The significance of small molecule metabolites as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis is growing increasingly evident, necessitating the development of highly sensitive qualitative and quantitative methods. Herein, multi‐chemoselective probes are synthesized and applied for profiling metabolites, including carboxyl, phosphate, hydroxyl, amino, thiol, and carbonyl compounds. This approach seamlessly integrates magnetic solid‐phase materials, orthogonal cleavage sites, isotopic tags, and selective coupling sites, minimizes matrix interference, and enhances quantitative accuracy. Meanwhile, a homemade program, High‐Resolution Isotope‐Assisted Identification and Quantitative (HRIAIQuant) is developed to process the data, which adeptly filters through 33,874 ion pairs present in human serum, leading to the identification of 701 known metabolites and a remarkable 1,062 potential novel ones. This method is successfully applied to analyze metabolites in multiple brain regions of SAMP8 and SAMR1 models, offering a novel tool for Alzheimer's disease research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ground-based Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (GB-InSAR) is a valuable technique for monitoring deformation of landslides. GB-InSAR can construct high-resolution 2D images in a range-doppler plane. However, it is difficult for geo-engineers who are unfamiliar with radar monitoring geometry to interpret the results. Geometric mapping method has been applied to the co-registration of terrain models and radar images for the deformation zonation, but the mismatching correction with GB-InSAR and terrain model is not fully investigated by existing researches. To address this issue, this paper proposes a method exploiting an optimum linear transformation based on ground control points (GCPs). The proposed method was evaluated on simulated data and a field campaign in an open pit mine. The deformation mapping result of the method was verified by a collapse event. The method proposed in this paper has an RMSE value ranging from 0.502 to 0.720 m (@700 m average monitoring range) when the average density of the terrain point cloud is 0.5 m. Although this method cannot accurately evaluate the antenna footprint vector deflection parameters, it can meet the needs of coarse matching calibration in relatively flat slope sub-target areas of open-pit mines for engineering applications. Narrative care for families suffering from perinatal loss is rarely provided by medical institutions in China Mainland. However, with the advancement of the Chinese narrative medicine theory and practice, the clinical significance of narrative care has been increasingly recognized. Based on the principles of Chinese narrative medicine, this narrative case study described traumatic narrative foreclosures occuring in a family suffering from stillbirth, and highlighted the multidisciplinary collaboration for practising narrative care in the process of supporting the bereaved in our hospital. Meanwhile, we advocate the establishment of a narrative care ecology by training more obsteticians and nurses with good narrative competence in purpose of helping the family experiencing perinatal losses to overcome their tramatic narrative foreclosures, increasing the chances of another successful pregnancy and childbirth as well as enhancing their quality of life. Conventional deformation monitoring means are limited by data accuracy, monitoring range, applicable environment and other factors, which seriously restrict the early warning and forecasting of landslide and collapse disasters.The microwave remote sensing method based on differential interference technology is an advanced technology for high precision monitoring of small displacements on non-contact surfaces nowadays.The self-researched ground-based real aperture radar system was applied in the research.This paper, based on the analysis of the signal model, summarized the process of target echo data processing with strong scattering characteristics and proposed a method applicable to verify the deformation monitoring accuracy of this type of radar system.Point target stationary and displacement experiments based on triangular plate angle reflector were carried out accordingly.Through the radar echo amplitude analysis and point cloud data fitting, the pre-defined target space position was discriminated and the target displacement standard value was determined, which proved the effectiveness of the method and the 0.1mm monitoring accuracy of the system.A slope monitoring experiment was carried out in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine in Inner Mongolia which combined with some point target deformation data illustrated the good practicality of the system.

This study aimed to assess the associations between sprint force–velocity profile variables with change of direction (COD) performance and to investigate the impact of these variables on asymmetries in COD speed performance. Ninety-nine participants (volleyball players: n = 44, basketball players: n = 55) performed 40 m sprints for Fv relationship calculation, two COD tests (Modified Agility T-test and 505 test). A partial least squares (PLS) regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationships between the variables. The V0 was the most influential variable; it was negatively associated with COD performance variables (β = −0.260, −0.263 and −0.244 for MAT, 505-D and 505-ND, respectively), and F0 (β = 0.169, 0.163) was associated with the COD performance variables (COD deficit D and COD deficit ND, respectively), slightly larger than the effects of Fvslope (β = −0.162, −0.146), DRF (β = −0.159, −0.142) and Pmax (β = −0.162, −0.146). For COD deficit imbalance, the DRF (β = −0.070) was the most influential variable followed by Fvslope (β = −0.068), F0 (β = 0.046) and gender (β = 0.031). V0 and RFmax were the critical variables for improving COD performance that includes linear sprints, while DRF, Fvslope, F0 and Pmax collectively influence 180° COD performance. Meanwhile, DRF and Fvslope were important factors for asymmetries in COD speed performance. It is recommended to use the Fv profile to diagnose different COD movement patterns and then develop training plans accordingly for team sports played on smaller courts, such as basketball and volleyball. This paper presents a data set of a fire-induced collapse on an existing building with a truss roof. The data set contains the thermal and structural responses of the tested building, the mass loss of the fuel, the heat release rates, and the videos of the entire test. The test building and basic test scheme are introduced first. Then, the monitoring points and corresponding equipment are presented. All data obtained have been converted to a unified format and uploaded to a published data set. Detailed data formats and processing methods are introduced, and metadata are provided. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first open-access test data on fire-induced collapse of a real building, which is of great significance for further investigations on fire-induced building collapse and performance-based design for fire safety of buildings. This data set can be used to validate the existing temperature distribution models and develop deep-learning models in structural fire engineering. Moreover, the data set can validate and develop some cutting-edge theories and techniques in structural fire engineering, such as the approaches for the early-warning collapse of structures exposed to fire and the synchronous noncontact acquisition of structural deformation in fire. Objective To analyze the risk factors and clinical significance of delayed cerebral infarction (DCI) after intracranial aneurysm (IA) clipping. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of IA patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2015 to December 2019. A total of 480 patients undergoing aneurysm clipping were included. The patients with DCI were set as the observation group (n=42), and those without as the control group (n=438). The risk factors for DCI were screened by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that female (P=0.029), small aneurysms (P=0.001), intraoperative aneurysm rupture (IAR) (P=0.007) and cerebral vasospasm (P < 0.001) were risk factors for DCI after IA clipping, while smoking history (P=0.020) was a protective factor. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that small aneurysms (P=0.002, OR=2.951, 95%CI: 1.478~5.893), IAR (P=0.004, OR=7.829, 95%CI: 1.924~31.854) and cerebral vasospasm (P < 0.001, OR=5.919, 95%CI: 2.887~12.134) were postoperative independent risk factors for DCI. Conclusion Proper treatment of small aneurysms, proactive prevention of IAR and treatment of cerebral vasospasm can prevent the occurrence of DCI effectively, and thereby reduce the disability rate and improve the prognosis of patients.

Objective To study the changes of cortical thickness in different brain regions in patients with acromegaly using surface-based analysis (SRA) and analyze the association of these changes with clinical findings of the patients. Methods Thirty patients with acromegaly and 30 healthy adults underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination using a T1-weighted three-dimensional spoiled gradient recalled (3D SPGR) sequence. The MRI images were analyzed using Freesurfer software to determine the changes of cortical thickness in different brain regions of the patients relative to those in the healthy subjects, and the correlation of these changes with the clinical findings of the patients were analyzed. Results Compared with the healthy subjects, acromegalic patients had decreased cortical thickness in the right rostral middle frontal gyrus, the right caudal middle frontal gyrus, the right precentral gyrus, the right supramarginal gyrus, the right precuneus, the right parahippocampal gyrus, the right fusiform gyrus and the left olfactory cortex thickness. The cortical thickness in the right precuneus and the right parahippocampal gyrus were inversely correlated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores and levels of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) but were not correlated with age of the patients. Conclusion The patients with acromegaly have decreased cortical thickness in multiple brain regions, possibly as a result of high levels of GH and IGF-1. The decreased cortical thickness in the right precuneus and the right parahippocampal gyrus is correlated with depression in acromegalic patients. [
