An analytical method was developed for the determination of oxyfluorfen, carfentrazoneethyl and etoxazole in Mentha spicata L, Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Mentha piperita L, and Laurus nobilis L using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). The spice matrices were hydrated by ultrapure water, extracted by acetonitrile followed by the salting out process with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride then purified using the NH2-Carb column and determined by the GC-MS/MS under MRM mode. The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0025-2 mg/L (oxyfluorfen) and 0.01-2 mg/L (carfentrazone-ethyl and etoxazole), with the correlation efficient above 0.99. The average recoveries of oxyfluorfen in the four kinds of matrices at three spiked levels of 0.025, 0.5 and 2 mg/kg ranged from 86% to 112%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) between 2.4%-9.6%. The average recoveries of carfentrazone-ethyl at three spiked levels of 0.2, 0.5 and 2 mg/kg ranged from 87% to 114%, with the RSD between 2.4%-11%. The average recoveries of etoxazole at three spiked levels of 0.5, 2 and 5 mg/kg ranged from 86% to 116%, with the RSD between 3.2%-11%. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) of oxyfluorfen, carfentrazone-ethyl and etoxazole in the four spices were 0.025, 0.2 and 0.5 mg/kg, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The spices are important trading commodities in the world. For ensuring food safety, both developing and developed countries have strengthened research and management of pesticide residues in spices and established a series of maximum residue limits (MRLs). These MRL standards guarantee the quality and safety of the spices, and also facilitate international trade of related agricultural products. This review compared the principles on setting pesticide MRL standards for spices, crop classifications and specific limit standards in major international organizations and important spice trade countries. Studying the current status of pesticide residue standards in spices is to provide a reference for developing the global MRLs harmonization, to ensure the dietary risk of pesticide residues in spices and to facilitate international trade of spices. 目的 探讨“互联网+医疗”服务模式在高危孕产妇院外自我管理中的应用。方法 选取2019年7—8月该院高 危门诊就诊的高危孕产妇80例作为观察组,同时选取2018年1—2月就诊的高危孕产妇80例作为对照组。观察组采用“互联 网+医疗”服务模式进行院外自我管理,对照组采用传统方式进行院外自我管理。比较2组自我管理率及高危孕产妇院外自我管 理量表评分,分析高危孕产妇未进行院外自我管理的主要原因。结果 观察组中有55例进行了院外自我管理,自我管理率为 68.75%;对照组中27例进行了院外自我管理,自我管理率为33.75%。2组自我管理率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2 组高危孕产妇院外自我管理量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。高危孕产妇未进行院外自我管理的主要原因有没有 正规权威的渠道来了解自我管理知识、居家时没有监测体征的设备、院外无法及时与医生沟通。结论 “互联网+医疗”服务模式 可精准化服务于高危孕产妇,能有效提高高危孕产妇院外自我管理能力。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper proposed a novel method of 3D model surface rending by applying force feedback technology to virtual painting processes. Firstly, it analyzed the relationship between force and the brush deformation, and applied the spring-mass model to construct the 3D brush model. Ten, it found out the collision related points by the most enclosing ball of the deformed brush, and calculated the average normal vector of the collision point to determine the projection plane. According to the deformation of the 3D brush, it calculated the footprint of the brush on the plane and obtained the 3D brush footprint by projecting the 2D brush footprint onto the 3D object surface in real time. At the same time, it obtained the specific complete calligraphy effect 3D brush stroke by superimposing 3D brush footprints along the painting direction and controlling the stress of the brush. Finally. this paper briefly discussed the simulation structure and established the virtual 3D painting system based on Phantiom Desktop device. 目的观察面肌痉挛患者微血管减压术前3D打印技术的应用效果。方法原发性面肌痉挛患者32例,分为3D打印组和对照组,每组各16例。患者均采用微血管减压术。3D打印组术前行3D打印技术,确定责任血管与面神经关系。术后对两组进行跟踪随访6个月～2年,比较两组手术疗效及术后并发症发生率。结果 3D打印组总治愈率94%,对照组总治愈率88%,两组比较,P>0.05。3D打印组术后并发症发生率为6%,对照组为43.8%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论微血管减压术前3D打印技术可明确定位面肌痉挛责任血管,提高手术准确性,并有效减少术后并发症。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
