Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of microtherm plasma radio frequency and CO2 laser in treatment of early glottis squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 79 patients with early glottis squamous cell carcinoma accepted in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group with 42 patients and control group with 37 patients according to different treatment methods. Patients in observation group were given microtherm plasma radio frequency treatment, and in control group were given CO2 laser treatment. The operation time, blood loss, pain grade, voice acoustic, vocal shape, life quality and complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The operation time of observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group with statistically significance (P<0.05); the blood loss and pain grade of two groups had no statistically difference (P>0.05). The indexes of voice acoustic were decreased after treatment with statistically significance (P<0.05) and they were obviously lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05). The scores of vocal shape of two groups were lower after treatment than before, and one month after operation these scores were lower in observation group than control group with statistically significance (P<0.05). The life quality of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious complications or recurrence of two groups. Conclusions: Microtherm plasma radio frequency has similar safety with CO2 laser in treatment of early glottis squamous cell carcinoma, but has better recovery, which is worth clinical applications. For the sake of dealing the production schedule problem in open-pit, a dynamic optimization method was developed considering the characteristic of fuzzy structured element, and the fuzzy mining capacities of all "geologically optimum push-bakes" were analysed by the moving cove method. Some open-pit coal mine as a case study was analysed. The results show that considering the problems of supply and demand and technology, the model presents that is the fuzzy production capacity, the fuzzy mining sequence, the fuzzy mine life and the expression of the fuzzy net present value(NPV) membership function, the actual fuzzy problems are analyzed by accurate expression, and more important information are obtained. In recent years, local governments gradually increased the finance support for public welfare (nonprofit) private colleges. Since 2005, Shanghai has established "the Special funds for developing private education". The development of laboratory is one of the key fields that government finance special funds are to support private colleges. The increasing government funding also puts forward new requirements for private colleges. Private colleges must set up a sound system of internal control for managing government special funds of the development of laboratory. The system of internal control is an effective means for managing the government special fund. Based on the analysis of features of the laboratory development and special funds management in non-governmental colleges, this paper puts forward internal control processes of using special funds of the laboratory development in the private colleges and it might be as a reference for private colleges to establish internal management system. The leukoaraiosis incidence is increasing, related neurological dysfunction seriously affect the quality of life. Early found the occult injury of LA is very important to clinical significance for early treatment and prevention. The pathophysiology of LA is vascular endothelial cell damage caused by vascular permeability changes, Thereby the degree of dispersion of the surrounding tissue changed. Water molecular motion in cellular played a leading role in signal change. DTI is the only noninvasive method to detect brain white matter microstructure, which can be reflected from the amount and direction of changes in water diffusion imaging voxel and can be measured diffusion anisotropy in the organization. Compared with conventional MR, DTI reactived the nervous system white matter ultrastructural changes. Provide a new method for imaging which related to its pathophysiology. The research of leukoaraiosis mainly concentrated in the DTI quantitative indicators of changes in nerve function related regional. 核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是细胞调节抗氧化应激反应的重要转录因子,Nrf2与其接头蛋白Keap1是细胞抗氧化反应的中枢调节者.当体内发生氧化应激反应时,Nrf2与锚定蛋白Keap1发生解聚,解聚后的Nrf2与抗氧化反应元件(ARE)相互作用,可增加ARE调控的Ⅱ相氧化还原代谢酶活性并上调抗氧化反应基因表达水平,从而增加细胞抵抗氧化应激的能力.近年来相关领域研究结果发现Nrf2-Keap1在恶性肿瘤表达明显增加,Nrf2-Keap1信号通路在肿瘤发生、进展、迁移以及化疗敏感等方面发挥重要作用,现将其研究进展综述如下. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的观察类风湿关节炎（RA）患者血清富含半胱氨酸蛋白61（CCN1）水平变化，并探讨其临床意义。方法选择 RA 患者30例作为观察组（RA 活动期20例、稳定期10例）、健康体检者20例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组血清 CCN1水平，收集实验室指标，计算28个关节疾病活动度评分（DAS28）、简化疾病活动性指数（SDAI）评分，用直线相关分析 CCN1与相关指标的关系。结果与对照组比较，观察组血清 CCN1水平升高，且 RA 活动期患者高于 RA 稳定期患者（P 均＜0．05）。RA 患者血清 CCN1水平与类风湿因子、C 反应蛋白、血沉、抗 CCP 抗体、DAS28评分、SDAI 评分呈正相关（r 分别为0．423、0．443、0．375、0．364、0．772、0．681，P 均＜0．05）。结论RA 患者血清 CCN1水平升高，CCN1可能参与了 RA 的炎症反应过程。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
