective in minimizing the loss of fruit firmness, titrable acidity and ascorbic acid content. In conclusion, the salicylic acid @ 200 ppm and calcium chloride @ 0.30 % were found to be effective in improving pear cv. Carmen fruits storability by reducing physiological loss in weight and fruit rotting; and maintaining the biochemical quality.

In this paper, the proposed approach is based Videos are kind of heavy data that can be transmitted over the network and stored within the cloud. Cloud allows storage on pay per use basis. Videos will be streamed by concerting it into packets and transmitted in sequence. The load on virtual machine increases due to heavy transmission of these packets that can cause deteriorating virtual machines within cloud. To tackle the issue, novel approach of threshold and capacity driven sliding window protocol for cloud is proposed. The window size will be adjusted by broker based upon the capacity of the virtual machines. In case virtual capacity is decreased, window size is also decreased. This case equal distribution of load over the virtual machines. No increase in load will be allowed past the capacity of virtual machines. Overall UDP, driven approach will increase the fault tolerance capability and decreased the overall cost of operation. Existing sliding window protocol causes the window adjustment for traffic control. The sliding window depends upon the number of packets transmitted. The capacity of the receivers will play a critical role in this case. This will cause the packet drops in case receiver capacity is decreased. The primary reason for the same is reduce battery life of sensors. To avoid this situation, synchronized mechanisms with time division multiplexing is used along with sliding window for managing the traffic.

Purpose: As a result, the current study focused on e-commerce in the retail sector to examine the factors influencing consumer purchasing of online groceries throughout Covid-19 in Bangkok, Thailand. Theoretical framework: Using Technology acceptance model (TAM) as the underpinning theoretical framework, which was presented by Davis and his colleagues it in 1989, to accomplish this, this study identified five independent variables that can influence online grocery purchase intent. These are perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and other additional variables such as online accessibility, security perception, and shipment services. Design/methodology/approach: The convenience sampling approach, which is considered a nonprobability sampling method, was used to collect the data from 384 respondents via an online survey from the population in this study. Internet users between the ages of 19 and 65 years or older who live in Bangkok and buy groceries for themselves and/or family members from Thai physical and/or online retailers were the target demographic. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the significance of the research model. Findings: The findings reveal that pandemic has a considerable influence on Bangkok customers' online purchase intent. The result of linear regression analysis shows the three variables: perceived ease of use, shipment services and online accessibility significantly affected the online grocery shopping intent of consumers in Bangkok. While security perception and perceived utility had no significant effect on the online grocery shopping intent of consumers in Bangkok. Research, Practical & Social implications: The implication drawn from this study helps the researchers and firms to rapidly adapt and adjust their marketing strategy, with a focus on digitization, as consumers want to prevent the infection and the danger of Covid-19, but stores are having difficulty reaching clients. Originality/value: The findings reveal that Covid-19 has a considerable influence on customers' online purchase intent residing in Bangkok and this research adds another perspective from Thailand Context.

Background: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) forms the initial modality of treatment for primarily inoperable locally advanced breast cancer (LABC). A change in hormone receptor status after NACT has important therapeutic and prognostic consequences. The primary objective of this study is to compare Hormone Receptor status before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (discordance). The secondary objective is to study correlation between tumour response and hormone receptor expression. Method: This is a descriptive study of 80 LABC patients who received NACT. All patients who underwent core biopsy and ER/PR assessment before and after NACT were included in this study. Data was collected prospectively from each patient in a structured proforma Results and conclusion: The hormone receptor discordance rate & response to NACT was assessed. ER discordance is 16.4%. in 07 patients estrogen receptor(ER) change positive to negative and in 04patients estrogen receptor change negative to positive. PR discordance is 22.4%. In 12 patients Progesterone receptor (PR) change positive to negative and in 03patients progesterone receptor change negative to positive.

The work plans to build up a Gastro retentive floating drug delivery system of Model drug using central composite design. The model drug is a drug which is used in the treatment of antiulcer. Extended-release tablets of model drug provide constant plasma concentration with a less frequent administration and also reduce the side effects to some extent. This could extend its safe administration and improve patient compliance. The present study aims to develop floating tablets of model drug using HPMC K4M, Carbopol 934 and an effervescent agent which can float on gastrointestinal fluid for sustained release and evaluate the model drug tablets in-vitro for their TFT, FLT, and drug release pattern. Gastro retentive drug delivery system (GRDDS) refers to systems in which the drug retained in the stomach for a prolonged period that improves the bioavailability of drug substances. Any delivery system aims to deliver a therapeutic amount of drug to the specific site in the body to obtain rapid and then maintain a requisite amount of drug. The formulated tablets evaluated for both pre-compression and post compression parameters including weight variation, hardness, friability, in vitro drug release and different pharmacokinetic plots. Final formulation was agreeable when assessed for all assessment parameters.
